Description

Cleaning Machine

The present invention relates to a cleaning machine, and more particularly to a portable vacuum cleaner, which can be combined with or separated from a cleaning module.

Generally speaking, a cleaner is a household appliance that sucks up tiny garbage or dust by sucking air using electricity and loads the garbage or dust into a dust collection box included in the cleaner product. The cleaner is generally called a vacuum cleaner.

This type of cleaner can be divided into manual cleaners and automatic cleaners. The former is cleaned by direct movement by the user, while the latter is cleaned while moving on its own. Manual cleaners can be divided into canister vacuum cleaners, upright vacuum cleaners, handheld vacuum cleaners, and stick vacuum cleaners according to their shapes.

In the past, canister vacuum cleaners were widely used as household cleaners. However, recently, handheld vacuum cleaners and stick vacuum cleaners that include a dust box formed integrally with the vacuum cleaner body and improve the convenience of use tend to be used in large quantities.

In the case of a canister vacuum cleaner, the main body and its suction port are connected by a rubber hose or pipe. In some cases, the vacuum cleaner can be used in a manner where a brush is inserted into the suction port.

Handheld vacuum cleaners have the greatest portability and are therefore lightweight and short in length. As a result, the cleaning area of this vacuum cleaner may be limited. Therefore, handheld vacuum cleaners are used to clean localized locations, such as on tables or sofas, and inside vehicles.

A stick vacuum cleaner allows the user to use it in a standing position, so it can be cleaned without bending forward at the waist. Therefore, it is advantageous for cleaning while moving over a large area. If a handheld vacuum cleaner can clean a narrow space, a stick vacuum cleaner can clean a wider space than a narrow space and can clean high places that are difficult to reach. Recently, a stick vacuum cleaner is provided in a modular form, so that the type of vacuum cleaner can be actively changed according to different objects.

There are two main methods of cleaning the floor: dry cleaning and wet cleaning. Dry cleaning is done by sweeping or sucking the dust, and traditional vacuum cleaners are dry cleaning. Wet cleaning is done by wiping the dust with a mop. In addition, there is a method of disinfecting and cleaning by generating and spraying high-temperature steam during the wet cleaning process.

Recently, due to the application of various materials in construction, cleaning methods have also been diversified. In the past, since the floor was mainly composed of wood materials, wet cleaning was impossible and only dry cleaning was possible. However, in recent years, the floor is composed of various materials such as steel plates or marble, which makes it possible to perform wet cleaning.

In the past, dry sweepers have been used for dry sweeping, and wet sweepers have been used for wet sweeping. However, in order to sweep various floors, it is necessary to purchase these two types of sweepers, which is quite inconvenient. In order to solve the above problem, the present invention studies a method in which a main body, a dry sweeping module, and a wet sweeping module are provided, the dry sweeping module is mounted on the main body for dry sweeping, and the wet sweeping module is mounted on the main body for wet sweeping.

The wet cleaning module includes: a water storage bucket for storing water; a heater for heating water to generate steam; and a mop for wiping the floor by receiving water or steam. It is preferable to configure the components as a single assembly to facilitate replacement of components. For example, in the case where the cleaning machine includes a water storage bucket or a heater disposed on the main body, if the dry cleaning module is mounted on the main body, cleaning is inconvenient due to unnecessary components. Therefore, in view of the convenience of cleaning and module replacement and space utilization, it is ideal that the water storage bucket or the heater should be disposed on the wet cleaning module rather than on the main body.

Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2009-0043379 is filed as Prior Art Document 1. Prior Art Document 1 relates to a heater device and a cleaner having the heater device. The cleaner according to Prior Art Document 1 includes a heater device including a heating housing, which receives water from a water supply tank and generates steam.

According to the prior art document 1, the water storage bucket is installed to be separated from the main body, replacing the nozzle assembly. In addition, the heater device for generating steam is also installed in the main body, not in the nozzle assembly. According to the prior art document 1, in order to design the nozzle assembly to be smaller in size and obtain sufficient storage capacity of the water storage bucket, the water storage bucket and the heater device are installed in the main body, not in the nozzle assembly.

According to the prior art document 1, since the water storage bucket is installed in the main body, the center of gravity of the cleaner is high, making the cleaner difficult to operate. In addition, since the distance between the heater and the mop is long, heat energy is lost when the steam flows to the mop, and the lost heat energy may damage the precision electronic equipment.

