Abstract

An intelligent fluid formula mixing system refers to a device that can configure liquid formulas. For example, users can choose their favorite essential oil scents and further select advanced parameters such as capacity. The system of the present invention will automatically mix the compound essential oils. After completion, the user can take them out and use them. Therefore, the structure of the present invention is suitable for use in places such as stations, hotels, and health clubs, and consumers do not need to incur additional troubles for mixing essential oils.

Description

Intelligent fluid formulation system

The present invention relates to equipment for preparing liquid formulas or essential oils, and in particular to an intelligent fluid formula preparation system that can automatically prepare compound essential oils according to consumer needs and bottle them for users to take out by themselves.

Essential oils are a general term for volatile aromatic substances extracted from aromatic plants or animals that secrete aromas. Essential oils have a fragrant smell. When inhaled into the body, natural aromatic essential oils can stimulate the frontal lobe of the brain to secrete two hormones, endorphins and enkephalins, which can make the mind comfortable.

Compound essential oils are blends of different types of essential oils. They not only do not destroy the original properties of the essential oils, but can actually enhance their functions.

However, the preparation of compound essential oils is quite complicated, requiring relevant essential oil materials, heating devices, proportion formula tables, etc., and because the production is too troublesome, many users will prepare a large amount of essential oils and use them slowly in the future. However, this approach cannot guarantee whether the essential oils will deteriorate.

In addition, some liquid formulas, such as cold syrups and cold medicines prescribed by clinics, are basically made with the same formula, but sometimes they may need to be added with antidiarrheal drugs or anti-inflammatory drugs, which requires special preparation by pharmacists, which is quite inconvenient. Therefore, how to develop a machine that can automatically prepare fluid formulas and has the advantages of fast and adjustable speed is a problem that relevant industries are actively trying to solve.

The main purpose of the present invention is to provide an intelligent fluid formula mixing system. Users can mix compound fluid formulas by operating the device of the present invention. For example, users can choose the essential oil scent they like, and further select advanced parameters such as capacity. The system of the present invention will automatically mix the compound essential oil. After completion, the user can take it out and use it. Therefore, the structure of the present invention is suitable for use in places such as stations, hotels, and health clubs. Consumers do not need to incur additional troubles for mixing essential oils.

The secondary purpose of the present invention is to provide an intelligent fluid formula mixing system. After the user mixes the compound fluid formula, the present invention is further provided with a QR code generating device, which generates a QR code according to the fluid formula mixed at that time. When the user needs to make the fluid formula again, he only needs to scan the code to make it; therefore, when mixing compound essential oils, consumers do not need to mix a large amount of essential oils for convenience, which not only improves safety, but also avoids the situation where the essential oils are stored and deteriorated.

Therefore, the structure of the present invention includes: a base, a liquid formula turntable, a control module, a shell and an operating module; the aforementioned base provides the liquid formula turntable, the control module and the shell for installation, the base is provided with a carrier at a predetermined position, and the carrier is provided for placing a filling bottle; the liquid formula turntable is installed on the base, the liquid formula turntable includes a turntable and a turntable driver, the turntable is driven by the turntable driver to rotate, the turntable includes a plurality of annularly arranged fluid containing chambers, the fluid containing chambers can be placed with different types of liquid formulas, and the bottom of the turntable is provided with an openable switch, so that the liquid formula in the aforementioned fluid containing chamber flows out from the switch; the control module and the operating module, and the turntable driver connection, the control module is arranged in the base, and according to the type of essential oil required by the operation module, the control module converts it into a voltage corresponding to the control of the turntable driver, thereby driving the turntable of the compound liquid formula turntable to rotate, and controlling the switch to open and close; the shell is arranged on the upper end of the base, and covers the aforementioned carrier, liquid formula turntable and control module; a device part is arranged at a predetermined position of the shell, and the device part provides the operation module for installation, and the shell is provided with a take-out port, and the position of the take-out port is just corresponding to the carrier; the operation module provides user operation, drives the liquid formula turntable according to the user's needs, injects the configured liquid formula into the filling bottle, and the user then takes out the filling bottle from the take-out port.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the carrier is further provided with a heating unit, which heats the filling bottle so that the compound liquid formula in the filling bottle is fully blended.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the operation module is connected to a QR code reading unit, which can read the QR code. The QR code contains a fluid formula manufacturing program. The read fluid formula manufacturing program is provided to the operation module, and the operation module assigns instructions to drive the liquid formula turntable and the control module to prepare the fluid formula.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the aforementioned QR code is generated from a web page through an expert system using an interactive questionnaire to generate a fluid formula manufacturing process.

Through the above description, the effects and advantages that can be obtained by this invention are listed as follows:

1. The system of the present invention automatically prepares compound liquid formulas. For example, compound essential oils. When the present invention is completed, the filling bottle is convenient for users to take out. Users do not need to prepare too much equipment by themselves to prepare the essential oil scent they like. It is very easy to use.

In order to enable the review committee to have a deeper understanding and recognition of the characteristics and features of the present invention, the following preferred embodiments are listed and illustrated with diagrams as follows:

Please refer to Figures 1 and 2. The intelligent fluid formula mixing system of the present invention mainly includes: a base 1, a liquid formula turntable 2, a control module 3, a housing 4 and an operating module 5. In the embodiment of the present invention, the main focus is on compound essential oil mixing. The liquid formula is listed as essential oil below, which is hereby stated in advance.

