隨著石化產品的普及增加與高科技產業的發展,工業所產生的廢氣也逐漸增加,污染日趨嚴重,造成對我們生活環境品質有極大的威脅性,因此,如何有效確保所排放的廢氣能穩定的符合排放規範,以避免造成空氣污染為眾所努力之目標;例如常見的焚化爐煙氣過濾設備,在執行過程中通常會選擇SCR處理系統,以確保排放的煙氣能符合空汙防制法的標準,但多數廠商偶爾還是會發生超標的現象,其追究原因,其主要在於每個過濾設備都有一定能處理的最大量,而常常因為燃燒量過大造成瞬間排煙流數增加,或者因為燃燒物種的不同而造成廢氣中所含的汙染物濃度增加,使得過濾設備中觸媒裝置無法有效轉換,而導致排出的廢氣內所含的有害物質超標之現象;再者,每隔一段時間後,都必須更換過濾設備中的觸媒裝置以確保過濾品質,然而每次更換觸媒裝置都是高成本的維護消耗,因此如何提升過濾品質,又可延長原本過濾設備之使用壽命為所需改善之目標。With the increasing popularity of petrochemical products and the development of high-tech industries, the waste gas produced by industry is gradually increasing, and the pollution is becoming more and more serious, which poses a great threat to the quality of our living environment.
