Abstract

Hanger with anti-tangling mechanism

The invention relates to a hanger, and more particularly to a hanger having a plate-shaped body, so that a plurality of hangers can be prevented from being tangled when being stored, and a plurality of protruding structures are also provided on the hanger to help clothes to be closely attached to each other or to avoid being squeezed by each other.

Hangers are used to store and hang clothes, and they are convenient for people to use. In modern society, hangers are almost universally used in homes, shops, hotels and offices. Their popularity and frequency of use are the highest among household items. Although the basic form of hangers has remained relatively unchanged over the past few centuries, people have never stopped pursuing their functionality, durability and convenience. From the original wooden or bamboo hangers to today's plastic, metal and velvet hangers, the materials and designs of hangers are constantly evolving to meet the needs of different users and usage scenarios. For example, velvet hangers are often used for delicate clothing to avoid slipping or leaving marks, while linear hangers made of metal wire are more durable and inexpensive.

As mentioned above, the main function of a hanger is to hang clothes. In addition to being convenient for storage, clothes hung on hangers are less likely to wrinkle. Compared with folding clothes, clothes can be more smoothly placed on hangers to keep them neat. In addition, using hangers to hang clothes can also effectively utilize three-dimensional space, especially in situations where storage space is limited. In addition, for certain clothes, such as suits, coats, etc., due to their texture or structural characteristics, using hangers to hang clothes can better ensure the shape and life of the aforementioned specific clothes, so as to properly protect the clothes.

However, despite the many advantages of hangers, there are still some design problems that need to be solved. When users try to forcibly separate the tangled hangers, not only are the hangers easily deformed and unusable, but excessive force may also cause the hangers to suddenly break, thereby causing injuries to the users.

In summary, the lack of linear hangers may reduce the service life of the hangers, causing users to replace them prematurely, and may also lead to users' dissatisfaction and frustration with the linear hangers, which not only increases users' expenses, but also causes waste of resources and environmental pressure. Therefore, how to effectively improve the above-mentioned problems has become an important topic of the present invention.

In order to stand out in the fiercely competitive market, the inventor has been adhering to the spirit of continuous improvement. After a long period of hard research and experiments, he finally developed a clothes hanger with an anti-tangling mechanism of the present invention. It is hoped that the advent of the present invention can provide users with a better usage experience.

One object of the present invention is to provide a clothes hanger with an anti-tangling mechanism, comprising a body and a hook, wherein the body is in the shape of a plate, and a slanting section is respectively provided on the left and right sides thereof, and each of the slanting sections is away from each other from top to bottom, and the bottom side of the body is substantially horizontal; the body is provided with a clothes-supporting portion and an anti-slip portion, one side of the clothes-supporting portion is protruding relative to the body, and the other side of the clothes-supporting portion is concave relative to the body; the anti-slip portion is located near one of the slanting sections, and one side of the anti-slip portion is protruding relative to the body, and the other side of the anti-slip portion is concave relative to the body. One side is concave relative to the main body; the hook can be arranged on the top side of the main body and is used to hook on an object; the hook is provided with a spacer, one side of the spacer is protruding relative to the hook, and the other side of the spacer is concave relative to the hook. In this way, since the main body of the hanger is plate-shaped, unlike traditional linear hangers, it has a large gap structure. Therefore, when a user stores multiple hangers, it can avoid the hangers from being entangled with each other, which helps the user to organize and store the hangers to improve the convenience and experience of use.

Optionally, the clothes hanger is provided with two anti-slip parts, each of which is close to each inclined section, and each of the anti-slip parts has the same protruding direction.

The present invention is a clothes hanger with an anti-tangling mechanism. It is hereby specifically stated that the spatial shape of the element of the present invention is defined based on three mutually orthogonal axes, namely the horizontal axis (X axis), the longitudinal axis (Y axis) and the vertical axis (Z axis), as shown in FIG. 1A , and the horizontal axis direction is used as the left-right direction of the element, the longitudinal axis direction is used as the front-back direction of the element, and the vertical axis direction is used as the upper (top) and lower (bottom) directions of the element. In one embodiment, please refer to Figures 1A to 3, the hanger 1 includes a body 11 and a hook member 13, wherein the body 11 is in a plate shape, and a tilted section 111 is provided on the left and right sides thereof, respectively, and each of the tilted sections 111 is away from each other from top to bottom, and the bottom side of the body 11 is substantially horizontal, that is, the extension direction of the bottom side of the body 11 will be substantially parallel to the horizontal axis (X axis).

