(4)租賃一物品且定期支付費用之一類型 (4) A type of rental in which a person pays a periodic fee for an item.

根據一實例實施例,接收第一選擇資訊係 According to an example implementation, receiving the first selection information is

在操作S202中,基於從客戶終端機120接收之第一選擇資訊,電子設備110可識別訂購該物品是否需要定期支付。 In operation S202, based on the first selection information received from the client terminal 120, the electronic device 110 can identify whether ordering the item requires regular payment.

在操作S203中,若訂購該物品需要一定期支付,則電子設備110可向客戶終端機120提供一第一頁面,該第一頁面包含用於選擇用於訂購該物品之一支付方法及是否使用點數進行預付之一介面。 In operation S203, if ordering the item requires a periodic payment, the electronic device 110 may provide a first page to the client terminal 120, the first page including an interface for selecting a payment method for ordering the item and whether to use points for prepayment.

在本發明中,「點數」可指代使用服務在客戶之帳戶中累 積或充值且可在服務內使用之無形資產。例如,當一客戶在具有N%之一點數累積率之一服務上花費

Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0016-1
M時,客戶之帳戶中之點數可累積為多達
Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0016-2
M(N/100)。針對另一實例,在具有N%之一點數收費率之一服務之情況中,當客戶向他/她的帳戶收取
Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0016-3
M時,可以
Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0016-4
M(N/100)向客戶之帳戶收取點數。 In the present invention, "points" may refer to intangible assets that are accumulated or recharged in a customer's account by using a service and can be used within the service. For example, when a customer spends money on a service with a point accumulation rate of N%,
Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0016-1
M, the points in the customer's account can be accumulated up to
Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0016-2
M(N/100). For another example, in the case of a service with a point charge rate of N%, when a customer charges his/her account
Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0016-3
M, you can
Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0016-4
M(N/100) charges points to the customer's account.

On the other hand, in the present invention, the "service cash" described later with reference to FIG. 4 or FIG. 8 can be used within the service by charging the customer's account using the service, and can indicate an intangible asset that can be withdrawn back to the customer's external account. Therefore, in the example embodiment of FIG. 4, in which "points" and "service cash" are disclosed together, it is assumed that "points" refer to intangible assets generated by the accumulation method, and "service cash" refers to intangible assets generated by the charging method. However, it is exemplary, and "points" and "service cash" can be used interchangeably throughout the present invention.

According to an example embodiment, the first page may be a page provided when the client terminal 120 transmits the first selection information to the electronic device 110 through a shopping cart page or a wish page containing an item to be ordered. However, it is exemplary. The first page may be a page provided when the client terminal 120 transmits the first selection information to the electronic device 110 through a single detail page (SDP) of the item to be ordered, and according to an example embodiment, the first page may be a page provided through various paths (such as provided in the form of a pop-up window).

根據一實例實施例,在使用點數執行預付時,若存在於透過客戶終端機120存取服務之客戶帳戶上之點數大於根據訂單之定期支付費用,則電子設備110可僅使用對應點數進行定期支付。 According to an example embodiment, when performing prepayment using points, if the points existing in the customer account accessing the service through the customer terminal 120 are greater than the periodic payment fee according to the order, the electronic device 110 may only use the corresponding points for periodic payment.

例如,若存在於客戶帳戶中之點數價值

Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0016-5
10,000且定期支付費用為
Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0016-6
5,000,則電子設備110可藉由優先扣除等價於
Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0016-7
5,000之點數 來執行支付,而非使用一預選支付方法。 For example, if the point value in a customer account

10,000 and the regular payment is
Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0016-6
5,000, the electronic device 110 can be deducted by priority
Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0016-7
5,000 points to make a payment instead of using a pre-selected payment method.

根據另一實例實施例,在使用點數執行預付時,若存在於透過客戶終端機120存取服務之客戶帳戶上之點數小於定期支付費用,則電子設備110可優先使用對應點數,但容許使用一預選支付方法進行多達定期支付費用與對應點數之間之差額之定期支付。 According to another example embodiment, when performing prepayment using points, if the points existing in the customer account accessing the service through the customer terminal 120 are less than the periodic payment fee, the electronic device 110 may give priority to using the corresponding points, but allow periodic payments up to the difference between the periodic payment fee and the corresponding points using a preselected payment method.

例如,若存在於客戶帳戶中之點數價值

Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0017-10
The remaining recurring payment of $5,000 can be paid using the pre-selected payment method.

此外,根據一實例實施例,包含在由電子設備110提供之第一頁面中之介面可包含一核取方塊、一選項按鈕、一選擇方塊及一下拉式方塊中之至少一種類型之控制件,使得客戶可選擇一訂單之一支付方法或是否使用點數預先支付。 In addition, according to an example embodiment, the interface included in the first page provided by the electronic device 110 may include at least one type of control in a check box, an option button, a selection box, and a drop-down box, so that the customer can select a payment method for an order or whether to prepay using points.

