Abstract

The present invention discloses a mop with easily replaceable mop cloth, which comprises a fixed frame, a flip frame, a turning joint and a handle, wherein the handle is hinged to the turning joint, the turning joint is fixed to the fixed frame, and the flip frame is hinged to one end of the fixed frame through a hinge portion of the fixed frame, so that the flip frame can be folded downward or folded upward to be in the same plane as the fixed frame. When the mop cloth needs to be loaded, the flip frame is first folded downward so that the fixed frame can be inserted into a pocket at one end of the mop cloth, and then the flip frame is inserted into the pocket at the other end of the mop cloth, and then the flip frame is flipped upward to a horizontal state to spread the mop cloth, so as to achieve the purpose of easily replacing the mop cloth.

Description

Mop with easily replaceable mop cloth

The invention relates to the technical field of mops, and in particular to a mop structure design for easily replacing mop cloths.

There are many types of mops today and different ways of using them. One of the plate-type mop structures is shown in Patent Publication No. 20141201. It is implemented with a rectangular plate body and a handle pivoted on the plate body. When in use, the pockets at both ends of a mop cloth are put on the two ends of the plate body so that the mop cloth fits the bottom surface of the plate body. In this way, the mop cloth can be mopped and cleaned, and the mop cloth can be removed for cleaning or replaced with a new mop cloth. However, it is known that the plate body of a plate-type mop is a whole hard plate, so it is not easy to bend and insert into the pockets at both ends of the mop cloth. Velcro or other structures must be implemented on the pockets of the mop cloth, which makes replacement difficult, and it is impossible to sustain the action of mopping the floor vigorously when using Velcro. Therefore, how to design a mop that is easy to replace the mop cloth is the problem to be overcome by the present invention.

The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a mop with an easily replaceable mop cloth, which is hinged with a fixing frame and a turning frame to form a structure for spreading out the mop cloth, thereby achieving the effect of easy replacement of the mop cloth and convenient and fast operation.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the mop with easily replaceable mop cloth of the present invention has a preferred technical solution comprising a fixing frame, a turning frame, a turning joint and a handle, wherein:

The fixing frame comprises a first plate body, a latch plate is bent downwardly and toward the center of the first plate body at both sides of the first end of the first plate body to form a latch groove between the latch plate and the first plate body, and an opening direction of the latch groove faces the center of the first plate body; and a hinge seat is provided on the bottom surface of the first plate body near the first end, and the hinge seat has a hinge hole;

The flip frame has a second plate body and a second frame bar, the second plate body is covered on the second frame bar, the second frame bar has two latch bars, the two latch bars protrude from the first end of the second plate body, the ends of the two latch bars are bent into two pivot rods, the two pivot rods are inserted into the pivot holes of the pivot seat, so that the flip frame is pivoted to the first end of the fixed frame, so that the latch bar can be latched in the slot and detached from the slot when the flip frame is folded; and the turning joint is fixed to the top surface of the fixed frame, and the lower end of the handle can be movably pivoted to the turning joint.

In the mop with easily replaceable mop cloth, the second frame strip is a second U-shaped steel strip, and two sides of the second U-shaped steel strip constitute the two latch strips.

In the mop with easily replaceable mop cloth, the second plate covers the second U-shaped steel bar, and the second plate is bent to cover the second end of the second U-shaped steel bar and two latching strips on both sides.

In the mop with easily replaceable mop cloth, a notch is respectively provided on both sides of the second plate, and the two latch strips extend through the notch.

Referring to FIG. 1 , the present invention discloses a mop with easily replaceable mop cloth. A preferred embodiment thereof includes a fixed frame 10, a rotating frame 20 pivotally connected to a first end of the fixed frame 10, a turning joint 30 disposed on the top surface of the fixed frame 10, and a handle 40 pivotally connected to the turning joint 30, so that the fixed frame 10 and the turning frame 20 can be covered with a mop cloth 50 (as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 ) for mopping the floor, wherein:

As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the fixing frame 10 has a first plate body 11 and a first U-shaped steel bar 12. The first plate body 11 is a steel plate or a plastic plate covering the first U-shaped steel bar 12, so that the edge of the first plate body 11 is bent to cover the second end 121 and two side strips 122 of the first U-shaped steel bar 12; a latch plate 13 is bent downwardly and toward the center of the first plate body 11 on both sides of the first end of the first plate body 11 to form a latching plate 14 between the latching plate 13 and the first plate body 11, and the opening direction of the latching plate 14 is toward the center of the first plate body 11; and a pivot seat 15 is provided on the bottom surface of the first plate body 11 near the first end, and the pivot seat 15 has a pivot hole 151 for pivoting the flip frame 20.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 , the flip frame 20 preferably has a second plate 21 and a second frame bar 22. The second plate 21 is covered on the second frame bar 22. The second frame bar 22 has two latch bars 221. The two latch bars 221 protrude from the first end of the second plate 21. The ends of the two latch bars 221 are bent into two pivot bars 222. The two pivot bars 222 are inserted into the pivot holes 151 of the pivot seat 15. The flip frame 20 is pivotally connected to the first end of the fixed frame 10. When the flip frame 20 is in use, the latch bar 221 can be latched in the latch grooves 14 on both sides of the first plate 11, so that the fixed frame 10 and the flip frame 20 are horizontal (as shown in Figures 1 and 2). The flip frame 20 can also be folded downward to disengage the latch bar 221 from the latch groove 14 (as shown in Figure 4) to facilitate the replacement of the mop cloth 50 (as shown in Figure 5).