Korean Patent No. 10-1342567 is proposed as Prior Art Document 2. Prior Art Document 2 relates to a steam cleaner. According to Prior Art Document 2, the steam generator has a simple structure and can improve steam generation efficiency. Moreover, the mop supplied with steam rotates on both the left and right sides, thus improving the cleaning efficiency. However, like Prior Art Document 1, the water storage bucket and the heater of Prior Art Document 2 are installed in the main body of the cleaner, not in the cleaning module. Therefore, Prior Art Document 2 has the same problem as Prior Art Document 1.

Korean Patent No. 10-2172613 is proposed as Prior Art Document 3. Prior Art Document 3 relates to a steam mop vacuum cleaner. According to Prior Art Document 3, brushes around a water storage bucket rotate to guide dust to a central suction port, thereby maintaining the cleanliness of the steam mop and enabling the steam mop to clean. However, according to Prior Art Document 3, when heat energy generated from a heater diffuses upward, the heat energy may damage precision electronic devices such as a motor. In addition, when the height of the water storage bucket is lowered to lower the height of the cleaning module, there is also a problem that the storage capacity of the water storage bucket is reduced.

Other embodiments of the present invention are included in the embodiments and drawings. [Comparison with the effects of the prior art] The cleaning machine according to the embodiments of the present invention has one or more of the following effects.

First, since the water storage barrel is disposed on the heater and includes a heater placement portion into which at least a portion of the heater is inserted, the height of the cleaning module can be designed to be as low as possible, and a narrow gap can be cleaned.

Secondly, since the water storage barrel includes a front storage portion, a left storage portion, and a right storage portion, and the storage portion surrounds the sides of the heater in three directions, the heat energy radiated laterally is absorbed by the storage portion without overheating surrounding electronic devices.

Third, the water storage bucket includes an air passage that connects the left storage section and the right storage section. Therefore, even if air holes are formed in only one storage section, the water level of the storage section without air holes and the water level of the storage section with air holes are still equal, so the center of gravity of the cleaning module is always located at the center.

Fourth, the heat energy radiated from the heater has a rising characteristic. Since the water storage tank is arranged on the heater, the water storage tank will not be overheated by the stored water, so even if the user touches the cleaning module, he will not be burned.

Fifth, the heater placement portion forms a forward and downward inclined surface. Since the water droplets formed on the heater placement portion flow along the inclined surface to the front end of the water storage bucket or the upper shell, and do not fall on the heater, it has the advantage of maximizing the performance of the heater.

The beneficial effects of the present invention are not limited to the above effects, and other effects not mentioned can be clearly understood by a person having ordinary knowledge in the technical field to which the present invention belongs from the description of the scope of the patent application.

In addition, although not shown, the guide protrusion 1125e may be formed at the rear end of the left storage portion insertion groove 1125b.

It is preferred that the guide protrusion 1125e is optionally formed in any one of the right storage portion insertion groove 1125c and the left storage portion insertion groove 1125b. This is intended to enable the storage portion 123 to obtain a certain amount or more of storage capacity.

The heater placement portion 1126 is provided in the upper housing 112. The heater placement portion 1126 of the upper housing 112 is formed to correspond to the heater placement portion 126 of the water storage barrel 120. That is, the first inclined surface 1126a of the heater placement portion 1126 of the upper housing 112 corresponds to the first inclined surface 126a of the heater placement portion 126 of the water storage barrel 120, and the second inclined surface 1126b of the heater placement portion 1126 of the upper housing 112 corresponds to the second inclined surface 126b of the heater placement portion 126 of the water storage barrel 120. The third inclined surface 1126c of the heater placement portion 1126 of the upper shell 112 corresponds to the third inclined surface 126c of the heater placement portion 1126 of the water storage barrel 120. Therefore, water drops formed on the heater placement portion 1126 of the upper shell 112 do not fall on the heater 130, but flow down along the first inclined surface 1126a to the third inclined surface 1126c.

The heater 130 is a component that generates steam from water.

The heater 130 is disposed in the cleaning module housing 110. Specifically, the heater 130 is mounted on the top surface of the lower housing 111.

143。The water inlet 131 is a hole formed at the inlet of the heater 130. Water is introduced into the heater 130 through the water inlet 131. The water inlet 131 is connected to the heater hose 143.

