Description

There are other fonts used in the zipper belt and container with zipper belt, please adjust the font (for Chinese characters, please set it to Xinximing, and for English characters, please set it to Times New Roman).

The invention relates to a zipper belt and a container with a zipper belt.

因此,已知有使用不易產生內容物之藥效成分或香氣成分之轉移或吸附之PET(polyethylene terephthalate,聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯)作為內層之包裝體。In packages used for food, pharmaceuticals, etc., the inner layer in contact with the contents is often formed of a polyolefin-based resin film mainly composed of polyethylene or polypropylene, which is excellent in safety and heat sealability. However, polyolefin-based resins have high permeability and adsorption of aroma components, so when they are used as inner layer materials, they may emit a plastic smell, or the value of the product may be damaged due to the transfer or adsorption of the medicinal or aroma components of the contents. Therefore, it is known to use PET (polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene terephthalate), which is not easy to transfer or absorb the medicinal and aroma components of the content, as the inner layer of the package.

For example, Document 1 (Japanese Patent No. 6309925) describes a bag with a zipper using PET as an inner layer. In the bag system described in Document 1, the inner layer is made of heat-sealable PET, and the zipper member is made of a mixed resin blended with PET and a polyester-based elastomer at a specific ratio, or a blended resin mixed with PET and polyethylene with a compatibilizer added. Thereby, the zipper member can be fused to the PET of the inner layer of the bag, and the zipper member can be opened and closed easily by imparting flexibility to the zipper member.

However, when the zipper member is formed of a mixed resin as described in Document 1, the flexibility of the zipper member and the fusion strength of PET vary greatly depending on the blending ratio, so it is difficult to achieve such a balance. More specifically, if the ratio of PET is high, the flexibility of the zipper member is insufficient, making it difficult to open and close. If the ratio of PET is low, the fusion strength with the PET of the inner layer of the bag becomes insufficient. Therefore, in the zipper bag described in Document 1, it is difficult to stabilize the quality of the zipper member.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a zipper belt that can maintain stable airtightness or a moderate opening feeling as a zipper belt while maintaining the functionality of the zipper belt, while reliably fusing to the container body whose inner layer contains PET, and a container with a zipper belt that has such a zipper belt fused to the container body.

根據本發明之某觀點,提供一種夾鏈帶,其具備:第1樹脂部分,其係由以聚烯烴為主聚合物之樹脂組合物形成,且包含1對基部條片及自1對基部條片之相互對向之面分別突出且可相互卡合之卡合部;以及第2樹脂部分,其係由以聚酯為主聚合物之樹脂組合物形成,且至少覆蓋1對基部條片之與卡合部相反側之面。According to a certain aspect of the present invention, there is provided a zipper belt, which includes: a first resin part, which is formed of a resin composition mainly composed of polyolefin, and includes a pair of base strips and engaging portions that protrude from opposite surfaces of the pair of base strips and can engage with each other;

According to the above configuration, by forming the engaging portion of the zipper tape from the resin composition containing polyolefin as the main polymer, it is possible to maintain stable sealing properties and moderate opening feeling as functions of the zipper tape. Also, by forming the bonding surface from the resin composition containing polyester as the main polymer, the zipper tape can be reliably fused to the container body in which the sealant layer includes PET.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a container with a zipper belt, which includes the above-mentioned zipper belt and a container body formed by fusing the zipper belt.

For example, by fusing the above-mentioned zipper tape to the container body whose sealant layer contains PET to form a container with a zipper tape, the functionality of the PET layer and the functionality of the zipper tape can be combined.

As explained above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a zipper belt that can maintain the functionality of a zipper belt such as a stable airtightness or a moderate opening feeling, while being reliably fused to a container body whose inner layer contains PET, and a container with a zipper belt that can have both the functions of the container body and the zipper belt by fusing the zipper belt to the container body.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In addition, in this specification and drawing, about the structural element which has substantially the same function structure, the same code|symbol is attached|subjected, and the repeated description is abbreviate|omitted.

