Abstract

The present invention provides a washing machine in which a user can easily determine that the output information of the washing machine is information related to an external device. The washing machine (100) washes the laundry. A washing machine (100) includes an operation display unit (3), a first display unit (32), and a second display unit (42). The operation display unit (3) receives instructions to the washing machine (100). The first display part (32) displays information related to the first machine (51). The second display part (42) displays information related to the second machine (52). The first display unit (32) is provided at a position separated from the installation position of the operation display unit (3).

The present invention relates to washing machines.

The washing machine described in Patent Document 1 includes a main body, a water tank, a rotating drum, and a cover. The main body has an opening at the front for taking out and putting in laundry. The water tank is swingably supported in the main body. The roller is enclosed in the water tank. The lid covers the opening of the main body in a freely openable and closable manner. An operation display portion is disposed on the upper surface of the cover. The operation display unit has input means and display means.

In recent years, external devices (Wi-Fi adapters with communication functions, bath water pumps, washing auxiliary devices, etc.) having functions different from those of the original washing machines are often connected to the washing machines. Usually, not only washing machine information but also external equipment information are displayed on the display means of the operation display unit. The washing machine information indicates information related to the washing machine. The external device information indicates information related to an external device that is separate from the washing machine.

However, if not only washing machine information but also external equipment information is displayed on the display means of the operation display part, a plurality of pieces of information of different types are displayed at the installation position of the operation display part. Therefore, if the external device information is displayed at the installation position of the operation display part and the washing machine information is also displayed on the display part, the user may not be able to easily make a judgment. In addition, in a general washing machine, washing machine information is displayed at the installation position of the operation display unit. Therefore, if operating If the installation position of the display unit displays the information of the external equipment and also displays the information of the washing machine, the user may make a preconceived judgment.

An object of the present invention is to provide a washing machine in which a user can easily determine that information output from the washing machine is information related to an external device.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, a washing machine washes laundry. The washing machine includes an operation display unit and an external machine display unit. The operation display unit receives instructions to the washing machine. The external device display unit displays information related to the external device. The external device display unit is provided at a position separated from the installation position of the operation display unit.

According to the present invention, the user can easily determine that the information output from the washing machine is related to the external equipment.

A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, the same reference symbol is attached|subjected to the same or a corresponding part in a figure, and the description is not repeated.

Referring to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, a washing machine 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a washing machine 100 .

As shown in FIG. 1 , washing machine 100 includes housing 1 , door 2 , operation display unit 3 , water supply hose connection unit 4 , and drain hose connection unit 5 .

Hereinafter, the user's position of the washing machine 100 when the user operates the operation display unit 3 in a normal posture is defined as the front, and the front, rear, left, and right directions, and the up and down directions are defined.

The case 1 has a hollow substantially square prism shape. The box body 1 has a front part 1a, a back part 1b, a pair of side parts 1c, and a top part 1d. The front part 1a is located in front of the back part 1b. A pair of side part 1c is arrange|positioned at intervals mutually in the left-right direction. One of the pair of side parts 1c is provided continuously to the left side of the front part 1a and the left side of the back part 1b. The other side part 1c of a pair is provided continuously with the right side part of the front part 1a, and the right side part of the back part 1b. The top surface part 1d is provided continuously with the upper part of the front part 1a, the upper part of the back part 1b, and the upper part of a pair of side part 1c.

The door 2 is a substantially plate-shaped member. The door 2 is rotatably installed on the box body 1 . The door 2 is provided in the front part of the front part 1a.

The door 2 is an example of the opening and closing part of this invention.

The door 2 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2 . In FIG. 1 , door 2 of washing machine 100 is in closed state A. As shown in FIG. The closed state A represents a state in which the door 2 is closed. In FIG. 2 , door 2 of washing machine 100 is in open state B. As shown in FIG. The open state B represents a state in which the door 2 is opened.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 , the door 2 has a first door portion 21 and a second door portion 22 . The first door portion 21 extends substantially in the vertical direction. On the upper part of the first door part 21, the second door part 22 is provided in a row. The second door portion 22 is inclined from the upper portion of the first door portion 21 toward the housing 1 side.

