Abstract

A bag with movable fixing device comprises a food bag, a plurality of elastic hook ropes, fixing devices and gyroscopes. The size of the first fixing area can be adjusted by hooking the hook portion and the buckle of the elastic hooks rope together, so as to clamp objects of different sizes. And the elastic hooking ropes can be selectively positioned on the positioning rings on the food bag at different positions, so as to change and adjust the position of the first fixing area. Moreover, when the food bag is tilted, the objects in the first fixing area and the second fixing area can be kept horizontal through the gyroscope at the same time.

Description

Bag with mobile fixing device

The present invention relates to a food bag, in particular to a bag with a movable fixing device.

When taking liquid food out, it leaks, which is a problem that everyone has experienced. The containers or bags generally used for taking food or drinks out cannot effectively prevent leakage, so food often gets lost, resulting in a mess that is difficult to clean up. Therefore, the functions of the containers and bags for carrying food or drinks are changed to meet the practicality of people when taking food out, and to enable safe, convenient and comfortable food take-out.

In view of the above problems in the prior art, one of the purposes of the present invention is to provide a bag with a movable fixing device, in which the elastic hook can form a fixing area with adjustable size to fix food of different sizes, and the gyroscope can keep the food balanced to avoid tipping and spilling.

The elastic hooks are used to adjust the size of the first fixing area according to the size of the first of the objects by changing the hook of the first of the elastic hooks and the hooks and the buckles of the second of the objects hooked by the buckles.

The positioning ends of the elastic hooks are detachably connected to the positioning rings on the food bag.

The bag with a movable fixing device of the present invention further includes a thermostatic chip disposed inside the base, the surface of the base is a heat-conducting material, and the food bag is a heat-insulating material.

As mentioned above, the bag with a movable fixing device according to the present invention may have one or more of the following advantages:

(1) The elastic hook can form a first fixing area with adjustable size to fix food of different sizes.

(2) The elastic sheet (fixing device) can be rolled up to form a second fixing area to clamp objects, and can be kept level through the rotating shaft and gyroscope.

(3) A gyroscope is installed on the elastic hook, so that when the food bag is tilted, the objects in the first fixed area and the objects in the second fixed area can be kept horizontal at the same time through the gyroscope, thus preventing food from spilling.

Due to the angular momentum of the rotor, once the gyroscope 30 starts to rotate, it has the effect of resisting direction changes. Therefore, the gyroscope 30 of the present invention can keep running continuously, or start running when the food bag 10 is accelerated or tilted.

The food bag 10 can be a bag of various forms, such as an environmentally friendly bag, an insulation bag, a backpack or a tote bag. The shape of the storage space 14 of the food bag 10 is not particularly limited, and can be, for example, cylindrical, rectangular or cube. In addition, the size of the food bag 10 and the size, proportion and installation position of the fixing device 20 can be changed according to actual needs, and the present invention is not limited to a specific size and proportion. Similarly, the material of the food bag 10 can be, for example, but not limited to, plastic, rubber, leather, cloth or metal. Preferably, the material of the food bag 10 is preferably waterproof and oil-proof material, so that the user can use it cleanly.

The fixing device 20 may be, for example, an elastic sheet. For example, the elastic sheet may be, for example, a coil spring. The elastic sheet may have an active end (or two active ends) and a fixed end, the active end is selectively rolled up or unfolded to cover the fixed object 42, and the fixed end is connected to the gyroscope 30 via the rotating shaft 22.

In one example of the present invention, as shown in FIG3 , the two sides of the elastic sheet body are movable ends that can be selectively rolled up or unfolded to cover the fixed object 42, and the center of the elastic sheet body is a fixed end that is detachably or fixedly connected to the gyroscope 30 via the rotating shaft 22. Alternatively, in another example (not shown), one side of the elastic sheet body is a movable end that can be selectively rolled up or unfolded to cover the fixed object 42, and the other side of the elastic sheet body is a fixed end that is fixedly or detachably connected to the gyroscope 30 via the rotating shaft 22. The difference between the above two examples is that the elastic sheet body uses one side end or the center end as the fixed end to be rolled up or unfolded to cover the fixed object 42. The above-mentioned examples of elastic sheets are not limited thereto and can also be adjusted and used according to actual needs.