作為主聚合物可藉由紅外分光法、NMR(Nuclear Magnetic Resonance,核磁共振)、DSC(Differential Scanning Calorimeter,差示掃描量熱法)等進行分析。 Furthermore, in this specification, the main polymer refers to the most numerous constituents of each layer, but in the case of a polymer containing n types of constituents (n is an integer greater than 2) in each layer, it means a constituent containing 100/n% or more, preferably 100/n×1.2 times or more. The main polymer can be analyzed by infrared spectroscopy, NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, nuclear magnetic resonance), DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimeter, differential scanning calorimeter), and the like. Furthermore, impurities may be included within the range not to lose the effect of the present invention.

20。 (first embodiment) Fig. 1 is a top view of a bag with a clip chain belt according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 2 is a sectional view along line II-II of the bag with a clip chain belt shown in Fig. 1 . As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , the bag 1 with a clip fastener according to the first embodiment includes a film 10 and a clip fastener tape 20 forming a bag body having a first surface 11A and a second surface 11B.

The film 10 is formed of, for example, a single-layer or multi-layer thermoplastic resin. More specifically, the film 10 may include a layer formed of low-density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), or polypropylene (PP). PP can also be homopolypropylene (HPP), random polypropylene (RPP), or block polypropylene (BPP). When the film 10 is multilayer, biaxially oriented polypropylene (OPP), biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate (OPET), or biaxially oriented nylon (ONy) may also be used as the surface substrate. In addition, the film 10 may include a layer of an inorganic material formed by vapor deposition of aluminum or lamination of aluminum foil. In this embodiment, the sealant layer of the first surface 11A and the second surface 11B of the film 10, that is, the layer facing the zipper tape 20 is formed of a resin composition mainly composed of heat-sealable PET (polyethylene terephthalate).

Moreover, in this embodiment, the bag body having the first surface 11A and the second surface 11B is formed by joining two films 10 at the bottom seal portion 12 and the side seal portion 13, but in another embodiment, the first surface 11A and the second surface 11B can also be formed by folding one film 10 at the portion corresponding to the side seal portion 13. Alternatively, it may be formed at a portion where the film 10 is folded inward at a portion corresponding to the bottom seal portion 12 or the side seal portion 13 in the example of FIG. 1 , a so-called gusset. In this case, the crotch piece may be formed from the film 10 or may be formed from another film bonded to the film 10 . In addition, the bag 1 with clip chain belt can also be a stand-up bag that can be placed upright by forming a crotch piece at the bottom.

Also, in this embodiment, the opening 14 of the bag with zipper belt 1 is formed by forming the bottom seal 12 and the side seal 13 on one side and not forming the top seal on one side, but in another embodiment, the top seal can also be formed in addition to the bottom seal 12 and the side seal 13, and the top seal and the zipper belt 20 are cut off to form the opening 14 in the bag 1 with the zipper belt afterwards. In yet another embodiment, the bag body may be provided without forming the bottom sealing portion 12 , that is, without sealing the bag 1 with the zipper tape on the side opposite to the zipper tape 20 . In this case, the bottom seal portion 12 is formed after filling the bag 1 with the clip fastener with the content. In addition, the present invention can also be applied to bags of various known structures and containers other than bags as long as they are formed by fusing zipper tapes.

As shown in FIG. 2 , the fastener tape 20 includes a first member 20A fused to the first surface 11A of the film 10 , and a second member 20B fused to the second surface 11B. The first member 20A and the second member 20B each include polyolefin portions 21A, 21B formed of a resin composition containing polyolefin as a main polymer, adhesive resin layers 22A, 22B, and polyester portions 23A, 23B formed of a resin composition containing polyester as a main polymer. The polyolefin parts 21A, 21B include base strips 211A, 211B, and engaging portions 212A, 212B respectively protruding from opposing surfaces of the base strips 211A, 211B. On the other hand, the polyester parts 23A, 23B cover the surfaces of the base strips 211A, 211B opposite to the engaging portions 212A, 212B, and form bonding surfaces 231A, 231B with the first surface 11A and the second surface 11B of the film 10 . The resin layers 22A, 22B are then positioned between the polyolefin portions 21A, 21B and the polyester portions 23A, 23B, and join these portions to each other. Such a zipper tape 20 is formed, for example, by co-extruding the resins of each part.

