Shoelaces

The present invention relates to a shoelace.

Generally, the tightness of shoes can be adjusted by tightening the shoelaces, and after adjustment, the two ends of the shoelaces are tied together and fixed to fit the foot shapes of different users. However, conventional shoelaces are easy to loosen during activities, and if the shoelaces are accidentally stepped on, it may cause danger to the user. In addition, conventional shoelaces are not convenient for children to operate, and the appearance changes are limited, which has shortcomings that need to be improved.

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a novel and advanced shoelace to solve the above-mentioned problem.

The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a shoelace that is easy to operate and not easy to loosen.

To achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the present invention provides a shoelace, comprising: a main body and two head parts. The main body comprises a braided layer, the braided layer comprises a plurality of first strands, the plurality of first strands are braided to form a hollow portion and a plurality of meshes connected to the hollow portion, at least two of the plurality of meshes are open in different directions. The two head parts are arranged at two ends of the main body and fix the plurality of first strands, and one of the two head parts can be selectively passed through the hollow portion and part of the plurality of meshes.

The following examples are merely used to illustrate possible implementations of the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present invention, so it should be noted in advance.

20。Please refer to Figures 1 to 3, which show a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The shoelace 1 of the present invention includes a main body 10 and two end portions 20.

The main body 10 includes a braided layer 11, and the braided layer 11 includes a plurality of first strands 111. The plurality of first strands 111 are braided to form a hollow portion 12 and a plurality of meshes 13 connected to the hollow portion 12, and at least two of the plurality of meshes 13 are open in different directions. The two heads 20 are arranged at two ends of the main body 10 and fix the plurality of first strands 111. One of the two heads 20 can be selectively inserted into the hollow portion 12 and part of the plurality of meshes 13. In this way, each of the two heads 20 can be inserted into the plurality of meshes 13 at will, and the fixing effect can be achieved without tying, and the operation is simple and not easy to loosen.

10。With reference to FIG. 3 , the diameter of each mesh hole 13 is not less than the radial dimension of the head 20 to facilitate insertion. The plurality of first strands 111 include a plurality of mutually interpenetrating coils 112, and the height of each coil 112 is less than the diameter of each mesh hole 13 and less than the radial dimension of each head 20. In addition to preventing insertion from being misplaced, the mutually interpenetrating portions of the plurality of coils 112 can also provide better structural strength to prevent the braided layer 11 from being damaged by force. Preferably, at least two of the plurality of mesh holes 13 are located on a cross-section of the body 10 and are not opposite in a radial direction of the body 10, as shown in FIG. 2 , thereby increasing the selectivity of the two heads 20 for passing through the plurality of mesh holes 13, and the mesh holes 13 can be arbitrarily distributed and are not limited to direct radial penetration, are not easy to slip off, and have good stability; a radial dimension of the hollow portion 12 is larger than a hole diameter of each of the mesh holes 13, thereby the excess portion of the shoelace 1 can be accommodated in the hollow portion 12 without excessively enlarging the radial dimension of the body 10, and the plurality of mesh holes 13 can effectively limit the body 10 passing therethrough.

The braided layer 11 is stretched and contracted along one axis of the main body 10, and the ratio of the length change of the braided layer 11 before and after stretching to the length of the braided layer 11 when it is not stretched is between 0.1 and 0.8 (preferably between 0.1 and 0.5), so that the braided layer 11 can provide appropriate elasticity. When the excess part of the shoelace 1 passes through the braided layer 11, it can be stretched to allow it to pass through, or it can be contracted to achieve the interference limit effect, providing greater friction resistance and not easy to loosen. Each of the head parts 20 can be, for example, but not limited to, a fixing part made of metal or plastic, or one end of the main body 10 can be contracted into a part with higher hardness by hot pressing and bonding.

In this embodiment, the body 10 further includes a core material 14 passing through the hollow portion 12. The core material 14 is at least partially exposed from the plurality of meshes 13 to increase the structural strength and provide a good visual effect. The core material 14 includes an inner core 141 and a coating layer 142 surrounding the inner core 141. The linear density of the inner core 141 is less than that of the coating layer 142. When one of the two heads 20 passes through the core material 14 and the woven layer 11, the core material 14 can be compressed to prevent the woven layer 11 from being overstretched, which is aesthetically pleasing. Furthermore, the coating layer 142 is formed by alternately weaving a plurality of second strands 143, and a weaving density of the coating layer 142 is greater than a weaving density of the weaving layer 11, so that the coating layer 142 has a smoother surface, which can prevent the two heads 20 from penetrating into the core material 14 and can move relatively smoothly, which is convenient for operation; the colors of the plurality of first strands 111 and the plurality of second strands 143 are preferably different, which can provide a variety of visual effects. Preferably, the weaving layer 11 and the core material 14 do not interfere with each other and can move relatively in the axial direction and the radial direction of the body 10, which is convenient for inserting the two heads 20 and part of the shoelace 1 can pass between the two smoothly. In other embodiments, the main body may not be provided with the core material; the core material may also be a single-wire structure, which can be selected according to needs.
