Abstract

Also, from the viewpoint of realizing the scrotal patch 1 with good antibacterial effect, the weight of the paste/water-retaining material layer 2 is preferably 0.2g~0.4g per 1 cm ² .

Furthermore, from the point of view of giving patients a sense of relaxation, eliminating drowsiness, etc., the paste/water-retaining material layer 2 preferably contains peppermint, basil, tea tree, An aromatic component selected from any one of eucalyptus, lemon, and blue gum.

In addition, from the viewpoint of reducing the risk of mold and other propagation, the paste/water-retaining material layer 2 preferably contains a preservative made of paraben.

Here, the scrotal cooling patch shown in FIG. 12 having the same basic structure as the scrotal patch 1 of the present embodiment in FIG. 1 was used except that the openings 13 and 14 were not provided. Here, the cooling effect of the scrotal cooling patch was analyzed comparing the scrotal temperature with the thigh temperature.

First, the surface temperature of the scrotum was measured using an infrared thermal imaging camera (InfReCR300SR (product name) manufactured by AVIONICS CO., LTD., Japan) before the scrotum cooling patch was attached. Then, every 1 hour, 2 hours, and 4 hours after the application of the scrotal cooling patch, the scrotal cooling patch was peeled off to measure the scrotal temperature. Fig. 9 is a photograph showing changes in the surface temperature of the scrotum when the scrotum cooling patch is attached. As shown in Figure 9, in this experiment, the temperature was measured at four points of the scrotum, and the cooling effect of the scrotum was analyzed by comparing the measured temperature with the temperature of the thigh. The following Table 1 shows the results of evaluating the feeling of wearing the scrotum cooling patch on 26 subjects, in which "very good", "good", "general", "poor", " Very poor" as the benchmark for scoring.

As shown in Table 1, among the 26 test subjects, the result that the evaluation of wearing feeling was "very good" was obtained from 2 test subjects.