The 1st door part 21 has the 1st surface part 21a, and the 1st back part 21b.

The first surface portion 21a and the first back surface portion 21b are substantially plate-shaped members. The first back surface portion 21b is located on the back side of the first surface portion 21a. When the door 2 is in the closed state A, the first surface portion 21a faces forward. When the door 2 is in the closed state A, the first back surface portion 21b faces backward.

When the door 2 is in the closed state A, the door 2 faces the box body 1 from the front. Specifically, when the door 2 is in the closed state A, the first rear surface 21b of the door 2 faces the front surface 1a of the box 1 .

The first display part 32 is provided on the first surface part 21 a of the door 2 . The description of the first display unit 32 will be described later.

The 2nd door part 22 has the 2nd surface part 22a, and the 2nd back part 22b.

The second surface portion 22a and the second back surface portion 22b are substantially plate-shaped members. The second back portion 22b is located on the back side of the second surface portion 22a. When the door 2 is in the closed state A, the second surface portion 22a faces upward and forward. When the door 2 is in the closed state A, the second back surface portion 22b faces rearward and downward.

Operation display unit 3 receives instructions to washing machine 100 . The instruction to washing machine 100 is, for example, an instruction to use a function of washing machine 100 . The operation display unit 3 includes, for example, a washing machine operation unit for inputting instructions to the washing machine 100 such as operation keys. The user instructs the washing machine 100 to operate, for example, a washing operation, a flushing operation, a dehydration operation, and a drying operation through the operation display unit 3 .

Moreover, the washing machine information display part which displays the information related to the washing machine 100 is included in the operation display part 3. The washing machine information display part is arranged around the washing machine operation part.

Information related to the washing machine 100, for example, information indicating that an error occurred during the operation of the washing machine 100, information indicating that the washing machine 100 is in operation, information indicating the operation content of the washing machine 100, and information indicating that the washing machine 100 is input through the washing machine operating unit The information indicating the content of the instruction, and the information indicating the operation status of the washing machine 100 indicating that the washing machine 100 is in standby.

The operation display unit 3 is provided on the door 2 . In the first embodiment, the operation display unit 3 is provided on the second surface portion 22a of the second door portion 22 . Since the second surface portion 22a is directed upward and forward, the user can easily visually recognize the operation display portion 3 . As a result, the user can easily operate the operation display unit 3 . In addition, the position where the operation display part 3 is installed is not specifically limited. In the second embodiment, the operation display unit 3 may also be provided on the housing 1 .

A water supply hose (not shown) can be connected to the water supply hose connection part 4 . The water supply hose is connected to the water cock. Water used in washing operation such as washing operation and flushing operation is supplied to the inside of housing 1 via a water supply hose.

The inside of the housing 1 represents a space surrounded by a front surface 1a, a rear surface 1b, a pair of side surfaces 1c, and a top surface 1d.

A drain hose (not shown) can be connected to the drain hose connection portion 5 . The washing machine 100 discharges the water used in the washing operation to the outside of the casing 1 through the water supply hose.

The washing machine 100 also includes a hinge mechanism 6 . The hinge mechanism 6 rotatably supports the door 2 with respect to the box body 1 . The hinge mechanism 6 is located between the box body 1 and the door 2 .

The door 2 has a lock claw 23 for bringing the door 2 into the closed state A. As shown in FIG. Moreover, the door lock 10 which engages with the locking claw 23 is provided in the case 1 side.

When the locking claw 23 enters the door lock 10 and engages, the door 2 enters the closed state A. During operation, the lock pawl 23 is held by the door lock 10, and the door cannot be opened. Moreover, when the lock pawl 23 separates from the door lock 10 when the lock is released, the door 2 changes from the closed state A to the open state B.

Washing machine 100 further includes storage unit 7 .

