Abstract

The present disclosure provides a massager. The massager includes a head-shaped massage block and a torso-shaped massage block. The torso-shaped massage block is disposed on a bottom end of the head-shaped massage block. The torso-shaped massage block includes a back surface, a front surface and a massage teeth assembly. The back surface of the torso-shaped massage block is flat and flush with a back surface of the head-shaped massage block. The front surface of the torso-shaped massage block is opposite to the back surface of the torso-shaped massage block. The massage teeth assembly is configured on and protrudes from the front surface of the torso-shaped massage block. The massager is configured to provide a non-handheld massage operation to achieve the purposes of labor-saving massage, conform to ergonomics and provide multi-postures usage.

Description

massager

The present disclosure relates to a massage aid, and more particularly to a massage device that can be used in multiple body positions.

Currently, most massagers are handheld for use by users, so the strength of the massage depends on the strength of the user's hand. If the user is weak, the massage force generated by the massager is also weak, resulting in poor massage effect. In addition, if the user holds the massager for a period of time, it is easy to produce muscle fatigue, which reduces the massage force and thus reduces the massage effect.

Therefore, one purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a massager to improve the problems of current massagers caused by hand-held force application.

According to the above-mentioned purpose of the present disclosure, a massager is proposed. The massager includes a head-shaped massage block and a trunk-shaped massage block. The trunk-shaped massage block is arranged at the bottom end of the head-shaped massage block. The trunk-shaped massage block has a back surface and a front surface opposite to each other. The back surface of the trunk-shaped massage block is flat and flush with the back surface of the head-shaped massage block. The trunk-shaped massage block includes a massage tooth group. The massage tooth group is arranged and protrudes from the front of the trunk-shaped massage block. The maximum length of the massager is 220±50 mm, the maximum width of the massager is 100±30 mm, the maximum height of the massager is 90±30 mm, and the massager is configured to provide non-handheld massage operation.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the head-shaped massage block further includes a single tooth. The single tooth is configured and protrudes from the top of the head-shaped massage block.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the head-shaped massage block further comprises a concave arc surface. The concave arc surface is located in front of the head-shaped massage block.

According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the head-shaped massage block further includes a first convex curved surface and a second convex curved surface. The concave curved surface is located between the first convex curved surface and the second convex curved surface. The second convex curved surface is adjacent to the trunk-shaped massage block. The maximum distance from the first convex curved surface to the back of the head-shaped massage block is greater than the minimum distance from the concave curved surface to the back of the head-shaped massage block, and the maximum distance from the second convex curved surface to the back of the head-shaped massage block is greater than the minimum distance from the concave curved surface to the back of the head-shaped massage block.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the massage tooth group includes a first tooth and a second tooth. The first tooth is adjacent to the head-type massage block and is spaced apart from each other. The second tooth is adjacent to the bottom end of the trunk-type massage block and is spaced apart from each other. The distance from the end of the first tooth to the back of the trunk-type massage block is greater than the distance from the end of the second tooth to the back of the trunk-type massage block.

According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the first teeth and the second teeth are both protruding from the front of the head-shaped massage block.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the distance between the first teeth is greater than the distance between the second teeth.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the front of the trunk massage block is inclined. The front of the trunk massage block includes a first end and a second end. The first end is adjacent to the first tooth. The second end is adjacent to the second tooth. The distance from the first end to the back of the trunk massage block is greater than the distance from the second end to the back of the trunk massage block.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the above-mentioned trunk massage block further includes a baffle. The baffle is arranged in front of the trunk massage block, and the baffle is connected to the second tooth.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the above-mentioned trunk massage block further includes a chamfered portion. The chamfered portion is located between the back and the bottom of the trunk massage block.

As can be seen from the above, the size design of the massager allows the massager to provide non-handheld massage operation. Place the massager on the ground, and the user can lean on it and use the body weight to make the massage force penetrate into the muscles, fascia, and deep layers of the body, which is more labor-saving and provides a more efficient massage and relaxation effect. The back of the trunk-shaped massage block is flat, which can improve the stability of the massager's placement and support. The configuration of the head-shaped massage block is ergonomic and can improve the applicability of massaging the user's head, shoulders and neck. The massage teeth have good support and can provide single-point or multi-point massage effects.

