M288563 八、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作係有關一種攀岩機結構,尤指一種 強度夠、重量輕且易於組裝,而適合作為個人 或家庭的攀岩健身用途之攀岩機結構。 【先前技術】 中的天然岩場不易尋覓,且實際攀登時有安全 上的問題。因此許多人工岩場因應而設,人工 岩場經過適當的設計,安全較有保障,但是, 人工岩場的設置通常需要較大的活動空間,且 設備費用較高,一般的攀岩愛好者不易獨立負 擔。現有之攀岩機,如美國專利公告第5 5 ' 9195、51258 7 7 與 5919117 號專利案# ’均係於-架體上$置類似履帶的 :構’履帶結構並與-傳動機構連結以限制履 帶結構的轉動速度,而履帶兩侧分絲 或滾輪等元件設置於架體的軌道中,乂鏈條 結構可沿軌道循環轉動,再 吏該履帶 岩塊以供使用者攀附,以進 °罝夕數 别述各種攀岩機之履帶結構,均二運動。 帶的兩侧支撐受力,而履帶的 ’、堇由履 乏支撐受力之結構,但岩& 又邻份完全缺 丨一石塊係設置抓 段,這將使得使用者攀爬 、履帶的中 ^的所有受力都落在 5 M288563 履帶的中段,為了避免履帶搖晃或受力變形, 因此前述的各種結構均將履帶設計的十分粗壯 ,方足以承受使用者攀爬時的所有受力。 例如:美國專利公告第5 5 4 9 1 9 5號 專利係以多數實心的厚板相互嵌接再以一連結 件連結形成履帶結構;美國專利公告第5 1 2 5 8 7 7號專利係以多數金屬框相互樞接連結 0 ,再於各金屬框中嵌設板體而組成履帶結構; 美國專利公告第5 9 1 9 1 1 7號專利案則係 由多數類似擠型成型之板體相互樞接而組成履 帶結構。前述的各種攀岩機都為了能支撐受力 避免變形,而將履帶結構設計得十分複雜與粗 ^ 壯,由於履帶結構為整體大部的結構,這將導 致整個攀岩機的重量高達數百公斤而難以被移 動,換言之,前述的各種攀岩機都不適合作為 • 個人或家庭的攀岩健身用途。 再者,前述各種攀岩機的架體為支撐笨重 之履帶結構,相對設計成較龐大且粗壯之架構 、,如此一來,會大幅提升在組裝或搬運時之困 -難度,更加無法適用於個人或家庭作為攀岩健 身之用。 除此,前述的各種攀岩機均採用履帶結構 ,而履帶結構會於板體(框架)與板體(框架 )之間形成縫隙,尤其是在履帶的彎折處這些 6 M288563 缝隙更會加大,這些缝隙有可能導致使用者的 頭髮、衣角、褲角或鞋帶被夾住,而引發意外 造成使用安全上的問題。 為此’本案創作人設計一種結構較輕巧之 攀岩機’即美國專利公告第6 8 6 0 8 3 6號 專利’其主要係於一底座之二框架間架設有一 循環轉動機構,該循環轉動機構包含有數循環 φ 轉動之鏈輪條,各鏈條間隔設有多數凸耳,俾 供間隔設置多數平行於軸之橫桿,各橫桿之兩 端係分別嵌入於二框架之開口侧内,使連結於 • 各鏈條上之各橫桿可延框架之開口侧内緣循環 ' 轉動,且各鏈條與各橫桿外緣包覆有一首尾相 : 接之軟墊,俾以遮蓋各鏈條與各橫桿,且於該 軟墊外緣對應各鏈條之多數凸耳位置可供鎖設 多數岩塊’而該二框架之間對應各鏈條固設有 •數u形座之個擋板,以供各鏈條靠抵。 藉由兩框架間設置可沿一定之路徑循環轉 動;鏈條以供岩塊設置,並由鏈條作為岩塊受 力時之主要支撐’而於鏈條上間隔設 .桿,各橫桿的兩端分別嵌入於二框架之開口侧 内以支撐外拉岩塊時之受力 冰奴加ττ 又力且於二框架間固 汉數個U形座以供各鏈條靠抵以 内推的受力’而可簡化循環轉兔被: 可達到輕量化的功效。 °Μ而 7 M288563 然而’前案之攀岩機在本創作實際實施 時卻發現其仍存在一些缺失,由於岩塊係固 疋於鍵條上,當岩塊受力向内時,其鏈條係以 二鏈片之侧邊抵靠於u形座,在鏈條循環轉動 時會相互磨擦並產生噪音,長久使用以後,會 造成鏈條之鏈片與u形座的磨損,使轉動不順 暢,甚至會影響到鏈條之強度,·另,該岩塊受 _ 力向外時,各橫桿之兩端會與框架之開口内侧 磨擦’同樣會造成橫桿與框架内侧之磨損且會 產生噪音。 、 .再者,該攀岩機雖較輕巧而可適用於個人 或家庭,但其框架仍須保持一定之長度,其長 度會超過成年人之身高,以預留攀爬之空間, 雖u杧架已分為二段,但二者間無較便利之組 裝結構’無法讓個人自行組裝;另,二框架間 • 無支撐之結構,僅藉由底端之底座支撐,對整 體結構之強度仍有不足。 