M247790 捌、新型說明 (新型說明應敘明:新型所屬之技術領域、先前技術、内容、實施方式及囷式簡單說明) t新型戶斤屬之技術領域3 本創作係有關於一種供吊持並裝入一例如系統廚房等 之流理台台面開口的嵌入式爐具。 5 【先前技術】 新型背景 第7圖為一使其燃燒部(或稱火口)靠近系統廚房之流理 台台面上表面的嵌入式爐具的部份立體圖。又,第8圖為第 7圖之X-X線截面圖。在這些圖中,嵌入式爐具2中之内部 10 備有二個火口 b、b的爐殼c落入流理台台面a之開口 m而以 其上方之爐緣部d被吊持於該流理台台面a之開口周緣η。此 外,使火口 b、b之上方側朝向並靠近流理台台面a之上方, 並將一頂板e载置於該流理台台面a之開口上面,而覆蓋住 該爐殼c之開口。圖例中之頂板e為一種玻璃台面頂板,其 15 由一構成頂板底部之長方形玻璃台面面板f,以及一構成一 用以撐住並固持該玻璃台面面板f之外緣部的周壁/側緣/垂 下壁的框體g所組成。而且,該玻璃台面頂板e係藉由使框 體g之垂下壁h之下端緣抵接於流理台台面開口周緣η,而 被設置於流理台台面a上。其中,該框體g之垂下壁h如圖所 20 示,全周覆蓋住該爐殼c之爐緣部d,爐殼c之内部p側即因 此而被閉塞。又,玻璃台面面板f中,對應於火口 b、b之位 置處設有火口用開口j、j,且這些火口用開口j、j靠近火口 b 、b。又,圖中所示構件k、k為锅架。所揭火口 b、b之點火 5 M247790 拐ϊ、新型說明 /熄火或是火力調整等係藉由操作一設於玻璃台面面板f上 面之旋4丑L、L而達成。 另一方面,流理台台面a之下方為了防止爐殼c内之 熱氣跑到外部,盡可能提高爐殼c之密封性。 5 【新型内容】 新型所要解決之問題 在一備有如上所述頂板e之嵌入式爐具中,流理台台 面a之上表面以及爐殼c之内部p側被遮蓋,且在爐殼c側亦儘 可能地閉塞爐殼内外部,整體地提高嵌入式爐具之密封性 10 ° 然而,該嵌入式爐具之密封性被提高了的另一方面, 亦難以將空氣送給爐殼c内之火口b、b,因此,在火口數 相當多或是火口容量較大之嵌入式火口中,即不得不在蓋 板e中挖出一孔作為通氣口。這樣的通氣口除了有一湯汁會 15 侵入爐殼c内之問題外,也由於通氣口本身相當醒目,有損 嵌入式爐具之外觀,而有使商品價值降低之缺點。這點不 限於上面所述圖例中之玻璃台面頂板e,即使是金屬製頂板 亦有同樣之缺點。 本創作為一有鑑於上述問題而來者,其目的在於提供 20 一種嵌入式爐具,其乃是一種備有一覆蓋爐殼開口之頂板 的嵌入式爐具,其能阻止湯汁侵入爐殼内,並能在不損外 觀下,使空氣容易進入火口。 6 M247790 捌、新型說明 用以解決課題之手段 為解決上述課題,申請專利範圍第〗項記载之嵌入式 爐具具特徵在於:「係一種由:一備有一為側壁所圍住之 上面開口,且藉由一由該側壁上端向外伸出之邊緣部,而 5 被吊持於流理台台面中所形成之流理台台面開口中,並在 内部備有火口之爐殼;以及,一覆蓋該上面開口之頂板, 所組成的後入式爐具,其中該頂板由底部、自底部外緣向 上伸之周壁、自該周壁上端向外延伸之邊緣、自該邊緣向 下垂之垂下壁等所組成,而該垂下壁之下端則载置於流理 10 台台面上,且在該邊緣之後側邊緣與該流理台台面之間, 設有一連通該爐殼内部與該流理台台面上表面之通氣口」。 根據該解決手段,該連通爐殼内部與流理台台面上表 面之通氣口係設於後方側邊緣與流理台台面之間,該後方 側在調理時,因為與流理台台面之正面側相反,因而該通 15 氣口即使被設在邊緣與該流理台台面之間,從正面側亦不 會相當醒目,而無損外觀。