161。The steam outlet 132 is a hole formed at the outlet end of the heater 130. Steam is discharged from the heater 130 through the steam outlet 132. The steam outlet 132 is connected to the mop 161.

The water inlet 131 is disposed above the steam outlet 132. Therefore, when the water flows from the top to the bottom under the action of gravity, it is heated and phase-converted into steam.

The heater 130 is arranged to be tilted. Specifically, the heater 130 is arranged to be tilted at a certain angle relative to the ground.

The rear portion of the heater 130 is disposed above the front portion of the heater 130. That is, the heater 130 has a backward and upward inclination. Therefore, when water flows from the rear upper portion to the front lower portion of the heater 130, it is heated and phase-converted into steam.

The water storage tank 120 supplies water to the heater 130. The water storage tank 120 stores water, and the stored water flows into the heater 130 and is phase-converted into steam.

The water storage bucket 120 is disposed in the cleaning module housing 110. Specifically, the water storage bucket 120 is mounted on a water storage bucket seat 1125 formed in the upper housing 112.

The water storage barrel 120 is disposed on the heater 130. Specifically, the water storage barrel 120 is disposed on the heater 130 in a manner spaced apart from the heater 130.

The water storage tank 120 may be disposed on the heater 130 with the upper housing 112 interposed therebetween.

The water storage tub 120 includes a water supply port 121. The water supply port 121 is a hole through which water flowing into the water storage tub 120 passes. The water supply port 121 is formed on a side surface of the water storage tub 120. The water supply port 121 may be formed on both side surfaces of the water storage tub 120.

The water storage tub 120 includes a drain port 122. The drain port 122 is a hole through which water stored in the water storage tub 120 is drained. Water discharged from the drain port 122 flows toward the heater 130. The drain port 122 is formed on the bottom surface of the water storage tub 120. The drain port 122 may be provided at a connection portion between the front storage portion 123a and the right storage portion 123c.

123c。The water storage barrel 120 includes a storage portion 123. The storage portion 123 is an inner space of the water storage barrel 120 and can store water. When the water storage barrel 120 is viewed from the top, the storage portion 123 can be formed in a U-shape with an open rear portion. The storage portion 123 can be divided into: a front storage portion 123a; a left storage portion 123b; and a right storage portion 123c.

The water storage tub 120 includes an air hole 124. Air may be introduced into the water storage tub 120 through the air hole 124. When water stored in the water storage tub 120 is discharged to the outside, the pressure in the water storage tub 120 is reduced, and air is introduced into the water storage tub 120 through the air hole 124 to compensate for the reduced pressure.

The air hole 124 is formed on the upper portion of the water storage tub 120. Specifically, the air hole 124 is formed on the rear end of the left storage portion 123b. Alternatively, the air hole 124 may be formed on the rear end of the right storage portion 123c.

1123。The coupling hook 125 is a component for fixing the water storage bucket 120 to the upper shell 112. The coupling hook 125 is buckled and fixed to the release button 1123.

The coupling hook 125 is formed at the rear end of the water storage tub 120. Specifically, the coupling hook 125 is formed in the extension pipe placement portion 127.

The heater placement portion 126 is a member that forms a space in which at least a portion of the heater 130 is inserted and disposed. The heater placement portion 1126 is a surface among the bottom surfaces of the upper housing 112, which is disposed to overlap the heater 130 vertically.

11, the heater placement portion 126 is formed by recessing the bottom surface of the water storage tub 120. At least a portion of the heater 130 is inserted into the recessed groove of the heater placement portion 126, and the height of the cleaning module 100 can be lowered.

The heater placement portion 126 may be formed to have a shape similar to a quadrangle. Specifically, the heater placement portion 126 may be formed as a quadrangle, wherein each corner is formed as a curved surface without bending.

The storage portion 123 may be formed in a U shape, and the heater placement portion 126 may be surrounded by the storage portion 123. With this arrangement, heat energy emitted upward from the heater 130 may be blocked by the heater placement portion 126, and heat energy emitted laterally from the heater 130 may be blocked by the storage portion 123.

When viewed from the top, the area projected from the heater placement portion 126 to the ground is larger than the area projected from the heater 130 to the ground. With this arrangement, water droplets formed on the heater placement portion 126 do not fall on the heater 130 but fall outside the heater 130. Therefore, since the water droplets do not fall on the heater 130, the performance of the heater 130 can be prevented from being degraded.

