Abstract

Provided is a method for providing information of an electronic device, including identifying a first user input for an item, based on the first user input, identifying detailed information on the item and information on a dish related to the item, providing a first page including the detailed information and the information on the dish, identifying a second user input for the information on the dish, and based on the second user input, providing a second page including recipe information on the dish.

Method for providing information via electronic device, electronic device and non-transitory computer-readable storage medium

The present invention relates to a method for providing information and an electronic device using the method.

With the development of devices such as smartphones, the number of users who purchase items sold through e-commerce (or electronic commerce) is increasing. For example, the online purchasing area for common groceries such as fresh food is also gradually expanding. As users migrate to online platforms that include applications, the frequency of ordering items is increasing.

A user can purchase a specific item for a dish on a service platform. If information about other items is provided together to meet the needs of a user who purchases an item as an ingredient for a dish, the user using the service can conveniently purchase the item according to the desired dish.

In this regard, please refer to the prior art Korean patent publication No. 10-2016-0120692.

One aspect provides an electronic device for recognizing a user input for an item within a service and providing a user with information about dishes, recipes, ingredients, etc. related to the specific item, and a method for providing the electronic device.

The technical problems to be solved by the exemplary embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the technical problems described above, and other technical challenges can be inferred from the following exemplary embodiments.

According to one embodiment, a method for providing information by an electronic device is provided, the method comprising: identifying a first user input for an item; based on the first user input, identifying detailed information about the item and information about a dish related to the item; providing a first page including the detailed information and the information about the dish; identifying a second user input for the information about the dish; and based on the second user input, providing a second page including recipe information about the dish.

According to another aspect, an electronic device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the processor is configured to recognize a first user input for an item; based on the first user input, recognize detailed information about the item and information about a dish related to the item; provide a first page including the detailed information and the information about the dish; recognize a second user input for the information about the dish; and based on the second user input, provide a second page including recipe information about the dish.

According to another aspect, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium is provided, comprising a medium configured to store computer-readable instructions, and if the computer-readable instructions are executed by a processor, the processor operates a method of providing information, the method comprising: identifying a first user input for an item; based on the first user input, identifying detailed information about the item and information about a dish related to the item; providing a first page including the detailed information and the information about the dish; identifying a second user input for the information about the dish; and based on the second user input, providing a second page including recipe information about the dish.

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, in response to an input from a user using a service, an electronic device may provide information about dishes related to a particular item, information about a recipe for a dish, information about items that are ingredients of the dish, and information about recipe lists.

A method of providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention may include identifying information about a dish based on information about an item that a user is interested in and wants to purchase. Therefore, the method of providing information can provide a user with a convenient service experience by providing alternative items as ingredients of a dish, recommended recipes, items and recipes related to keywords, and information related to other dishes.

When considering the functions in the present invention, the terms used in the exemplary embodiments are selected from the general terms currently widely used as much as possible. However, the terms may vary depending on the intention of those familiar with this technology or precedents, the emergence of new technologies and the like. In addition, in certain cases, there are also terms arbitrarily selected by the applicant, and in such cases, the meaning will be described in detail in the corresponding description. Therefore, the terms used in the present invention should be defined based on the meaning of the terms and the content of the present invention rather than the simple names of the terms.

Throughout this specification, when a part is described as "including or comprising" a component, it does not exclude another component and may further include another component unless otherwise stated. In addition, terms such as "...unit", "...group" and "...module" described in this specification mean a unit that processes at least one function or operation, which can be implemented as hardware, software, or a combination thereof.

The expression "at least one of a, b, and c" described throughout this specification may include "a alone", "b alone", "c alone", "a and b", "a and c", "b and c", or "all of a, b, and c".

In the present invention, a "terminal" may be implemented as, for example, a computer or a portable terminal capable of accessing a server or another terminal via a network. Here, the computer may include, for example, a notebook computer, a desktop computer and/or a laptop computer equipped with a web browser. The portable terminal may be a wireless communication device that ensures portability and mobility, and includes (but is not limited to) any type of handheld wireless communication device, such as a tablet PC, a smart phone, a communication-based terminal (such as International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (W-CDMA), Long Term Evolution (LTE) or the like).

Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that a person skilled in the art in the art to which the present invention belongs can easily implement the exemplary embodiments. However, the present invention can be implemented in many different forms and is not limited to the exemplary embodiments described herein.

