Abstract

An incense holder, which is used to fix the position of a incense, and the incense holder comprises a pipe, an insert and a limiting device. Description

Incense holder

This application relates to an incense holder that can prevent people from getting burned by accidental touch.

Incense sticks are made of a core covered with a layer of spices, usually in the shape of a line. The spices of incense sticks are made from natural materials such as sandalwood, fragrant wood and cinnamon. When they are burned, they will produce a fragrant smell. Not only can it relax the body and mind and fill the air with fragrance, it can also be used to repel insects.

In the past, people would light incense sticks and place them on an incense plate. However, this approach has at least the following disadvantages:

1. Because there are no protective measures around the incense sticks, people can easily get burned by rubbing or touching them.

Second, the general incense tray can only fix incense sticks of a single diameter, and cannot fix incense sticks of different thicknesses, which is not flexible in actual use.

3. In addition, the ashes of incense sticks can easily fall on the table or the ground, causing unnecessary trouble in cleaning.

In view of this, technical personnel in this field are actively developing a technical solution to solve the above problems to improve the defects of the existing technology.

The main purpose of this application is to prevent people from getting burned by rubbing or touching incense sticks.

Another main purpose of this application is to improve the problem that the ashes of incense sticks fall on the table or the ground, and the incense stick tray can only fix incense sticks of a single diameter.

The above-mentioned purpose does not preclude the existence of other purposes. If a person with ordinary knowledge in the relevant technical field can deduce the purpose from the description of this application, the scope of the patent application, or the drawings, it is also included in the purpose of this application. Therefore, the purpose of this application is not limited to the above-mentioned purposes.

To achieve the above purpose, the present application provides an incense holder for fixing the position of an incense stick. The incense holder includes a straight tube, an insert and a limit device. The straight tube has a slide groove and a through opening along an axis, and the slide groove and the through opening are connected; the insert is arranged in the slide groove, and the insert can slide in the slide groove, and the incense stick is arranged in the insert; the limit device fixes the insert along a direction perpendicular to the axis.

Therefore, this application has at least the following technical features:

1. Because the incense stick is placed on the plug-in, and the plug-in is placed on the slide of the straight tube. In this way, the straight tube placed on the outside of the incense stick can not only prevent people from rubbing against the incense stick and causing burns, but also prevent people from knocking over the incense stick, causing the fallen incense stick to ignite objects, thereby causing the risk of disaster.

2. In addition, through the setting of the straight tube, the ashes produced after the burning of the incense sticks will fall into the chute, greatly reducing the ashes falling on the table and the ground, thereby solving the problem of cleaning.

3. The plug-in device of this application is suitable for incense sticks of different thicknesses to fix the incense sticks, which is more flexible in actual use.

Instead, the scope of the present application is limited only by the scope of the patent application, and covers replacements, modifications and equivalents.

Please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 6 . In the embodiment of the present application, in order to solve the problem of flexibility and safety, the present application provides an incense holder 100 for fixing the position of an incense stick 1. The incense stick 1 is used indoors and in camping places to provide aromatherapy and insect repellent.

Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , the incense holder 100 includes a straight tube 10 , an inserting member 20 and a limiting device 30 .

The straight tube 10 is in the shape of a hollow cylinder, so that the linear incense stick 1 can be placed in the straight tube 10. The straight tube 10 has a slide groove 11 and a through-port 12 along an axis C, and the slide groove 11 is connected to the through-port 12. Furthermore, there are a plurality of through-ports 12, which are arranged at intervals in the straight tube 10, and a reinforcement portion 13 is formed between each through-port 12. The reinforcement portion 13 can increase the rigidity of the straight tube 10 so that the straight tube 10 is not easily deformed.

For the convenience of explaining the technical features of the insert 20 , please refer to FIG. 3 . The insert 20 is disposed in the slide groove 11 through the pipe opening 14 of the straight tube 10 . The insert 20 can slide in the slide groove 11 , and the incense stick 1 is disposed in the insert 20 .

In this embodiment, the insert 20 has a through hole 21 and a contact portion 22 in the radial direction. The contact portion 22 is located at the inner end of the through hole 21 . The through hole 12 is disposed corresponding to the through hole 21 and the contact portion 22 for the limiting device 30 to fix the insert 20 .

In addition, the inserting member 20 has an accommodating portion 23 in the axial direction. As shown in FIG. 3 , the accommodating portion 23 is in a step shape, and the incense stick 1 can be inserted and positioned in the accommodating portion 23. Further, the accommodating portion 23 includes a large diameter section 231, a middle diameter section 232, and a small diameter section 233. The large diameter section 231, the middle diameter section 232, and the small diameter section 233 are arranged in parallel along the axis C. The middle diameter section 232 is connected between the large diameter section 231 and the small diameter section 233, and the small diameter section 233 is connected to the through hole 21 and the abutting portion 22. Among them, the large diameter section 231, the middle diameter section 232, and the small diameter section 233 are connected to the outside of the inserting member 20. Thus, the incense stick 1 with a larger diameter is arranged in the large diameter section 231, the incense stick 1 with a smaller diameter is arranged in the middle diameter section 232, and the incense core of the incense stick 1 is arranged in the small diameter section 233, so as to provide incense sticks 1 of different thicknesses for arrangement.

In a preferred embodiment of the present application, the maximum length of the large diameter section 231 is smaller than the maximum length of the middle diameter section 232; the maximum length of the middle diameter section 232 is smaller than the maximum length of the small diameter section 233, so as to facilitate the insertion of the incense stick 1.