In the storage part 7, the 1st equipment 51 can be accommodated. The first machine 51 is separate from the washing machine 100 . The first machine 51 is, for example, a portable washing machine such as an ultrasonic washer (registered trademark) that cleans clothes using ultrasonic waves. In addition, the 1st appliance 51 should just be what can be accommodated in the storage part 7, and is not limited to a portable washing appliance.

The housing portion 7 is formed in the box body 1 . In the first embodiment, the housing portion 7 is formed on the front portion 1a. The housing portion 7 has a recessed portion 7a. The concave portion 7 a has a shape recessed from an opening formed on the outer surface of the box 1 toward the inside of the box 1 . The first device 51 is accommodated in the housing portion 7, which means that the first device 51 is arranged in the concave portion 7a.

The first device 51 is an example of the external device of the present invention. The external device has, for example, a function different from that of a normal washing machine or an auxiliary function.

When the door 2 is in the closed state A, the door 2 faces the accommodating part 7 from the front.

Washing machine 100 further includes opening 8, drum 9, and a water tank (not shown).

The opening 8 communicates with the inside of the box 1 and the outside of the box 1 . The opening 8 is formed in the case 1 . In the first embodiment, the opening portion 8 is formed in the front portion 1a. When the door 2 is in the closed state A, the door 2 faces the opening 8 . As a result, when the door 2 is in the closed state A, the opening 8 is blocked by the door 2 .

The drum 9 and the water tank are arranged inside the casing 1 .

Laundry can be accommodated in the drum 9 . The drum 9 is rotatably supported. The drum 9 communicates with the opening 8 . The drum 9 is an example of the washing tank of the present invention. The water tank is arranged outside the drum 9 .

Laundry is taken out through the opening 8 and put into the drum 9 . The laundry is washed by rotating the drum 9 while the laundry, water, and detergent are accommodated in the drum 9 .

Next, the washing machine 100 will be further described with reference to FIG. 3 . FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the washing machine 100 showing a state in which the first appliance 51 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 7 .

As shown in FIG. 3 , the first device 51 is accommodated in the accommodation portion 7 . In a state in which the first device 51 is accommodated in the housing portion 7, the first device 51 is located behind the front portion 1a. As a result, the door 2 can be in the closed state A (see FIG. 1 ) without interfering with the first device 51 in a state where the first device 51 is housed in the housing portion 7 .

When the door 2 is in the closed state A in a state where the first device 51 is housed in the housing portion 7 , the door 2 faces the first device 51 from the front. Thus, the first machine 51 is covered by the door 2 . As a result, the user cannot visually recognize the first device 51 (see FIG. 1 ) through the door 2 .

Next, the washing machine 100 will be further described with reference to FIG. 1 , FIG. 4 , and FIG. 5 . FIG. 4 is a block diagram of the washing machine 100 .

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4 , the washing machine 100 further includes a charging part 11 , a connecting part 12 , and a detecting part 13 .

The charging unit 11 outputs a charging current for charging the first device 51 . Charging unit 11 includes, for example, a circuit that generates a charging current from a commercial power supply voltage supplied to washing machine 100 .

The connecting portion 12 is a terminal having conductivity. The connecting portion 12 is disposed on the receiving portion 7 . The connection unit 12 is connected to the charging unit 11 . Furthermore, in the third embodiment, the first device 51 may be charged by non-contact charging from the charging unit 11 . In this case, the connecting portion 12 does not exist.

When the first device 51 is accommodated in the housing portion 7 (see FIG. 3 ), the first device 51 comes into contact with the connection portion 12 . When the first device 51 is in contact with the connection part 12, the charging part 11 is charged via the connection part 12. The first device 51 is charged. Specifically, the charging unit 11 charges the battery mounted on the first device 51 .

The detecting part 13 is a sensor for detecting whether the first device 51 is accommodated in the accommodating part 7 . The detection unit 13 is, for example, a touch sensor. The detection part 13 is disposed in the receiving part 7 .