而且,該通氣口係設於邊緣與 流理台台面之上下方向之間,因而並非一開口朝上者,並 可防止由鍋子等流至頂板之湯汁直接侵入該通氣口。 該通氣口設於邊緣與流理台台面之間,例如,僅頂板 20 之後方側沒有垂下壁,而在邊緣下端與流理台台面之上表 面之間所形成之間隙作為通氣口,此外,亦可以是該由邊 緣垂下之垂下壁上設一窗口,以其作為通氣口,或是,在 該垂下壁之缺口部所形成之開口來作為通氣口,這些都是 7 M247790 捌、新型說明 實施態樣,而且,通氣口之開口形狀或是數量並不限定。 又’如述頂板為一由底部、自底部外圍向上立起之周 壁、自該周壁向外延伸之邊緣、以及自該邊緣垂下之垂下 壁等所組成,其可以是預為一體形成,或是個別形成再加 5 以組合而成者。 申請專利範圍第2項所述之嵌入式爐具限定於申請專 利範圍第1項’並具特徵在於:「該後方側邊緣之設有該通 氣口之部位比其它部位之邊緣還高」。 藉由该解決手段,設有通氣口之部位的後方側邊緣由 10於比其它部位之邊緣還高,因而該後方側邊緣高的話,流 理台台面與該後方側邊緣間之通氣口即較大。而且,由於 僅忒後方側之通氣口,其全周之其它部位邊緣並沒有作得 較高,前方侧邊緣與左右側邊緣仍較低,且要在流理台台 面上使調理鍋左右方向移動仍極為平常,因而要移動鍋子 15 的話相當容易,且不會顯著有損其外觀。 又,在該後方側邊緣當中作得較高之部位可以是後方 側邊緣之-部份或全部,而且該通氣口除了以該在作得較 高之後方側邊緣下端與流理台台面上表面間之間作為通氣 口之態樣外,亦可以在後方側邊緣較高之下該後方垂下壁 2〇亦較高,再於該作得較高之高壁部設一窗口或缺口,而以 其作為通氣口。 申请專利乾圍第3項所載之嵌人式爐具限定中請專利 範圍第2項’且具特徵在於:「該通氣口所設之部位係在該 8 M247790 捌、新型說明 後方側邊緣之縱長方向中央部」。藉由該解決手段,由於 將-把後方側邊緣作得較高而設通氣口之處作在後方側邊 緣之縱長方向之中央部,這比起設於整個後方側邊緣之情 形來說,由於只是一部份,將更不醒目,而無損外觀。而 且,比起設於整個後方側邊緣之情形來說,由於後方側中 之左右兩端部仍然較低,將騰出兩端部向内縮之空間出來 ’而使調理用鋼等之移動或是拿取更為容易。 ίο 又,在-通氣口係以後方側邊緣下端和流理台台面之 上表面間之間隙所形成之態樣中,隨著後方側邊緣中央部 之作付較兩,由於後方側邊緣之兩端部側仍有較低之垂下 壁存在’因而將可以彌補_形成通氣口所致之頂板強度降 低之問題。又,在-在後方垂下壁中設—窗口或缺口來作 為通氣口之悲樣中,雖然後方側邊緣之中央部作得較高, 而使後方垂下壁之中央部亦作得較高,然因作得較高之高 15 壁部中設通氣口僅在其一部份,因而不會太醒目 申請專利範圍第4項所述之嵌入式爐具具特徵在於: 「係一種由:一備有一為側壁所圍住之上面開口,且藉由 一由該側壁上端向外伸出之邊緣部,而被吊持於流理台台 面中所形成之流理台台面開口中,並在内部備有火口之爐殼 ;以及’ 一覆蓋該上面開口之頂板,所組成的嵌入式爐具 ’其中該頂板由:一玻璃台面面板,以及,一以内緣部擋 住該玻璃台面面板之外緣並以由其外緣垂下之垂下壁下端 載置於該流理台台面上之框體所組成,且在該構成框體之 9 20 M247790 捌、新型說明 框邊中的後方側框邊,與該流理台台面之間,設有一用以 連通該爐殼内部與該流理台台面上方的通氣口」。 