Hereinafter, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

When describing the exemplary embodiments, the description of the technical contents that are well known in the technical field to which the present invention belongs and are not directly related to the present invention will be omitted. The advantages and features of the present invention and a method of achieving the same will be understood by referring to the exemplary embodiments described in detail below together with the accompanying drawings. In this case, it will be understood that each block of a flowchart and flowchart combination can be executed by computer program instructions. Computer program instructions can be embodied in a processor of a general purpose computer or a special purpose computer, or can be embodied in a processor of other programmable data processing equipment. Therefore, instructions executed by a processor of a computer or other programmable data processing equipment can produce a portion for performing the functions described in the flowchart blocks. In order to implement a function in a specific manner, computer program instructions that can direct a computer or other programmable data processing equipment can also be stored in a computer-usable or computer-readable memory. For example, according to a corresponding function, two blocks shown in succession may be executed substantially simultaneously, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in reverse order.

FIG1 is a schematic block diagram of the internal components of an electronic device according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 1 , the internal components of an electronic device 100 are not limited to the components shown. For example, the electronic device 100 may include at least one of a processor 110 and a memory 120.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device 100 may include a communication module as a component. The electronic device 100 may exchange data with other devices connected by wired or wireless communication through the communication module. According to an exemplary embodiment, the communication module may be configured in the form of a module. According to another exemplary embodiment, the communication module may be electrically connected to an external processor (e.g., processor 110) without including a separate processor.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device 100 may be a platform server that provides services. For example, a service may be an e-commerce platform service that sells goods to users. A platform server may provide an environment in which a user with online access may sell, broker, or purchase an item. For another exemplary embodiment, a service may be a platform service that brokers food delivery to users. The electronic device 100 (which is a platform server) may provide required information to users using the platform service. In addition, the electronic device 100 may obtain data for service provision from the memory 120, a separate database server, or a cloud server.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device 100 may be a terminal device (e.g., a smart phone, a desktop computer, etc.) owned by a user who accesses the service. For example, the electronic device 100 may be configured to receive information from the platform server.

Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described under the basic premise that the electronic device 100 is a platform server that provides services.

The processor 110 may process a series of operations for executing a method of providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention. The processor 110 may control other components of the electronic device 100.

The memory 130 is a data structure implemented in a predetermined storage space of the electronic device 100, and can freely perform functions such as storing, searching, deleting, editing, and adding data. For example, the memory 120 may include fields or components for processing functions such as data storage, searching, deleting, editing, and adding. The memory 120 may store data related to the electronic device 100 that performs the method of providing information. For example, the memory 120 may store instructions or data for an execution operation of the processor 110.

FIG2 is a schematic flow chart of a method for providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

An electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may recognize a first user input related to an item in operation S210. The item may include a product included in various categories sold through the electronic device. For example, the item may be a product included in a category such as fruits, vegetables, meat, and beverages. The item is not limited to the exemplary product.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the first user input may include an input for selecting an item. For example, the first user input may include an input for clicking a specific item. The input for clicking a specific item may correspond to an input for clicking an area in which the specific item is displayed as an icon. In response to obtaining the first user input for an item, the electronic device may provide a page that displays information related to the item for which the input was obtained. For example, in response to obtaining the first user input for an item, the electronic device may switch from a page that displays the item to a page that displays information related to the item.

The electronic device may identify detailed information about the item and information about a dish related to the item in operation S220. For example, the electronic device may identify detailed information about the item based on the first user input. The detailed information about the item may include information about a name of the item, the quantity of the item, the number of items, the rating of the item, the price of the item, item discount information, the price of the item, the estimated delivery date of the item, the cost for delivering the item, and an image of the item.

For another example, the electronic device may identify information about a dish associated with the item based on a first user input. The information about the dish associated with the item may be information about a dish that can be made with the item. The electronic device may identify information about the dish associated with the item based on recipe information. For example, when the item is included in the recipe information, the electronic device may identify information about a dish made by the recipe information including the item. The electronic device may obtain the recipe information from a storage space including a memory (e.g., memory 120 of FIG. 1 ). The recipe information may be updated periodically. The information about the dish may include information such as an image of the dish, a name of the dish, a cooking time of the dish, and difficulty of making the dish.