此外,根據一實例實施例,除上文描述之介面之外,由電子設備110提供之第一頁面可進一步包含顯示根據物品之訂單之定期支付之一估計費用之一第一估計費用介面工具集及顯示根據物品之訂單之立即支付之一估計費用之一第二估計費用介面工具集。 Furthermore, according to an example embodiment, in addition to the interface described above, the first page provided by the electronic device 110 may further include a first estimated fee interface tool set displaying an estimated fee for periodic payment based on an order for items and a second estimated fee interface tool set displaying an estimated fee for immediate payment based on an order for items.

例如,第一估計費用介面工具集可顯示以下資訊。 For example, the First Estimate Costs interface toolkit may display the following information.

(1)基於根據物品之訂單之基本費及折扣資訊計算之定期支付之估計費用。 (1) Estimated fees for periodic payments calculated based on the base price and discount information of the item order.

(2)根據物品之訂單之分期支付週期。 (2) The installment payment period based on the order of the item.

另外,在此方面,第一估計費用介面工具集可進一步顯示~。然而,其係例示性的。除第一估計費用介面工具集之外,可進一步顯 示與定期支付相關之額外資訊。 In addition, in this regard, the first estimated expense interface tool set may further display ~. However, this is exemplary. In addition to the first estimated expense interface tool set, additional information related to the periodic payment may be further displayed.

此外,例如,第二估計費用介面工具集可顯示基於根據物品之一訂單之一訂用費及一估計第一次定期支付費用計算之一估計立即支付費用。 Additionally, for example, the second estimated charges interface tool set may display an estimated immediate payment fee calculated based on a subscription fee and an estimated first periodic payment fee based on an order for the item.

關於此,另外,第二估計費用介面工具集可進一步顯示~。然而,其係例示性的。除此之外,第二估計費用介面工具集可進一步顯示與立即支付相關之額外資訊。 In this regard, in addition, the second cost estimate interface tool set may further display ~. However, this is exemplary. In addition, the second cost estimate interface tool set may further display additional information related to immediate payment.

在操作S204中,電子設備110可從客戶終端機120接收與一物品之一訂單相關之合約之一確認請求。 In operation S204, the electronic device 110 may receive a confirmation request for a contract associated with an order for an item from the client terminal 120.

根據一實例實施例,透過操作S203提供至客戶終端機120之第一頁面可進一步包含用於合約確認請求之一召喚行動(CTA)物件,且合約確認請求可藉由客戶終端機120選擇一對應CTA物件而傳輸至電子設備110。 According to an example embodiment, the first page provided to the client terminal 120 through operation S203 may further include a call to action (CTA) object for a contract confirmation request, and the contract confirmation request may be transmitted to the electronic device 110 by the client terminal 120 selecting a corresponding CTA object.

在操作S205中,電子設備110可將包含一合約及用於合約進展之一CTA物件之第二頁面提供至客戶終端機120。 In operation S205, the electronic device 110 may provide a second page including a contract and a CTA object for contract progress to the client terminal 120.

根據一實例實施例,在操作S204中,當電子設備110從客戶終端機120接收確認請求時,第二頁面可為從第一頁面切換之一頁面。 According to an example embodiment, in operation S204, when the electronic device 110 receives a confirmation request from the client terminal 120, the second page may be a page switched from the first page.

根據一實例實施例,第二頁面上之合約可包含用於指導合約細節之文字片語及影像之至少一部分。 According to an example implementation, the contract on the second page may include at least a portion of a text phrase and an image for guiding the details of the contract.

根據一實例實施例,第二頁面可另外包含一介面,該介面可從客戶終端機120接收指示合約之內容得到確認且合約已達成之一回應。 According to an example embodiment, the second page may further include an interface that can receive a response from the client terminal 120 indicating that the content of the contract has been confirmed and the contract has been reached.

特定言之,另外包含在第二頁面中之介面在其未從客戶終 端機120接收到上文提及之回應時或在接收到回應之後取消回應時可處於一非作用中狀態。另一方面,介面在從客戶終端機120接收到上文描述之回應時可處於一作用中狀態。 Specifically, the interface further included in the second page may be in an inactive state when it does not receive the above-mentioned response from the client terminal 120 or cancels the response after receiving the response. On the other hand, the interface may be in an active state when it receives the above-described response from the client terminal 120.

