Abstract

A blockchain-based trust and custody system for digital asset includes a communication device, a database, and a processor. The communication device is configured to connect to a public blockchain network and a private blockchain network. The database includes a digital ledger and a sub-database of trust deed. The digital ledger is configured to store transaction detailed information obtained by executing transaction through the public blockchain network and the private blockchain network. The sub-database of trust deed is configured to store a trust deed information. The processor connects to the communication device and the database, and is configured to transfer an encrypted digital asset to one or more specified blockchain address in the private blockchain network based on the trust deed information.