根據該解決手段,該用以連通爐殼内部與流理台台面 上方之通氣口係被設於:該構成框體之框邊中之後方側框 5 邊,以及流理台台面之間。在該手段中亦和前述申請專利 範圍一樣,由於通氣口在頂板之後方側,由流理台台面之 前面侧觀看並不醒目,因而也能不損其外觀。而且,該通 氣口係設於框邊與流理台台面上下方向之間,因而並非一 朝上之開口,將可防止一些由鍋子等流至頂板之湯汁等, 10 直接侵入該通氣口。 , 又,除了該設於框邊與流理台台面之間,且僅在頂板 之後方側沒垂下壁,而以框邊下端和流理台台面上表面之 間所形成之間隙作為通氣口之實施態樣之外,亦可在一由 框邊垂下之垂下壁中穿設一窗口,而以其為通氣口,或是 15 ,以該垂下壁之缺口部所形成之開口作為通氣口。此外, 該通氣口之開口形狀或數量等並不受限定。 申請專利範圍第5項所述之嵌入式爐具限定於申請專 利範圍第4項,並具特徵在於:「該後方側框邊之設有該通 氣口之部位比其它部位之框邊還高」。 20 藉由該解決手段,設有通氣口之部位的後方側框邊由 於比其它部位之框邊還高,因而該後方側框邊高的話,流 理台台面與該後方側框邊間之通氣口即較大。而且,由於 僅該後方側之通氣口,其全周之其它部位框邊並沒有作得 10 M247790 捌、新型說明 較高,前方側框邊與左右側框邊仍較低,且要在流理台台 面上使調理鋼左右方向移動仍極為平常,因而要移動銷子 的話相當容易,且不會顯著有損其外觀。 又,在該後方側框邊當中作得較高之部位可以是後方 5 側框邊之一部份或全部,而且該通氣口除了該隨著後方側 邊緣中央部之作得較高,而對應於前述請求項,以後方側 框邊和流理台台面上表面間之間隙作為通氣口之態樣外, 亦可以是一在後方側框邊作得較高而使該後方垂下壁亦較 高之下,於該作得較高之高壁部設一窗口或缺口,而以其 10 作為通氣口的態樣。 創作效果 如以上所說,根據申請專利範圍第丨項之嵌入式爐具, 由於將一用以連通爐殼内部與流理台台面上面之通氣口僅 設在邊緣之後方側與流理台台面之間,因而可以在由正面 15看時不易看到而無損外觀之下,使空氣易於進入爐殼内, 另-方面亦可以防止湯汁等直接由該通氣口侵入爐殼内部 〇 在申請專利範圍第2項所記之嵌入式爐具中,由於通 氣口所設部位所在之後方側邊緣作得比其它部位之邊緣還 2〇高,因而可以在無損其外觀下,以該後方侧邊緣較高這一 部份將空氣取入該爐殼内,此外,由於僅後方側邊緣作得 較高,其它部份之邊緣乃較低,因而流理台台面上之調理 鍋等之移動仍容易,且無損其作業性與外觀,且要將通氣 11 M247790 捌、新型說明 口作得大易相當容易。 根據申請專利範圍第3項之嵌入式爐具,由於將一把後 方側邊緣作得較高而設通氣口之處作在後方側邊緣之縱長 方向之中央部,這比起設於整個後方側邊緣之情形來說, 5由於只是一部份,將更不醒目,而無損外觀。而且,比起 设於整個後方側邊緣之情形來說,由於後方侧中之左右兩 端部仍然較低,將騰出兩端部向内縮之空間出來,而使調 理用鶴等之移動或是拿取更為容易。 在申請專利範圍第4項所載之嵌入式爐具中,由於係將 1〇 该通氣口僅設於後方側框邊與流理台台面之間,因而可以 在不太損及外觀之下,使空氣易於進入,而且,由於開口 並非朝上,將可防止湯汁等直接由該通氣口侵入爐殼内部 〇 根據申請專利範圍第5項之嵌入式爐具,由於通氣口所 15設部位所在之後方側框邊作得比其它部位之框邊還高,因 而可以在無損其外觀下,以該後方側框邊較高這一部份將 空氣取入該爐殼内,此外,由於僅後方側框邊作得較高, 其它部份之框邊乃較低,因而流理台台面上之調理鍋等之 移動仍容易,且無損其作業性與外觀,且要將通氣口作得 20 大亦相當容易。 