Please refer to FIG. 4 , in another embodiment of the present application, the accommodating portion 23 includes a tapered section 234 , the tapered section 234 has an inner diameter 2341 and an outer diameter 2342 , the inner diameter 2341 is connected to the small diameter section 233 , and the outer diameter 2342 tapers toward the inner diameter 2341 , so that the tapered section 234 is in a tapered shape.

The limiting device 30 is disposed along a direction perpendicular to the axis C. The limiting device 30 can pass through the through opening 12 and the through hole 21 and then abut against the abutting portion 22 of the insert 20 to fix the insert 20 so that the insert 20 will not fall off the straight tube 10 .

The limiting device 30 has a positioning seat 31 and an abutting pin 32. The positioning seat 31 has a hole and is sleeved on the straight tube 10. The abutting pin 32 is screwed on the positioning seat 31 and passes through the through opening 12 and the through hole 21 to abut the abutting portion 22. Please refer to FIG. 5 , the incense stick 1 is inserted into the slide groove 11 through the insert 20. Furthermore, the limiting device 30 fixes the insert 20, thereby fixing the position of the incense stick 1, so that the incense stick 1 will not slide along the axis C.

Please refer to FIG. 6 , the position limiting device 30 is far away from the contact pin 32 and has a fixing portion 33, and the fixing portion 33 is used to be installed on a piece of furniture or a camping equipment; in this embodiment, the position limiting device 30 is tightly inserted into a table hole 2a of a folding table 2, and the position limiting device 30 can be pivoted in the table hole 2a to achieve the purpose of adjusting the angle of the incense stick 1. The fixing portion 33 is a convex shaft, and the length L of the convex shaft is between 1 cm and 3 cm.

It should be noted that if the length L of the protruding shaft is less than 1 cm, it will be difficult to set the fixing part 33, and the incense holder 100 will easily loosen and fall off; if the length L of the protruding shaft is greater than 3 cm, the fixing effect of the fixing part 33 is limited and the manufacturing cost will be increased.

Therefore, this application includes the following technical features:

1. Since the straight tube 10 is disposed outside the incense stick 1, the straight tube 10 can prevent people from rubbing or touching the incense stick 1, thereby preventing burns. It can also prevent people from knocking over the incense stick 1, thereby preventing the fallen incense stick 1 from igniting objects and causing disasters. Therefore, the configuration of the straight tube 10 of the present application greatly improves the safety of people using the incense stick 1.

2. On the other hand, the ashes generated after the burning of the incense stick 1 will fall into the chute 11, greatly reducing the ashes falling on the table or the ground, thereby solving the cleaning problem.

3. The insert 20 of the present application is suitable for incense sticks 1 of different thicknesses to fix the incense sticks 1, which is more flexible in actual use.

4. The present application forms a reinforcement portion 13 by means of a plurality of through openings 12 arranged at intervals, which can increase the rigidity of the straight tube 10 and make the straight tube 10 less likely to deform.

5. The abutment portion 22 of the present application provides a limiting device 30 to more stably fix the insert 20.

6. The present application sets the fixing part 33 on furniture or camping equipment, and can be used as a stand. Thus, the purpose of adjusting the angle of the incense stick 1 is achieved.

The aforementioned effects do not preclude the existence of other effects. If a person skilled in the art can derive effects from the description in the specification, patent application scope, or drawings, they are also included in the effects of this application. Therefore, the effects of this application are not limited to the aforementioned effects.

Claims (10)

An incense holder for fixing the position of an incense stick, the incense holder comprises: a straight tube having a slide groove and a through hole along an axis, the slide groove being connected to the through hole; an inserting piece arranged in the slide groove, the inserting piece can slide in the slide groove, and the incense stick is arranged on the inserting piece; and a limiting device arranged in a direction perpendicular to the axis to fix the inserting piece. The incense holder as described in claim 1, wherein the openings are plural and a reinforcement portion is formed between each of the openings. As described in claim 1, the incense holder, wherein the insert has a through hole and a contact portion, and the through hole is arranged corresponding to the through hole and the contact portion. An incense holder as described in claim 1, wherein the insert has a receiving portion, and the incense stick is disposed in the receiving portion. The incense holder as described in claim 4, wherein the accommodating portion includes a tapered section and a small-diameter section, the tapered section has an inner diameter and an outer diameter, the inner diameter is connected to the small-diameter section, and the outer diameter tapers toward the inner diameter. As described in claim 4, the incense holder, wherein the accommodating portion includes a large diameter section, a middle diameter section and a small diameter section, and the middle diameter section is connected between the large diameter section and the small diameter section. The incense holder as described in claim 6, wherein the maximum length of the large diameter segment is smaller than the maximum length of the middle diameter segment; and the maximum length of the middle diameter segment is smaller than the maximum length of the small diameter segment. As described in claim 1, the incense holder, wherein the limiting device has a positioning seat and an abutment pin, the positioning seat is arranged in a direction perpendicular to the axis, and the abutment pin selectively passes through the positioning seat, the through hole and a through hole of the plug-in component to abut an abutment portion of the plug-in component. The incense holder as described in claim 1, wherein the limiting device has a fixing portion, and the fixing portion is used to be set on a piece of furniture or a camping equipment. As described in claim 9, the fixing portion is in the shape of a protruding shaft, and its length is between 1 cm and 3 cm.