The electronic device may provide a first page including detailed information and information about the dish in operation S230. The first page may be a page provided by the electronic device in response to the first user input in operation S210. For example, the first page may be a page on which a purchase of a selected item may be performed according to the first user input. The first page may include the exemplary diagram of FIG. 3. The electronic device may provide detailed information about the item and information about the dish in separate areas on the first page. For example, an area in which detailed information about the item is provided may be an upper area of the first page. The area in which information about the dish is provided may be a lower area of the first page, and may be an area at the lower end of an area in which detailed information about an item is provided. An area in which each piece of information is provided is not limited to the example.

The electronic device may identify a second user input for information about a dish in operation S240. The information about a dish may include information about at least one dish. The second user input may include a user selection input for selecting a dish from the information about the dish. For example, the second user input may be an input by a user clicking an image of a specific dish in an area where information about the dish is provided. For another example, the second user input may be an input by a user clicking an area where an image of a specific dish is displayed. Specifically, the electronic device may switch to a page including recipe information about the dish in response to the second user input.

The electronic device may provide a second page based on the second user input in operation S250. The second page may include recipe information of the dish. The second page may be a page provided by the electronic device in response to the second user input in operation 240. For example, the second page may be a page having recipe information about a dish selected according to the second user input and information about items that are ingredients of the dish. The second page may include the illustrative views of FIG. 6a and FIG. 6b.

FIG. 3 is an exemplary diagram of a page 300 with information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 3 , an electronic device (e.g., the electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may provide a page 300 (e.g., the first page), and the page 300 provides detailed information about an item and dish-related information 321. Specifically, the electronic device may provide detailed information about the item to an upper area 310 of the page 300. The electronic device may provide dish-related information 321 to a lower area 320 of the page 300.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may provide information about a dish related to the item displayed on the upper area 310 to the lower area 320 of the page 300. The dish-related information 321 may include information about at least one dish. For example, the dish-related information 321 may include information about "spinach omelette" that can be cooked with "spinach" displayed in the upper area 310. The electronic device may periodically update the information about the dish cooked with the item.

FIG. 4 is a flow chart for displaying a list of dishes related to an item according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

The electronic device (e.g., the electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may recognize a first user input related to an item in operation S410. The description of S410 may be replaced by the description of operation S210.

The electronic device may identify information about a plurality of dishes in operation S420. When identifying a first user input about an item, the electronic device may identify information about a plurality of dishes in which the item is used as an ingredient. The electronic device may identify information about a plurality of dishes related to the item based on information about a user's search history, a user's purchase history, dishes containing frequently purchased items within the service, a conversion rate to actual purchases when the user uses the service, and items with a high gross profit per unit (GPPU).

The electronic device may obtain information about a plurality of dishes and information about a plurality of items in operation S430. The information about a plurality of items may include information about a plurality of items corresponding to each of the plurality of dishes. The electronic device may identify dish-related information based on the obtained information. Specifically, the electronic device may link and identify an item selected by the first user, information about a dish that can be prepared using the item, and information about an item included in a dish that can be prepared using the item.

The electronic device may display a list of multiple dishes in operation S440. Specifically, the electronic device may display a list of multiple dishes based on information about multiple dishes related to the item. The list of multiple dishes may include information about the dishes provided on the first page (e.g., page 300 of FIG. 3) (e.g., dish-related information 321 in FIG. 3). In the present invention, an operation of displaying information by the electronic device may include an operation of controlling the display of information on a display of a user terminal.

The electronic device may display a list of multiple dishes according to a set order in operation S440. The set order may include a descending order of many dishes in the user's search history, a descending order of dishes with a large number of user purchase histories, a descending order of dishes containing frequently purchased items in the service, a descending order of dishes containing items converted to actual purchases when using the service, and a descending order of dishes with high GPPU items. The set order is not limited to the example and can be expanded. In addition, the list of multiple dishes can be configured according to the same or similar criteria as the configuration of the information about the multiple dishes on the first page.

FIG5 is a flow chart for providing a page with information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

The electronic device may recognize a second user input in operation S510. The description of S510 may be replaced by the description of operation S240.

The electronic device may identify information about an item in operation S520. The information about an item may be information about an item that is an ingredient of a dish. The item that is an ingredient of a dish may be an item included in the recipe information of the dish.

The electronic device may configure and display items in operation S530. For example, the electronic device may configure items based on information about items that are ingredients of a dish. A configuration criterion for items may be set based on at least one of information about GPPU of individual items, information about discount rates, information about gross merchandise volume (GMV), information about purchase conversion rates, and sales information. The configuration criterion may be updated and set based on periodically updated data.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may give priority to items having a high GPPU to provide information about items as ingredients of a dish. The highest priority may be information having the highest priority among the information provided to the user terminal. For example, the highest priority may indicate the top or the left, but is not limited thereto.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may provide information about items that are ingredients for a dish based on GPPU information obtained within a regular time period. For example, the time period may include a week. For another example, the time period may be a time period long enough for the user to significantly utilize GPPU-related information calculated by purchasing items within the service.

