Abstract

A mask ear strap and a mask having the same are provided. The mask ear strap includes a strip. The strip includes a plurality of first weft segments, a plurality of first warp segments and a plurality of elastic threads. The first weft segments are parallel and extend along a first direction. Each of the first warp segments extend in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. Each of the first warp segments is plain woven on the first weft segments in a manner that spans at least two of the first weft segments. The elastic threads extend along the second direction and are plain woven on the first weft segments.

Description

Mask ear straps and masks including them

The present invention relates to a mask ear strap and a mask including the same.

In the past two years, due to the spread of COVID-19, masks have become an item that people must wear every day, and the wearing time is often more than three or four hours a day. Therefore, after long-term wearing, the ear straps of the mask will squeeze the base of the ears and cause friction, leading to problems such as redness, swelling and skin breakage. There are shortcomings that need to be improved urgently.

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a novel and advanced mask ear strap and a mask including the same to solve the above-mentioned problem.

The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a mask ear strap and a mask including the same, which can effectively improve the wearing comfort for long-term wearing.

To achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a mask ear strap, comprising a webbing. The webbing comprises a plurality of first latitude segments, a plurality of first warp segments and a plurality of elastic threads, the first latitude segments are parallel and extend along a first direction, each of the first warp segments extends along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, each of the first warp segments is woven flat on the first latitude segments in a manner of crossing over at least two of the first latitude segments, and the elastic threads extend along the second direction and are woven flat on the first latitude segments.

The present invention further provides a mask, comprising two mask ear straps as described above, and a mask body. The webbing is respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the mask body.

The following examples are only used to illustrate the possible implementation modes of the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present invention.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 5, which show a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The mask ear strap of the present invention includes a webbing 1.

The webbing 1 includes a plurality of first latitude segments 2, a plurality of first warp segments 3, and a plurality of elastic cords 4, wherein the first latitude segments 2 are parallel and extend along a first direction L1, each of the first warp segments 3 extends along a second direction L2 perpendicular to the first direction L1, each of the first warp segments 3 is woven on the first latitude segments 2 in a manner of crossing at least two of the first latitude segments 2, and the elastic cords 4 extend along the second direction L2 and are woven on the first latitude segments 2. In the present embodiment, each of the first warp segments 3 is woven on the first latitude segments 2 in a manner of crossing two of the first latitude segments 2.

The present invention further provides a mask, comprising two mask ear straps as described above, and a mask body 8. The webbing 1 is respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the mask body 8, and the two webbings 1 are used to be hung at the ear roots of the face for wearing.

Specifically, the webbing 1 further defines a third direction L3, which is perpendicular to the first direction L1 and the second direction L2. When viewed along the first direction L1, the first warp segments 3 protrude from the first latitude segments 2 along the third direction L3. The first latitude segments 2 are woven with a smaller span than the first warp segments 3. In addition, viewed along the first direction L1, the first warp segments 3 protrude from the first latitude segments 2 along the third direction L3. Therefore, since the first warp segments 3 protrude from the first latitude segments 2 along the third direction L3, when the mask is worn, each of the webbings 1 contacts the skin mainly through the first warp segments 3, and since the tension state of the first warp segments 3 is lower than that of the first latitude segments 2, the contact is more comfortable and is less likely to cause redness, swelling and pain.

Under normal conditions, the first warp segments 3 greatly protrude from the first latitudinal segments 2 along the third direction L3 (as shown in Figure 2). When stretched, the first warp segments 3 extend along the third direction L3. The third direction L3 protrudes slightly lower than the first weft segments 2 , and the first warp segments 3 are used to provide deformation during stretching.

Each elastic line 4 is located between two of the first warp segments 3 , and the two first warp segments 3 and the elastic line 4 define a first unit 5 . The elastic thread 4 is used to provide resilience when the webbing 1 is stretched.