Please refer to Figures 1A to 1C, which are three-dimensional schematic diagrams of a massager 100 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. The massager 100 includes a head-shaped massage block 110 and a trunk-shaped massage block 120. The material of the head-shaped massage block 110 and the trunk-shaped massage block 120 can be selected from wood or plastic, which can provide support, but is not limited to this. The massager 100 can present a doll shape, but is not limited to this. In one example, the head-shaped massage block 110 and the trunk-shaped massage block 120 are both independent components, which can be combined by fixing means such as bonding, locking, and pressing. The design of the head-shaped massage block 110 and the trunk-shaped massage block 120 as independent components can further provide a detachable operation option, so that users 200 of different body shapes can choose suitable head-shaped massage blocks 110 and trunk-shaped massage blocks 120 according to their own needs. In one example, the combination of the head-shaped massage block 110 and the trunk-shaped massage block 120 is an integrally formed component. In other words, the massager 100 is an integrally formed component. In one example, the massager 100 further includes a temperature control device (not shown) for adjusting the temperature of the massager 100, which can provide a hot compress massage effect and enhance the massage comfort. In one example, the massager 100 further includes a vibration device to provide a vibration function, increase the selection of massage modes, and provide more massage options. In one example, the massager 100 including the temperature control device and/or the vibration device further includes a power-off device to improve the safety of use.

Continuing to refer to FIG. 1B , the head-shaped massage block 110 includes a first convex curved surface 111, a concave curved surface 112, and a second convex curved surface 113. The first convex curved surface 111, the concave curved surface 112, and the second concave curved surface 112 are all located in front of the head-shaped massage block 110. The concave curved surface 112 is located between the first convex curved surface 111 and the second convex curved surface 113. The first convex curved surface 111 is adjacent to the top end 110t of the head-shaped massage block 110. The second convex curved surface 113 is adjacent to the bottom end 110b of the head-shaped massage block 110.

Please refer to FIG. 2, which is a schematic side view of a massager 100 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. The back surface 114 of the head-shaped massage block 110 is flat, which can be used to improve the stability of the support. The maximum distance D1 from the first convex curved surface 111 to the back surface 114 of the head-shaped massage block 110 is greater than the minimum distance D2 from the concave curved surface 112 to the back surface 114 of the head-shaped massage block 110. The maximum distance D3 from the second convex curved surface 113 to the back surface 114 of the head-shaped massage block 110 is greater than the minimum distance D2 from the concave curved surface 112 to the back surface 114 of the head-shaped massage block 110. In one example, the maximum distance D3 from the second convex surface 113 to the back surface 114 of the head-shaped massage block 110 is greater than the maximum distance D1 from the first convex surface 111 to the back surface 114 of the head-shaped massage block 110. The configuration of the first convex surface 111, the concave surface 112 and the second convex surface 113 can be ergonomic and provide massage comfort.

1B , the head-shaped massage block 110 further includes a single tooth 115 . The single tooth 115 is disposed and protrudes from the top end 110 t of the head-shaped massage block 110 . Therefore, the single tooth 115 is adjacent to the first convex arc surface 111 .

Next, refer to FIG. 1A, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, wherein FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view schematic diagram of a massager 100 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. The trunk massage block 120 is disposed at the bottom end 110b of the head-shaped massage block 110, and the trunk massage block 120 is adjacent to the second convex arc surface 113. The trunk massage block 120 includes a back surface 121, a front surface 122 and a massage tooth group 123. The back surface 121 of the trunk massage block 120 is planar and flush with the back surface 114 of the head-shaped massage block 110. The front surface 122 of the trunk massage block 120 is opposite to the back surface 121 of the trunk massage block 120.