For example, when the first device 51 is accommodated in the storage part 7 , the first device 51 is in direct or indirect contact with the detection part 13 . As a result, the detection unit 13 detects that the first device 51 is stored in the storage unit 7 . In view of this, when the first device 51 is removed from the receiving part 7, the contact of the first device 51 with respect to the detection part 13 is released. As a result, the detection unit 13 detects that the first device 51 is not stored in the storage unit 7 .

Washing machine 100 further includes communication unit 14 .

The communication unit 14 is a device for communicating with the second device 52 . The communication unit 14 is provided, for example, inside the housing 1 . The communication unit 14 is capable of communicating with an electronic device equipped with a communication device using the same communication method (protocol). In the first embodiment, the communication unit 14 wirelessly communicates with the second device 52 via a network such as a LAN (Local Area Network). The communication unit 14 is, for example, a communication module (communication device) such as a LAN board.

The second machine 52 is, for example, an information terminal capable of wireless communication such as a smart phone, a PC (Personal Computer), and a smart speaker.

The second machine 52 is two examples of the external machine of the present invention.

The washing machine 100 further includes a first display unit 30 .

FIG. 5 is a sectional view of the door 2 provided with the first display unit 30 .

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 , the first display unit 30 has a first light source 31 and a first display portion 32 .

The first light source 31 emits light. The first light source 31 is, for example, an LED (Light Emitting Diode).

The first display unit 32 is an example of an external device display unit of the present invention. The external device display unit displays information related to the external device, for example, when the external device and the washing machine are connected by wire or wirelessly.

The first display unit 32 displays information related to the first device 51 .

The first display part 32 covers the first light source 31 . The first display portion 32 is a member that transmits light. The first display unit 32 outputs the light emitted from the first light source 31 to the outside of the washing machine 100 . The first display unit 32 is disposed below the operation display unit 3 .

The first door portion 21 also has a first space portion 21c. The first space part 21c is a space located between the first surface part 21a and the first back part 21b. The first surface portion 21a and the first back portion 21b face away from each other across the first space portion 21c. The first light source 31 is arranged in the first space portion 21c.

The first door portion 21 also has a first hole portion 21d. The first hole portion 21d is formed in the first surface portion 21a. The first hole portion 21d communicates with the first space portion 21c and the outside of the door 2 . The first display portion 32 is fixed to the first hole portion 21d.

The first light source 31 faces the first display unit 32 . When 2 is in the closed state A, the light emitted by the first light source 31 is output to the front of the door 2 via the first display portion 32 . Furthermore, the position of the first light source 31 is not particularly limited. The first light source 31 may be installed at a position where light can be emitted through the first display unit 32 .

The first display unit 32 is provided near the housing unit 7 .

The vicinity of the housing portion 7 means, for example, at least one of the periphery of the housing portion 7 , a position adjacent to the housing portion 7 , and a position directly or indirectly facing the housing portion 7 .

In the first embodiment, when the door 2 is in the closed state A, the first display unit 32 faces the storage unit 7 across the door 2 . Therefore, when the door 2 is in the closed state A, the first display unit 32 is provided near the storage unit 7 .

Since the first display part 32 is disposed near the storage part 7 , when the first device 51 is stored in the storage part 7 , the first device 51 is located near the first display part 32 . In this case, the first display unit 32 displays information in a state where the first device 51 is located near the first display unit 32 . As a result, the user can easily visually recognize that the information related to the first device 51 is displayed on the first display unit 32 .

It should be noted that the first display unit 32 may be provided in a position separated from the installation position of the operation display unit 3 , and may be provided in the vicinity of the housing unit 7 . By not limiting the installation position of the first display part 32 to the vicinity of the housing part 7, the degree of freedom of the installation position of the first display part 32 can be improved.

As described above with reference to FIGS. 1 , 4 , and 5 , the first display unit 32 is provided at a position separated from the installation position of the operation display unit 3 . Therefore, the first display unit 32 is not provided around the operation display unit 3 . As a result, the user can easily determine that the information output from the washing machine 100 is information related to the first appliance 51 .