The number of fixing devices 20 of the invention can be one or more. The fixing device 20 is preferably fixed or detachable and is arranged on the elastic rope 62 via the rotating shaft 22 and the gyroscope 30. As shown in FIG3 , a fixing device 20 can be arranged on a single elastic rope 62. Alternatively, multiple fixing devices 20 (not shown) can also be arranged on a single elastic rope 62. That is, the user can choose the number of fixing devices 20 to be arranged and the location of the fixing devices 20 on the elastic rope 62 according to actual needs, such as the size of the space of the food bag 10 and/or the size of the object 42. The number and location of the fixing devices 20 mentioned above are only examples and are not limited.

The food bag 10 may further have a lid 11 for opening or closing the storage space 14. The material of the lid 11 may be the same as or different from that of the food bag 10. In addition, the lid 11 may be made of a transparent, translucent or opaque material. When the lid 11 is made of a transparent or translucent material, the user can conveniently check the space status in the food bag 10 and the placement status of the contents (objects 40 and 42).

The elastic hook 60 may include, for example, an elastic rope 62, a hook 64, and a plurality of buckles 66, wherein the hook 64 is located at one end (active end) of the elastic rope 62. The user may change the overall length of the elastic hook 60 by stretching the active end of the elastic rope 62, and may use the hook 64 to hook the buckle 66 of another elastic hook 60 to form a first fixing area A1. The first fixing area A1 provides a function of detachably clamping the first of the objects (object 41), and allows the first of the objects (object 41) to be suspended on the base 13. The elastic hooks 60 adjust the size of the first fixing area A1 according to the size of the first object (object 41) by changing the hook 64 and the buckle 66 of the first elastic hook 60. By adjusting the tightness of the elastic rope 62 at the first fixing area A1 and matching the size of the object 41, it can be determined whether the clamped object 41 is suspended on the base 13. For example, if the two elastic ropes 62 clamp the object 41 tightly, the object 41 can be pulled by the two elastic ropes 62 and suspended above the base 13. Alternatively, if the object 41 is too small so that the elastic rope 62 cannot firmly clamp the object 41, the object 41 can only be placed on the base 13 (and cannot be suspended above the base 13). However, even so, the elastic rope 62 at the first fixing area A1 can still provide the function of surrounding the object 41 to prevent the object 41 from falling over.

One of the features of this invention is that the size of the first fixing area A1 can be changed by hooking the buckle 66 at different positions. For example, the first fixing area A1 formed by the hook portion 64 hooking the buckle 66 located in the middle section on another elastic hook rope (as shown in FIG. 3 ) is smaller than the first fixing area formed by the hook portion 64 hooking the buckle 66 located in the front section (closer to the positioning ring 16) (not shown) on another elastic hook rope. By selectively hooking the buckle 66 at different positions, the user can adjust the size of the first fixing area A1 as needed to match the size of the clamped object 41. In addition, this hooking method can also divide the storage space 14 of the food bag 10 into multiple storage blocks for the user to separate and place. In addition, the position of the buckle 66 on the elastic rope 62 can be adjusted by moving it, so as to adjust the tightness of the elastic rope 62 in each section.

In addition, the second fixing areas A2 of the fixing devices 20 are detachably clamped to the second of the objects (objects 42) and make the second of the objects (objects 42) suspended on the base 13. Similarly, by adjusting the elastic curvature of the elastic sheet (fixing device 20) and matching the size of the object 42, it can be determined whether to allow the clamped object 42 to be suspended on the elastic sheet. For example, if the elastic sheet tightly clamps the object 42, the object 42 can be suspended above the base 13. Alternatively, if the object 42 is too small to allow the elastic sheet to securely clamp the object 42, the object 42 can only be placed on the base 13 (it cannot be suspended above the base 13). However, even so, the space surrounded by the elastic sheet (i.e., the second fixing area A2) still provides the function of surrounding and fixing the object 42, thereby preventing the object 42 from falling over.

