Description

Spraying systems and methods of use

The present application relates to the technical field of spraying equipment, in particular to a spraying system and its usage method.

In the prior art, the spraying of building exterior walls is usually done manually. Operators use lifting platforms, cages or scaffolds to climb on the outer walls of buildings to perform high-altitude operations. In order to ensure construction safety, operators need to be trained and certified and have construction licenses for high-altitude operations. However, it takes a considerable amount of time to develop qualified operators. Furthermore, even if the operator has a qualified license, working at heights still has certain risks. If the sprayed pattern is more complex, it will be a test for the experience and skills of the operators. The problems faced by spraying work are not limited to this. When the exterior walls of buildings have complex shapes and structures, the difficulty of construction will also increase significantly. Therefore, how to improve the accuracy and aesthetics of the spraying operation and reduce the high cost and high risk caused by the use of manpower has become an urgent problem in the technical field.

In practical applications, the spraying system of the present application can be widely applied to the exterior walls of completed buildings, such as flat RC walls, steel mesh grouting walls, or any suitable flat walls.

15。Please refer to FIG. 2 , which is a schematic diagram of a lifting device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in the figure, the lifting device 1 includes a sliding rail 10 , a base frame 11 , a lifting rope 12 , a driving device 13 , a positioning device 14 , and a counterweight device 15 .

The slide rail 10 extends along the first direction DR1. In this embodiment, the slide rails 10 are double slide rails arranged at intervals and arranged in sequence along the edge of the building. However, the present application is not limited thereto. In some embodiments, the slide rail 10 can also be a single slide rail, three slide rails or other numbers of slide rails to cope with different construction environments.

The base frame 11 is movably disposed on the slide rail 10 . One end of the lifting rope 12 is disposed on the base frame 11 , and the other end is connected to the spraying equipment 2 , wherein the lifting rope 12 extends along the second direction DR2 . With the base frame 11 movable in the first direction DR1 and the lifting rope 12 stretchable in the second direction DR2, the spraying equipment 2 connected with the lifting rope 12 can be moved on the outer wall of the building. In some embodiments, the lift rope 12 may be a steel cable, or any rope known to those of ordinary skill in the art.

In some embodiments, the driving device 13 may be a closed-loop motor, such as a stepping motor, a servo motor, or an induction motor, but is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the driving device 13 can also be an open-loop motor, and is electrically connected to a remote server through wired/wireless communication, so as to receive control signals from the remote server.

The positioning device 14 is disposed on the base frame 11 , and the positioning device 14 is electrically connected to the driving device 13 to control the operation of the driving device 13 . For example, the positioning device 14 may adopt a barcode-type absolute positioning or a laser reflector alignment device to achieve precise alignment of the base frame 11 in the first direction DR1 .

The counterweight device 15 is arranged on the side of the slide rail 10 away from the lifting rope 12 , and the counterweight device 15 is connected to the base frame 11 . The counterweight of the counterweight device 15 can be adjusted according to the base frame 11 , the components on the base frame 11 and the suspended spraying equipment 2 to have the maximum safe carrying weight. The counterweight device 15 performs weight balance and absorbs the vibration generated by the lifting rope 12 during lifting, which can make the spraying equipment 2 connected to the lifting rope 12 more stable and improve the accuracy of construction.

25。Please refer to FIG. 3 and FIG. 5 , which are respectively a schematic diagram, an exploded diagram and an enlarged schematic diagram of a spraying equipment according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in the figure, the spraying equipment 2 is connected to the lifting equipment 1 and includes a stage 20 , a multi-axis transfer mechanism 21 , a spraying assembly 22 , a driving assembly 23 , a surface profile detector 24 and a control assembly 25 .

The carrier 20 is connected to the lifting rope 12 in the lifting device 1 through the driving component 23 , and the carrier 20 is used to carry other components in the spraying device 2 . In this embodiment, the stage 20 is connected to two lifting cables 12, but the present application is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, in order to make the load on the carrier 20 even, the carrier 20 can also be hung on the outer wall of the building by four or more lifting ropes 12 .

The multi-axis transfer mechanism 21 is disposed on the stage 20 . In some embodiments, the multi-axis transfer mechanism 21 may include a first sliding rail 210 , a first sliding seat 211 , a second sliding rail 212 , a second sliding seat 213 , a third sliding rail 214 , and a third sliding seat 215 . The first sliding rail 210 is disposed on the platform 20 and extends along the third direction DR3. The first sliding seat 211 is movably disposed on the first sliding rail 210 . The second sliding rail 212 is disposed on the first sliding seat 211 and extends along the first direction DR1 . The second sliding seat 213 is movably disposed on the second sliding rail 212 . The third sliding rail 214 is disposed on the second sliding seat 213 and extends along the second direction DR2. The third slide seat 215 is movably disposed on the third slide rail 214 , and the spray gun 220 in the spraying assembly 22 is disposed on the third slide seat 215 . The spray gun 220 can move in the three-axis directions through the slide rails extending along three directions (namely, the first direction DR1, the second direction DR2, and the third direction DR3) and the slide seats arranged on the slide rails, so as to realize fine spraying operations. Wherein, the first direction DR1 , the second direction DR2 and the third direction DR3 may be orthogonal to each other, but not limited thereto.