Referring again to FIGS. 1A to 3 , the surface of the body 11 is provided with a garment supporting portion 113 and an anti-slip portion 115. In this embodiment, the garment supporting portion 113 and the anti-slip portion 115 are integrally formed on the body 11 and are arranged along the longitudinal axis (Y axis) of the body 11, wherein one side (e.g., the front side) of the garment supporting portion 113 is protruding relative to the surface of the body 11, and the other side (e.g., the rear side) of the garment supporting portion 113 is concave relative to the surface of the body 11. Specifically, when the garment supporting portion 113 is extended from the body 11, the anti-slip portion 115 is provided with a garment supporting portion 113 and an anti-slip portion 115. When the rear side is arranged toward the front side, when viewed from the front side of the main body 11 (as shown in FIG. 1A ), the clothing supporting portion 113 will be in a protruding shape; when viewed from the rear side of the main body 11 (as shown in FIG. 1B ), the clothing supporting portion 113 will be in a recessed shape; when viewed from the side of the main body 11, an opening 114 is formed between the clothing supporting portion 113 and the main body 11; in this way, when clothes are hung on the clothes hanger 1, the front and rear inner sides of the clothes can be kept at a distance by the effect of the clothing supporting portion 113, which helps to speed up the drying of clothes when hanging them out to dry.

In other embodiments of the present invention, when the garment supporting portion 113 is arranged from the front side to the rear side of the main body 11, the aforementioned protruding and recessed positions can be interchanged; or, the garment supporting portion 113 and the surface of the main body 11 can be in a closed state without the opening 114; or, the garment supporting portion 113 can be a separate component and assembled to the main body 11, and the main body 11 is provided with a perforation at a position corresponding to the garment supporting portion 113, so that the garment supporting portion 113 of the aforementioned separate component also forms features such as protrusions and recesses on the opposite sides of the main body 11.

Furthermore, please refer to FIGS. 1 to 3 again. In this embodiment, the hanger 1 is provided with two anti-slip portions 115. The positions of the anti-slip portions 115 are close to the inclined sections 111. One side (e.g., the front side) of the anti-slip portion 115 is protruding relative to the body 11, and the other side (e.g., the rear side) of the anti-slip portion 115 is concave relative to the body 11. Specifically, when the anti-slip portion 115 is arranged from the rear side of the body 11 to the front side, when viewed from the front side of the body 11 (as shown in FIG. 1A), the anti-slip portion 115 is protruding relative to the body 11. 5 is in a protruding shape; when viewed from the rear side of the body 11 (as shown in FIG. 1B ), the anti-slip portion 115 is in a concave shape; when viewed from the side of the body 11, an opening 116 is formed between the anti-slip portion 115 and the body 11; thus, when clothes are hung on the hanger 1, since one side of the anti-slip portion 115 is protruding outside the body 11, the position of the clothes close to the anti-slip portion 115 can be slightly stretched and deformed, and is blocked by the anti-slip portion 115, thereby increasing the friction between the hanger 1 and the clothes, so as to prevent the clothes from sliding off the hanger 1.

In addition, please refer to Figures 1A to 3 again. In other embodiments of the present invention, when the anti-slip portion 115 is arranged from the front side to the rear side of the main body 11, the positions of the aforementioned protruding and recessed shapes can be interchanged; or, the anti-slip portion 115 and the surface of the main body 11 can be in a closed state without the opening 116; or, the hanger 1 can only have a single anti-slip portion 115; or, the anti-slip portion 115 can be a separate component and assembled to the main body 11, and the main body 11 is provided with a perforation at a position corresponding to the anti-slip portion 115, so that the anti-slip portion 115 of the aforementioned separate component also forms features such as protruding and recessed shapes on the opposite sides of the main body 11; or, the protruding directions of each anti-slip portion 115 can be the same or different. However, in a preferred case, the protruding directions of the clothing supporting portion 113 and the anti-slip portion 115 are the same. In this way, when the user stores multiple hangers 1, the hangers 1 can be stacked together in the same direction. Through the structural design of the clothing supporting portion 113 and the anti-slip portion 115, the front sides of the clothing supporting portion 113 and the anti-slip portion 115 of one hanger 1 can respectively extend into the rear sides of the clothing supporting portion 113 and the anti-slip portion 115 of the adjacent hanger 1, so that the hangers 1 can be tightly and stably attached to each other.