126c。9 , the heater placement portion 126 can be divided into a plurality of inclined surfaces. Specifically, the heater placement portion 126 includes: a first inclined surface 126a; a second inclined surface 126b; and a third inclined surface 126c.

The first inclined surface 126a extends backward from one side of the bottom surface of the water storage bucket 120, and the rear end of the first inclined surface 126a is arranged above the front end of the first inclined surface 126a. That is, the first inclined surface 126a has a backward and upward inclination.

11, the bottom surface of the water storage barrel 120 may have a plane, and the drain port 122 is disposed on the plane. Here, the first inclined surface 126a extends backward from the rear end of the plane.

The second inclined surface 126b extends backward from the rear end of the first inclined surface 126a, and the rear end of the second inclined surface 126b is arranged above the front end of the second inclined surface 126b. That is, the second inclined surface 126b has a backward and upward inclination.

The third inclined surface 126c extends backward from the rear end of the second inclined surface 126b. Referring to Fig. 9, the third inclined surface 126c may be formed as a plane parallel to the ground. However, it may also be different from that shown in Fig. 9, and the third inclined surface 126c may have a backward and upward inclination.

The inclination is defined as the angle of the inclined surface relative to the ground. The inclination of the second inclined surface 126b is smaller than the inclination of the first inclined surface 126a. The inclination of the third inclined surface 126c is smaller than the inclination of the second inclined surface 126b.

With this arrangement, water droplets formed on the third inclined surface 126c flow downward along the second inclined surface 126b and the first inclined surface 126a without falling on the heater 130, and thus, the performance of the heater 130 is not degraded.

The heater 130 is arranged to be inclined with respect to the ground, and the water storage barrel 120 includes an inclined surface, which is arranged parallel to the top surface of the heater 130. Specifically, referring to FIG. 9 , the second inclined surface 126b may be arranged parallel to the heater 130. With this arrangement, the heat energy radiated from the top surface of the heater 130 in a direction perpendicular to the top surface may uniformly reach the second inclined surface 126b, and the second inclined surface 126b may be uniformly heated. Therefore, it is effective in preventing one side of the water storage barrel 120 from being overheated and damaged.

123c。The water storage barrel 120 includes a storage portion 123 forming a space for storing water therein. The storage portion 123 can be divided into: a front storage portion 123a; a left storage portion 123b; and a right storage portion 123c.

The front storage portion 123a is located in the front portion of the water storage tub 120 and extends leftward and rightward.

The front storage portion 123a blocks the heat energy emitted forward from the heater 130 from being emitted toward the front of the cleaning module 100.

The left storage portion 123 b extends rearward along the left side of the water storage tub 120 from the left end of the front storage portion 123 a.

The left storage portion 123 b blocks the heat energy emitted to the left from the heater 130 from being discharged toward the left side of the cleaning module 100.

The right storage portion 123 c extends rearward along the right side of the water storage tub 120 from the right end of the front storage portion 123 a.

The right storage portion 123 c blocks the heat energy emitted rightward from the heater 130 from being discharged toward the right side of the cleaning module 100.

When viewed from the top, the front storage part 123a, the left storage part 123b, and the right storage part 123c are formed in a U-shape with an open rear portion. Since it is assumed that the cleaning module 100 cleans while moving forward, the necessity of cooling the rear of the heater 130 is reduced. Therefore, it is preferable that the storage parts should be formed in a U-shape covering the front, left, and right sides.

128。The cross-sectional area of the front storage portion 123a when viewed from the right side may be smaller than the cross-sectional area of the left storage portion 123b when viewed from the front or the cross-sectional area of the right storage portion 123c when viewed from the front. This is intended to reduce the front-to-back length of the cleaning module 100. However, with this arrangement, an unbalanced water level may occur between the left storage portion 123b and the right storage portion 123c. To solve this problem, an air passage 128 may be formed.

When viewed from the side, the front end of at least one of the left storage portion 123b and the right storage portion 123c is disposed below the rear end. Referring to FIG. 14 , the front end of the right storage portion 123c of the water storage bucket 120 is disposed below the rear end. Although not shown, the front end of the left storage portion 123b of the water storage bucket 120 is also disposed below the rear end. With this shape, air bags are formed at the rear ends of the left storage portion 123b and the right storage portion 123c.