Here, the adhesive resin layers 22A and 22B are made of, for example, polyethylene, acid-modified polyolefin, monomer-ethylene copolymer containing epoxy group, copolymer of ethylene-(meth)acrylate and dicarboxylic acid anhydride monomer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-isobutyl acrylate copolymer, polyamide resin, thermoplastic polyester, polyvinyl acetate and its copolymer, styrene-based, polyester-based, olefin-based elastic system and other adhesive resins. By using these adhesive resins, higher interlayer bonding strength can be obtained between polyolefin part 21A, 21B and polyester part 23A, 23B. Thereby, for example, when forming the bag with zipper belt 1 as shown in FIG. 1 , the gap between layers of the zipper belt 20 can be prevented from becoming pinholes in the side sealing portion 13 , resulting in a decrease in the fragrance retention of the bag with zipper belt 1 .

In the fastener tape 20 described above, the engaging portions 212A, 212B formed of the polyolefin portions 21A, 21B can be engaged with each other. In the example shown in FIG. 2 , the engaging portion 212A has a cross-sectional shape of a male die, and the engaging portion 212B has a cross-sectional shape of a female die, and these engaging portions 212A, 212B are engaged with each other to close the zipper belt 20 , thereby sealing the opening 14 of the bag 1 with the zipper belt. Moreover, it is not limited to the male mold and the female mold, and the shapes of the engaging portions of various known zipper belts formed by combining claws, hooks, or tumors can also be applied to the engaging portions 212A, 212B of the above examples. It is also possible to provide two or more sets of engaging parts on one pair of polyolefin parts. In either case, the engaging portions 212A, 212B are shaped portions protruding from the base strips 211A, 211B having a substantially rectangular cross section. In order to maintain the shape of such irregular parts, the engaging parts 212A and 212B can securely seal the opening 14 when engaged, or present a moderate sense of opening when the engaging parts are released. It is more advantageous to form the engaging parts 212A and 212B on the polyolefin parts 21A and 21B, which are mainly composed of polyolefin.

On the other hand, when the sealant layers of the first surface 11A and the second surface 11B of the film 10 are formed from a resin composition mainly composed of heat-sealable PET as in the present embodiment, the fusion property between polyolefin and heat-sealable PET is low, so it is difficult to directly fuse the polyolefin parts 21A and 21B forming the engaging parts 212A and 212B to the first surface 11A and the second surface 11B. Therefore, in this embodiment, the surfaces of the polyolefin portions 21A, 21B opposite to the engagement portions 212A, 212B are covered by the polyester portions 23A, 23B, so that the bonding surfaces 231A, 231B formed on the polyester portions 23A, 23B are fused to the first surface 11A and the second surface 11B of the film 10, respectively. Since the fusion property between polyester and heat-sealable PET is high, the polyester parts 23A and 23B can be stably fused to the first surface 11A and the second surface 11B. The polyolefin portions 21A, B and the polyester portions 23A, 23B may be bonded in any manner, but in this embodiment, the polyolefin portions 21A, B and the polyester portions 23A, 23B are bonded using adhesive resin layers 22A, 22B.

11B。According to the first embodiment of the present invention described above, by forming the engaging portions 212A, 212B of the zipper tape 20 from a resin composition containing polyolefin as a main polymer, the functionality as a zipper tape such as stable sealing performance and a moderate feeling of opening can be maintained. On the other hand, by forming the joint surfaces 231A, 231B from a resin composition containing polyester as a main polymer, the zipper tape 20 can be reliably fused to the first surface of the film 10 whose sealant layer contains PET. 11A and the second surface 11B.

(Second Embodiment) Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a bag with a clip chain belt according to the second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 3 , the bag 2 with a fastener tape according to the second embodiment includes a film 10 and a fastener tape 40 . In addition, since the structure of the film 10 is the same as that of the said 1st Embodiment, repeated description is abbreviate|omitted below.

