FIG. 2 is a partial top view of some components of the light-emitting touch panel 200 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Figure 3 is a partial cross-sectional view of the light-emitting touch panel 200 in Figure 1 along line segment 3-3 in Figure 2. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 , in this embodiment, the light-emitting touch panel 200 includes a substrate 210 , a light guide plate 220 , a circuit board 230 , a plurality of light-emitting elements 240 and a reflective sheet 270 . The light guide plate 220 is disposed under the substrate 210 and includes a plurality of light guide units 221 and a plurality of through holes 220a. Each light guide unit 221 is composed of a plurality of light guide microstructures, as shown in Figure 3 . Each light guide unit 221 is generally in a strip or line shape, as shown in Figure 2 . The through holes 220a are respectively provided on one side of the light guide unit 221. That is, each light guide unit 221 is provided with a corresponding through hole 220a on one side. The circuit board 230 is disposed under the light guide plate 220 . The light-emitting elements 240 are disposed on the circuit board 230 and are respectively received in the through holes 220a. That is, each through hole 220a is provided with a corresponding light-emitting element 240. The reflective sheet 270 is disposed between the circuit board 230 and the light guide plate 220 . The reflective sheet 270 is configured to reflect the light leaving the bottom surface of the light guide plate 220 back into the light guide plate 220 . After the light emitted by the light-emitting element 240 enters the light guide plate 220 through the inner wall of the through hole 220a, it is guided upward through the substrate 210 through the light guide unit 221 and emitted.

As shown in FIG. 3 , in this embodiment, the light-emitting touch panel 200 further includes an opaque light-shielding layer 250 . The light shielding layer 250 is provided between the substrate 210 and the light guide plate 220 . The light-shielding layer 250 has a plurality of light-transmitting areas 251 and non-light-transmitting areas 252 . The light-transmitting areas 251 are respectively provided corresponding to the light guide units 221. The non-light-transmitting area 252 is provided corresponding to the light-emitting element 240 . This prevents the light emitted by the light emitting element 240 from directly penetrating upward through the substrate 210 and ensuring that the light emitted by the light emitting element 240 reaches the light guide unit 221 before being guided upward through the substrate by the light guide unit 221 210 and shot out.

Please refer to FIG. 4 , which is a partial cross-sectional view of a light-emitting touch panel 200 according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 4 , in this embodiment, the area of the light-transmitting area 251 of the light-shielding layer 250 is smaller than the area of the light-guiding unit 221 , and the orthographic projection of the light-transmitting area 251 on the light-guiding unit 221 is located at the light-guiding unit. Within the margin of 221. Therefore, the visible pattern finally displayed by the light emitted by the light-emitting element 240 is defined by the outline of the light-transmitting area 251, and the visible pattern has sharp edges.

Please refer to FIG. 5 , which is a partial cross-sectional view of a light-emitting touch panel 200 according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 5 , in this embodiment, the area of the light-transmitting area 251 of the light-shielding layer 250 is equal to the area of the light-guiding unit 221 , and the orthographic projection of the edge of the light-transmitting area 251 on the light-guiding unit 221 is consistent with the area of the light-guiding unit 221 . The edges of the light unit 221 are aligned. The visible pattern finally displayed by the light emitted by the light-emitting element 240 is also defined by the outline of the light-transmitting area 251, and this visible pattern has sharp edges.

Please refer to FIG. 6 , which is a partial cross-sectional view of a light-emitting touch panel 200 according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 6 , in this embodiment, the area of the light-transmitting area 251 of the light-shielding layer 250 is larger than the area of the light-guiding unit 221 , and the orthographic projection of the light-transmitting area 251 on the light-guiding unit 221 completely covers the light guide. edge of unit 221. Therefore, the visible pattern finally displayed by the light emitted by the light-emitting element 240 is defined by the outline of the light guide unit 221, and the visible pattern has a halo effect. In this way, two adjacent visual graphics can achieve a seamless visual effect.

In some embodiments, the material of the light shielding layer 250 includes plastic, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the light-shielding layer 250 is an opaque coating, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

In some embodiments, the material of the substrate 210 may include glass or polyester film (Mylar), but the disclosure is not limited thereto.