The storage part 123 surrounds at least two of the side surfaces in four directions of the heater 130. Specifically, the front storage part 123a is arranged in front of the heater 130, the left storage part 123b is arranged on the left side of the heater 130, and the right storage part 123c is arranged on the right side of the heater 130. Therefore, the storage part 123 surrounds three side surfaces of the heater 130. With this arrangement, the storage part 123 blocks the heat energy dissipated from the heater 130 toward the side surface so that it will not be radiated to the outside of the cleaning module 100.

The drain port 122 is formed in at least one of the connection portion between the front storage portion 123a and the left storage portion 123b or the connection portion between the front storage portion 123a and the right storage portion 123c. Referring to FIG. 10 , the drain port 122 is formed in the connection portion between the front storage portion 123a and the right storage portion 123c. Alternatively, unlike FIG. 10 , the drain port 122 may be formed in the connection portion between the front storage portion 123a and the left storage portion 123b.

130。The drain port 122 is connected to the water tank hose 142. The inlet of the water tank hose 142 is connected to the drain port 122, and the outlet of the water tank hose 142 is connected to the water supply pump 141. The water stored in the water storage tank 120 flows to the water tank hose 142 under the action of gravity and is pressurized, and then sent to the heater 130 through the heater hose 143 by the water supply pump 141.

The air hole 124 forms a passage through which external air is introduced by negative pressure when water is discharged. That is, when water stored in the water storage barrel 120 is discharged to the outside, the pressure in the water storage barrel 120 is reduced, and air is introduced into the water storage barrel 120 through the air hole 124 to compensate for the reduced pressure, thereby forming an air bag.

The air hole 124 is selectively formed in either the left storage part 123b or the right storage part 123c. The air hole 124 forms an air bag in either the left storage part 123b or the right storage part 123c. The air bag is formed in the storage part 123 through the air passage 128, wherein the air hole 124 is not formed in the left storage part 123b or the right storage part 123c. For example, referring to FIG. 18, since the air hole 124 is formed in the left storage part 123b, the air bag is mainly formed in the left storage part 123b, and a part of the air forming the air bag flows to the right storage part 123c through the air passage 128. Therefore, the air bag is secondarily formed in the right storage part 123c, and thus the water levels of the left storage part 123b and the right storage part 123c are the same as each other.

When the air passage 128 is not formed in the water storage barrel 120, the air holes 124 should be formed in both the left storage portion 123b and the right storage portion 123c.

The drain port 122 is formed at the front of the water storage barrel 120, and the air hole 124 is formed at the rear of the water storage barrel 120. That is, the water stored in the water storage barrel 120 is discharged to the front end of the water storage barrel 120 while flowing forward, and the air diffuses forward while flowing into the rear end of the water storage barrel 120.

A portion of the top surface of the drain port 122 is parallel to the ground, and the air hole 124 and the air passage 128 are formed along the top surface. Referring to FIG. 9 , the upper portion of the air passage 128 may be disposed above the upper portion of the air hole 124. With this arrangement, when an air bag is formed in the left storage portion 123b, air may immediately move to the right storage portion 123c through the air passage 128, and an air bag may also be quickly formed in the right storage portion 123c.

Here, when viewed from the top, the air hole 124 is arranged in the opposite direction to the drain port 122 based on an imaginary line dividing the water storage bucket 120 into left and right sides. Referring to FIG. 12 , the imaginary line dividing the water storage bucket 120 into left and right sides is the section line C-C, and coincides with the rolling shaft (X) of the cleaning module 100. Referring to FIG. 12 and FIG. 13 , when viewed from the top, the drain port 122 is arranged on the right side of the rolling shaft, and the air hole 124 is arranged on the left side of the rolling shaft. With this arrangement, the air hole 124 and the drain port 122 are arranged at the farthest from the storage portion 123, and all the water stored in the water storage bucket 120 can be completely discharged.

12 and 13, when viewed from the top, the air hole 124 may also be disposed in the same direction as the drain port 122 based on an imaginary line that divides the water storage barrel 120 into left and right sides.

The water supply port 121 is a hole through which water supplied to the water storage tub 120 passes.

The water supply ports 121 are formed on both sides of the water storage tub 120 .

After closing the left water supply port 121 and opening the right water supply port 121 , water can be supplied to the right water supply port 121 .