As shown in FIG. 3 , the fastener tape 40 includes a first member 40A fused to the first surface 11A of the film 10 and a second member 40B fused to the second surface 11B. The first member 40A and the second member 40B each include polyolefin portions 21A, 21B, adhesive resin layers 42A, 42B, and polyester portions 43A, 43B. Furthermore, since the base strips 211A, 211B and the engaging portions 212A, 212B of the polyolefin portions 21A, 21B are the same as those of the above-mentioned first embodiment, repeated descriptions will be omitted.

The polyester parts 43A and 43B are formed of a resin composition mainly composed of polyester as in the first embodiment, and cover the surfaces of the base strips 211A and 211B opposite to the engaging parts 212A and 212B to form joint surfaces 231A and 231B. In addition, in this embodiment, the polyester portions 43A, 43B include rising portions 432A, 432B covering the end faces 213A, 213B of the base strips 211A, 211B in the width direction (the up-down direction in FIG. 3 ) of the zipper tape 40 . Here, the raised portions 432A, 432B are portions raised from both ends in the width direction in the cross-sectional shape of the polyester portions 43A, 43B. In the illustrated example, the rising portions 432A, 432B cover the entire end surfaces 213A, 213B, but the rising portions 432A, 432B may also cover a part of the end surfaces 213A, 213B, specifically, only cover the sides close to the polyester portions 43A, 43B.

Then the resin layers 42A, 42B are formed of polyethylene, acid-modified polyolefin, monomer-ethylene copolymer containing epoxy group, copolymer of ethylene-(meth)acrylate and dicarboxylic acid anhydride monomer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-isobutyl acrylate copolymer, polyamide resin, thermoplastic polyester, polyvinyl acetate and its copolymer, styrene-based, polyester-based, olefin-based elastic system, etc. The surface on the side opposite to the engaging portions 212A, 212B wraps around the end surfaces 213A, 213B, and is formed between the polyester portions 43A, 43B.

In this embodiment, not only the same effects as those of the above-mentioned first embodiment are obtained, but also by covering the end faces 213A, 213B in the width direction of the base strips 211A, 211B with the polyester portions 43A, 43B, pinholes can be prevented from being formed in the side seal portion 13 (see FIG. 1 ) where the first member 40A and the second member 40B of the zipper tape 40 and the first surface 11A and the second surface 11B of the film 10 are joined together.

More specifically, for example, when the side seal portion 13 is formed by fusion, if the resin of the polyolefin portion 21A, 21B melts, the end faces 213A, 213B of the base strips 211A, 211B protrude from the polyester portion, and the polyolefin resin contacts the resin of the sealant layer on the first surface 11A or the second surface 11B, there is a possibility that the portion is not fused and pinholes are formed. In this embodiment, by covering the end surfaces 213A, 213B of the base strips 211A, 211B with the raised portions 432A, 432B of the polyester portions 43A, 43B, pinholes can be prevented from being formed due to contact between the resin of the polyolefin portions 21A, 21B and the resin of the sealant layer on the first surface 11A or the second surface 11B. Furthermore, even if it is not the shape called the rising portion 432A, 432B, the same effect can be obtained when a shape capable of covering the end faces of the base strips 211A, 211B is formed on the polyester portion 43A, 43B.

433A、433B。Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of another example of the bag with the chain strap according to the second embodiment of the present invention. In the bag 2A with zipper tape shown in FIG. 4, the width of the zipper tape 40 is about the same as that shown in FIG. For example, the width of the base strips 411A, 411B can be the same as that of the engaging portions 212A, 212B as shown in the figure, or narrower than that. As a result, in the illustrated example, the polyester portions 43A, 43B form plate-shaped portions 433A, 433B that expand outward in the width direction from the end faces 213A, 213B of the base strip pieces 411A, 411B.

Furthermore, in the illustrated example, the plate-shaped portions 433A, 433B cover the end faces 213A, 213B of the base strips 411A, 411B, but in other examples, the plate-shaped portions 433A, 433B may cover a part of the end faces 213A, 213B, specifically, only cover the side close to the polyester portion 43A, 43B, or the plate-shaped portions 433A, 433B may not cover the end face 213. A, 213B. In this case, a step is formed between the base strips 411A, 411B and the plate-shaped parts 433A, 433B on the inner surface of the fastener tape 40 where the first member 40A and the second member 40B face each other.

Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of yet another example of the bag with the chain strap according to the second embodiment of the present invention. In the bag 2B with zipper tape shown in FIG. 5 , the zipper tape 40 includes two sets of polyolefin parts, ie, polyolefin parts 41A, 41B and polyolefin parts 44A, 44B, formed from a resin composition containing polyolefin as the main polymer. The polyolefin parts 44A, 44B are also configured in the same manner as the polyolefin parts 41A, 41B, and include narrow base strips 441A, 441B, and engaging parts 442A, 442B configured similarly to the above-mentioned engaging parts 212A, 212B. In the illustrated example, a so-called double slide fastener is constituted by arranging polyolefin portions 41A, 41B and polyolefin portions 44A, 44B along the width direction of the fastener tape 40 .

In the illustrated example, the base strips 411A, 411B, 441A, and 441B of the polyolefin portions 41A, 41B, 44A, and 44B are narrow in width. Therefore, the polyester portions 43A, 43B form plate-shaped portions 433A, 433B on both ends of the chain belt 40 in the width direction, and between the base strips 411A and 441A. Plate-shaped portions 434A, 434B are formed between the base strip 411B and the base strip 441B, respectively. Furthermore, in this specification, the plate-shaped portion (plate-shaped portion 433A, 433B and plate-shaped portion 434A, 434B) refers to the portion where the polyester portion 43A, 43B is not bonded to the polyolefin portion, and the portion in which the polyester portion 43A, 43B in the form of a plate (one plate) forms the zipper tape 40 when the zipper tape 40 is viewed in the thickness direction.

In the example described above with reference to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 , the base strips of the polyolefin portions 41A, 41B, 44A, and 44B are formed into narrow widths, and the two ends of the chain belt 40 in the width direction and between the plurality of polyolefin portions arranged in the width direction are set as plate-shaped portions 433A, 433B, 434A, and 434B formed by the polyester portions 43A, 43B. The bonding area of B, 44A, 44B and the polyester parts 43A, 43B is minimized, and the deformation of the zipper tape 40 caused by warpage etc. in the bonding part is suppressed.

Furthermore, the double zipper of the example described above with reference to FIG. 5 can also be used in other examples. For example, in the example shown in FIG. 4, a double slide fastener may be comprised by protruding from the mutually opposing surfaces of the base strip piece 411A, 411B respectively by two engaging parts 212A, 212B. Moreover, in the example shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, a double slide fastener may be comprised by protruding from the mutually opposing surfaces of the base part strip 211A, 211B respectively by two engaging parts 212A, 212B. In the following other embodiments and variations, the double zipper can also be constituted by protruding from the opposing surfaces of the base strips respectively by two engaging portions. Alternatively, three or more engaging portions may respectively protrude from the opposing surfaces of the base strips.

(third embodiment) Fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view of a bag with a clip chain belt according to a third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 6 , the bag 3 with a fastener tape according to the third embodiment includes a film 10 and a fastener tape 60 . In addition, since the structure of the film 10 is the same as that of the said 1st Embodiment, repeated description is abbreviate|omitted below.

63A、63B。As shown in FIG. 6 , the fastener tape 60 includes a first member 60A fused to the first surface 11A of the film 10 and a second member 60B fused to the second surface 11B. The first member 60A and the second member 60B each include polyolefin portions 61A, 61B, adhesive resin layers 62A, 62B, and polyester portions 63A, 63B.

The polyolefin portions 61A, 61B are formed of a resin composition mainly composed of polyolefin as in the first embodiment, and include base strips 611A, 611B, and engaging portions 212A, 212B protruding from the opposing surfaces of the base strips 611A, 611B, respectively. In addition, since the engagement parts 212A and 212B are the same as those of the above-mentioned first embodiment, repeated descriptions are omitted. The base strip pieces 611A, 611B have the surface on the engaging portion 212A, 212B side and the surface on the opposite side, similarly to the first embodiment. In addition, in this embodiment, step portions 614A, 614B having shapes corresponding to the folded portions 633A, 633B of the polyester portions 43A, 43B described below are formed at both ends of the base strips 611A, 611B in the width direction (the up-and-down direction in FIG. 6 ) of the zipper tape 60 . In this embodiment, the step portions 614A, 614B are part of the surfaces of the base strips 611A, 611B on the engaging portion 212A, 212B side.