Another feature of the invention is that the positioning ends of the elastic ropes 62 of the elastic hooks 60 are detachably connected to the positioning rings 16 on the food bag 10. That is, in addition to connecting the two elastic hooks 60 to the two positioning rings 16 located at the corner diagonals of the food bag 10 as shown in FIG. 3, the user can also connect the two elastic hooks 60 to two positioning rings 16 at other locations by detaching the connection, for example, connecting to the two positioning rings 16 located at the middle section of the side wall of the food bag 10, so as to adjust the size of the first fixed area A1 formed, and also change the divided accommodation area.

The gyroscopes are preferably located at the diagonal positions of the first fixed area with adjustable size. As shown in FIG3 , the two gyroscopes 30 are preferably located at the diagonal positions of the first fixed area A1, but are not limited thereto. The user can place the two gyroscopes 30 at appropriate positions according to actual needs.

The number of the elastic hooks 60 and the gyroscopes 30 can be, for example, two or four. The diagram showing that the number of the elastic hooks 60 and the gyroscopes 30 is two can be seen in FIG3 , and the location of the arrangement is only an example and is not intended to be limiting.

The bag with a mobile fixing device of the present invention may further include, for example, a cooling and heating chip 50 disposed inside the base 13. The surface of the base 13 may be, for example, a heat-conducting material, and the food bag 10 may be, for example, a heat-insulating material. The cooling and heating chip 50 can provide the function of heat preservation and cold preservation for the objects 41 and 42 placed on the base 13. In addition, in addition to the cooling and heating chip 50 disposed on the base 13 of the food bag 10 as shown in Figures 1 and 3, the cooling and heating chip may also be additionally disposed on the side wall of the food bag 10 according to actual needs to improve the heat preservation and cold preservation efficiency. The number and location of the cooling and heating chips 50 are not limited, and users can adjust and select them according to their needs.

The bag with a mobile fixing device of the present invention further includes an acceleration sensing control element 72 disposed on the food bag 10 and electrically connected to the gyroscopes 30, wherein the acceleration sensing control element 72 controls the opening or closing of the operation of the gyroscopes 30 by sensing an acceleration value generated by the food bag 10. For example, if a user carrying the food bag 10 of the present invention brakes suddenly due to an accident or emergency (or the user suddenly speeds up), the acceleration sensing control element 72 determines that a linear acceleration is generated (or the linear acceleration exceeds a predetermined value), and thus controls the gyroscope 30 to start operating.

Alternatively, the bag with a mobile fixing device of the present invention may also include an angular acceleration sensing control element 74 disposed on the food bag 10 and electrically connected to the gyroscopes 30, wherein the angular acceleration sensing control element 74 controls the opening or closing of the operation of the gyroscopes 30 by sensing an angular acceleration value generated by the food bag 10. For example, if a user carrying the food bag 10 of the present invention moves at a high speed or causes the food bag 10 to fall over for some reason, the angular acceleration sensing control element 74 determines that there is a rotation or tilt state (or exceeds a rotation speed value or tilt), and thus controls the gyroscope 30 to start operating.

In summary, the bag with a movable fixing device according to the present invention may have one or more of the following advantages: (1) The elastic hook can form a first fixing area with adjustable size to fix food of different sizes. (2) The elastic sheet (fixing device) can be rolled up to form a second fixing area to clamp objects, and can be kept horizontal through the rotating shaft and the gyroscope. (3) A gyroscope is provided on the elastic hook, so that when the food bag is tilted, the objects in the first fixing area and the objects in the second fixing area can be kept horizontal at the same time through the gyroscope, thereby preventing food from tipping over and leaking.

Claims (10)

A bag with a movable fixing device as described in claim 1, wherein the elastic hooks are used to adjust the size of the first fixing area according to the size of the first of the objects by changing the hooks of the first of the elastic hooks and the hooks of the second of the objects hooked by the buckles. As described in claim 1, the bag with a movable fixing device, wherein the positioning ends of the elastic ropes of the elastic hooks are respectively detachably connected to the positioning rings on the food bag. A bag with a movable fixing device as described in claim 1 or 5, wherein the gyroscopes are respectively located at diagonal positions of the first fixing area with adjustable size. A bag with a movable fixing device as described in claim 1, wherein the number of the elastic hooks and the number of the gyroscopes are two or four respectively. The bag with a movable fixing device as described in claim 1 further includes a consistent cold-thermal chip arranged inside the base, the surface of the base is a heat-conducting material, and the food bag is a heat-insulating material.