Also, when the door 2 is in the closed state A, the first display unit 32 faces the storage unit 7 via the door 2 . Therefore, when the door 2 is in the closed state A (refer to FIG. 1 ) in the state where the first device 51 is housed in the housing portion 7 (see FIG. 1 ), although the user cannot visually recognize the first device 51 due to the obstruction of the door 2 , The first display portion 32 can be visually recognized. As a result, the user can visually recognize the first display unit 32 and obtain information related to the first device 51 .

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4 , the washing machine 100 further includes a second display unit 40 .

The second display unit 40 has a second light source 41 and a second display portion 42 .

The second light source 41 emits light. The second light source 41 is, for example, an LED (Light Emitting Diode) module.

The second display unit 42 is two examples of the external device display unit of the present invention.

The second display unit 42 displays information related to the second machine 52 .

The second display part 42 covers the second light source 41 . The second display portion 42 is a member that transmits light. The second display unit 42 outputs the light emitted from the second light source 41 to the outside of the washing machine 100 .

The second display unit 42 is provided, for example, on the top surface portion 1d of the housing 1 . In the first embodiment, the second display unit 42 is provided on the top surface portion 1d of the housing 1 . The second display unit 42 is arranged at a distance from the operation display unit 3 in the left-right direction. The second light source 41 is provided, for example, in a space formed on the back side of the top surface portion 1d of the housing 1 .

As described above with reference to FIGS. 1 and 4 , the second display unit 42 is provided at a position separated from the installation position of the operation display unit 3 . Therefore, the second display portion 42 is not provided around the operation display portion 3 . As a result, the user can easily determine that the information output from the washing machine 100 is information related to the second appliance 52 .

As shown in FIG. 4 , the washing machine 100 further includes a storage part 15 and a control part 16 .

The storage unit 15 includes a main storage device (for example, semiconductor memory) such as ROM (Read Only Memory) and RAM (Random Access Memory), and may further include an auxiliary storage device (for example, a hard disk drive). The storage unit 15 stores various computer programs executed by the control unit 16 .

The control unit 16 includes processors such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit) and an MPU (Micro Processing Unit). Control unit 16 controls each element of washing machine 100 . Specifically, the processor of the control unit 16 controls the operation display unit 3 , the charging unit 11 , the detection unit 13 , the communication unit 14 , the storage unit 15 , and the first display unit by executing the computer program stored in the storage unit 15 . 30, and the second display unit 40.

Next, information displayed on the first display unit 32 will be described with reference to FIG. 4 , (a) of FIG. 6 , (a) of FIG. 7 , (a) of FIG. 8 , and FIG. 9 .

(a) of FIG. 6 is the 1st front view of the washing machine 100. As shown in FIG. (a) of FIG. 7 is the 2nd front view of the washing machine 100. As shown in FIG. (a) of FIG. 8 is the 3rd front view of the washing machine 100. As shown in FIG. FIG. 9 is a table showing information displayed on the first display unit 32 .

As shown in FIG. 4 , the first light source 31 functions as a first information generation unit that generates information displayed on the first display unit 32 . The control unit 16 changes the information displayed on the first display unit 32 by controlling the first light source 31 .

(a) of FIG. 6 shows the first display unit 32 in the first off state α1. The first extinguished state α1 indicates a state in which the first light source 31 (see FIG. 4 ) is extinguished.

As shown in FIG. 6(a) and FIG. 9, when the first display unit 32 is in the first off state α1, the first display unit 32 displays first information indicating that the first device 51 is in an unaccommodated state. The unaccommodated state indicates a state in which the first device 51 is not accommodated in the accommodating portion 7 (see FIG. 2 ).

The first information is an example of information related to the first device of the present invention.

When the detection unit 13 detects that the first device 51 is not stored in the storage unit 7, the control unit 16 controls the first light source 31 so that the first display unit 32 is in the first off state α1. As a result, in the unaccommodated state, the first display unit 32 enters the first light-off state α1.