In this regard, when the interface included in the second page is in an inactive state, the CTA object for contract progress on the second page may be in an inactive state in which the client terminal 120 cannot make a selection. On the other hand, when the interface included in the second page is in an active state, the CTA object for contract progress on the second page may be in an active state in which the client terminal 120 can make a selection. In other words, when the client responds through the client terminal 120 that he/she confirms the contents of the contract and agrees to the contract, the electronic device 110 may restrict the progress of the contract, and in this way, the electronic device 110 may prevent a situation in which the client ignores the contents of the contract and suffers damage by continuing to proceed with the contract.

根據一實例實施例,另外包含在第二頁面中之介面可包含一核取方塊及一選項按鈕之任一者之至少一個控制件。在此情況中,可藉由客戶透過客戶終端機120選擇(例如,點選)介面中之一控制件來進行指示合約之內容得到確認且合約已達成之一回應。 According to an example embodiment, the interface additionally included in the second page may include at least one control of either a check box or an option button. In this case, a response indicating that the content of the contract has been confirmed and the contract has been reached may be made by the client selecting (e.g., clicking) a control in the interface through the client terminal 120.

在操作S206中,電子設備110可從客戶終端機120接收對第二頁面上之CTA物件之一選擇。 In operation S206, the electronic device 110 may receive a selection of a CTA object on the second page from the client terminal 120.

根據一實例實施例,電子設備110可在具有優先於提供第二頁面之一層之優先級之一層上以一彈出格式提供第三頁面。在此情況中,第三頁面可與第二頁面之至少一部分區域重疊。 According to an example embodiment, the electronic device 110 may provide the third page in a pop-up format on a layer having a priority over a layer providing the second page. In this case, the third page may overlap at least a portion of the second page.

根據一實例實施例,當第三頁面以與第二頁面之至少一部分區域重疊之一彈出視窗之形式提供時,電子設備110可調整未與第三頁面重疊之第二頁面之區域之飽和度或亮度。例如,當提供第三頁面時,電子設備110降低未與第三頁面重疊之第二頁面之一區域之亮度,使得客戶可更多地關注第三頁面而非第二頁面。 According to an example embodiment, when the third page is provided in the form of a pop-up window overlapping at least a portion of the second page, the electronic device 110 can adjust the saturation or brightness of the area of the second page that does not overlap with the third page. For example, when the third page is provided, the electronic device 110 reduces the brightness of an area of the second page that does not overlap with the third page, so that the customer can pay more attention to the third page rather than the second page.

在操作S208中,電子設備110可在第三頁面上之用於一電子簽章之一欄位中接收從客戶終端機120輸入之一電子簽章,且可接收對用於完成合約之一CTA物件之一選擇。 In operation S208, the electronic device 110 may receive an electronic signature input from the client terminal 120 in a field for an electronic signature on the third page, and may receive a selection of a CTA object for completing the contract.

根據一實例實施例,電子設備110可藉由客戶透過一預設輸入設備在顯示在客戶終端機120之顯示器上之用於一電子簽章之欄位中給出簽章來接收一電子簽章。 According to an example embodiment, the electronic device 110 can receive an electronic signature by the client giving a signature through a default input device in a field for an electronic signature displayed on a display of the client terminal 120.

根據另一實例實施例,電子設備110可接收藉由客戶將簽章之一影像檔案上載至顯示在客戶終端機120之顯示器上之用於一電子簽章之欄位而輸入之電子簽章。 According to another example embodiment, the electronic device 110 may receive an electronic signature entered by the client uploading an image file of the signature to a field for an electronic signature displayed on a display of the client terminal 120.

圖4係根據一實例實施例之一第一頁面之一例示性圖。 Figure 4 is an illustrative diagram of a first page according to an example implementation.

參考圖4,根據實例實施例之一第一頁面400可包含:一介面410,其用於在一定期支付下訂購時選擇一訂單之一支付方法及是否使用點數進行預付;一第一估計費用介面工具集420,其顯示根據該訂單之 定期支付之估計費用;一第二估計費用介面工具集430,其顯示立即支付之估計費用;及一CTA物件440,其用於合約確認請求。 Referring to FIG. 4 , a first page 400 according to an example embodiment may include: an interface 410 for selecting a payment method for an order and whether to use points for prepayment when ordering under a periodic payment; a first estimated fee interface tool set 420 for displaying an estimated fee for periodic payment according to the order; a second estimated fee interface tool set 430 for displaying an estimated fee for immediate payment; and a CTA object 440 for requesting contract confirmation.