除此,該攀岩機之各橫桿係間隔設置,因 此横桿與橫桿間會形成一空隙,雖有軟墊包覆 在外面’但在攀爬時,使用者會誤觸到空隙處, 而將軟墊下壓接觸到鏈條或框架内之骨架,使 磨^之内面冗到鏈條或框架内骨架之磨擦造成 另外,該軟墊須保持一定之緊度,使表面 8 M288563 平整,但該軟墊係包覆在各橫桿之外侧並被岩 塊固定在鏈條上,而當橫板轉動到鏈輪位置 時’其橫桿會與鏈輪之圓周形成切線形態,使 橫桿之兩侧翹起,而頂起軟墊,如第i 8圖所 示,造成軟墊受到拉扯,輕微時軟墊在岩塊固 定處會造成破損 ’嚴重時會造成無法轉動之情形;若將軟墊更 φ 換為有彈性之材質時,更會造成軟墊之内面受 力磨擦到鏈條或框架内骨架,且在使用一段時 間後,軟墊受到不斷之拉扯而造成彈性疲乏。 故,前述之各種攀岩機實有加以改進之必 要。 【新型内容】 本創作之主要目的,在於解決上述的問題 而提供一種攀岩機結構,其主要包括·· • 一支撐架,其係供〆本體框架設,以支撐 該本體框立於地面上,該本體框係為長矩形之 框體’且該本體框係由數段框體組成,其兩側 分別具有一斷面概呈C形之側框,各該侧框相 對面分別形成一開口侧,而該本體框於二侧框 之開口侧間設有數橫向之支撐橫桿及數縱向之 支撐縱桿,以供作為該本體框之支撐骨架。 一轉動機構,該轉動機構係設於該本體框 中’其主要包含有至少二條沿該本體框長軸方 9 M288563 向平行循環轉動之鏈條、多數平行該本體框短 轴方向設置之橫板以及一帶動各該鏈條轉動之 動力裝置,各該鏈條係由多麩之鏈片與鏈轴所 組成,且各該鏈條係設置於該本體框靠近中間 之位置,而該本體框之各該支撐縱桿係對應各 該鏈條設置,各該支撐縱桿對應各該鏈條之鏈 轴具有一凸起之凸軌,以供各該鏈轴抵靠滑動 ’而各該橫板係固定於各該鍵條上,且各該橫 板係松互緊鄰固定於各該鏈條上,使各該鏈條 趨近於各該檢板之中段’各該橫板之兩端係分 別伸入該本體框之二侧框的開口側内,俾供沿 該開口侧之内緣循環轉動’且各該橫板相對固 定鏈條之一面分別鎖固數供使用者之手腳攀爬 之岩塊。 供使用者攀 ’而各該橫 在攀爬、踩 承載,而且 之力量會由 支撐,並藉 抵靠滑動, 各鏈條在受 鏈條之縱向 板之中段設 鍵條所 的縱向 攀攸時 抵住本 桿之凸 條與支 順暢之 加上各 加各橫 由於 該橫板上 此使用者 由各鏈條 體框方向 撐縱桿所 條之鍵轴 磨擦,使 可提南各 近於各橫 爬的各岩 板又被各 踏岩塊時 使用者在 各鍵條靠 由支撐縱 以減少鏈 力下仍可 受力,再 置,而增 帶動,因 受力都將 ’向該本 體框之支 軌供各鏈 撐縱桿之 轉動,而 鏈條係趨 板中段之 10 M288563 強度笨重 之結 侧框 縱桿 度大 • 框體 定結 、 言皆 有縮緊鄰 蔽該 構件與相鄰橫 衣物避免緊鄰: ,因此各橫板不需設計成如習知技術一般 或實心之履帶結構,而可設計較輕或空心 構’進而可大幅減輕整體之重量。 本創作之次一目的,係在於該本體框之二 間I»又有數橫向之支撐橫桿及數縱向之支樓 ’作為橫向與縱向之支撐,使本體框之強 幅增加’進而可以本體框之中段樞設於該 架之二支架間;而且該本體框係由數段之 所組成,且各框體間設有簡易之定位與固 構’使組裝相當便利,對於個人或家庭而 非常方便組裝,而且數段框體之設計,更 小材基方便運送之功效。 本創作之再一目的,係在於各橫板以相互 方式固定於各鏈條上,而可藉由各橫板遮 本體框内之支撐橫桿及支撐縱桿與鏈條等 且各橫板之侧牆分別設有彈性條,以供 鄰秩板之彈性條相互抵靠壓迫,以遮蔽相 板間之間隙,可避免夾住使用者之頭髮或 f此,不用設置習知結構之軟墊,而可 如漱塾所造成之缺失。 創作之又一目的, 式固定於各鏈條上 係在於各横板以相互 在二轴桿轉動 時係 M288563 入,因此在軸桿之桿體上設有數阻擋塊,且各 該阻擔塊之^截面概為多邊形或形圓,可在相 鄰之橫板間所形成之開口處產生阻擋之效果, 而可避免使用者的腳部伸入,以提升使用時之 安全性。 本創作之另一目的,係在於各橫板伸入該 本體框二侧之側框内的一端分別設有一抗磨 _ 片,該抗磨片係耐磨之材質,使各橫板沿該側 框之開口侧内緣循環轉動時,可抵靠於該開口 侧内緣而增加兩者之潤滑度並降低磨擦時產生 之噪音。 【實施方式】 請參閱第1圖至第1 2圖,圖中所示者為 本創作所選用之實施例結構,此僅供說明之用 ,在專利申請上並不受此種結構之限制。 #