圖式簡單說明 第1圖顯示本創作之嵌入式爐具之一部份,其為第7圖 第7圖為使用了一玻璃台面板之嵌入式爐具的整體立 10 體圖。 第8圖為習知嵌入式爐具之一部份的部份截面圖。 L實施方式:j 新型之詳細說明 以下,參照所附之圖面,詳述本創作之嵌入式爐具。 15 首先,本創作之第一實施形態顥示於第1至第3圖中,該嵌 入式爐具為一備有一與第7、8圖所述相同基本構成的玻璃 台面頂板者,在圖例中,第1圖為第7圖中之χ-χ截面圖,第 2圖為該圖之Υ·Υ截面圖。 本實施例之爐殼1備有一為側壁13所圍繞之上面開口 t 20 ,且為一由該側壁13之上端向外伸出之邊緣部11所吊掛於 一形成於流理台台面a上之流理台台面開口m,並在其内部 備有二個火口 b、b(參照第5(b)圖)。具體而言,該爐殼1係 落入該穿設於流理台台面a中之開口 m之内部,其安裝狀 13 M247790 拐ϊ、新型說明 態如第1至第3圖所示般,該由爐殼丨之上端向外伸出之邊 緣部11係經由一襯墊3,而抵接於該流理台台面開口 m之周 緣部,藉此而被吊掛於流理台台面&上。又,在爐殼丨之側 壁(周壁)13之一部份上,設有切出部12,並使其抵接至開口 5 m之内壁上。而且,作為頂板之玻璃台面頂板2將覆蓋該上 面開口 t地被載置於流理台台面&上。 玻璃台面頂板2由一玻璃台面板21與一用以支持該板 之框體20所組成,框體2〇係將四根框材2〇1〜2〇4按裝成框 子狀而構成。該玻璃台面板21之外周緣為框體2〇之内周緣 1〇 部24所擋住,且由框體20之外周緣垂下之垂下壁23的下端 被載置於流理台台面a之上表面上。其中,一般之頂板, 例如一體形成之金屬製頂板,雖係由:底部、自底部外周 向上伸之周壁、該周壁上端向外延伸之邊緣、以及自該邊 緣垂下之垂下壁所構成,然對應於此,在本實施例之玻璃 15 台面頂板2中,玻璃台面板21即相當於該底部,而自周緣部 向上之直立部28則相當於該周壁,而自周壁向外之框邊2〇a 〜2〇d相當於該邊緣,垂下壁23相當於該垂下壁。 又,爐殼1内之火口 b、b以及玻璃台面板21上之鍋架k 等之構成與第7和第8圖相同,因而省略其說明。 1〇 在本實施態樣中,與習知者不同之處在於玻璃台面頂 板2之框體20之框材201〜204之框片的框邊2〇a〜20d當中 ,如第1圖所示,後方側之方框邊2〇d和流理台台面a之間設 了 通氣口 26。在該實施形態中,係在後方垂下壁23d中至 14 M247790 拐ϊ、新型說明 下端形成一缺口,來作為通氣口 26。該缺口係在垂下壁23d 之縱長方向中的一個長形缺口,圖中之部位25表示缺口(方 向側之)側端部。又,像這樣之缺口亦可為在頂板2之縱長方 向分斷成數個之缺口,此時,在分斷成數個之缺口中,最 5 好在後側框邊20d與流理台台面a之上表面之間,加入隔間 ,以確保後側框邊20d之強度。又,雖然以缺口來形成通氣 口 26,然亦可在後側垂下壁23d中穿設一窗口,此時亦可以 是在後側垂下壁23d之縱長方向設一個窗口,或是作成在縱 長方向上分斷成數個之窗,以確保後側框邊20d之強度。更 10 進一步,亦可以在後方框邊20d之下端和流理台台面上表面 間之開口作為通氣口,而作為一全部除去該後方垂下壁23d 之態樣。 藉由像這樣之通氣口 26,流理台台面a之上表面以及爐 殼1之内部p側即相連通,而讓火口 b、b之一次空氣口獲得 15 通氣。