As shown in FIG. 1 , the turning joint 30 is fixed to the top surface of the first plate 11 of the fixing frame 10 , and the lower end of the handle 40 is movably pivoted to the turning joint 30 through the turning joint 30 , so that the handle 40 can operate the mop in any direction.

Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 , the second frame bar 22 of the flip frame 20 is preferably a second U-shaped steel bar 223, such as a stainless steel bar bent, and the two sides of the second U-shaped steel bar 223 constitute the two latch bars 221, so that the two latch bars 221 are elastic and can be inserted into or removed from the latch slot 14 through the latch plate 13 when the flip frame 20 is flipped. The second plate body 21 is preferably covered on the second U-shaped steel bar 223, and the edge of the second plate body 21 is bent to cover the second end of the second U-shaped steel bar 223 and the two latch bars 221 on both sides. In order to facilitate the user to compress the two latching strips 221 so that the two latching strips 221 can pass through the latching plate 13 more easily when the flip frame 20 is folded, a notch 211 is respectively provided on both sides of the second plate 21, so that the two latching strips 221 extend through the notch 211, so that the two latching strips 221 at the notch 211 can be pressed toward the center by hand, so that the two latching strips 221 can pass through the latching plate 13 more easily to be inserted into or removed from the slot 14 (as shown in FIG. 4).

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 , the pivot seat 15 of the upper fixing frame 10 can be a bottom plate 152 punched out of a stainless steel plate, and the bottom plate 152 is provided with the pivot hole 151 formed of an Ω-shaped structure, for the two pivot rods 222 of the flip frame 20 to be inserted into the pivot hole 151 from both sides of the pivot seat 15, so that the two latch strips 221 can be compressed. More specifically, the bottom plate 152 is bent with two pivot plates 153, and the bottom plate 152 is combined with the bottom surface of the first plate body 11, and the two pivot plates 153 pass through the first plate body 11 to the top surface of the first plate body 11 and then movably pivot to the above-mentioned turning joint 30. It should be noted that the structural type of the hinge seat 15 of the present invention is not limited. As shown in Figure 7, two hinge seats 15, 15' can also be provided on the bottom surface of the first plate 11 near the first end. Each of the hinge seats 15, 15' has a hinge hole 151, 151', so that the above-mentioned two hinge rods 222 are respectively inserted into the hinge holes 151, 151' of each of the hinge seats 15, 15', which can also achieve the same effect.

As shown in FIG5 , when the present invention is used to replace the mop cloth 50, the flip frame 20 is first folded downward to reduce the width between the fixed frame 10 and the two ends of the flip frame 20, so that the fixed frame 10 is inserted into the pocket 51 at one end of the mop cloth 50, and then the other end of the flip frame 20 is inserted into the pocket 52 at the other end of the mop cloth 50. Thereafter, as shown in FIG6 , the flip frame 20 is folded upward to a horizontal state to spread the mop cloth 50, thereby achieving the effect of easy replacement of the mop cloth and convenient and fast operation.

In summary, the mop with easily replaceable mop cloth is practical and creative. The application of its technical means is undoubtedly novel, and its effect is consistent with the design purpose, which is a reasonable progress. Therefore, we have filed an invention patent application in accordance with the law. We sincerely request the Jun Bureau to review it in detail and grant the patent. We are grateful.

Claims (8)

A mop with an easily replaceable mop cloth comprises a fixing frame, a flip frame, a turning joint and a handle, wherein: The fixing frame has a first plate body, and a latch plate is bent downwardly and toward the center of the first plate body on both sides of the first end of the first plate body to form a latching groove between the latching plate and the first plate body, and an opening direction of the latching groove faces the center of the first plate body; and a hinge seat is provided on the bottom surface of the first plate body near the first end, and the hinge seat has a hinge hole; The flip frame has a second plate body and a second frame bar, the second plate body is covered on the second frame bar, the second frame bar has two latch bars, the two latch bars protrude from the first end of the second plate body, the ends of the two latch bars are bent into two pivot rods, the two pivot rods are inserted into the pivot holes of the pivot seat, so that the flip frame is pivoted to the first end of the fixed frame, so that the latch bar can be locked in the slot and detached from the slot when the flip frame is folded; and The turning joint is fixed to the top surface of the fixed frame, and the lower end of the handle can be movably pivoted to the turning joint. A mop with an easily replaceable mop cloth as described in claim 1, wherein the fixing frame has a first U-shaped steel bar, the first plate body covers the first U-shaped steel bar, and the first plate body is bent to cover the second end and two side strips of the first U-shaped steel bar. The mop with easily replaceable mop cloth as described in claim 1, wherein the pivot seat has a bottom plate, and the bottom plate is provided with the pivot hole. A mop with an easily replaceable mop cloth as described in claim 6, wherein the base plate has two pivot plates, the base plate is coupled to the bottom surface of the first plate body, the two pivot plates pass through the first plate body to the top surface of the first plate body and then are movably pivoted to the turning joint. A mop with an easily replaceable mop cloth as described in claim 1, wherein the bottom surface of the first plate body near the first end is provided with two pivot seats, each of the pivot seats has a pivot hole, and the two pivot rods are respectively inserted into the pivot holes of each of the pivot seats.
