Abstract

A camera device for preventing dew condensation and a method of assembling the same are provided. The camera device for preventing dew condensation includes a housing, a light-transmissive sheet, a lens module and a waterproof seal. The light-transmissive sheet is sealed and combined with the housing. The lens module is accommodated in the housing, and is connected to and presses against the housing in a direction parallel to an optical axis of the lens module. The waterproof seal is disposed at a location where the lens module connected to the housing to provide a sealed connection. A sealed chamber is formed between the light-transmissive sheet, the housing, the waterproof seal and the lens module.
