Abstract

An insole includes an elastic unit and a ventilation unit. The elastic unit includes a cushion with an upper and a lower surface, a plurality of gas cylinders and a support block. Each gas cylinders forms an elastic bowl and a barrel. The upper surface is formed with a plurality of bowl openings corresponding to the position where the gas cylinders is set. The lower surface separates a foot area, an arch area, and a heel area. The ventilation unit includes a ventilation cloth. When the insole is stepped on, the gas cylinders is squeezed by an external force so that the barrel collapses toward the elastic bowl, and protrudes toward the opening of the bowl, so that the air in the opening of the bowl is discharged. When the insole is not stepped on, the elastic restoring force of the gas cylinders allows the barrel portion to stretch downward from the inside of the elastic bowl and return to its original shape. In order to achieve the insole is ventilation and has the effect of decompression and shock absorption.

Description

Insole

The present invention relates to an insole, in particular to an insole that is both breathable and has pressure-reducing and shock-absorbing properties.

Referring to Figure 1, the applicant of this case previously filed a new patent No. M592666 on March 20, 2019, which disclosed a shoe insole having the following beneficial effects: the air holes 311 of the breathable fiber cloth 31 can be connected to the openings 22A and 23A of the first hollow elastic column 22 and the second hollow elastic column 23, thereby providing good air circulation in the shoe, accelerating the recovery speed of the hollow elastic column 22 after being compressed in the arch area X, and producing a good shock-absorbing effect.

Referring to Figure 2, when the user puts the foot into the shoe, the foot is covered by the entire shoe body and restricted in the shoe body space, and cannot change the pedaling direction at will, causing the insole to slip during normal pedaling every time. The hollow elastic columns 22 bend in the same direction after being squeezed by an external force. When not squeezed by an external force, the hollow elastic columns 22 return to their original shape due to their elastic recovery force. Repeated external stepping and squeezing will cause the hollow elastic columns 22 to bend in the same direction. The hollow elastic pillars 22 in the arch area When cracks occur or break, the hollow elastic column 22 loses its support and shock-absorbing effects, thereby shortening the service life of the insole.

Furthermore, it is known that the top surface of the hollow elastic column 22 is a closed frustoconical surface. After deflection and bending due to external force extrusion, although the elastic restoring force can be used to return to the original shape, the frustoconical surface is in a closed state. In this way, the drier air under the insole cannot be directly circulated from bottom to top. Therefore, during elastic recovery, the hollow elastic column 22 can only repeatedly suck and release the air between the sole of the foot and the insole, resulting in poor air permeability, causing the sole of the foot to remain wet and stuffy.

In addition, since the support block 25 of the insole has a certain thickness, the conventional insole is not suitable for shoes with shallow uppers such as high heels and baby shoes. After the insole is placed on these shoes, the shoe body will not accommodate enough. The space in the foot is reduced. When wearing, the foot also squeezes the last due to the reduced space in the shoe body, causing most of the foot, instep, etc. to be exposed outside the shoe body. This greatly increases the chance of the shoe falling off, and it is easy to cause wear and tear. The patient will experience inconvenience and discomfort when walking, and lose the functionality of the original high heels or baby shoes.

From the above description, it can be seen that the prior art does have the following shortcomings:

1. The hollow elastic column 22 is prone to bend in the same direction: Since the hollow elastic column 22 has a certain height, when the insole is placed inside the shoe body and the user steps on it normally, it is easy to cause the hollow elastic column 22 to bend in the same direction, causing the insole to produce stress fatigue at the fixed position of the deflection, resulting in a shortened service life.

2. Not suitable for all types of shoes: As mentioned above, due to general high-heeled shoes, doll shoes and other shoes with relatively shallow uppers, after placing conventional insoles, the lasts will be easily squeezed and the shoe body will not be able to accommodate the foot. The space is reduced and unsuitable, which affects the comfort and appearance of wearing, and loses the functionality of the original shoe.

3. Poor breathability: Since the structure of the hollow elastic column 22 of the conventional insole is a closed truncated cone, when stepping on the shoes, the elastic restoring force of the hollow elastic column 22 can return it to its original shape, but it is hollow. The elastic pillars 22 cannot bring out the relatively dry air under the insole by circulating it from bottom to top with each step, causing the air between the foot and the insole to remain damp and stuffy, resulting in poor air circulation.

Therefore, the inventor of this case has used his many years of relevant production experience to improve the current insole, so that it can be placed on various types of shoes, easy to wear, and provide breathable and pressure-reducing and shock-absorbing effects, and extend the service life of the insole, which is the important topic of this invention.