Alternatively, after closing the right water supply port 121 and opening the left water supply port 121 , water can be supplied to the left water supply port 121 .

Alternatively, after the front end of the water storage barrel 120 is placed upward and the rear end of the water storage barrel 120 is placed downward, both water supply ports 121 are opened, and water can be supplied to one of the water supply ports 121. Here, water can be supplied to one of the water supply ports 121, and air can be discharged to the other water supply port 121 at the same time, so that water can be supplied quickly.

A cover is installed in the water supply port 121, and after the cover is removed, water can be supplied to the water supply port 121. The cover can be made of an elastic material, such as rubber.

12, the extension tube placement portion 127 forms a space into which at least a portion of the extension tube 200 is inserted. By forming the extension tube placement portion 127 in the water storage tub 120, the length from the front end to the rear end of the cleaning module 100 can be shortened.

The extension pipe placement portion 127 is formed by recessing one side of the rear surface of the water storage tub 120 forward.

The extension tube placement portion 127 is provided on the right side of the left storage portion 123 b and the left side of the right storage portion 123 c , and is provided behind the heater placement portion 126 .

The air passage 128 controls the water level of the left storage part 123b and the water level of the right storage part 123c. The air passage 128 is arranged behind the front storage part 123a and connects the left storage part 123b and the right storage part 123c.

For example, when the air hole 124 is formed in the left storage part 123b, an air bag is formed in the left storage part 123b. Here, according to the prior art, referring to (a) of FIG. 18 , when air flows into the left storage part 123b, the water level in the left storage part 123b is lowered to H1′. However, since the air bag is not formed in the right storage part 123c, the water level remains at H2′, and the center of gravity of the cleaning module may be set to be biased toward the right storage part 123c. In addition, in some cases, a vacuum may be formed in the right storage part 123c.

On the contrary, according to the embodiment of the present invention, referring to (b) of FIG. 18 , the air in the air bag of the left storage part 123b moves to the right storage part 123c through the air passage 128, and forms an air bag in the right storage part 123c. Therefore, the water level H1 of the left storage part 123b and the water level H2 of the right storage part 123c are kept consistent.

The air passage 128 is provided on the storage portion 123. The top surface of the water storage barrel 120 may be formed as a plane parallel to the ground. Here, the air passage 128 may be formed on the top surface of the water storage barrel 120.

When viewed from the side, the air passage 128 is disposed between the drain port 122 and the air hole 124 .

143。The water supply pump 141 is a component for flowing water in the cleaning module 100. The water supply pump 141 pressurizes the water in the water storage tank 120 and sends it to the heater 130. The inlet of the water supply pump 141 is connected to the outlet of the water tank hose 142, and the outlet of the water supply pump 141 is connected to the heater hose 143.

141。The water tank hose 142 connects the water storage barrel 120 and the water supply pump 141. The water tank hose 142 guides the water stored in the water storage barrel 120 to the water supply pump 141.

130。The heater hose 143 connects the water supply pump 141 and the heater 130. The heater hose 143 guides the water pressurized by the water supply pump 141 to the heater 130.

The light emitting module 150 illuminates the front of the cleaning module 100 and confirms foreign matter existing in front of the cleaning module 100. The light emitting module 150 irradiates light to the ground in front of the cleaning module 100.

The light emitting module 150 may be disposed behind the air inlet 1111. With this arrangement, the light emitting module 150 may be cooled by the air introduced from the air inlet 1111.

A plurality of light emitting modules 150 may be disposed left and right along the front surface.

152。The light emitting module 150 may include: a light emitting component 151; and a diffusion plate 152.

The diffusion plate 152 is disposed in front of the light emitting member 151 , and diffuses the light emitted from the light emitting member 151 .

The mop assembly 160 is a component for cleaning the floor with water or steam. The mop assembly 160 receives steam from the heater 130 and performs wet cleaning on the floor through friction and steam.

162。The mopping assembly 160 may include: a mopping cloth 161; and a mopping motor 162.

The mop 161 is disposed on the bottom surface of the lower housing 111. Specifically, the lower housing 111 is formed with an upwardly concave groove so that the mop 161 can be disposed, and at least a portion of the mop 161 is inserted into the groove, thereby installing the mop 161 on the lower housing 111.

