Abstract

A remote diagnosis and treatment system and a remote diagnosis and treatment method are provided. The remote diagnosis and treatment method includes: transmitting, by a first terminal device, an identifier corresponding to a patient in a waiting queue to a server; transmitting, by the server, a dial signal to a second terminal device corresponding to the identifier; transmitting, by the second terminal device, a first reply signal corresponding to the dial signal to the server in response to receiving a first user operation; and establishing, by the server, an online clinic room according to the first reply signal, and adding the first terminal device and the second terminal device to the online clinic room.