In view of this, the purpose of the present invention is to provide an insole, the insole comprising an elastic unit and a breathable unit, the elastic unit comprising a soft pad having an upper surface and a lower surface, a plurality of air cannon barrels arranged on the lower surface, and a support block arranged on the lower surface, wherein each air cannon barrel forms an elastic bowl and a barrel portion extending downward from the center of the top surface of the elastic bowl, the soft pad and the barrel portion are arranged on both sides of the elastic bowl, the structure of the elastic bowl is a bowl-shaped structure that the soft pad is gradually reduced from the barrel portion, the upper surface is formed with a plurality of bowl openings corresponding to the installation positions of the air cannon barrels, and the lower surface is formed with a plurality of bowl openings corresponding to the installation positions of the air cannon barrels. The surface is divided into a foot body area, an arch area, and a heel area from front to back. The air cannon is arranged in the arch area, and the support block is arranged in the heel area. The ventilation unit includes at least one breathable cloth bonded to the upper surface of the soft pad. When stepping on the insole, the air cannon will be squeezed by external force so that the cannon tube part will be compressed into the elastic bowl part and protrude toward the opening of the bowl part, so that the air in the opening of the bowl part is discharged. When the insole is not stepped on, the elastic restoring force of the air cannon can make the cannon tube part stretch downward from the inside of the elastic bowl part and return to the original shape, so as to achieve the effect of ventilation of the insole and pressure reduction and shock absorption.

Another technical means of the present invention is that the plurality of barrel parts of the above-mentioned insole have different heights. The closer the barrel parts are to the center of the arch area, the longer the barrel parts are, and the further away from the center of the arch area, the longer the barrel parts are. The part is shorter.

1/5。 Another technical means of the present invention is that in the above-mentioned insole, the thickness of the support block provided in the heel area gradually decreases from back to front, and the length of the support block is at least 1/5 of the length of the cushion.

Another technical means of the present invention is that the support block and the soft pad of the above-mentioned insole are integrally formed and elastic, and the support block is generally a non-circular diamond-shaped groove.

Another technical means of the present invention is that the elastic unit of the above-mentioned insole also includes a plurality of frame strips arranged around the foot body area along the lower surface of the insole, and the plurality of frame strips are arranged at intervals without continuity.

Another technical means of the present invention is that the lower surface of the above-mentioned insole also separates a toe area and forms a plurality of second cutting portions arranged in the toe area.

Another technical means of the present invention is that the above-mentioned insole has a plurality of first openings, the breathable cloth has a plurality of second openings, and part of the first openings overlaps with the second openings to form a through-hole. The manner.

The beneficial effect of the present invention is that the insole can be applied to various types of shoes, is easy to wear and reduces the risk of falling off, and the special air cannon barrel structure can provide the user's feet with breathable and pressure-reducing and shock-absorbing effects. The special air cannon barrel structure When stepped on, the barrel part will collapse inward toward the center of the top surface of the elastic bowl. Since the force-bearing point is not fixed at a single angle, it will not just fall to a fixed position, and the even force design can be extended. The service life of insoles.

The relevant patent application features and technical contents of the present invention will be clearly presented in the following detailed description of two embodiments with reference to the drawings. Before the detailed description, it should be noted that similar components are represented by the same number.

51。 Referring to Figures 3, 4, and 5, a first preferred embodiment of the insole of the present invention is shown. The insole includes an elastic unit 4 and a breathable unit 5. The elastic unit 4 includes an upper surface 412 and a lower surface 413. The soft cushion 41, a plurality of air cannon barrels 42 disposed on the lower surface 413, and a support block 43 disposed on the lower surface 413, wherein each air cannon barrel 42 forms an elastic bowl 421 and is formed by the elastic bowl. The barrel portion 422 extends downward from the center of the top surface of 421. The upper surface 412 is formed with a plurality of bowl openings 4211 corresponding to the installation positions of the gas barrel 42. The cushion 41 and the barrel portion 422 are respectively located on the barrel portion 421. On both sides of the elastic bowl part 421, the structure of the elastic bowl part 421 is formed by the soft cushion 41. The barrel part 422 has a tapered bowl-shaped structure. The lower surface 413 divides a foot area 414, an arch area 415, and a heel area 416 from front to rear. The air gun barrel 42 is disposed in the arch area. In 415 , the support block 43 is disposed in the heel area 416 , and the breathable unit 5 includes at least one breathable cloth 51 that is in contact with the upper surface 412 of the cushion 41 .