FIG. 6a and FIG. 6b are exemplary diagrams showing recipe information and information about items used as ingredients of a dish according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

FIG. 6a may be an example of displaying recipe information about a dish. An electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may provide a second page including recipe information about a dish. The second page may be divided into an upper area 610 and a lower area 620. The second page may include recipe information and information about items that are ingredients of the dish.

According to an exemplary embodiment, in the upper area 610 of the second page, the electronic device may display a dish image 611, a video of the dish, and basic information 612 about the dish (e.g., cooking time, difficulty of making the dish, standard number of people who eat the dish, etc.), or the electronic device may display information 613 for switching to a page that provides information about items used as ingredients for the dish.

Referring to FIG. 6a, the electronic device may display recipe information 622 on the lower area 620 of the second page. If the recipe label 621 is selected, the electronic device may provide the recipe information 622 to the lower area 620 of the second page. The description of the lower area 620 of the second page is based on the premise that the recipe label 621 is selected.

The electronic device may provide recipe information 622 related to the dish in the upper area 610 to the lower area 620 of the second page. The electronic device may periodically update the recipe information 622. A dish may correspond to the recipe information 622 in a one-to-one or one-to-many relationship. For example, the recipe information 622 corresponding to a dish may be plural. The electronic device may provide the recipe information 622 corresponding to the dish according to a preset criterion. For example, if a preset criterion is a recipe with the highest review score from users using the service, the electronic device may provide a recipe with the highest review score among the multiple recipe information 622 corresponding to a dish as the recipe information 622. The preset criterion for providing the recipe information 622 is not limited to the example.

Referring to FIG. 6b, the electronic device (e.g., the electronic device 100 of FIG. 1) may display a video 631 of making a dish on an upper area 630 of the second page (e.g., the upper area 610 of FIG. 6a). The video 631 of making a dish may include an image of the dish. The video 631 of making a dish may replace an image of the dish (e.g., the dish image 611 of FIG. 6a).

The electronic device may provide information 642 about items used as ingredients for the dish in the upper area 630 to a lower area 640 of the second page (e.g., lower area 620 of FIG. 6a). The electronic device may periodically update information 642 about items used as ingredients for the dish. If a related product label 641 (e.g., a label of a related item) is selected, the electronic device may provide information 642 about items used as ingredients for the dish to the lower area 640 of the second page.

Corresponding to a state in which the relevant product label 641 is selected, the electronic device may provide information about an item included in the recipe information (e.g., the recipe information 622 of FIG. 6a). The information about the item included in the recipe information may correspond to the information 642 about the item used as an ingredient for the dish. Referring to FIG. 6b, a specific item 645 may correspond to an item selected as an input by a first user. Specifically, the electronic device may display information 646 selected by the first user input about the specific item 645.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may classify and provide information 642 about items used as ingredients for dishes as individual items in the lower area 640. Referring to FIG. 6 b, the electronic device may provide information about "spinach" and "onion" by dividing them equally into individual item sections. The electronic device may display parts 643 and 644 in the individual item sections that are converted to pages that respectively provide information 642 about items used as ingredients for dishes. If an input is obtained for parts 643 and 644 for switching to a page provided separately, the electronic device may provide the information 642 about items used as ingredients for dishes of FIG. 6 b on a separate page. The separate page may correspond to FIG. 7. In addition, the electronic device may provide a separate page in response to obtaining an input for information 613 for switching to a page in FIG. 6a that provides information about items used as ingredients for a dish.

FIG. 7 is a detailed diagram of information about items used as ingredients of dishes according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 7 , an electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may provide a detailed page 700 for information about items used as ingredients for a dish. The electronic device may provide the detailed page 700 in response to obtaining an input for information 613 for switching to a page providing information about items used as ingredients for a dish in FIG. 6a and an input on portion 643 or portion 644 for switching to a page provided in FIG. 6b , respectively.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may classify and provide information on items as ingredients of a dish on the detail page 700 as individual items. For example, the electronic device may provide information on "spinach", "onion", and "mushroom" by dividing them into individual item sections 720, 730, and 740. The detail page 700 is described on the premise of selecting a related product tag 710 as a basic condition.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may display quantity information 750 of each item on the detail page 700. The electronic device may identify the quantity information 750 based on the recipe information. The items provided on the detail page 700 may correspond to items sold within the service provided by the electronic device.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may display an item selected as input by the first user. For example, the electronic device may display information 722 (e.g., information 646 selected by the first user in FIG. 6b ) selected by the first user regarding a specific item 721 (e.g., specific item 645 in FIG. 6b ).