Referring again to FIGS. 1A to 3 , the hook 13 can be disposed on the top side of the body 11. According to actual product requirements, the hook 13 and the body 11 can be formed integrally, or they can be separate components and assembled into one. Furthermore, the hook 13 can be hooked onto an object 2 (as shown in FIG. 4 ), such as a clothes drying pole, a door hook, or a vertical clothes hanging pole. Preferably, after the hook member 13 is hooked onto the object 2, the hanger 1 should remain horizontal, that is, the bottom side of the hanger 1 can remain substantially parallel to the ground without tipping over. In other words, the hanger 1 will not be suspended with an obvious overall tilt to the left or right. In addition, in order to better maintain the levelness of the hanger 1 when suspended, at least one center of gravity adjustment portion 110 can be provided in the middle area of the main body 11. The center of gravity adjustment portion 110 is used to assist in adjusting the center of gravity of the hanger 1 so that when the hanger 1 is hung through the hook 13, its bottom side can remain substantially parallel to the ground. In this embodiment, the center of gravity adjustment portion 110 is in the form of a through hole and is close to the position of the clothing supporting portion 113, but is not limited to this. In other embodiments of the present invention, the center of gravity adjustment portion 110 can be a groove, a bump, etc., and can even be an independent element that is additionally fixed to the main body 11.

In addition, please refer to Figures 1A to 3 again. In this embodiment, a spacer 15 is integrally formed on the surface of the hook member 13, and the spacer 15 can be arranged along the longitudinal axis (Y-axis) direction of the main body 11, wherein one side (such as the front side) of the spacer 15 is protruding relative to the surface of the hook member 13, and the other side (such as the rear side) of the spacer 15 is concave relative to the surface of the hook member 13. Specifically, when the spacer 15 is arranged from the rear side of the hook member 13 to the front side, when viewed from the front side of the hook member 13 (as shown in Figure 1A), the spacer 15 will be protruding; when viewed from the rear side of the hook member 13 (as shown in Figure 1B), the spacer 15 will be in a concave shape; when viewed from the side of the hook member 13, an opening 151 is formed between the spacer 15 and the hook member 13, but this is not limited to this. In other embodiments of the present invention, when the spacer 15 is set from the front side to the rear side of the hook member 13, the positions of the protruding shape and the concave shape can be interchanged with each other; or, the spacer 15 and the surface of the hook member 13 can be in a closed state without the opening 151; or, the spacer 15 can be a separate component and assembled to the hook member 13, and the hook member 13 is provided with a through hole at a position corresponding to the spacer 15, so that the spacer 15 of the separate component also forms features such as protrusions and concave shapes on the opposite sides of the hook member 13.

Continuing from the above, please refer to Figures 1A to 4 again. When a plurality of hangers 1 are hooked to an object 2 in the same direction, since the protruding directions of the partitions 15 of two adjacent hangers 1 are the same, the two adjacent hangers 1 can be more closely attached to each other, which is convenient for users to store clothes in a limited space (such as the space in a closet) with high density (as shown in the virtual frame of Figure 4, which represents the position of clothes). Please refer to Figure 5. When a plurality of hangers 1 are hooked to an object 2 in different directions, since the protruding directions of the partitions 15 of two adjacent hangers 1 are opposite, the spacing distance between the two adjacent hangers 1 will increase, avoiding excessive squeezing and deformation of clothes (as shown in the virtual frame of Figure 5, which represents the position of clothes), effectively maintaining the integrity of clothes, and facilitating users to organize and select clothes.

Please refer to Figures 1A to 3 again. In some embodiments, the protruding direction of the spacer portion 15 can be consistent with the protruding direction of the clothing support portion 113 and the anti-slip portion 115. For example, the spacer portion 15 protrudes toward the front side of the hook member 13 and the main body 11, and the clothing support portion 113 and the anti-slip portion 115 also protrude toward the front side of the hook member 13 and the main body 11. In this way, the main body 11 together with the rear side of the hook member 13 can remain flat and can be easily placed on a flat surface (such as a bed surface, a tabletop, the ground, etc.), and a plurality of hangers 1 can be easily stacked and stored together. Furthermore, in order to ensure that the partition portion 15 can play a role and prevent the clothes from being over-squeezed and deformed, one side (such as the front side) of the partition portion 15 can be located farther from the main body 11 than the clothes-supporting portion 113 and one side (such as the front side) of the anti-slip portion 115 (as shown by the imaginary line L in FIG. 3 ). In this way, it can be prevented that the clothes are affected by the clothes-supporting portion 113 and are over-squeezed, thereby being pressed against and squeezed by adjacent clothes.