The polyester parts 63A and 63B are formed of a resin composition mainly composed of polyester as in the second embodiment, and cover the surfaces of the base strips 611A and 611B opposite to the engaging parts 212A and 212B to form joint surfaces 231A and 231B. In addition, the polyester portions 63A, 63B include rising portions 432A, 432B covering the end faces 213A, 213B of the base strip pieces 611A, 611B in the width direction of the fastener tape 60 . Furthermore, in this embodiment, the polyester part 63A, 63B includes the folded part 633A, 633B which covers the step part 614A, 614B of the base strip piece 611A, 611B. Here, the folded portions 633A, 633B are portions where the respective front ends of the raised portions 432A, 432B raised at both ends in the width direction in the cross-sectional shape of the polyester portions 63A, 63B are bent so as to be folded back toward the inside in the width direction. As described above, in the present embodiment, the step portions 614A, 614B are part of the surfaces on the side of the engaging portions 212A, 212B of the base strip pieces 611A, 611B. Therefore, the folded-back portions 633A, 633B partially cover the surfaces on the side of the engaging portions 212A, 212B of the base strips 611A, 611B. Furthermore, in other examples, the base strip may have a substantially rectangular cross-section without forming a step, and the folded portions 633A, 633B partially cover the flat surface on the engaging portion side of the base strip.

The resin layers 62A and 62B are formed of polyethylene, acid-modified polyolefin, monomer-ethylene copolymer containing epoxy group, copolymer of ethylene-(meth)acrylate and dicarboxylic acid anhydride monomer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-isobutyl acrylate copolymer, polyamide resin, thermoplastic polyester, polyvinyl acetate and its copolymer, styrene/polyester/olefin elastic system, etc., as in the first embodiment. The surface on the side opposite to the engaging portion 212A, 212B wraps the end surfaces 213A, 213B, and the step portions 614A, 614B, and is formed between the polyester portions 63A, 63B.

In this embodiment, the same effect as that of the above-mentioned second embodiment is obtained. In addition, in addition to covering the end faces 213A, 213B in the width direction of the base strips 611A, 611B, the polyester portions 63A, 63B also cover a part of the surface on the side of the engaging portion 212A, 212B, thereby more reliably preventing the first member 60A and the second member 60B of the zipper tape 60 from being connected to the first surface 11A of the film 10. Pinholes are formed in the side seal portion 13 (see FIG. 1 ) that is joined to the second surface 11B. More specifically, for example, when the side seal portion 13 is formed by fusion, if the resin of the polyolefin portions 61A, 61B is melted and passes over the raised portions 432A, 432B, and comes into contact with the resin of the sealant layer on the first surface 11A or the second surface 11B, pinholes may be formed due to low fusion between the resins. In this embodiment, since the polyester portions 63A, 63B cover the surfaces on the engaging portion 212A, 212B side of the base strips 611A, 611B with the folded portions 633A, 633B, it is possible to more reliably prevent the formation of pinholes due to the contact between the resin of the polyolefin portions 61A, 61B and the resin of the sealant layer on the first surface 11A or the second surface 11B. Furthermore, even if it is not the shape called the turned-back portion 633A, 633B, the same effect can be obtained when the polyester portion 63A, 63B has a shape that can partially cover the surface of the engaging portion 212A, 212B side of the base strips 211A, 211B.

614A、614B。 (variation example) Fig. 7 is a cross-sectional view of a bag with a clip chain belt according to a modification of the third embodiment. In the bag 3A with clip chain belt shown in FIG. 7 , the folded portions 633A, 633B of the polyester portions 63A, 63B are extended to reach the roots of the engaging portions 212A, 212B. Also in this case, the roots of the engaging portions 212A, 212B are not covered by the folded portions 633A, 633B. Therefore, the surface of the engaging portions 212A, 212B sides of the base strips 211A, 211B partially covered by the polyester portions 63A, 63B is the same as the example described above with reference to FIG. 6 . However, in the example of FIG. 7, the step portions 614A, 614B are not formed.