FIG8 is a diagram related to data used as a basis for providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

According to an exemplary embodiment, an electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may configure information about a plurality of dishes according to a predetermined criterion. For example, the predetermined criterion may be determined based on data 800. Specifically, the information about a plurality of dishes may be different from a criterion used to configure items on a second page.

According to an exemplary embodiment, data 800 may include information about a user actually purchasing an item after selecting one of a plurality of information related to a plurality of dishes in the service. For example, after receiving a second user input for selecting information related to a single dish, the electronic device may identify whether the corresponding user purchased the item as an ingredient of the dish. This can be interpreted as the performance of the recipe information about the dish from the information of the individual dish. The electronic device may identify the user's actual purchase conversion as information about the purchase conversion rate.

According to an exemplary embodiment, data 800 may include information about a search history, which is a history of a user's search for an item as an ingredient of a dish. For example, the electronic device may identify search history information about at least one of the items as an ingredient in the service by a user who identifies information about a specific single dish and recipe information. According to another exemplary embodiment, in addition to information about the dish identified by the user, the electronic device may also configure information about multiple dishes related to an item based on information about a search history for the item in the service. The electronic device may configure information about multiple dishes according to the order of accumulated search information.

According to an exemplary embodiment, data 800 may include information about a GPPU, which is the total profit per unit of an item. GPPU may be a numerical value representing the profit per unit of an item. For example, the electronic device may periodically identify the GPPU of an item sold in a service. The electronic device may provide information about a plurality of dishes related to an item as information about the GPPU. Specifically, some information about dishes containing items with a high GPPU among the items as ingredients of each individual dish from the information about the plurality of dishes may be provided at the top or in an area of the basic screen. The electronic device may configure the information about the plurality of dishes based on the GPPU of the individual items. Specifically, the electronic device may configure the information by giving priority to pieces of information about dishes containing items with a high GPPU. More specifically, in response to the first user input, the electronic device may configure information by prioritizing information about a dish containing a large number of items having a high GPPU from information about dishes related to a particular item on a first page.

According to an exemplary embodiment, data 800 may include information not shown in FIG. 8 . For example, data 800 may include information about the number of clicks on information about dishes, information about the number of clicks on recipe information, and the average daily sales of users in the service. In other words, the electronic device may configure information about a plurality of dishes based on information not shown as an example of data 800. In addition, data 800 may include information about GMV, information about the number of orders, and purchase history information of users. The electronic device may be configured to update and store data 800.

According to an exemplary embodiment, data 800 may include information indicating the name of a dish. Referring to FIG. 8 , a GMV corresponding to the name of each dish, information about the number of orders, information about gross profit (GP), information about the number of units, and information about a GPPU may be information related to a main item among the items that are ingredients of the individual dishes. For example, data 800 may be data related to "egg" that is a main item of "egg salad sandwich".

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may configure information to be provided to the user based on the data 800. The data 800 may be utilized in an order of benefits (e.g., descending order from high to low) for the service platform in which the electronic device is operating.

FIG9 is a schematic flow chart related to package purchase according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

An electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may guide package purchases in operation S910. Package purchases may be simultaneous purchases of items that are ingredients of a dish. A user may simultaneously purchase all items included in the recipe information of a dish through package purchases. According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may guide package purchases of items that are ingredients of a dish (excluding items that are out of stock in the service).

The electronic device may provide discount price information in operation S920. For example, when items used as ingredients for a dish are purchased at the same time, the electronic device may provide prices for all items at a discount lower than the normal selling price. If information about package purchases corresponding to a guide for package purchases is received, the electronic device may provide information about discounted prices for items used as ingredients for a dish. The degree of discount may be changed according to settings.

FIG. 10 is a schematic flow chart of providing a list of dishes in a section related to a recipe recommendation service according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

An electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may identify a user input related to a recipe recommendation service in operation S1010. The recipe recommendation service may correspond to a separate category of recommending a recipe within the services provided by the electronic device.