Continuing to refer to FIG. 1A and FIG. 2 , the massage tooth group 123 is disposed and protrudes from the front 122 of the trunk massage block 120. The massage tooth group 123 includes a first tooth 123f and a second tooth 123s. The first tooth 123f is adjacent to the head massage block 110 and is spaced apart from each other. The second tooth 123s is adjacent to the bottom end 120b of the trunk massage block 120 and is spaced apart from each other. The distance D4 from the end of the first tooth 123f to the back side 121 of the trunk massage block 120 is greater than the distance D5 from the end of the second tooth 123s to the back side 121 of the trunk massage block 120. In one example, since the back surface 121 of the trunk-shaped massage block 120 is flush with the back surface 114 of the head-shaped massage block 110, the first teeth 123f and the second teeth 123s are both protruding from the front of the head-shaped massage block 110. Therefore, the distance D4 from the end of the first teeth 123f to the back surface 121 of the trunk-shaped massage block 120 is greater than the maximum distance from the front of the head-shaped massage block 110 to the back surface 114 of the head-shaped massage block 110, that is, the distance D4 from the end of the first teeth 123f to the back surface 121 of the trunk-shaped massage block 120 is greater than the maximum distance D3 from the second convex arc surface 113 to the back surface 114 of the head-shaped massage block 110. In one example, the number of the first teeth 123f and the second teeth 123s is two, but it is not limited thereto.

4 is a top view of a massager 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The spacing D6 of the first teeth 123f is greater than the spacing D7 of the second teeth 123s to meet the massage needs of different parts of the user's 200 body.

In one example, the ends of the single tooth 115, the first tooth 123f, and the second tooth 123s may be configured with a single convex arc portion. In one example, the ends of the single tooth 115, the first tooth 123f, and the second tooth 123s may be configured with multiple convex arc portions.

Next, referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 4 , the front 122 of the trunk massage block 120 is inclined and includes a first end 122f and a second end 122s, wherein the first end 122f is adjacent to the first tooth 123f, and the second end 122s is adjacent to the second tooth 123s. The distance from the first end 122f to the back 121 of the trunk massage block 120 is greater than the distance from the second end 122s to the back 121 of the trunk massage block 120.

Referring to FIG. 4 , the trunk massage block 120 further includes a stopper 124. The stopper 124 is disposed on the front 122 of the trunk massage block 120, and the stopper 124 is located between adjacent second teeth 123s, and both ends of the stopper 124 are respectively connected to the adjacent second teeth 123s. In one example, the first teeth 123f, the second teeth 123s, the front 122 of the trunk massage block 120, and the stopper 124 form a receiving space S. The accommodating space S can be used to place other types of massagers (such as handheld massagers, etc.), and the front face 122, the first teeth 123f, the second teeth 123s and the stopper 124 of the inclined trunk-shaped massage block 120 can be used to increase the stability of the additional massager.

2, the trunk type massage block 120 further includes a chamfered portion 125. The chamfered portion 125 is located between the back side 121 and the bottom end 120b of the trunk type massage block 120. The chamfered portion 125 is used to increase the stability of the massager 100 in some special massage positions.

Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 , the maximum length L of the massager 100 is 220±50 mm. In one example, the maximum length L of the massager 100 may be the distance from the end of the single tooth 115 to the bottom end 120b of the trunk massage block 120. In another example, the maximum length L of the massager 100 may be the distance from the top end 110t of the head-shaped massage block 110 to the bottom end 120b of the trunk massage block 120. The maximum width W of the massager 100 is 100±30 mm. The maximum height H of the massager 100 is 90±30 mm. In one example, the maximum height H of the massager 100 may be the distance from the end of the first tooth 123f to the back side 121 of the trunk massage block 120. As can be seen from the size of the massager 100, the massager 100 is suitable for non-handheld massage operations.

Please refer to FIG. 5A to FIG. 5I , which are schematic diagrams of several massage operations of a massager 100 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 5A , the massager 100 can be placed on the ground G, so that the back 114 of the head-shaped massage block 110 and the back 121 of the trunk-shaped massage block 120 are flat on the ground G. The user 200 lies on his back on the massager 100, and the arc surface (first convex arc surface 111, concave arc surface 112 and second convex arc surface 113) of the front of the head-shaped massage block 110 can further match the shape of the occipital bone behind the head 210 of the user 200, which is more ergonomic and can improve the support and fit of the pillow, thereby making it easier for the user 200 to relax. The first teeth 123f and the second teeth 123s of the massage teeth set 123 can abut against the outer side of the cervical vertebra 220 of the user 200, and use the user's 200 own weight to allow the first teeth 123f and the second teeth 123s to provide massage force, forming a multi-point massage type, making the massage more labor-saving, and also making the massage deeper and more continuous.