又,框體20之框邊當中,後側框邊20d以外之框邊20a 〜20c,亦即流理台台面正面側之框邊20a以及兩側框邊20b 、20c和流理台台面a之間,如第2圖所示,並沒有形成通 氣口,在這些部位,爐殼1之内部p和流理台台面a之上表面 側係被封閉的。又,第3圖顯示右側框邊20b與後側框邊20d 20 相交處之部份示圖。 藉由上述構成,該通氣口 26由於從流理台台面之正面 側不會看到,作為一嵌入式爐具而言,將可以無損其外觀 地,使爐殼1之内外獲得通氣。而且,該通氣口係被形成於 15 M247790 捌、新型說明 如圖例中之後方垂下壁23d中,或是以垂下壁未除去亦即後 方框邊20d與流理台台面a間之開口來形成,任一者都不是 開口朝上,者,所以將可防止湯汁之直接侵入通氣口26。 又,爐殼1之邊緣部11由於係經過襯墊被吊掛著,所以通氣 5 口即使係一缺口狀,或是後侧垂下壁23d沒有所形成之通氣 口,邊緣部11之間檻只要高到該襯墊3之厚度尺寸,滯留 於流理台台面a之湯汁將不會越過而侵入。而且,藉由襯 墊3本身之封止性能,湯汁亦不會由襯墊3之下側與流理台 台面a之間的間隙侵入。 10 在本實施態樣中,通氣口 26所形成之框邊20d與邊緣部 11之間的間隙係設定在6mm,另一方面,該通氣口 26係沿 著框材204之縱長方向而設,以確保所要之通氣量。 其次所示之第4圖為第二實施態樣,框體20之框邊當 中,後側框邊20d作得比其它框邊20a〜20c還高,藉此,後 15 側垂下壁23d亦作得比其它垂下壁23s〜23c還高,因此,由 於像這樣僅將後側部作得比其它部(前側、右側部、左側部) 還高,通氣口 26將可以加大該高出來之份量。而且,相對 於此,其它框邊20a〜20c乃至於垂下壁23a〜23c由於仍保持 較低,僅後側部之通氣口之故,框邊20a〜20c、垂下壁23a 20 〜23d整體並沒有作得較高,且在流理台台面a上左右移動 調理鍋仍極為平常,因而鍋子等之移動相當容易,且不會 顯著損其外觀。在此例中,雖作成在後側垂下壁23d中作一 窗狀物而作為通氣口 26,然缺口至後側垂下壁23d之下端亦 16 M247790 拐卜新型說明 可。又,如上所述般將後側垂下壁23(1全部除去之態樣,而 由框邊20d之下端與流理台台面a之上表面之間之開口作為 通氣口 26亦可。在此一實施態樣中,如圖例所明白顯示者 ,由於通氣口 26亦沒有朝上開口,因而可以防止湯汁等直 5 接由通氣口 26侵入。又,由於圖例中之通氣口 26係由一穿 設於後側垂下壁23d中之窗口作成,該開口之下側部份所在 後側垂下壁23d將成為一門檻壁,而能防止滯留於流理台台 面a上表面之濟汁專越過而侵入通氣口 26。 在第5與第6圖中,顯示一代替所述之玻璃台面板21的 10 金屬製頂板,以作為第三實施態樣。第5(a)圖為一顯示頂板 單體之平面圖。第5(b)圖為⑷圖中之Z-Z截面圖。又,第6 圖為第5圖所示頂板之側面圖,其中(a)顯示從正面側看之狀 態,(b)顯示從後側看之狀態。又,火口由於與第i或第8圖 相同,因而省略圖示。 15 如第5(b)圖所示,爐殼1落入流理台台面a之開口 m中 ’ 5亥爐设1為一與先别之貫施怨樣相同者,頂板12 〇覆蓋著 側壁13所圍成之上面開口 t。又,11為爐殼1之邊緣部,頂板 120如第5(b)圖所示,由:底部125、由其外緣向上立之周壁 129、自該周壁129上端向外延伸之邊緣127、以及自該邊緣 20 127垂下之垂下壁128所組成。 