As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the aforementioned base 1 provides the liquid formula turntable 2, the control module 3 and the housing 4 for installation. The base 1 is provided with a carrier 11 at a predetermined position, and the carrier 11 is provided for placing a filling bottle A. Since some essential oils need to increase the temperature during blending to allow different types of essential oils to blend, the carrier 11 is further provided with a heating unit 12, and the heating unit 12 heats the filling bottle A.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 , the liquid formula turntable 2 is mounted on the base 1. More specifically, the liquid formula turntable 2 is mounted on a vertical rod 21 so that the height of the liquid formula turntable 2 is higher than the filling bottle A. The liquid formula turntable 2 includes a turntable 22 and a turntable driver 23. The turntable 22 is driven by the turntable driver 23 to rotate. The turntable 22 includes a plurality of annular rows of The fluid containing chamber 221 is arranged in a row, and different types of essential oils can be placed in the fluid containing chamber 221, or as shown in FIG2 , a pure essential oil raw material bottle B can be placed in the fluid containing chamber 221. A switch 24 that can be turned on and off is provided at the bottom of the turntable 22, so that the essential oil in the aforementioned fluid containing chamber 221 flows out from the switch 24. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the control module 3 is connected to the operating module 5 and the turntable driver 23. The control module 3 is arranged in the base. As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the control module 3 is further separated from the liquid formula turntable 2 by a partition 31. The partition 31 is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation holes 32 to remove the heat generated by the control module 3 and the turntable driver 23. According to the type of essential oil required by the operating module 5, the control module 3 converts the voltage corresponding to the control of the turntable driver 23, thereby driving the turntable 22 of the liquid formula turntable 2 to rotate and controlling the switch 24 to open and close.

As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the shell 4 is arranged on the upper end of the base 1 and covers the aforementioned carrier 11, liquid formulation turntable 2 and control module 3; a device part 41 is arranged at a predetermined position of the shell 4, and the device part 41 is provided for the installation of the operation module 5. The shell 4 is provided with a take-out port 42, and the position of the take-out port 42 corresponds to the carrier 11.

As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the operation module 5 provides user operation, such as through touch screen operation or keyboard input, to drive the liquid formula turntable 2 according to the user's needs, inject the configured essential oil into the filling bottle A, and the user then takes out the filling bottle A from the taking port 42 to obtain a compound essential oil.

As shown in FIG. 6 , in the embodiment of the present invention, the operation module 5 is externally connected to a QR code reading unit 52, and the QR code reading unit 52 can read the QR code, which contains a fluid formula manufacturing program C. The read fluid formula manufacturing program C is provided to the operation module 5, and the operation module 5 distributes instructions to drive the liquid formula turntable 2 and the control module 3 to prepare the fluid formula.

As shown in FIG6 , the QR code is automatically generated by the operating module 5 after the fluid formula manufacturing process C is prepared. The aforementioned QR code can be transmitted to a smart device or generated by a printing device through an electrical connection.

Through the above description, the present invention has the following usage and advantages:

1. As shown in Figures 4 and 5, for the sake of convenience, in this case, the implementation method uses refreshing and cool essential oils as an example. In actual use, the operation module 5 can provide basic compound essential oil options such as those that can clear the respiratory tract, deodorize the home, make it easier to fall asleep, or relieve tension for users to choose from. When the user has a customized need, he or she can choose a specially made pure essential oil formula from each option to increase or decrease the usage.

2. As shown in FIG4 , the base oils of the refreshing essential oils include 3 ml of lavender essential oil, 2 ml of lemon essential oil, 2 ml of grapefruit essential oil, and 2 ml of peppermint essential oil. The capacity of the filling bottle is 10 ml. If the user prefers the scent of lemon, the user can adjust the input through the operation module 5 to increase the amount of lemon essential oil and reduce the amount of lavender essential oil. If the content is confirmed, the compound essential oil can be made. Otherwise, the essential oil option can be reselected.

3. After confirming the essential oil content, the operation module 5 generates a command to inform the control module 3 of the required essential oil formula. The control module 3 converts the command into a voltage corresponding to the control of the turntable driver 23 according to the demand, thereby driving the turntable 22 of the liquid formula turntable 2 to rotate and controlling the switch 24 to open and close. For example, the flow rate is controlled by time. When the above formula is to be achieved, the fluid containing chamber 221 of the lavender essential oil moves to the switch 24. The switch 24 is turned on for 3 seconds, and 3 ml of lavender essential oil can flow in. The above is just an example. In fact, a more precise control method can be adopted, such as the carrier 11 is provided with an electronic scale and other functions.

4. The liquid formula turntable 2 rotates the turntable 22 and the switch 24 according to the control module 3, allowing the pure essential oil to flow into the filling bottle A, and can cooperate with the heating unit 12 to fully blend the pure essential oil to form the compound essential oil. After completion, the user can take out the filling bottle A from the access port 42 and lock the bottle cap of the filling bottle A by himself.

5. Users can generate a QR code for the manufacturing formula process C through the website or application provided by the applicant of this case, and use the expert system to generate an interactive questionnaire, such as personal preferences, today's mood, zodiac sign, blood type and other information to generate a QR code for a fluid formula. For example, if the user is in a bad mood today, the expert system can generate a QR code such as the ocean fresh formula. The QR code reading unit 6 can read the QR code and provide the read fluid formula manufacturing process C to the operating module 5, and the operating module 5 instructs the liquid formula turntable 2 and the control module 3 to produce compound essential oils.

6. In addition to the above implementation exceptions, the aforementioned QR code is automatically generated by the operating module 5 after the fluid formula manufacturing process C is prepared. The aforementioned QR code can be transmitted to a smart device or generated by a printing device through an electrical connection.

7. The above only discloses the method of applying the present invention to the preparation of compound essential oils. The structure of this case can also be used to prepare a small amount of diversified cold syrups, cold medicines and other fluid formulas.

In summary, the structure of this invention has never been seen in any books or publications or used publicly, and it truly meets the requirements for invention patent application. We sincerely request the Bureau to review and approve the patent as soon as possible. We would be very grateful.