In the above-mentioned second and third embodiments, it is possible to prevent the formation of pinholes when the side seal portions 13 are formed in the bags 2 and 3 with fastener tape. In the case where the inner layer of the film 10 is formed of a resin composition containing PET, the bag with the clip fastener has excellent fragrance retention, but the fragrance retention can be further improved by preventing the formation of pinholes. Furthermore, even when there is no structure for preventing the formation of pinholes like the first embodiment, there are cases where conspicuous pinholes are not formed due to the material or size of the polyolefin parts 21A, 21B, and there are also cases where the formation of pinholes can be tolerated due to the performance required for the bag 1 with clip fastener. For the same reason, the second and third embodiments can also be appropriately selected according to the necessity and degree of preventing the formation of pinholes.

Fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view of a bag with a clip chain belt according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In the bag 4 with a zipper tape shown in FIG. 8 , in the first part 70A, 70B of the zipper tape 70 , the engagement portion of the polyolefin portion 71A, 71B forms a sealed engagement portion where the male member 712A and the female member 712B are in surface contact with each other. Such a sealed engagement portion is described in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-268445. In this embodiment, the sealing performance and compressive strength of the bag 4 with the zipper belt can be improved by the sealed engaging portion of the zipper belt 70 including the male member 712A and the female member 712B. Furthermore, in the example shown in FIG. 8 , the polyolefin portions 71A and 71B include narrow base strips 411A and 411B similarly to the examples described above with reference to FIGS.

Example Using the bag 1 with the zipper belt of the first embodiment of the present invention described above with reference to FIG. 2 as Example 1, the bag 2 with the zipper belt of the second embodiment described with reference to FIG. The airtightness and the presence or absence of pinholes in the side seals 13 of the bags 1, 2, and 3 with zipper belts were evaluated.

After extruding and molding these raw material compositions with an extruder, the zipper belts 20 , 40 , and 60 are produced by water cooling.

Also, as a comparative example, in the zipper tape 20 of the first embodiment, the polyester parts 23A, 23B are omitted, and the zipper tape including the polyolefin parts 21A, 21B and the adhesive resin layers 22A, 22B is produced by the same raw material composition and molding method as above, and is bonded to the same film 10 as that of the first embodiment to form a bag with a zipper tape.

Table 1 shows the evaluation results of the heat sealability and the presence or absence of pinholes in Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples. The evaluation method is as follows.

(1) heat sealing Using the "thermal gradient testing machine" manufactured by Toyo Seiki Seisakusho Co., Ltd., using a laminated film of PET#12/heat-sealable PET#20 (total thickness 32 μ), seal the zipper tapes of Examples 1 to 3 and the comparative example with the laminated film at a sealing time of 1.0 seconds, a sealing pressure of 2.0 MPa, and a sealing temperature of 180°C to obtain evaluation samples. The heat-sealing strength (N/15 mm) of the zipper tape and the lamination per 15 mm in width was measured for the evaluation sample using a "digital force gauge" manufactured by IMADA Corporation. In addition, the tensile speed at the time of seal strength measurement was set to 300 mm/min. In Table 1, the case where the heat seal strength was 15 (N/15 mm) or more was set as OK, and the case where it was less than 15 (N/15 mm) was shown as NG.

(2) Presence or absence of pinholes The alcohol colored with the ink was sealed into the pouches with zipper tapes of Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Example, and the presence or absence of pinholes in the side sealing portion 13 was evaluated. In Table 1, the case where the alcohol after coloring did not leak from the side seal part was set as OK, and the case where the alcohol after coloring leaked from the side seal part was made into NG, and is shown.

[表1] [Table 1]

1。According to the above examples and comparative examples, in each embodiment of the present invention, it was shown that the heat sealability of the zipper tape with respect to the sealant layer formed of the resin composition containing heat-sealable PET as the main polymer is improved. Also, regarding the pinholes of the side seals, compared with Examples 2 and 3, the degree of improvement in Example 1 is small, but as mentioned above, Example 1 can also be selected according to the necessity and degree of preventing the formation of pinholes.
