When users want to execute a specific function in an application, they often need to click on various function options in the application step by step to find the specific function they want to execute.

To solve the above problem, some applications allow users to customize shortcuts on the homepage, so that users can directly click on the desired function on the homepage. However, the above method still requires users to view the user interface displayed by the application. When users cannot view the user interface displayed by the application, they cannot effectively click on a specific function to execute it. In addition, if users are distracted in a dangerous environment and try to find a specific function in the user interface, it may even cause danger to the user.

The signal detection module 110 is responsible for detecting the shake signal (including the first shake signal and the second shake signal) through the acceleration sensing element 101. Generally speaking, the acceleration sensing element 101 is set in the handheld device 100 that executes the application program of the present invention, and the signal detection module 110 can obtain the shake signal sensed by the acceleration sensing element 101 when the handheld device 100 is shaken by the user. Among them, the user can shake the handheld device 100 in one or more ways such as up and down, left and right, and front and back to generate a shake signal, but the way the user shakes the handheld device 100 is not limited to the above.

In some embodiments, the signal detection module 110 can determine whether the intensity value of the shake signal sensed by the acceleration sensing element 101 is higher than a predetermined threshold value. If so, the signal detection module 110 can determine that the shake signal is invalid and can discard or ignore the shake signal sensed by the acceleration sensing element 101. If the intensity value of the shake signal is higher than the threshold value, the signal detection module 110 can determine that the shake signal is valid. In this way, after the menu loading module 110 loads the first menu or the second menu, the shake signal sensed by the acceleration sensing element 101 may be used as the first shake signal or the second shake signal or the setting signal.

The menu loading module 120 is responsible for loading the first menu. The first menu loaded by the menu loading module 110 does not necessarily need to be displayed, and the first menu includes one or more first function options of the application of the present invention. The first function options mentioned in the present invention may include specific functions, specific operations or specific options provided by the application of the present invention.

It should be noted that each first function option in the first menu loaded by the menu loading module 120 corresponds to a first selection signal. Generally speaking, a first function option can correspond to a first selection signal, but the present invention has no particular limitation, that is, in the present invention, there may be two or more first selection signals corresponding to the same first function option.

The menu loading module 120 is also responsible for loading a second menu corresponding to a specific first function option when the signal judging module 160 judges that the first shaking signal detected by the signal detecting module 110 matches the first selection signal corresponding to the specific first function option.

The second menu loaded by the menu loading module 110 does not necessarily need to be displayed, and the second menu may include one or more second function options. The second function options mentioned in the present invention may be specific functions, specific operations, or specific options provided by the application including the present invention, or other applications associated with the application including the present invention, or specific functions provided by other applications associated with the application including the present invention.

Each second function option in the second menu loaded by the menu loading module 120 corresponds to the second selection signal. Similar to the first function option, a second function option can usually correspond to a second selection signal, but the present invention has no particular limitation.

The function setting module 130 can provide a setting for the first function option included in the first menu and the second function option included in the second menu. For example, the function setting module 130 can provide a setting interface (not shown), so that the user can select the specific function, specific operation, specific option provided by the present invention, or other applications installed on the handheld device 100 in the setting interface, and can input a setting signal in the setting interface, and can establish a correspondence between the selected specific function/specific operation/specific option/application and the input setting signal, so as to set the first function option and the second function option. Among them, the function setting module 130 can obtain the shaking signal detected by the acceleration sensor 101 through the signal detection module 110, and use the obtained shaking signal as the setting signal. In some implementations, the setting interface provided by the function setting module 130 may also allow the user to set the type of each first or second function option, wherein the function setting module 130 may provide a drop-down menu and/or allow the user to input the type of each first/second function option, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

The function setting module 130 may also adjust the corresponding first selection signal/second selection signal according to the frequency and/or number of times each first function option/each second function option is executed by the function execution module 170, so that a first selection signal/second selection signal with fewer shakes corresponds to a first function option/second function option with a higher execution frequency.

The menu generation module 140 can define the types of all functions/operations/options of the application of the present invention. For example, the menu generation module 140 can obtain (such as detecting or reading) the name of each function/operation/option in the application and the name of its parent or upper level, and can define the obtained parent or upper level name as the type of each function/operation/option; the menu generation module 140 can also define the type of each function option according to the actual function of each function/operation/option, for example, the type of the function/operation/option actually queried The menu generation module 140 may define the types of functions/operations/options as inquiries, the types of functions/operations/options for receiving data, scanning data, or inputting data as data acquisition, and the types of functions/operations/options for payment or money transfer as payments, etc. The menu generation module 140 may also define the types of functions/operations/options according to the correlation between the functions/operations/options, for example, the types of functions/operations/options for account inquiries, transfers, screen captures, and opening external communication software are all defined as transfers.

