Description

Health care devices

The present invention relates to a health care device and a health care method, and in particular to a health care device and a health care method for transmitting low-frequency waves to a human body to perform health care on the human body.

Currently known health care methods include scraping, cupping, acupuncture, massage, etc. Although they can achieve the purpose of health care, they also have their disadvantages. For example, scraping can damage the skin and increase the risk of infection; cupping has a similar effect to scraping, but it requires the cup to come into contact with the skin, so the cleanliness and hygiene of the cup are of concern; acupuncture uses needles to invade the corresponding acupuncture points in the human body, so there is an invasive risk; massage, although there is no invasive risk, requires relying on others to help relax the muscles.

The improvement of the acupuncture health care method mentioned above is like the microwave acupuncture instrument, which uses non-invasive radiation for health care devices on human acupuncture points. The microwave oscillator used in the microwave acupuncture instrument has an oscillation frequency of up to 1000-2000 MHz, which can easily cause damage due to excessive radiation (energy). In fact, the microwave acupuncture instrument also needs to correspond to the acupuncture points of the human body to play a role. However, the general public is not a professional in Chinese medicine and cannot accurately identify each person's acupuncture points. Therefore, the microwave acupuncture instrument is not actually a health care device that can be universalized.

Therefore, it is a trend in the industry to develop health care devices and methods that are easy to operate, accurately identify the location of use, and are non-invasive, non-contact, and do not have the risk of excessive energy causing harm.

The present invention is mainly based on the recognition that the main tissues and organs of the human body (referring to the organic body, not artificial tissues or organs) have inherent vibration frequencies, such as 8-12Hz for the head, 4-6Hz for the chest, 5Hz for the heart, 6-9Hz for the abdomen, 1.2Hz for the blood flow frequency, and 1.8Hz for the bone tissue. When a part of the human body is in a low-frequency wave field of 0-20Hz, such as bass waves or infrasound waves (its relative name is ultrasound or ultrasonic waves above 20kHz), if its sound pressure intensity (Sound Pressure Level, unit is dB) reaches a certain threshold, the elastic wall of the outer layer of the tissue and organ corresponding to this part will first enter a vibrating state, and then this vibration will be transmitted to the inside of the tissue and organ. In particular, when the frequency of the bass wave is synchronized with the aforementioned inherent vibration frequency of the tissue and organ, resonance will be generated, and the tissue and organ will be stimulated the most at this time. When the resonance caused by the bass wave acts on the tissue and organ, it will also act on the cell structure of the tissue and organ, such as the mitochondrion of the cell. The mitochondria are the main places for oxidative phosphorylation and synthesis of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in the cell, providing chemical energy for cell activities, so they are called "the powerhouse of the cell". In addition, the resonance caused by the aforementioned bass wave acting on the mitochondria will also affect the binding state of some enzymes with the cell membrane and the activity of the enzymes. At the same time, when bass waves of a certain intensity act, the energy of the waves can be converted into heat energy, biochemical energy and bioelectric energy, which can directly act on tissues and organs, so that damaged tissues can be repaired and restored to normal function under the stimulation of bass waves. Using bass waves as components of health care devices can avoid the problem of excessive energy risks generated by high-frequency microwave oscillators causing harm. In addition, it is specially explained here that the above bass waves are only an example of low-frequency waves, and low-frequency waves can also include electromagnetic waves such as radio waves or light waves.

The present invention also recognizes that according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the human navel is the Shenque acupoint and is where the Ren channel, Du channel, Dai channel, and Chong channel pass through. Therefore, when the Shenque acupoint is stimulated, the whole body can be adjusted by connecting the five internal organs through the meridians. Furthermore, according to the theory of Western medicine, the navel is the thinnest part of the epidermal stratum corneum in the abdomen of the human body and there is no fat tissue under the navel, so its barrier function is the weakest. In addition, in addition to the microcirculatory blood vessels of general skin, the navel skin also has a rich venous network and hypogastric artery branches. Therefore, as long as a certain effect or change is performed on the blood in the microcirculatory blood vessels of the navel skin, this effect or change can be brought into the human blood circulation system. Furthermore, the position of the belly button is easy to identify and does not vary with a person's height or weight. Therefore, if the belly button is used as a health care device at the corresponding position of the human body, the user will have the advantage of being able to accurately identify the position of use.