The electronic device may provide a menu list in operation S1020. Specifically, the electronic device may provide a menu list to a section related to the recipe recommendation service. The menu list may be configured by a separate criterion. In addition, the menu list may be configured according to a criterion for displaying a list of multiple dishes on the first page or according to a criterion that is the same or similar to configuring items on the second page.

The electronic device may provide a recipe for the first dish and information about items used as ingredients in operation S1030. Specifically, the electronic device may obtain a user input related to the first dish from the list of dishes. In response to the user input for the first dish, the electronic device may provide a recipe for the first dish and information about items used as ingredients for the first dish.

Figures 11a and 11b are exemplary diagrams of the recipe recommendation service page according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

FIG. 11a and FIG. 11b are exemplary diagrams corresponding to the process of FIG. 10. For example, an electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may provide a page 1110 of a main screen of a service. Page 1110 of a recipe recommendation service may include a page of a main screen provided when accessing a service provided by the electronic device.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may obtain a user input related to a recipe recommendation service 1120. The recipe recommendation service 1120 may correspond to a section related to the recipe recommendation service. Specifically, a user input related to the recipe recommendation service 1120 may correspond to an input into a section related to the recipe recommendation service.

In response to user input related to the recipe recommendation service 1120, the electronic device may provide a dish list 1140. FIG. 11b may be a page 1130 of the recipe recommendation service. In response to user input for any dish from the dish list 1140, the electronic device may provide a recipe for the selected dish (e.g., the first dish) and information about items used as ingredients. Specifically, a page providing information about a dish selected by the electronic device may correspond to FIG. 6a or FIG. 6b.

FIG. 12 is a flow chart of providing information about a dish related to another dish according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

An electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may identify information about other dishes in operation S1210. For example, the electronic device may identify information about other dishes and information about dishes related to the specific item on the second page. The other dishes may include dishes that go well with the dishes related to the specific item. The other dishes may include a dish that is nutritionally balanced with the dishes related to the specific item. However, examples of other dishes are not limited thereto.

The electronic device may display the recipe information of other dishes and information about items used as ingredients of those other dishes in operation S1220. For example, the electronic device may display the recipe information of other dishes and the recipe information about dishes related to the specific item on a portion of the second page. For another example, the electronic device may display the information about items used as ingredients of other dishes and information about items used as ingredients of dishes related to the specific item on a portion of the second page.

FIG. 13 is an exemplary view showing information about another dish and information about items that are ingredients of the dish according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 13 , an electronic device (e.g., the electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may provide recipe information 1312 of a dish related to a specific item to a recipe label 1311 of a lower area 1310 of a second page 1300 . In addition, the electronic device may provide recipe information 1313 of another dish as well as recipe information 1312 of a dish related to a specific item. FIG. 13 may be an exemplary embodiment related to the process of operation S1220 .

Referring to FIG. 13 , the electronic device may provide information about an item used as an ingredient of a dish, or a related product label in the lower area 1310 of the second page 1300. Specifically, the electronic device may also provide information about an item used as an ingredient of another dish. More specifically, the electronic device may also provide information about alternative items. The electronic device may provide information about package purchases of items used as ingredients of a dish through the related product label. Thus, the information provided through the related product label may be expanded and unrestricted.

FIG. 14 is a schematic flow chart of providing information on the quantity of an item considered as an ingredient of a dish according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

An electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may identify the required amount of an item used as an ingredient of a dish in operation S1410. For example, the electronic device may identify the required amount of at least one item used as an ingredient of the dish based on recipe information of the dish.

The electronic device may identify the recommended item in operation S1420. For example, the electronic device may identify at least one recommended item corresponding to the required amount of at least one item. The recommended item may include an individual item that matches the required amount of the individual item provided in the recipe information. For example, in the recipe information, if the required amount of "spinach" is "80g", the electronic device may identify "80g" or "80g or more" of "spinach" sold in the service. The electronic device may identify the recommended item by classifying the items used as ingredients for dishes by a seller, a brand, and a rating ranking.

The electronic device may provide information about the recommended items in operation S1430. For example, the electronic device may provide information about the recommended items corresponding to each of the items required for the dish. A plurality of recommended items corresponding to each item may be provided based on a seller, a brand, or a rating ranking.