The menu generation module 140 may also generate one or more first function options included in the first menu according to the types of all functions/operations/options of the application program of the present invention. For example, the menu generation module 140 may use all defined types as first function options of the first menu, and the second function options of the second menu corresponding to each first function option are functions/operations/options of the same type.

The signal determination module 160 is responsible for reading a first selection signal corresponding to a first function option included in the first menu, and is also responsible for reading a second selection signal corresponding to a second function option included in the second menu.

The signal determination module 160 is also responsible for determining whether the first shaking signal detected by the signal detection module 110 matches any of the loaded first selection signals, and is also responsible for determining whether the second shaking signal detected by the signal detection module 110 matches any of the loaded second selection signals. Generally speaking, the signal determination module 160 can determine whether the first shaking signal and the first selection signal (or the second shaking signal and the second selection signal) match based on the similarity of information such as waveforms or features, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

The function execution module 170 is responsible for executing the target function corresponding to the second function option corresponding to the second selection signal when the signal determination module 160 determines that the second shaking signal matches a second selection signal.

When the signal judgment module 160 judges that the first shaking signal matches a first selection signal, the function execution module 170 may directly execute the target function corresponding to the first function option corresponding to the first selection signal, or select to execute the target function corresponding to the first function option corresponding to the first selection signal according to the type of the first function option corresponding to the first selection signal.

Next, the operating system and method of the present invention are explained with reference to the first embodiment, and please refer to the flowchart of the method of detecting the shaking signal to execute the corresponding function proposed in the present invention in "Figure 2". In this embodiment, it is assumed that the handheld device 100 is a smart phone, but the present invention is not limited to this.

After the user operates the handheld device 100 to execute the application program including the present invention, the menu loading module 120 may load the first menu (step 220). In this embodiment, assuming that the application program is a mobile banking APP provided by a bank, the menu loading module 120 may load the first menu after the user logs into the application program and displays the mobile banking homepage, wherein the first menu may be set by the user through the function setting module 130.

After the menu loading module 120 loads the first menu (step 220), the signal detection module 110 can detect the first shake signal (step 230). In this embodiment, it is assumed that the signal detection module 110 can first determine whether the intensity value of the shake signal detected by the acceleration sensing element 101 is greater than the threshold value. If not, the signal detection module 110 can discard or ignore the shake signal detected by the acceleration sensing element 101; and if the intensity value of the shake signal is greater than the threshold value, the signal detection module 110 can use the shake signal as the first shake signal.

After the signal detection module 110 detects the first shaking signal (step 230), the signal determination module 160 can determine whether the first shaking signal matches a first selection signal corresponding to any first function option in the first menu loaded by the menu loading module 120 (step 240). In this embodiment, it is assumed that the first menu only includes one first function option, such as displaying a payment barcode. If there are two first selection signals corresponding to the first function option, which respectively represent shaking the handheld device 100 up and down and shaking the handheld device 100 left and right, if the first shaking signal is generated by the signal detection module 110 through the acceleration sensor 101 detecting that the user shakes the handheld device 100 up and down or shakes the handheld device 100 left and right, then the signal judgment module 160 can judge that the first shaking signal matches the first selection signal.

After the signal judgment module 160 determines whether the first shaking signal detected by the signal detection module 110 matches the first selection signal corresponding to any first function option in the first menu loaded by the menu loading module 120 (step 240), if the first shaking signal does not match the first selection signal, the function execution module 170 may not execute any function in the application; and if the signal judgment module 160 determines that the first shaking signal matches the first selection signal, the function execution module 170 may execute the target function corresponding to the first function option corresponding to the first selection signal (step 250). In this embodiment, the function execution module 170 can prompt the user to confirm whether to execute the target function of the barcode payment. If not, the function execution module 170 may not execute the target function; and if the user confirms to execute the target function, the function execution module 170 can execute the function of generating and displaying the payment barcode, so that the user can provide the barcode to the merchant to perform the payment operation.

The operating system and method of the present invention are explained with the second embodiment, and please also refer to the method flow chart of the present invention in "FIG. 2". In this embodiment, it is also assumed that the handheld device 100 is a smart phone.

After the user operates the handheld device 100 to execute the application program including the present invention, the menu loading module 120 may load the first menu (step 220). In this embodiment, it is assumed that the first menu includes first functional options representing account items and payment items, and the first selection signals corresponding to the first functional options representing account items and payment items are shaking the handheld device 100 up and down and shaking the handheld device 100 left and right, respectively, and the account items and payment items may be options in the main screen of the application program.