As shown in FIG5B , the massager 100 can be placed on the ground G, and the user 200 lies on his back on the massager 100. When the user 200 is in a relaxed state, a part of the weight of the body is applied to the massager 100. The second teeth 123s abut against the head 210 of the user 200, the first teeth 123f abut against the neck 230 of the user 200, and the head-shaped massage block 110 abuts against the upper back 240 of the user 200. The massager 100 bears the weight of the user 200, and provides a reaction force to massage the user 200 through the first teeth 123f and the second teeth 123s, so that the user can save more effort in the massage operation and enjoy a deeper massage.

As shown in FIG5C , the massager 100 can be placed on the ground G, and the user 200 lies on his back on the massager 100, and uses the first teeth 123f and the second teeth 123s of the massager 100 to massage the back 250 of the user 200. When the user 200 lies on his back, the body is relaxed, and the weight of the body is naturally applied to the massager 100. The reaction force provided by the massager 100 can be used for massage, so during massage, the user 200 does not need to apply special force, so the massage is more labor-saving and can last longer.

As shown in FIG5D , the massager 100 can be placed on the ground G, and the user 200 lies on his back on the massager 100, so that the massager 100 is placed horizontally below the waist 260 of the user 200. The first teeth 123f and the second teeth 123s are against the waist 260 of the user 200. While the massager 100 bears part of the weight of the user 200's body, the reaction force is applied to the waist 260 of the user 200 through the first teeth 123f and the second teeth 123s. During the massage process, the user 200 does not need to apply special force to provide massage force, and the body will not be tense due to the force, so as to achieve the purpose of saving effort and improving the massage effect. If the user 200 wants to adjust the stimulation point of the massage, the multi-point massage type can also be adjusted to a single-point massage type by adjusting the position of the massager 100.

5A to 5D , the back surface 114 of the head-shaped massage block 110 and the back surface 121 of the trunk-shaped massage block 120 are flat on the ground G. The flat back surfaces 114 and 121 can increase the stability of the massager 100 when placed on the ground G, and can also increase the stability during the massage process.

Next, referring to FIG. 5E , the massager 100 can be placed obliquely on the ground G, and the head 210 of the user 200 lies on the massager 100. That is, the chamfered portion 125 of the trunk-shaped massage block 120 is against the ground G, and the first teeth 123f and the second teeth 123s are against the head 210 of the user 200 and close to the top of the head. Similarly, the user's 200 own weight can be converted into the massage force of the massager 100, forming a multi-point massage type.

Next, referring to FIG. 5F , the massager 100 can be placed on the ground G, and the additional massager 300a can be placed thereon. By using the combination of the massager 100 and the additional massager 300a, the support and massage stability of the additional massager 300a can be increased. The leg 270 to be massaged by the user 200 can be reliably pressed against the additional massager 300a, and the user's own weight is also used to provide massage force, forming a multi-point massage type, and achieving the purpose of massaging with less effort. In addition, the two ends of the additional massager 300a are respectively pressed against the stopper 124 and the second convex arc surface 113, so that the additional massager 300a can be tilted, and then the side part of the leg 270 of the user 200 can be massaged. Therefore, the massager 100 can assist in adjusting the massage direction of the additional massager 300a.

Next, referring to FIG. 5G , the massager 100 can be placed on the ground G, and the additional massager 300b can be placed thereon. That is, the additional massager 300b abuts against the stopper 124 and fits the front 122 of the trunk-shaped massage block 120. By using the combination of the massager 100 and the additional massager 300b, the support and massage stability of the additional massager 300b can be increased. The user 200 can lie on his back on the ground G, and the arm 280 of the user 200 to be massaged can be abutted against the additional massager 300b. In this way, the user 200's own weight is also used to provide massage force, forming a multi-point massage type, and achieving the purpose of massaging effort saving.