According to an example implementation, the interface 410 included in the first page 400 may display an OO card and service cash previously registered in the customer's account as options for a payment method for an order. An option button is placed on the left side of each option, so that a payment method can be selected simply by clicking the option button corresponding to a payment method desired by the customer. At the same time, a check box for selecting whether to use points for prepayment may be placed at the bottom of the payment method option called OO card. To help customers understand, a phrase "After the monthly automatic payment amount is prepaid using points, the remaining amount will be paid using the OO card" may be written on the right side of the check box. If the customer checks the check box as shown, points can be used first when paying with the OO card. However, the controls (option buttons and check boxes) and text phrases on the interface 410 described above are exemplary. The type and location of the controls and the text content may be changed in various ways.

此外,根據一實例實施例,當使用定期支付下訂單時,為使客戶能夠理解一定期(例如,每月)支付之估計費用,第一估計費用介面工具集420可顯示根據訂單之一基本費(例如,每月

Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0024-12
36,000之基本租賃費)及折扣資訊(每月
Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0024-13
13,000之附屬卡折扣),且第一估計費用介面工具集420可顯示基於其計算之估計定期支付費用(例如,每月
Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0024-14
13,000之一租賃費)。此時,為向客戶強調在第一估計費用介面工具集420中描述之費用並非一立即支付,可將定期支付週期(例如,60個月)與定期支付之估計費用一起顯示。此外,為使客戶清楚地理解定期支付之估計費用是什麼,可將一預設圖形效應(例如,粗體應用、字體改變、斜體應用、文字顏色改變、文字大小改變)應用於指示定期支付之估計費用之文字片語。 In addition, according to an example embodiment, when placing an order using periodic payment, in order to enable the customer to understand the estimated charges for a periodic (e.g., monthly) payment, the first estimated charge interface tool set 420 may display a basic charge (e.g., monthly) of the order.
Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0024-12
36,000 basic rental fee) and discount information (monthly
Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0024-13
13,000 supplementary card discount), and the first estimated expense interface tool set 420 can display the estimated periodic payment expenses calculated based on it (e.g., monthly
Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0024-14
13,000 as a lease fee). At this time, in order to emphasize to the customer that the fee described in the first estimated fee interface tool set 420 is not an immediate payment, the periodic payment period (e.g., 60 months) may be displayed together with the estimated fee to be paid periodically. In addition, in order to make the customer clearly understand what the estimated fee to be paid periodically is, a preset graphic effect (e.g., bold application, font change, italic application, text color change, text size change) may be applied to the text phrase indicating the estimated fee to be paid periodically.

根據一實例實施例,為幫助客戶理解在使用定期支付下訂 單時待立即支付之估計費用,第二估計費用介面工具集430可顯示根據訂單之一訂用費(例如,

Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0025-15
100,000之一訂用費)及一估計第一次定期支付費用(例如,第一個月之
Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0025-16
23,000之一租賃費),且可顯示基於其計算之一估計立即支付費用(例如,
Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0025-17
123,000之總支付金額)。在此情況中,取決於一實例實施例,在計算立即支付估計費用時,可另外考慮運送費用或點數。例如,可將運送費用添加至立即支付之估計費用,或可從估計支付費用立即扣除用於運送費用之點數金額。此外,為確保客戶清楚地理解立即支付之估計費用是什麼,可將一預設圖形效應(例如,粗體應用、字體改變、斜體應用、文字顏色改變、文字大小改變)應用於指示立即支付估計費用之文字片語。 According to an example embodiment, to help customers understand the estimated charges to be paid immediately when placing an order using recurring payments, the second estimated charge interface tool set 430 can display a subscription fee (e.g.,
Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0025-15
100,000) and an estimated first periodic payment (e.g., first month
Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0025-16
23,000 of a rental fee), and may display an estimated immediate payment based on its calculation (e.g.
Figure 111139663-A0305-02-0025-17
123,000 total payment amount). In this case, depending on an example embodiment, shipping charges or points may be additionally considered when calculating the immediate payment estimate. For example, shipping charges may be added to the immediate payment estimate, or the point amount used for shipping charges may be immediately deducted from the estimated payment. In addition, to ensure that the customer clearly understands what the immediate payment estimate is, a preset graphical effect (e.g., bold application, font change, italic application, text color change, text size change) may be applied to the text phrase indicating the immediate payment estimate.

圖5a至圖5c係根據一實例實施例之一第二頁面及一第三頁面之例示性圖。 Figures 5a to 5c are exemplary diagrams of a second page and a third page according to an example implementation.

特定言之,圖5a係提供至客戶終端機120之一初始第二頁面之一實例,圖5b係其中根據來自一客戶之一回應改變一些狀態之一第二頁面之一實例,且圖5c係提供至客戶終端機120之一第三頁面之一實例。 Specifically, FIG. 5a is an example of an initial second page provided to the client terminal 120, FIG. 5b is an example of a second page in which some states are changed according to a response from a client, and FIG. 5c is an example of a third page provided to the client terminal 120.
