A replaceable auxiliary filtering unit applied to a filtering device which includes a plurality of openings formed on a ventilation channel of a catalytic reaction tower. On each of the openings is disposed an auxiliary filtering unit which is arranged between any two catalytic reaction bricks inside the catalytic reaction tower. The auxiliary filtering unit includes a filtering frame and a catalytic fiber blanket. The catalytic fiber blanket is adapted to filter waste gas discharged from a pipeline. The auxiliary filtering unit can be replaced and cleaned, which ensures that the concentration of the discharged contaminant meets the requirement, attains the function of convenient replacement, prolongs the life of the catalytic reaction bricks, and decreases maintenance costs.