After the menu loading module 120 loads the first menu (step 220), the signal detection module 110 can detect the first shaking signal (step 230), and the signal judgment module 160 can judge whether the first shaking signal matches the first selection signal corresponding to any first function option in the first menu (step 240). In this embodiment, it is assumed that the user shakes the handheld device 100 up and down after the application displays the homepage, so that the signal detection module 110 can detect the first shaking signal indicating up and down shaking. When the signal judgment module 160 compares the first selection signal corresponding to the first function option representing the accounting item with the first shaking signal detected by the signal detection module 110, since the first selection signal of the first function option representing the accounting item indicates up and down shaking, , which is different from the first shaking signal indicating left and right shaking. Therefore, the signal judgment module 160 can judge that the two do not match, and can continue to compare the first selection signal indicating the first function option of the payment item with the detected first shaking signal. Since the first selection signal indicating the first function option of the payment item indicates left and right shaking, which is the same as the first shaking signal, the signal judgment module 160 can judge that the first selection signal matches the first shaking signal.

After the signal determination module 160 determines whether the first shaking signal detected by the signal detection module 110 matches the first selection signal corresponding to any first function option in the first menu loaded by the menu loading module 120 (step 240), if the signal determination module 160 determines that the first shaking signal matches the first selection signal, the function execution module 150 may execute the first selection signal that matches the first shaking signal. The menu loading module 120 may determine whether there is a corresponding second menu for the first function option corresponding to the first selection signal that matches the first shaking signal. If not, the menu loading module 120 may not execute; and if there is a second menu corresponding to the first function option, the menu loading module 120 may load the corresponding second menu (step 270). In the present embodiment, the function execution module 150 can execute the function of the payment item, that is, as shown in "Figure 3A", the payment function screen is opened and/or displayed in the application, and the menu loading module 120 can load the second menu corresponding to the payment item, wherein the second menu includes second function options representing functions such as scan code payment, barcode payment, and barcode collection, and the second selection signals corresponding to the second function options representing scan code payment, barcode payment, and barcode collection are respectively shaking the handheld device 100 left and right twice, shaking the handheld device 100 up and down twice, and shaking the handheld device 100 up and down and left and right once each.

After the menu loading module 120 loads the second menu (step 270), the signal detection module 110 can detect the second shaking signal (step 280), and the signal judgment module 160 can judge whether the second shaking signal matches the second selection signal corresponding to any second function option in the second menu. The signal judgment module 160 can also execute the target function corresponding to the second function option when it is judged that there is a second selection signal corresponding to a second function option that matches the second shaking signal (step 290). In this embodiment, it is assumed that after the application displays the payment function screen, the user continues to shake the handheld device 100 up and down, so that the signal detection module 110 can detect the second shaking signal indicating continuous up and down shaking. After comparing the second selection signal corresponding to the second function option indicating scan code payment, barcode payment, and barcode collection with the second shaking signal detected by the signal detection module 110, the signal judgment module 160 can judge that the second shaking signal is consistent with the second selection signal corresponding to the second function option indicating barcode payment, and the function execution module 170 can execute the target function corresponding to the second function option corresponding to the second selection signal (step 290). In this embodiment, the function execution module 170 can prompt the user to confirm whether to execute the target function of barcode payment as shown in "Figure 3B". If the user confirms to execute the target function, the function execution module 170 can execute the function of generating and displaying the payment barcode, so that the user can provide the barcode to the merchant to perform the payment operation.

In addition, in the first and second embodiments, the function setting module 130 can also provide a first selection signal and a second selection signal corresponding to the first function option and the second function option. For example, the user can click on the gear-shaped setting option in "Figure 3A", and the function setting module 130 can provide a setting interface for the user to set the first selection signal and the second selection signal corresponding to the first function option and the second function option, and can even provide a setting for the first function option in the first menu and the second function option in the second menu.

In fact, in the first and second embodiments, before the menu loading module 120 loads the first menu (step 220), the menu generating module 140 may first define the type of each function/operation/option according to the correlation of each function/operation/option of the application program of the present invention. For example, the menu loading module 120 may define the type of each function/operation/option according to the operation record of the current user or according to the operation record of all users of the same application program. Operation records are used to determine the functions, operations, and options that may be selected before and after the transfer function, such as account inquiry, transfer, screen capture, opening external communication software, etc., and the types of the determined functions, operations, or options are defined as transfer, and a first menu including a first function option of the transfer item is generated, and a second menu including a second function item such as account inquiry, transfer, screen capture, opening external communication software is generated.

In summary, it can be seen that the difference between the present invention and the prior art lies in that when it is determined that the detected first shaking signal matches the first selection signal corresponding to the first function option in the first menu, the target function corresponding to the first function option is executed or the second menu corresponding to the first function option is loaded, and when it is determined that the detected second shaking signal matches the second selection signal corresponding to the second function option in the second menu, the target function corresponding to the second function option is executed. This technical means can solve the problem of the prior art that the user needs to search in the user interface to execute a specific function, which may cause inconvenience and danger, thereby achieving the technical effect of operating the application to execute the target function without viewing the user interface displayed on the screen.