According to an exemplary embodiment, an electronic device may receive a search keyword. A User may enter a search keyword in a search box within the service. In response to receiving the search keyword, the electronic device may recognize that the search keyword is a keyword related to a specific dish. For example, in response to the input of "spinach", the electronic device may recognize that the search keyword is a keyword related to "spinach omelette".

According to an exemplary embodiment, an electronic device may display a search result for a search keyword and information about a specific dish. A search page may include the search result and information about a specific dish. The electronic device may provide the search result and information about a specific dish by dividing the search page into regions.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may provide information about substitute items. Substitute items may be items that can be used as substitute ingredients for items that are ingredients of dishes. For example, among items that are ingredients of "Spanish shrimp with garlic oil", one substitute item for "olive oil" may be "grapeseed oil". Specifically, the electronic device may identify information about substitute items based on recipe information.

A method of providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention may include: identifying a first user input for an item; based on the first user input, identifying detailed information about the item and information about a dish related to the item; providing a first page including the detailed information and the information about the dish; identifying a second user input for the information about the dish; and based on the second user input, providing a second page including recipe information about the dish.

Regarding the method of providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the second page may include at least one of image information about the dish, video information about the dish, and information about items that are ingredients of the dish.

The method of providing information according to each exemplary embodiment of the present invention may further include guidance on the package purchase of the items as ingredients of the dish.

The method of providing information according to each exemplary embodiment of the present invention may further include providing information about the discounted price of the items as ingredients of the dish if the information about the package purchase of the items as ingredients of the dish corresponding to the guide is received.

Regarding the method of providing information according to each exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the second page may further include information about the items as ingredients of the dish, and the providing of the second page may include identifying the information about the items as ingredients of the dish, configuring the items based on the identified information and displaying the configured items, and the information about the items as ingredients of the dish may include at least one of information about a GPPU, information about a discount rate, information about a GMV, information about a conversion rate, and sales information.

Regarding the method of providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the providing of the first page may include identifying information about a plurality of dishes related to the item, and displaying a list of the plurality of dishes in an order set based on the identified information.

Regarding the method of providing information according to each exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the information about the plurality of dishes related to the item may include at least one of information about a user's search history for each of the plurality of dishes, information about a purchase conversion rate of the items included in each of the plurality of dishes, and information about the GPPU of the items.

The method of providing information according to each exemplary embodiment of the present invention may further include obtaining information about the plurality of dishes and information about a plurality of items corresponding to each of the plurality of dishes, and identifying information about the dish based on the obtained information.

The method for providing information according to each exemplary embodiment of the present invention may include receiving a search keyword, identifying that the search keyword is a keyword related to a reserved dish, and displaying a search result of the search keyword and information about the reserved dish.

Regarding the method of providing information according to each exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the information about the items used as ingredients of the dish may include information about an item provided on the first page, and the item provided on the first page may be displayed to be distinguished from other items used as ingredients of the dish.

The method of providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention may include identifying a user input for a recipe recommendation service, providing a list of dishes to a section related to the recipe recommendation service, and based on the user input for a first dish from the list of dishes, providing recipe information of the first dish and information about items used as ingredients for a recipe.

The method of providing information according to each exemplary embodiment of the present invention may further include, based on the recipe information about the dish, identifying a required amount of at least one item as an ingredient of the dish, identifying at least one recommended item corresponding to the required amount of the at least one item, and providing information about the at least one recommended item.

Regarding the method of providing information according to each exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the information about the items as ingredients of the dish may further include information about items used as ingredients of the dish by replacing the items as ingredients of the dish.

Regarding the method of providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the providing of the second page may include identifying information about another dish related to the dish, and displaying the recipe information of the other dish and information about items that are ingredients of the other dish.

An electronic device according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention may include a memory and a processor, and the processor may be configured to recognize a first user input for an item; based on the first user input, recognize detailed information about the item and information about a dish related to the item; provide a first page containing the detailed information and the information about the dish; recognize a second user input for the information about the dish; and based on the second user input, provide a second page containing recipe information about the dish.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention may include a medium configured to store computer-readable instructions, and if the computer-readable instructions are executed by a processor, the processor may operate a method of providing information, the method comprising: identifying a first user input for an item; based on the first user input, identifying detailed information about the item and information about a dish related to the item; providing a first page containing the detailed information and the information about the dish; identifying a second user input for the information about the dish; and based on the second user input, providing a second page containing recipe information about the dish.