The present invention further includes a plurality of second warp segments 6, each of which extends along the second direction L2 and is woven on the first latitude segments 2 in a manner of crossing at least one of the first latitude segments 2, so as to increase the structural strength of the webbing 1. In the present embodiment, each of the second warp segments 6 is woven on the first latitude segments 2 in a manner of crossing one of the first latitude segments 2, and in other embodiments, the second warp segments 6 may be woven in a manner of crossing two or more latitude segments.

The second warp segments 6 are woven with a smaller span than the first warp segments 3. When viewed along the first direction L1, the first warp segments 3 protrude from the first latitude segments 2 along the third direction L3 to ensure that the first warp segments 3 contact the human body. The second warp segments 6 are the same color as the first latitude segments 2. Therefore, when viewed along the first direction, the crest of each first warp segment 3 protruding along the third direction L3 is greater than the crest of each first latitude segment 2 to reduce the range of contact between the first latitude segments 2 and the skin.

Each of the second meridian segments 6 is located between two of the first units 5. The first meridian segments 3 and the first latitude segments 2 are of different colors, so that the first units 5 are spaced apart. To form a special pattern shape, in other embodiments, a second warp segment can also be provided between the two first warp segments of each first unit.

Thereby, since the second warp segments 6 and the first weft segments 2 are of the same color, and the first warp segments 3 and the first weft segments 2 are of different colors, the entire webbing 1 can be When viewed, the first latitude segments 2 and the second longitude segments 6 present a background color, and the first units 5 present special patterns to enhance recognition. In this embodiment, the first units 5 is a diagonal pattern. In other embodiments, the first units may also exhibit lightning patterns, or only straight lines, or other special-shaped patterns.

It is worth mentioning that when the mask ear strap is in a normal state, the ratio of the diameter of each first warp segment 3 to the diameter of each first latitude segment 2 and each second warp segment 6 is 1 to 1.3. When the mask ear strap is stretched, the ratio of the diameter of each first warp segment 3 to the diameter of each first latitude segment 2 and each second warp segment 6 is 1.3 to 1.8. Therefore, when the mask is worn, the mask ear strap is stretched, which makes the diameter of each first warp segment 3 significantly larger than the diameter of each first latitude segment 2 under normal conditions, so as to reduce the range of contact between the first latitude segments 2 and the skin.

It should be noted that, viewed along the first direction L1, the two first warp segments 3 of each of the first units 5 are staggered plain weaves, which can average the structural strength of the mask ear straps. In other embodiments, the two first warp segments of each of the first units may overlap along the first direction.

In addition, the present invention further comprises a first wire body 7, which is in a wave-like shape and forms the first latitude segments 2, so as to be easier to weave and improve the structural strength by forming the first latitude segments 2 as an integral whole.

Claims (10)

A mask ear strap comprises: a webbing comprising a plurality of first latitude segments, a plurality of first warp segments and a plurality of elastic threads, wherein the first latitude segments are parallel and extend along a first direction, each of the first warp segments extends along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, each of the first warp segments is woven flat on the first latitude segments in a manner of crossing at least two of the first latitude segments, and the elastic threads extend along the second direction and are woven flat on the first latitude segments; wherein a first line body is further included, the first line body is in a wave-like winding shape and forms the first latitude segments. The mask ear strap as described in claim 1 further defines a third direction, which is perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction. When viewed along the first direction, the first meridian segments protrude from the first latitude segments along the third direction. As described in claim 2, the mask ear straps, wherein each of the elastic lines is located between two of the first warp segments, and the two first warp segments and the elastic line define a first unit. The mask ear strap as described in claim 3 further comprises a plurality of second warp segments, each of which extends along the second direction and is woven flat on the first latitude segments in a manner that crosses at least one of the first latitude segments. The mask ear straps as described in claim 4, wherein the second warp segments are woven with a smaller span than the first warp segments, and the second warp segments and the first weft segments are Same color. The mask ear strap as described in claim 4, wherein each of the second warp segments is located between two of the first units, and the first warp segments and the first latitude segments are different colors.