The spraying assembly 22 is disposed on the multi-axis transfer mechanism 21 and the stage 20 . In some embodiments, the spraying assembly 22 may include a spray gun 220 , a paint supply bucket 221 , an air pressure bucket 222 , and an air pressure control unit 223 . The spray gun 220 is movably disposed on the multi-axis transfer mechanism 21 . The paint supply bucket 221 is disposed on the platform 20 and is fluidly connected to the spray gun 220 . The air pressure barrel 222 is disposed on the platform 20 and is connected to the spray gun 220 with a pipe. The air pressure control unit 223 is disposed on the stage 20 and can be electronically controlled and matched with the air pressure barrel 222 . In some embodiments, the air pressure control unit 223 may include a meter and a three-point filter device to control the pressure of the air output from the air barrel 222 .

In practical applications, the spraying assembly 22 may also include other components to achieve paint spraying. For example, the paint used for spraying can be stored in the paint supply bucket 221 . When the liquid level sensing device in the spraying assembly 22 receives a signal, the rotary joint of the suction port of the paint supply bucket 221 starts to suck paint. The amount of paint supplied is controlled by automatically adjusting the throat of the rotary joint at the suction port, the piston seal ring and the pressure to control the degree of compression. Wherein, this adjustment method can prolong the service life of the piston sealing ring. The paint is then conveyed through cylinder pressure. When the liquid level sensing device in the spraying assembly 22 receives the material signal, the air valve connected to the air pressure barrel 222 is opened to deliver the paint to the delivery pipe for high-pressure painting. Finally, the transfer valve of the spray gun 220 is opened, so that the air and paint in the delivery pipe are sprayed by the spray gun 220 on the area to be sprayed (ie, the outer wall of the building).

During the spraying process, the ratio of paint to air, paint supply, application time, and spraying distance can be adjusted according to the effect of spraying. For example, the spraying distance can be 45-60cm from the outer wall, but it is not limited thereto. When the spray gun 220 is too close to the outer wall, the spraying operation can be temporarily stopped, and can be continued after the position of the spraying assembly 22 is moved to a safe distance. It should be reminded that the above description is only an implementation mode of the present application, and should not be regarded as a limitation of the present application. In other embodiments, spray assembly 22 may also operate in a manner different from that described above.

The driving assembly 23 is arranged on the platform 20 , and the driving assembly 23 is connected to the lifting rope 12 in the lifting device 1 . In some embodiments, the driving component 23 can be a synchronous motor, and an encoder controls the stretching of the lifting rope 12 in the second direction DR2.

25。The surface profile detector 24 is disposed on the stage 20, and the surface profile detector 24 scans the area to be sprayed to obtain scanning information. For example, the surface profile detector can be a 3D scanner, which obtains profile data (ie, scan information) of the outer wall through detection, and transmits the data to the control unit 25 .

The control assembly 25 is disposed on the platform 20 , and the control assembly 25 is electrically connected to the lifting device 1 , the spraying assembly 22 , the driving assembly 23 , and the surface profile detector 24 . Before construction, the operator may pre-store the initial information corresponding to the exterior wall structure of the building in the control unit 25 . For example, the relevant parameters of the building (eg, the shape, size, inclination, or material of the outer wall, etc.) can be established as a model and stored in the control component 25 . During the spraying process, the control unit 25 compares the pre-stored initial information with the real-time scanning information to correct the spraying operation. That is to say, the control component 25 can control the operation of the lifting device 1 , the spraying component 22 and the driving component 23 after correction according to the scanning information and the pre-stored initial information, so as to realize highly precise spraying operation. Wherein, the correction of the spraying operation can be the distance between the spray gun 220 and the outer wall (that is, the position on the third direction DR3), the path of spraying (that is, the position on the first direction DR1 and/or the second direction DR2), the pressure of spraying, the amount of spraying, the angle of spraying, and the film thickness of spraying, etc., but not limited thereto.

In some embodiments, the spraying equipment 2 may further include a cover 26, which is disposed on the stage 20 to cover the spraying assembly 22, the driving assembly 23, the surface profile detector 24, and the control assembly 25 located on the stage 20. The outer cover 26 can be used for wind protection, so as to protect the above-mentioned components from being disturbed by strong wind and reducing the working precision during high-altitude operations.