Referring to Figure 6, it is worth mentioning that when the insole is stepped on, the air cannon barrel 42 is squeezed by an external force, causing the barrel portion 422 to collapse inward toward the center of the top surface of the elastic bowl portion 421. The barrel part 422 will be completely submerged into the bowl opening 4211 and protrude in the direction of the bowl opening 4211, allowing the air in the bowl opening 4211 to penetrate the breathable cloth 51 and be discharged to the sole of the foot. When the insole is installed, the elastic restoring force of the air cannon barrel 42 can cause the barrel portion 422 to stretch downward from the inside of the elastic bowl portion 421 and return to its original shape, because the barrel portion 422 is completely submerged into the bowl opening. 4211, it will not only deflect in a single angular direction to increase the stress area, reduce the stress fatigue of the material, and avoid the rupture of the elastic bowl 421, thus improving the durability of the air cannon barrel 42.

Preferably, the multiple barrels 422 are formed with barrel openings 4221, and the multiple barrels 422 fill the air under the insole into the bowl opening 4211 through the multiple barrel openings 4221. When the insole is stepped on again, the air in the bowl opening 4211 is squeezed by the barrel 422 again and discharged to the sole of the foot, so that the air circulates between the insole and the sole of the foot. Repeatedly stepping on the insole in this way creates an effect similar to breathing by the air barrel 42, so that the air under the insole, through the barrel opening 4221 and the bowl opening 4211, flows and circulates between the sole of the foot and the insole, so as to achieve the effect of ventilation of the insole and pressure reduction and shock absorption.

In the first preferred embodiment, each cannon 422 has a different height. The closer to the center of the arch area 415, the longer the cannon 422 is, and the farther away from the center of the arch area 415, the shorter the cannon 422 is. According to the structure of the human foot, the human foot is divided into the instep, the sole and the toes, and the sole is roughly divided into the plantar mound (between the toes and the arch), the arch and the heel. The human arch corresponds to the arch area 415 of the insole, and the human heel corresponds to the heel area 416 of the insole. By analogy, as the human arch gets higher towards the center, and gets lower towards the heel and toes, the arch becomes lower. Due to the different heights of the multiple cannon parts 422 of the insole, the relatively higher arch near the center of the foot corresponds to the longer cannon part 422, and the relatively lower arch near the heel and toe corresponds to the shorter cannon part 422. Regardless of whether the arch is higher or lower, it can fit and correspond to the cannon parts 422 of different heights of the insole, giving the user a comfortable stepping experience.

7 and 8, the first preferred embodiment is to install the insole on a shoe body with a thicker upper such as a cloth shoe, the thickness of the support block 43 of the heel area 416 gradually decreases from back to front, and its thickness is about 4 to 6 times the thickness of the soft pad 41, and the length of the support block 43 is at least 1/2 of the length of the soft pad 41. /5, more specifically, the length of the support block 43 can be between 1/5 and 1/4 of the length of the soft pad 41, the support block 43 and the soft pad 41 are integrally formed and elastic, the support block 43 is generally a non-circular diamond groove, and completely covers the heel area 416 to provide a better heel support effect.

Preferably, the elastic unit 5 further includes a plurality of frame bars 44 arranged along the foot area 414 of the lower surface 413 of the cushion 41, and the plurality of frame bars 44 are arranged at non-continuous intervals. The pad 41 has a plurality of first openings 411, and the breathable cloth 51 has a plurality of second openings 511. Parts of the first openings 411 overlap with the second openings 511 to form a penetrating pattern. When the user steps on the pad, the pad 41 has a plurality of first openings 411. When the insole is installed, part of the air is elastically expanded and contracted by the aforementioned air cannon 42 to circulate the air under the insole to between the foot and the insole, and the other part of the air passes through part of the first opening 411 and the third The two openings 511 overlap to form a connected pattern that flows to the sole of the foot and forms a circulation in the shoe body, giving the user a comfortable and breathable feeling on the foot.