In addition, in order to help the hangers 1 to be closely attached when arranged in the same direction and to maintain a distance when arranged in different directions, please refer to Figures 1A to 3. In this embodiment, the body 11 is provided with at least one magnet 14. When the hangers 1 are arranged in the same direction, the magnets 14 between adjacent hangers 1 are in an attractive state, so that the hangers 1 are approached by the mutual attraction of the magnets 14; when the hangers 1 are arranged in different directions, the magnets 14 between adjacent hangers 1 are in a repulsive state, so that the hangers 1 are separated by the mutual repulsion of the magnets 14. In addition, the magnet 14 can be fixed to the body 11 by bonding, embedding or other methods. In some embodiments, the surface of the magnet 14 does not exceed the surface of the body 11 to prevent the magnet 14 from being damaged or falling off due to collision.

In summary, please refer to FIGS. 1 to 3 again. Since the main body 11 of the hanger 1 is in the shape of a plate, unlike a traditional linear hanger with a large gap, when a user stores a plurality of hangers 1, the hangers 1 can be prevented from being tangled with each other, which helps the user to organize and store the hangers 1, thereby improving the convenience and experience of use. In addition, when the center of gravity adjustment portion 110 on the hanger 1 is a through hole, in a preferred case, the height of the left and right sides of the hanger 1 will be greater than the maximum hole diameter P1 of the through hole, so that the hanger 1 cannot extend into the through hole of another hanger 1. However, when the left and right sides of the hanger 1 are designed to be tapered, the side edges of the left and right sides of the hanger 1 (i.e., the ends closest to the left and right sides) can extend into the through-holes of another hanger 1. Therefore, in order to prevent the plurality of hangers 1 from being entangled with each other, the height H1 of the hanger 1 near its left and right sides is designed to be greater than the maximum hole diameter P1 of the through-holes. In this way, when the side edges of the left and right sides of the hanger 1 extend into the through-holes of another hanger 1, only one-tenth of the lateral length of the hanger 1 can actually pass through the through-holes of the other hanger 1, so the user can still easily separate the hangers 1 for storage.

The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention. However, the scope of rights claimed by the present invention is not limited thereto. Claims (7)

A clothes hanger with an anti-tangling mechanism comprises: a body in the shape of a plate, wherein the left and right sides of the body are respectively provided with an inclined section, and each of the inclined sections is away from each other from top to bottom; the bottom side of the body is substantially horizontal; the body is provided with a clothing-supporting portion and an anti-skid portion, one side of the clothing-supporting portion is protruding relative to the body, and the other side of the clothing-supporting portion is concave relative to the body; the anti-skid portion is located near one of the inclined sections, and one side of the anti-skid portion is protruding relative to the body, and the other side of the anti-skid portion is concave relative to the body; at least one center of gravity adjustment portion is provided in the middle area of the body for adjusting the clothes hanger The center of gravity of the hanger is such that when the hanger is hung, its bottom side can be substantially parallel to the ground, wherein the center of gravity adjustment part is a through hole, and the maximum aperture of the through hole is smaller than the height of the hanger near the left and right sides, so that when the side edges of the left and right sides of the hanger extend into the through hole of another hanger, substantially only one tenth of the horizontal length of the hanger passes through the through hole of the other hanger; and a hook member is arranged on the top side of the main body, used for hooking to an object, and the hook member is provided with a spacer, one side of the spacer is protruding relative to the hook member, and the other side of the spacer is concave relative to the hook member. A clothes hanger as described in claim 1, wherein the hook and the main body are integrally formed. A clothes hanger as described in claim 1, wherein one side position of the partition portion is farther from the main body than one side position of the anti-slip portion and/or the clothing supporting portion. A clothes hanger as described in claim 1, wherein the clothes supporting part, the anti-slip part and the spacer part protrude in the same direction. A clothes hanger as described in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the main body is provided with a magnet. A clothes hanger as described in claim 6, wherein the surface of the magnet does not extend beyond the surface of the body.
