Abstract
一種臭氧清淨裝置,包含:一紫外線燈源,包含一紫外線燈及一LED燈,該紫外線燈產生一紫外線及該LED燈產生一熱源;以及一濾網,由一複合金催化劑塗佈一活性碳結合所構成;其中,一臭氧流通該紫外線燈源,受該紫外線燈源之該紫外線及該熱源之照射作用,並通過該濾網經過該複合金催化劑及該活性碳,使該臭氧加速分解成氧氣。
Description
本案關於一種清淨裝置,尤指適用於臭氧的清淨過濾裝置。
現代人對於生活周遭的氣體品質的要求愈來愈重視,其中,臭氧雖可利用其極強的氧化特性,達到殺菌、除臭等功效,但是當人們接觸的臭氧濃度過高時,亦會對人體健康造成重大的影響,例如刺激呼吸道引發哮喘,嚴重時更可能傷害呼吸系統造成肺氣腫肺水腫等問題,甚至也影響血液輸氧功能。我國針對空氣品質的標準有規定臭氧每小時需小於0.12ppm(體積濃度百萬分之一),八小時的平均值更需小於0.06ppm,因此在密閉的室內空間如何消除過多的臭氧亦是個越來越需要重視的問題。
本案之主要目的係提供一種臭氧清淨裝置,包含:一紫外線燈源,包含一紫外線燈及一LED燈,該紫外線燈產生一紫外線及該LED燈產生一熱源;以及一濾網,由一複合金催化劑塗佈一活性碳結合所構成;其中,一臭氧流通該紫外線燈源,受該紫外線燈源之該紫外線及該熱源之照射作用,並通過該濾網經過該複合金催化劑及該活性碳,使該臭氧加速分解成氧氣。

體現本案特徵與優點的實施例將在後段的說明中詳細敘述。應理解的是本案能夠在不同的態樣上具有各種的變化,其皆不脫離本案的範圍,且其中的說明及圖示在本質上當作說明之用,而非用以限制本案。
請參閱第1圖,本案提供一種臭氧清淨裝置D,包含:一紫外線燈源D1以及一濾網D2。紫外線燈源D1包含一紫外線燈及一LED燈。紫外線燈產生一紫外線。LED燈產生一熱源。濾網D2由一複合金催化劑塗佈一活性碳結合所構成。當一臭氧流通紫外線燈源D1,受紫外線燈源D1之紫外線及熱源之照射作用,並通過濾網D2而經過複合金催化劑及活性碳,使臭氧加速分解成氧氣,以達到臭氧清淨作用。
值得注意的是,紫外線燈之發光波長係由短波長100nm至280nm的波段,本案紫外線燈源D1之紫外線燈的發光波長的最佳實施例係265nm的發光波長,但不以此為限,發光波長可視實際需求加以調整。另外,值得注意的是,LED燈主要係產生熱源為主,但不以此為限,亦可置換為產生熱源的元件例如電阻或高阻抗元件。
此外,值得注意的是,紫外線燈源D1之照射作用為提供紫外線燈源D1之30%能量產生紫外線,提供紫外線燈源D1之70%能量供LED燈產生熱源,但不以此為限,紫外線燈與LED燈的能量分配可視其實際需求加以調整。
於本案第一實施例中,複合金催化劑係指由錳(Mn)氧化物及至少一種過渡金屬氧化物所組成。值得注意的是,過渡金屬可以是所屬技術領域公知的過渡金屬,其包含鈦(Ti)、鉻(Cr)、鐵(Fe)、鈷(Co)、鎳(Ni)、銅(Cu)、鋯(Zr)、鈮(Nb)、鉬(Mo)、釩(V)、鈧(Sc)中的一種或至少兩種的混合物,但不以此為限,過渡金屬的選擇可視其實際需求加以調整。
於本案第二實施例中,複合金催化劑由錳(Mn)氧化物與貴金屬鈀(Pd)所組成。值得注意的是,貴金屬可以是所屬技術領域公知的貴金屬,其包含金(Au)、銀(Ag)、鉑(Pt)、鈀(Pd),但不以此為限,貴金屬的選擇可視其實際需求加以調整。
於本案第三實施例中,複合金催化劑由錳(Mn)氧化物與鈰(Ce)所組成。
於本案第四實施例中,複合金催化劑由鐵改性沸石與鐵改性石英砂所組成。值得注意的是,鐵改性沸石與鐵改性石英砂按質量比可為1:4至4:1之間混和配置,但不以此為限,鐵改性沸石與鐵改性石英砂的質量比可視實際需求加以調整。
於本案任一實施例中的複合金催化劑之表面塗佈活性碳結合構成濾網D2。值得注意的是,當臭氧經過紫外線燈所產生紫外線以及LED燈產生熱源之照射作用,並通過接觸到濾網D2表面的複合金催化劑後,因為臭氧在空氣中的半衰期為20~30分鐘,而臭氧通過紫外線燈源D1所提供30%能量給紫外線燈所產生紫外線及紫外線燈源D1所提供70%能量給LED燈所產生熱源之照射作用,進而透過所產生紫外線提供光解殺菌,以及LED燈產生熱源將溫度升高加速分解,當溫度達到攝氏60℃左
右時,臭氧會迅速還原成氧氣,而且臭氧通過接觸到濾網D2表面的複合金催化劑也能加速還原成氧氣。如此臭氧透過紫外線殺菌、LED燈加熱以及複合金催化劑之三效合一分解作用,更能加速還原成氧氣的過程。另外,活性碳主要是吸附氣體中所夾帶的無機或有機化合物、吸附氣體中有毒成分或是對人體不利的成分,或是除去有臭味的成分,因此可過濾掉臭氧所殺的細菌病毒或是臭氧所夾帶的粒子。
綜上所述,本案所提供之一種臭氧清淨裝置,透過紫外線燈產生紫外線殺菌、並利用LED燈產生熱源,並且利用具有複合金催化劑塗佈活性碳結合構成的濾網,達到三效合一分解作用,更能加速還原成氧氣的的清淨效果,極具產業利用性。
本案得由熟知此技術之人士任施匠思而為諸般修飾,然皆不脫如附申請專利範圍所欲保護者。

Claims (7)
- 一種臭氧清淨裝置,包含:一紫外線燈源,包含一紫外線燈及一LED燈,該紫外線燈產生一紫外線及該LED燈產生一熱源;以及一濾網,由一複合金催化劑塗佈一活性碳結合所構成;其中,一臭氧流通該紫外線燈源,受該紫外線燈源之該紫外線及該熱源之照射作用,並通過該濾網經過該複合金催化劑及該活性碳,使該臭氧加速分解成氧氣。
- 如請求項1所述之臭氧清淨裝置,其中該紫外線燈源之照射作用為提供該紫外線燈源之30%能量供該紫外線燈產生紫外線,以及提供該紫外線燈源之70%能量供該LED燈產生熱源。
- 如請求項1所述之臭氧清淨裝置,其中該紫外線燈源之紫外線的發光波長為265nm。
- 如請求項1之臭氧清淨裝置,其中該濾網之該複合金催化劑由錳氧化物及至少一種過渡金屬氧化物所組成。
- 如請求項1之臭氧清淨裝置,其中該濾網之該複合金催化劑由錳氧化物與貴金屬鈀所組成。
- 如請求項1之臭氧清淨裝置,其中該濾網之該複合金催化劑由錳氧化物與鈰所組成。
- 如請求項1之臭氧清淨裝置,其中該濾網之該複合金催化劑由鐵改性沸石與鐵改性石英砂所組成。