Please also refer to FIG. 6 , which is a schematic diagram of an elastic component and an adsorption component according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in the figure, in some embodiments, the spraying device 2 may further include an elastic component 27, and the elastic component 27 is disposed on one side of the stage 20 adjacent to the area to be sprayed. One end of the elastic component 27 is disposed on the platform 20 , and the other end abuts against the outer wall of the building. For example, the elastic component 27 may include an upper roller 270 and a lower roller 271 , and the upper roller 270 and the lower roller 271 are disposed on one side of the stage 20 adjacent to the area to be sprayed. When the stage 20 is stretched and moved by the lifting rope 12 , the elastic component 27 can reduce the friction between the stage 20 and the outer wall. Alternatively, when the platform 20 is attacked by strong wind, the elastic component 27 can also reduce the positive impact between the platform 20 and the outer wall.

In some embodiments, the spraying device 2 may further include an adsorption assembly 28, which is disposed on one side of the stage 20 adjacent to the area to be sprayed. The adsorption component 28 is used for adsorbing the outer wall of the building, so that the carrier 20 can be fixed on the outer wall. In some embodiments, the suction component 28 may be a high-strength suction cup, but is not limited thereto.

Please refer to FIG. 7 , which is a flowchart of a method for using a spraying system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in the figure, the method of using the spray system includes:

Step S1: Establish initial information corresponding to the area to be sprayed. Among them, the establishment of initial information can be subdivided into: confirmation of the basic conditions of the building (outer layer, size, special conditions), preliminary graphics confirmation, drawing design planning, proofreading simulation drawing confirmation, etc.

25。Step S2: Store the initial information in the control unit 25.

Step S3: Scan the area to be sprayed by the surface profile detector 24 to obtain scanning information.

25。Step S4: Send the scan information to the control component 25 .

Step S5: Control the operation of the driving device 13, the driving component 23 and the spraying component 22 after the control component 25 corrects the data according to the scanning information and the initial information. Wherein, the operation of the driving device 13 refers to moving the lifting device 1 in the first direction DR1. The operation of the drive assembly 23 refers to stretching the lifting rope 12 in the second direction DR2. The operation of the spraying assembly 22 includes moving the spray gun 220 in the first direction DR1, the second direction DR2 and/or the third direction DR3, controlling the spraying angle of the spray gun 220, controlling the supply pressure and the supply amount of the paint supply bucket 221 and the air pressure bucket 222, etc.

In some embodiments, the paint may comprise one or more of a primer, a mid-coat, a stone festoon, and a clear top coat. Preferably, the primer, the intermediate paint, the stone festoon paint and the clear top coat can be sequentially applied to the exterior wall of the building. Among them, the stone floral paint can be sprayed by a large-capacity pressure tank, an airless spraying host, a high-pressure spraying tube, a pressure gauge head and a spray gun equipment. The primer, intermediate paint, and clear topcoat are sprayed using a pressure-controlled spraying machine, a high-pressure spraying hose, a pressure gauge head, and a spray gun. It should be reminded that the above configuration is only an implementation aspect of the present application, and should not be regarded as a limitation of the present application.

In some embodiments, the sprayed path can be divided into three layers. The first layer accounts for 50% of the amount of paint used, and its application path is to spray one continuous spray in the vertical direction and the transverse direction. The second coat takes up 30% to 40% of the paint and can be applied in a similar or identical manner to the first coat, or it can be adjusted to a standard pattern. The third layer is the repair layer, which accounts for 10% to 20% of the paint. The best practice is to maintain an overlapping area of 10% to 20% for each layer of spraying to achieve the uniformity and integrity of the entire area.

In some embodiments, when the lines of the festooned paint material on the exterior wall have a drooping phenomenon, it means that the amount of paint material used is too high, and it is necessary to adjust the pressure increase of the spray gun and the decrease of the supply pressure. Conversely, when the texture of the festoon paint on the exterior wall is damaged or atomized, it means that the amount of paint used is too small, and it is necessary to adjust the pressure of the spray gun to decrease and the pressure of the supply to increase.

In some embodiments, the angle between the spray gun 220 and the outer wall can also be adjusted according to actual conditions. For example, the spraying angle can be between 15° and 90°. The preferred spraying angle can be 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, 90° or any combination of the above values.

To sum up, various beneficial effects can be achieved by operating the above-mentioned spraying system and its usage method. For example, the pattern to be sprayed is made by a professional draftsman and automatically sprayed by the spraying system. As a result, thick patterns are sprayed with high integrity and very low error rates. In addition, the spraying system can continue to work during the construction time, which is more efficient than manpower that needs to rest. Finally, the spraying system can reduce the use of manpower to reduce the danger of working at heights. Therefore, the present application realizes a high-precision, low error rate, high-efficiency, high-safety spraying equipment and its use method to solve the difficulties faced in the prior art.

However, the above-mentioned ones are only the embodiments of this application, and are not used to limit the scope of implementation of this application.