5H, the user 200 can also hold the massager 100, with the single tooth 115 facing the abdomen 290 of the user 200, and the user 200 uses the hand to apply force to provide massage force. The single tooth 115 is used to form a single point massage, and the massage force can be adjusted according to the tolerance of the user 200, and the pressing time can also be adjusted according to the needs.

5I, the user 200 can lie on his back on the ground G, and use the massager 100 to massage the front of the user 200. The user 200 can use his hands to press the massager 100 to provide massage force, forming a multi-point massage, and can adjust the force applied by the user 200's hands according to the user's 200 tolerance, thereby adjusting the massage force.

As can be seen from the above implementation methods, one of the advantages of the present disclosure is that the size design of the massager disclosed in the present disclosure allows the massager to provide non-handheld massage operation as well as handheld massage operation, further realizing multi-position usage, allowing the user to perform massage in sitting, lying, lying on the side, standing or lying prone. When providing non-handheld massage operation, the massager can be placed on the ground, and the user can lean on the massager and use the body weight to make the massage force penetrate into the muscles, fascia, and deep layers of the body, making the massage more labor-saving and providing a more efficient massage relaxation effect. The back of the trunk-shaped massage block is flat, which can improve the stability of the placement and support of the massager. The configuration of the head-shaped massage block is ergonomic, providing a large area of massage contact surface for massage, which can improve the applicability of massaging the user's head, shoulders and neck. The massage teeth have good support and can provide single-point or multi-point massage effects.

Anyone with ordinary knowledge in this technical field may make various changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure. Claims (8)

A massager comprises: a head-shaped massage block, comprising: a first convex arc surface; a second convex arc surface adjacent to the trunk-shaped massage block; a concave arc surface located in front of the head-shaped massage block and between the first convex arc surface and the second convex arc surface, wherein a maximum distance from the first convex arc surface to the back side of the head-shaped massage block is greater than a minimum distance from the concave arc surface to the back side of the head-shaped massage block, and a maximum distance from the second convex arc surface to the back side of the head-shaped massage block is greater than the minimum distance from the concave arc surface to the back side of the head-shaped massage block; and a trunk-shaped massage block. A trunk-type massage block is disposed at a bottom end of the head-type massage block, wherein the trunk-type massage block has a back surface and a front surface opposite to each other, the back surface is flat and flush with a back surface of the head-type massage block, and the trunk-type massage block includes: a massage tooth group, which is configured and protrudes from the front surface of the trunk-type massage block; wherein a maximum length of the massager is 220±50 mm, a maximum width of the massager is 100±30 mm, a maximum height of the massager is 90±30 mm, and the massager is configured to provide a non-handheld massage operation. A massager as described in claim 1, wherein the head-shaped massage block further includes a single tooth, and the single tooth is configured and protrudes from a top end of the head-shaped massage block. A massager as described in claim 1, wherein the massage teeth group comprises: two first teeth, adjacent to the head-shaped massage block and spaced from each other; and two second teeth, adjacent to a bottom end of the trunk-shaped massage block and spaced from each other; wherein a distance from an end of one of the two first teeth to the back side of the trunk-shaped massage block is greater than a distance from an end of one of the two second teeth to the back side of the trunk-shaped massage block. A massager as described in claim 3, wherein the two first teeth and the two second teeth both protrude from a front side of the head-shaped massage block. A massager as described in claim 3, wherein the distance between the two first teeth is greater than the distance between the two second teeth. A massager as described in claim 3, wherein the front of the trunk massage block is inclined, and the front of the trunk massage block includes: a first end adjacent to the two first teeth; and a second end adjacent to the two second teeth; wherein a distance from the first end to the back of the trunk massage block is greater than a distance from the second end to the back of the trunk massage block. A massager as described in claim 3, wherein the trunk-type massage block further comprises a baffle, which is disposed at the front of the trunk-type massage block and is connected to the two second teeth. A massager as described in claim 3, wherein the trunk-type massage block further comprises a chamfered portion, and the chamfered portion is located between the back side and the bottom end of the trunk-type massage block.