The present invention also recognizes that the bass wave emitter can be directed toward the navel to emit bass waves without contacting the navel to achieve an effect similar to acupuncture, thereby achieving a non-invasive and non-contact health care method. Since it is recognized that bass waves can achieve an effect similar to acupuncture, and the effect of acupuncture on the immune system is that acupuncture can increase the content of interferon gamma (γ-IFN) and neuropeptide beta-endorphin (β-endorphin) to activate NK cells (natural killer cells), and NK cells will also secrete cytokines (cytokines), which can regulate inflammatory reactions. NK cells are a type of lymphocyte with large granules in the cytoplasm and are immune cells. They develop from bone marrow lymphoid stem cells and are mainly distributed in peripheral blood (including blood in microcirculation vessels) and spleen. They also exist in small quantities in lymph nodes and other tissues.

Based on the above, "the navel is the thinnest part of the human abdomen in terms of epidermal stratum corneum and there is no fat tissue under the navel, so its barrier function is the weakest. In addition, in addition to the microcirculatory blood vessels of general skin, the navel skin also has a rich venous network and hypogastric artery branches. Therefore, as long as a certain effect or change is performed on the blood in the microcirculatory blood vessels of the navel skin, this effect or change can be brought into the human blood circulation system." Therefore, when a bass wave transmitter is used to emit bass waves toward the navel, it will induce an effect similar to acupuncture, which will increase the content of γ-IFN and β-endorphin in the blood in the microcirculatory blood vessels of the navel skin and activate NK cells, B cells (B cell, B lymphocyte) and activated T cells (Active T cell, Active T cell). Because NK cells, B cells and activated T cells secrete cytokines, they can regulate inflammatory reactions or secrete antibodies. Therefore, the efficacy of the health care device of the present invention can be verified by simply detecting the changes in the content of NK cells, B cells or activated T cells in the blood.

P。The low frequency wave transmitter 2 is connected to the bottom surface 32 of the column. Preferably, the low frequency wave transmitter 2 is directly connected to the bottom surface 32 of the column. For example, the low frequency wave transmitter 2 is welded or screwed to the bottom surface 32 of the column. Therefore, when the power supply 21 is started, the vibration member 22 will generate the low frequency wave W of the predetermined frequency (please refer to FIG. 1 again). Next, the low-frequency wave W is transmitted to the bottom surface 32 of the column, and then transmitted to the bottom surface 41 and the top point 40 of the cone 4 in sequence by the column body 33. The cone 4 is formed into a cone shape from the wider bottom surface 41 to the narrower top point 40, so that the energy of the low-frequency wave W is more concentrated as it is transmitted to the top point 40. Therefore, when the low-frequency wave W is transmitted to the vertex 40, the energy of the low-frequency wave W is concentrated to the maximum and emitted from the vertex 40 toward the navel 11; since the vertex 40 of the cone 4 is a tip, the low-frequency wave W can form a principle similar to "tip discharge" in electricity and concentrate the energy of the low-frequency wave W at the vertex 40 and release it and emit it toward the navel 11. It is particularly noted that at this time, the vertex 40 is located at the predetermined position P.

Please refer to FIG. 4 , in another embodiment, the low frequency wave transmitter 2 is connected to the bottom surface 32 of the column by a pipe 5, and the low frequency wave W is transmitted from the low frequency wave transmitter 2 to the bottom surface 32 of the column through the pipe 5, and then transmitted to the vertex 40 as described above and emitted toward the navel 11. The arrangement of the pipe 5 can keep the power source 21 and/or the vibrator 22 of the low frequency wave transmitter 2 away from the human body to avoid interference with the electronic device implanted in the human body.

P。Please refer to FIG. 5 , in another embodiment, a vertical rod 401 is further provided at the vertex 40, facing away from the cone bottom surface 41. Preferably, the rod 401 is a metal rod such as a metal wire or line, and the length direction of the rod 401 coincides with the cone bottom surface normal N passing through the cone bottom surface center C of the cone bottom surface 41 and faces the navel 11. Therefore, the energy of the low-frequency wave W can be further guided to be concentrated on a rod tip 402 of the rod 401 and released and emitted toward the navel 11. It is particularly noted that the rod tip 402 is located at the predetermined position P at this time.

Please refer to FIG6 , in another embodiment, the health care device 100 is mounted on a frame 200, the user 1 lies flat on a platform (not shown), the frame 200 is mounted on the platform, and the health care device 100 is located above the user's navel. In this way, the user can also get a proper rest during the health care process.
