M269665 八、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作係有關於一種行動電話控制面板結構改良’尤 其是指一種於使用上可令該行動電話之控制面板能與螢 幕相互分離,以令該控制面板不僅可無線操控使用,且於 其底端面另設有訊號源能於移動時產生滑鼠功效,而使得 其能於整體施行使用上更具有實用便利性之行動電話控 制面板創新結構改良應用者。 【先前技術】 按,隨著科技的進步,使得通訊技術亦隨之日益蓬勃 發展,尤其是行動電話的研發使用,解決了民眾僅能在室 内使用室内電話或在室外使用公用電話的箸境,而只要在 通訊業者發射訊號之基地台所設立的範圍内,消費者皆可 利用行動電話直接與另一方進行通話,令其於使用上具有 極佳之實用便利性,也因此,行動電話廣為受到人們熱愛 使用’其持有率幾乎可說是人手一機、甚至是一人使用多 支行動電話亦不足為奇了。 而由於行動電活已成為人們普遍擁有的通訊器材,使 得因應而生之各種行動電話操控方式亦不斷的推陳出 #,如:利用方向鍵上、下、左、右進行操控或以觸 板操控……等,以能便於使用者應付該行動電話強大 式功能。 11之各 然而’上述各式行動電話之各種操控方式雖可 於使用者應付行動電話強大功能之預期功致,曰逐到便 際實施使用中發現,隨著現代行動電話功外 一 &在其實 %的曰欲強大, 5 M269665 二—種操控方式皆已顯得有不足以應付之虞,尤其係於現 二仃動,話皆具有上網功能之情況下,其單以方向鍵或觸 卫面板操控易讓使用者於使用上有使用不便、操作不順手 之感覺’進而阻礙行動電話功能上之發展。 【新型内容】 本創作之行動電話控制面板結構改良,其主要係由螢 幕搭配基座及控制面板組成行動電話,該基座 ,組設,於基座上凸具有脉,且於凸柱_側凸設有$ ^該控制面板則對應基座之凸柱開具有凹孔,並於凹孔 :側對應凸柱之凸嵌部形成有喊部,另於控制面板底端 設有訊號源,以令該控制面板不僅能嵌固結合於該基座 上,且亦能由基座上予以拆卸分離進行操控及做為滑鼠使 用,而該控制面板則以無線傳輸方式將使用者操控内容及 滑鼠作動訊號傳送至螢幕上顯現出;藉此,以令使用者可 將螢幕置於定位直接利用拆卸下之控制面板進行操控及 做為滑鼠操作使用,而更具實用便利功效特性者。 【實施方式】 首先,請參閱第一圖所示,本創作之行動電話主要係 於螢幕(1)連結有基座(2),於該基座(2)上凸設有凸柱 (21),且於該凸柱(21)—侧凸設有凸嵌部(211),並於基 座(2)上另凸設有具彈性之卡凸塊(22),而對應該基座(2) 设有控制面板(3),該控制面板(3)於底端面對應基座(2) 之凸柱(21)凹具有凹孔(31),同時於該凹孔(31)一側對應 基座(2)凸柱(21)之凸嵌部(211)凹設有凹欲部(311),及 於控制面板(3)底端面對應基座(2)卡凸塊(22)凹設形成 卡掣凹孔(32),又於控制面板(3)底端面具設有訊號源 M269665 (33)。 a=本創作於組設結合時,請一併參閱第二圖所示,其係 令該控制面板⑶以底端面之凹孔(31)及凹巍部(311)對 應基座(2)之凸柱(21)及凸嵌部(211)相互套設結合,再將 控制面板(3)予以轉動一角度使凸嵌部(211)及凹嵌部 (311)相互交錯開,同時令基座(2)之卡凸塊(22)卡設入控 制面板(3)之卡掣凹孔(32)中,即可使控制面板(3)穩固組 設定位於該基座(2)上。 而當使用者欲使用時,如第三、四圖所示,將控制面 板(3)於基座(2)上轉動一角度,令該控制面板(3)之卡掣 凹孔(32)脫離與基座(2)卡凸塊(22)之卡設,且使基座(2) 與控制面板(3)之凸嵌部(211)及凹嵌部(3⑴相互對應, 即可由基座(2)上將控制面板(3)拆卸取下,將螢幕(!)置 於定位利驗制面板⑶進行操作輸入,而控制面板⑶所 傳輸之訊制同㈣無線傳輸方式傳送至絲⑴上顯示 出來,且由於該控冑面板⑶底端面另具設有訊號源 ⑽,使得其於控制面板⑶滑移之同時亦可具有滑鼠功 能予以操控螢幕⑴上之游標’而能更具有極佳之使用便 利性。 藉由以上所述,該元件之結構組成與使用實施說明可 知’本創作與習用相較之下,由於本創作之控制面板不僅 可直接於行動電話上進行按鍵輸入,且亦可將該控制面板 由行動電話之基座上拆卸下來進行操作輸人或作為滑鼠 操作使用,使得其於整體施行❹上更具實用功效增進 者0 綜上所述’本創作實施例確能達到所翻之使用功 M269665 效,又其所揭露之具體構造,不僅未曾見諸於同類產品 中,亦未曾公開於申請前,誠已完全符合專利法之規定與 要求,爰依法提出新型專利之申請,懇請惠予審查,並賜 准專利,則實感德便。 M269665 【圖式簡單說明】 第一圖:本創作之立體分解圖 第二圖:本創作之組合剖視圖 第三圖:本創作之使用狀態動作圖 第四圖··本創作之使用狀態示意圖 【主要元件符號說明】 (1) 螢幕 (2) 基座 (21) 凸柱 (211) 凸嵌部 (22) 卡凸端 (3) 控制面板 (31) 凹孑L (311) 凹嵌部 (32) 卡掣凹孔 (33) 訊號源