Claims (16)

A method for providing information via an electronic device, comprising: recognizing a first user input for an item; based on the first user input, recognizing detailed information about the item and information about a dish related to the item; providing a first page containing the detailed information and the information about the dish; recognizing a second user input for the information about the dish; and based on the second user input, providing a second page containing recipe information about the dish , wherein the method further includes periodically updating the recipe information about the dish contained in the second page, wherein periodically updating the recipe information about the dish further includes: periodically identifying the review scores from users on a plurality of recipe information corresponding to the dish; based on the identified review scores, selecting a recipe information from the plurality of recipe information; and displaying the selected recipe information on the second page as the recipe information about the dish. The method of claim 1, wherein the second page further includes at least one of image information about the dish, video information about the dish, and information about items that are ingredients of the dish. The method of claim 2 further includes providing instructions for packaged purchase of the items as ingredients of the dish. The method of claim 3 further includes providing information about discounted prices of the items as ingredients of the dish if the information about the package purchase of the items as ingredients of the dish corresponding to the guide is received. The method of claim 1, wherein the second page further includes information about items that are ingredients of the dish, wherein providing the second page includes: identifying the information about the items that are ingredients of the dish; and configuring the items based on the identified information and displaying the configured items, wherein the information about the items that are ingredients of the dish includes at least one of information about a gross profit per unit (GPPU), information about a discount rate, information about a gross merchandise volume (GMV), information about a purchase conversion rate, and sales volume information. The method of claim 1, wherein providing the first page includes: identifying information about a plurality of dishes related to the item; and displaying a list of the plurality of dishes in an order set based on the identified information. The method of claim 6, wherein the information about the plurality of dishes related to the item includes information based on at least one of information about a user's search history for each of the plurality of dishes, information about a purchase conversion rate of the items included in each of the plurality of dishes, and information about the GPPU of the items. The method of claim 6 further includes: obtaining information about the plurality of dishes and information about a plurality of items corresponding to each of the plurality of dishes; and identifying the information about the dish based on the obtained information. The method of claim 1 further includes: receiving a search keyword; identifying that the search keyword is a keyword related to a specific dish; and displaying a search result for the search keyword and information about the specific dish. The method of claim 2, wherein the information about the items used as ingredients of the dish includes information about an item provided on the first page, and the item provided on the first page is displayed to be distinguished from other items used as ingredients of the dish. The method of claim 1 further comprises: identifying a user input for a recipe recommendation service; providing a list of dishes to a section associated with the recipe recommendation service; and based on the user input for a first dish from the list of dishes, providing recipe information for the first dish and information about items used as ingredients for a recipe. The method of claim 1 further comprises: based on the recipe information about the dish, identifying a required amount of at least one item as an ingredient of the dish; identifying at least one recommended item corresponding to the required amount of the at least one item; and providing information about the at least one recommended item. The method of claim 5, wherein the information about the items as ingredients of the dish further includes information about items used as ingredients of the dish by replacing the items as ingredients of the dish. The method of claim 1, wherein providing the second page includes: identifying information about another dish related to the dish; and displaying recipe information of the other dish and information about items that are ingredients of the other dish. An electronic device comprising: a memory; and a processor, wherein the processor is configured to: recognize a first user input for an item; based on the first user input, recognize detailed information about the item and information about a dish related to the item; provide a first page containing the detailed information and the information about the dish; recognize a second user input for the information about the dish; and based on the second user input, provide a second page containing recipe information about the dish , wherein the processor is further configured to periodically update the recipe information about the dish contained in the second page, wherein in order to periodically update the recipe information about the dish, the processor is further configured to: periodically identify the review scores from users on a plurality of recipe information corresponding to the dish; based on the identified review scores, select a recipe information from the plurality of recipe information; and display the selected recipe information on the second page as the recipe information about the dish. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, comprising a medium configured to store computer-readable instructions, wherein the computer-readable instructions, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to execute a method of providing information, the method comprising: identifying a first user input for an item; based on the first user input, identifying detailed information about the item and information about a dish related to the item; providing a first page containing the detailed information and the information about the dish; identifying a second user input for the information about the dish; and based on the A second user input is provided to provide a second page containing recipe information about the dish, wherein the method further includes periodically updating the recipe information about the dish contained in the second page, wherein periodically updating the recipe information about the dish further includes: periodically identifying review scores from users on a plurality of recipe information corresponding to the dish; based on the identified review scores, selecting a recipe information from the plurality of recipe information; and displaying the selected recipe information on the second page as the recipe information about the dish.