When viewed from the top, the mop 161 may be formed in a circular shape. A rotation axis extending up and down is formed at the center of the mop 161. The mop 161 may clean the floor by friction while rotating around the rotation axis.

A pair of left and right mops 161 may be arranged around the rolling shaft (X).

The mop motor 162 is a component for rotating the mop 161. The mop motor 162 is provided on the mop 161 and is provided on the rotation axis of the mop 161.

The mop motor 162 is mounted on the top surface of the lower housing 111.

The mop motor 162 is provided to correspond to the number of the mops 161. A pair of left and right mop motors 162 may be arranged around the rolling shaft (X).

162。The mop motor 162 is disposed on one side of the heater 130. The upper partition wall 1122 or the lower partition wall 1112 is disposed between the mop motor 162 and the heater 130, and blocks the heat energy of the heater 130 from being transferred to the mop motor 162.

The shielding member 170 shields the front space where the suction port 181 is provided and the rear space where the mop 161 is provided, thereby preventing the steam emitted from the mop 161 from diffusing into the suction port 181 .

200。In the cleaning module 100 , air containing dust flows through the dust duct 180 . The inlet of the dust duct 180 is connected to the suction port 181 , and the outlet of the dust duct 180 is connected to the extension pipe 200 .

The suction port 181 is a hole through which dust and air existing in the cleaning area and introduced into the cleaning module 100 pass.

The suction port 181 is formed at the front portion of the bottom surface of the lower housing 111. The suction port 181 is disposed between the left mop 161 and the right mop 161.

The printed circuit board 190 is a board on which a controller (not shown) for controlling the cleaning module 100 is disposed, a power supply current can flow, and a communication line can be disposed.

The printed circuit board 190 and the components mounted on the printed circuit board 190 have characteristics that are susceptible to heat energy. The printed circuit board 190 and the components can be cooled by air introduced into the air inlet 1111 and exhausted through the air outlet 1121.

The operation of the cleaning machine configured according to the present invention will be described below.

The water storage bucket 120 is disposed on the heater 130 and is disposed to be spaced apart from the heater 130. The heat energy radiated from the heater 130 has an ascending characteristic. Since the water storage bucket 120 is disposed on the heater 130, the water storage bucket 120 blocks the heat energy from radiating upward from the cleaning module 100. In addition, since the water storage bucket 120 is spaced apart from the heater 130, the heat energy radiated from the heater 130 is convected to the water storage bucket 120 and then transmitted by conduction. Therefore, even if the user touches the cleaning module 100, he will not be burned.

The water storage barrel 120 is formed by recessing the bottom surface upward, and includes a heater placement portion 126 in which at least a portion of the heater 130 is inserted and placed. Since the water storage barrel 120 is placed on the cleaning module 100, there is a problem that the height of the cleaning module 100 is increased. At least a portion of the heater 130 is inserted and placed in the heater placement portion 126, which has the advantage of lowering the height of the cleaning module 100, thereby making it easier to clean a narrow gap.

The water storage tank 120 includes: a front storage portion 123a; a left storage portion 123b; and a right storage portion 123c. The storage portion 123 is arranged to surround the sides of the heater 130 in three directions. Therefore, the heat energy radiated laterally is absorbed by the storage portion 123 and will not overheat the surrounding electronic devices.

The water storage barrel 120 has an air passage 128 that connects the left storage portion 123b and the right storage portion 123c. Referring to (b) of FIG. 18 , even if the air hole 124 is formed only in the left storage portion 123b, the air in the air bag formed in the left storage portion 123b will still move to the right storage portion 123c through the air passage 128 and form an air bag in the right storage portion 123c. Therefore, the water level H1 of the left storage portion and the water level H2 of the right storage portion are the same as each other, so the center of gravity of the cleaning module 100 is always located at the center.

The first inclined surface 126a and the second inclined surface 126b of the heater placement portion 126 form an inclined surface that is inclined forward and downward. Therefore, water drops formed on the heater placement portion 126 flow along the inclined surface to the front end of the water storage tub 120 without falling on the heater 130. Similarly, water drops formed on the first inclined surface 126a and the second inclined surface 126b of the upper shell 112 also flow along the inclined surface to the front end of the upper shell 112. Therefore, there is an advantage of maximizing the performance of the heater 130 by preventing the heater 130 from being unnecessarily cooled due to water drops falling on the heater 130.