(a) of FIG. 7 shows the first display unit 32 in the first lighting state α2. The first lighting state α2 indicates a state in which the first light source 31 (see FIG. 4 ) is turned on.

As shown in (a) of Fig. 7 and Fig. 9, when the first display part 32 was in the first lighting state α2, the first display part 32 displayed that the first machine 51 was in a storage state, and the first machine 51 was The secondary information of the charging status. The storage state indicates a state in which the first device 51 is stored in the storage unit 7 (see FIG. 3 ). The state of charge indicates a state in which the charging unit 11 (see FIG. 2 ) is charging the first device 51 .

The second information is two examples of information related to the first device of the present invention.

When the detection unit 13 detects that the first device 51 is accommodated in the storage unit 7, and the charging unit 11 is charging the first device 51, the control unit 16 controls the first display unit 32 to be in the first off state α1. The first light source 31 . As a result, the first display unit 32 enters the first lighting state α2 when it is in the storage state and the charging state.

(a) of FIG. 8 shows the first display unit 32 in the first blinking state α3. The first blinking state α3 indicates a blinking state of the first light source 31 (see FIG. 4 ).

As shown in Fig. 8 (a) and Fig. 9, when the first display unit 32 is in the first blinking state α3, the first display unit 32 displays that the first machine 51 is in a housed state, and the first machine 51 is charging. The third information of the completion state. The charging completion state indicates a state in which charging of the first appliance 51 is completed.

The third information is three examples of information related to the first device of the present invention.

When the detection unit 13 detects that the first device 51 is accommodated in the storage unit 7, and the charging unit 11 is not charging the first device 51, the control unit 16 makes the first display unit 32 into the first blinking state α3. The first light source 31 is controlled. As a result, the first display unit 32 enters the first blinking state α3 when it is in the storage state and the charging completion state.

As described above with reference to FIG. 4 and FIG. 6( a ) to FIG. 9 , the first display unit 32 displays storage information indicating whether the first device 51 is stored in the storage unit 7 . Therefore, the user can visually recognize the first display portion 32 and recognize whether the first device 51 is accommodated in the storage portion 7 .

In addition, the first display unit 32 displays charging information indicating the charging status of the first device 51 . Therefore, the user can visually recognize the first display unit 32 and recognize that the first device 51 is being charged or that the first device 51 has been charged.

Furthermore, in the first embodiment, the first display unit 32 displays both storage information and communication information. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. In the fourth embodiment, the first display unit 32 may also display at least one of storage information and communication information.

Next, information displayed on the second display unit 42 will be described with reference to FIG. 4 , (b) of FIG. 6 , (b) of FIG. 7 , (b) of FIG. 8 , and FIG. 10 . (b) of FIG. 6 is a first enlarged view of the second display unit 42 . (b) of FIG. 7 is a second enlarged view of the second display unit 42 . (b) of FIG. 8 is a third enlarged view of the second display unit 42 . FIG. 10 is a table showing information displayed on the second display unit 42 .

As shown in FIG. 4 , the second light source 41 functions as a second information generation unit that generates information displayed on the second display unit 42 . The control unit 16 changes the information displayed on the second display unit 42 by controlling the second light source 41 .

(b) of FIG. 6 shows the second display unit 42 in the second off state β1. The second extinguished state β1 indicates a state in which the second light source 41 (see FIG. 4 ) is extinguished.

As shown in Fig. 6(b) and Fig. 10, when the second display part 42 is in the second extinguished state β1, the second display part 42 displays the fourth information indicating that the washing machine 100 and the second machine 52 are in a non-communication state. . The non-communication state shows the state which does not perform communication between the washing machine 100 and the 2nd appliance 52 (refer FIG. 4).

The fourth information is an example of information related to the second device of the present invention.

When the communication unit 14 of the washing machine 100 is not communicating with the second appliance 52, the control unit 16 controls the second light source 41 so that the second display unit 42 is in the second off state β1. As a result, in the non-communication state, the second display unit 42 enters the second off state β1.