As shown in FIG. 3 , in this embodiment, a light blocking structure 222 is further provided in the light guide plate 220 between any two adjacent through holes 220 a. This ensures that the light emitted by the light-emitting elements 240 in each through hole 220a will only reach the corresponding light guide unit 221, thereby effectively avoiding light interference between different light-emitting elements 240.

In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3 , the light-blocking structure 222 is a laser-engraved structure. Specifically, a laser of a certain wavelength can be driven into the interior of the light guide plate 220 to cause tiny bursts to form bubbles in specific parts of the interior, which is a laser-engraved structure. This laser-engraved structure can block the light emitted by the light-emitting element 240 and cannot continue to transmit in the light guide plate 220 .

Please refer to FIG. 7 , which is a partial cross-sectional view of a light-emitting touch panel 300 according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. In this embodiment, a modified light guide plate 320 is provided, and an opaque blocking wall 322 is also provided. Other components of this embodiment are the same as those of the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 , and therefore will not be described again here.

222。Specifically, in this embodiment, there is an opaque blocking wall 322 between any two adjacent light-emitting elements 240 . The light guide plate 320 further includes a receiving groove 320a. The retaining wall 322 is received in the receiving groove 320a. This can also ensure that the light emitted by each light-emitting element 240 will only reach the corresponding light guide unit 321 , thereby effectively avoiding light interference between different light-emitting elements 240 . In other words, this embodiment uses the blocking wall 322 in the accommodating groove 320a to replace the light blocking structure 222 located inside the light guide plate 220 shown in FIG. 3 .

221。As shown in FIG. 2 , in this embodiment, any two adjacent light guide units 221 are separated from each other. The outer frame formed by the light guide units 221 in the dotted frame essentially presents a light guide pattern with a rectangular upper part (that is, four light guide units 221 ) and a U-shaped lower part (that is, three light guide units 221 ). There are three other similar light guide patterns in Figure 2. The number of light guide units 221 included in the light guide pattern is seven (that is, seven-segment display blocks). The seven light-emitting elements 240 in the dotted frame form a light-emitting element group 241. The light-emitting elements 240 in the light-emitting element group 241 respectively correspond to the light guide units 221 in the light guide pattern.

9。By controlling each light-emitting element 240 of the light-emitting element group 241 in Figure 2 to emit light or not to emit light, the light guide pattern can be made to display numbers. Numbers include 0 to 9.

221。Please refer to Figure 8 and Figure 9. FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating a light-emitting element group 241 and a light guide pattern according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 9 is a schematic diagram illustrating a light-emitting element group 241 and a light guide pattern according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 8 , the number of light guide units 221 included in the light guide pattern within the dotted frame is nine (that is, nine-segment display blocks). In the embodiment shown in FIG. 9 , the number of light guide units 221 included in the light guide pattern in the dotted frame is sixteen (that is, sixteen segment display blocks). The light-emitting elements 240 in the light-emitting element group 241 respectively correspond to the light guide units 221 in the light guide pattern.

By controlling each light-emitting element 240 in the light-emitting element group 241 in Figures 8 and 9 to emit or not emit light, the light guide pattern can not only display numbers, but also English letters. The English alphabet contains at least one of A to Z.

Please refer to FIG. 10 , which is a partial top view of some components of the light-emitting touch panel 200 in FIG. 2 . The light-emitting element 240 is provided in the touch area 231a. Each light-emitting element 240 is disposed between the sensing electrodes 231b. There is a distance between each light-emitting element 240 and each sensing electrode 231b. The controller 260 is disposed on the surface of the circuit board 230 . The circuit board 230 has a plurality of through holes 230a. The sensing electrode 231b located on the touch area 231a is electrically connected to the controller 260 on the non-touch surface 232 through the through hole 230a. The controller 260 is configured to receive the touch signal sensed by the sensing electrode 231b.

In some embodiments, the controller 260 is configured to send a signal that controls each light-emitting element 240 in the light-emitting element group 241 to emit light or not to emit light, so that the light guide pattern displays numbers and/or English letters.