Please refer to Figures 9 and 10, which are the second preferred embodiment of the insole of the present invention. The second preferred embodiment is substantially the same as the first preferred embodiment, and the similarities are not described in detail here. The difference is that the second preferred embodiment is to install the insole on a shoe body with a relatively shallow upper such as a high-heeled shoe (Figure 10 shows the insole installed in a high-heeled shoe and the plurality of air cannon barrels 42 are squeezed As shown in the figure, the heel area 416 is formed with a first cutting portion 4161 which is generally U-shaped and frames the support block 43, and the lower surface 413 is further separated into a toe area 417, and a plurality of second cutting portions 4171 are formed in the toe area 417. The first and second cutting portions 4161 and 4171 can be cut by the user to be suitable for shoes of various sizes, and cutting the first and second cutting portions 4161 and 4171 does not affect the structure and strength of the insole itself. In actual use, the user first places the insole in a shoe body and measures whether the insole conforms to and fits the shoe body. At this time, the position of the insole in the shoe body can be adjusted up and down, left and right to find the most suitable place to place the insole, and confirm that the insole is placed in the shoe body. The redundant or non-fitting parts in the shoe body can be removed by cutting away the first and second cutting parts 4161 and 4171. After cutting away the redundant first and second cutting parts 4161 and 4171, the insole can fit snugly in the shoe body (as shown in FIG. 10 , the absence of the insole under the toes is the state after cutting away the second cutting part 4171). Since the upper of a high-heeled shoe is relatively thin, the pressure on the foot is more likely to be concentrated on the toes when worn, which may easily squeeze the shoe last and cause discomfort. The thickness of the support block 43 of the second preferred embodiment is different from that of the first preferred embodiment. The thickness of the support block 43 of the second preferred embodiment is designed to be relatively thin, about 1/3 of the thickness of the soft pad 41. 2 times the thickness, and also adopts a design of gradually decreasing thickness from back to front, and in conjunction with the aforementioned first and second cutting parts 4161 and 4171, it can prevent the user from placing the insole, which will cause the shoe body to reduce the space for accommodating the foot and squeeze the last, making the user uncomfortable to wear, and the foot, instep, etc. are mostly exposed outside the shoe body, causing the shoe to fall off.

From the above description, it can be seen that the insole of the present invention does have the following effects:

1. Breathable and pressure-reducing and shock-absorbing:

Due to the special structure of the air cannon barrel 42, when the user steps on the insole, the cannon barrel 422 will be completely immersed in the bowl opening 4211 and protrude toward the bowl opening 4211, thereby discharging the air in the bowl opening 4211. The bowl opening 4211 and the cannon barrel opening 4221 are connected, so that the air inside the shoe body circulates, similar to the effect of breathing, to achieve a breathable and comfortable wearing feeling, and form a good pressure reduction and shock absorption effect.

2. Extend service life:

Following the above, due to the special design of the air cannon barrel 42, when the user steps on the insole, the barrel portion 422 will collapse inward toward the center of the top surface of the elastic bowl portion 421, and the barrel portion 422 will collapse. The entire insole is submerged into the bowl opening 4211 and protrudes toward the bowl opening 4211. Since the force-bearing position is not fixed at a single angle, the force is evenly received and the force-bearing direction is vertical, which can extend the service life of the insole.

3. Suitable for all kinds of shoes:

The user can choose a suitable insole according to the shoe body he is wearing, such as cloth shoes, leather shoes, sports shoes and other shoes with a thick upper, and can choose an insole with a thicker heel area 416, and shoes such as high heels or doll shoes For a shoe body with a shallower surface, an insole with a shallower heel area 416 is selected, and the first and second cutting portions 4161, 4171 are cut to fit the shoe body, making it suitable for various shoe styles and improving wearability. Comfort when pedaling.

In summary, the insole of the present invention can improve the disadvantage of the known technology that when stepped on by external force, the insole will bend in the same direction, so that the insole of the known technology will produce stress fatigue at the fixed position of the deflection and cause the service life to be shortened. Due to the special structure and design of the air cannon barrel 42, when stepped on by external force, the barrel part 422 will shrink inward at the center of the top surface of the elastic bowl part 421, and will be completely immersed in the bowl part opening 4211, and will protrude toward the bowl part opening 4211, so that the barrel part 422 will not only be bent in a single direction, but also be bent in the same direction. The angle direction is deflected, reducing the stress fatigue of the material, thereby improving the durability of the air cannon barrel 42. At the same time, the submerged barrel portion 422 can discharge the air in the bowl opening 4211, and through the connection between the barrel opening 4221 and the bowl opening 4211, the drier air under the insole can flow through the sole and form a good air circulation, achieving the effects of reducing pressure and absorbing shock, extending the service life, and being breathable and comfortable, so the purpose of the present invention can be achieved.

However, the above are only two preferred embodiments of the present invention, and should not be used to limit the scope of implementation of the present invention.