頂板120為流理台台面a之開口緣部所載置,而覆蓋住 爐殼1之開口 t。在頂板120之底部125中,對應於二個圖示省 略之火口’穿没有一個開口 121、121,開口 121、121之周 17 M247790 拐[J、新型說明 緣向上趫起,而圍住該開口地形成一湯汁承受部124。頂板 120之前側的前方邊緣127a之中央處,設有一凸出成形半月 狀之操作突部,通過一些穿設於該操作突部的孔部123、123 ,設有旋鈕L、L,以此來進行火口之點滅火。圖中,130 5 為鍋架。 在此實施例中,亦僅在頂板120之後方垂下壁128d中, 設置該用以連通爐殼内部P與流理台台面a上方的通氣口 126。該通氣口如第6(b)圖所示,係沿頂板120之縱長方向設 數個後部垂下壁128d的窗。這些通氣口 126分別作成長孔形 10 狀之窗,並向廚房之立壁形成開口。在此實施例中,長孔 分別作成上下方向約6mm,縱長方向約40mm。 在此一實施態樣中,多數通氣口 126亦僅設於頂板120 之後方側。因此,通過這些通氣口 126,在爐殼1之内部p與 流理台台面a上表面側將相連通,而能夠通氣給火口;另 15 一方面,由於從流理台台面a之正面側看不到這些通氣口 126,將無損嵌入式爐具之外觀。而且,通氣口 126係設於 後方垂下壁128d,將和前面之實施態樣一樣,由於開口不 是朝上,因而可以防止來自鍋子等之湯汁不會直接侵入通 氣口 126。 20 在圖例之嵌入式爐具中,於頂板120之邊緣127當中, 僅後側邊緣127d之一部份,進一步言亦即圖例中之後側邊 緣127d之縱長方向之中央部122,作得比其它部份之邊緣 127a〜127c還高。藉此,在自邊緣127a〜127d分別垂下之垂 18 M247790 拐fj、新型說明 下壁128a〜128d之中,將僅後側垂下壁128d之一部份作得 比其它前側垂下壁128a、右側垂下壁128b、左側垂下壁128c 等垂下壁還高,且將此視為高壁部128dH(參照第6圖)。然 後,再於該後側垂下部128d之高壁部128dH上,設置上述連 5 通該爐殼内部p與流理台台面a之上表面的通氣口 126。又 ,如上述所明白者,垂下壁128a〜128d之高度的高低分別 對應於各邊緣127a〜127d之高度的高低,以下,為方便起 見,用垂下壁128a〜128d來作說明。 像這樣,藉由僅將後側垂下壁128d之一部份作得較高 10 ,而成一高壁部128dH,作為通氣口 126之空氣口雖可以大 到該程度,然為了形成較大之空氣口,即使加高該垂下壁 128之一部份,由於其係在難以看到之後側垂下壁128d當中 ,且僅為一部份,將更難以看到。而且,其它垂下壁128a 〜128c,以及後方垂下壁128d之並非高壁部128dH的低壁部 15 128dL由於仍保持較低,因而頂板120之整體高度並不會變 高。因此,要使調理鍋從頂板120上之鍋架130移動至流理 台台面a上時,由於通常移動之左右方向仍然較低,因而於 移動調理鍋時,不會有不便情形。此外,即使垂下壁128d 之一部份較高,由於其正後方,通常存在有一較高之流理 20 台壁r,其存在感亦薄且火醒目,不會有頂板之平坦感瓦解 之情事。 尤其是,在本實施態樣中,如圖例所明示者,將該較 高之一部份作在該後側邊緣127d之中央部122,至於其後側 19 M247790 拐ϊ、新型說明 邊緣127之兩端部則仍較低,因此,將有一兩端部内縮出來 之空間,更使調理鍋之處理與移動更為容易。 又,通氣口 126之態樣亦可以藉由在高壁部128dH中形