In some embodiments, the controller 260 is further configured to sense a touch input via the sensing electrode 231b, and is configured to change the light guide pattern in response to the touch input moving from a first position to a second position on the touch area 231a. The numbers presented. For example, the first position and the second position are the lower left corner and the upper left corner of the touch area 231a respectively. When the touch input moves from the first position to the second position, the controller 260 sends a signal that causes the numbers presented in the light guide pattern to change sequentially from 1 to 9; when the touch input moves from the second position to the second position, When in a position, the controller 260 sends a signal that causes the numbers displayed in the light guide pattern to be changed from 9 to 1 in sequence.

In some embodiments, the controller 260 is further configured to sense a touch input via the sensing electrode 231b, and is configured to change the light guide pattern in response to the touch input moving from a first position to a second position on the touch area 231a. The English letters presented. For example, the first position and the second position are the lower left corner and the lower right corner of the touch area 231a respectively. When the touch input moves from the first position to the second position, the controller 260 sends a signal that causes the English letters displayed in the light guide pattern to change sequentially from A to Z; when the touch input moves from the second position to In the first position, the controller 260 sends a signal that causes the numbers presented in the light guide pattern to be sequentially changed from Z to A.

In some embodiments, the controller 260 is further configured to sense a touch input via the sensing electrode 231b, and is configured to change at least one luminescence in response to the touch input moving from a first position to a second position on the touch area 231a. The brightness of the light emitted by element 240. For example, the first position and the second position are the upper left corner and the upper right corner of the touch area 231a respectively. When the touch input moves from the first position to the second position, the controller 260 sends a signal that gradually increases the brightness of each light-emitting element 240 in the light-emitting element group 241; when the touch input moves from the second position to In the first position, the controller 260 sends a signal that gradually reduces the brightness of each light-emitting element 240 in the light-emitting element group 241 .

In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2, 8 and 9, the light guide units 221 in each dotted frame form a light guide unit group 221a, and each light guide unit group 221a can present a complete light guide unit. Light graphics (i.e. numbers or English letters). When the sensing electrode 231b adjacent to any light guide unit 221 in the light guide unit group 221a senses a touch signal, the controller 260 regards the touch signal as a click on the light guide unit group 221a. signal. The controller 260 is further configured to generate the aforementioned signal in response to subsequent touch input after first receiving the click signal. Thereby, the user can individually change the light guide patterns of different light guide unit groups 221a.

In some embodiments, when the controller 260 continuously receives a plurality of click signals for the light guide unit group 221a within a predetermined time period, the controller 260 can sequentially switch the control to generate the signals in response to the touch input. type. For example, when the controller 260 receives only one-point selection signal for the light guide unit group 221a within the aforementioned predetermined time period, it can generate a signal that causes the light guide pattern to display numbers in response to subsequent touch input; When the controller 260 continuously receives two click signals for the aforementioned light guide unit group 221a within the aforementioned predetermined time period, it can generate a signal that causes the light guide pattern to display English letters in response to the subsequent touch input; when controlling When the detector 260 continuously receives three click signals for the light guide unit group 221a within the aforementioned predetermined time period, it can respond to the subsequent touch input and change the brightness of each light-emitting element 240 in the light-emitting element group 241. signal.

In some implementations, the aforementioned predetermined time period is 1 second, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

From the above detailed description of the specific embodiments of the present disclosure, it can be clearly seen that in the light-emitting touch panel of the present disclosure, one side of each light guide unit of the light guide plate is provided with a corresponding through hole, and each side of the light guide unit is provided with a corresponding through hole. A corresponding light-emitting element is provided in a through hole. Therefore, the light emitted by each light-emitting element can enter the light guide plate through the inner wall of the corresponding through hole, and then be guided upward through the substrate through the corresponding light guide unit and emitted. Under this configuration, by individually controlling each light-emitting element to emit or not emit light, the light guide pattern composed of the light guide unit can display a variable pattern (for example, different numbers or English letters). In addition, the light-emitting touch panel of the present disclosure can also sense the user's touch input using sensing electrodes disposed on the circuit board, and change the pattern or brightness of the light guide pattern according to the movement path of the touch input.
