判斷所述申請請求中包含的申請數額是否小於或者等於所述授信額度; 若是,基於所述申請數額和所述用戶提交的所述作物地塊的地塊資訊,以所述用戶為合約參與方簽訂所述作物經營合約; 若否,表明所述用戶申請的額度超出該用戶的授信額度,向所述用戶發送申請的額度超出所述授信額度的提醒即可。 例如,支付平臺中的貸款應用向種植戶A開放申請助農貸款功能,種植戶A可通過該貸款應用申請進行種植生產經營活動的貸款,具體申請過程中,輸入相應的貸款申請額度,並通過觸發貸款應用的申請頁面配置的申請控制項來提交貸款請求,在獲取到種植戶A提交的貸款請求之後,基於貸款請求中攜帶的種植戶A的貸款申請額度,判斷種植戶A提交的貸款申請額度是否大於種植戶A的授信額度(假設為10000元);如果種植戶A提交的貸款申請額度小於10000元,則以種植戶A為借款方、資金提供方為借出方簽訂助農經營貸款合約,同時,在助農經營貸款合約中記錄種植戶A的作為地塊的作物種類、作物地塊所處的地塊座標資訊以及時間資訊等地塊資訊。 如上所述,所述用戶在種植生產經營活動中獲得資源扶持的前提,是以所述用戶的信用為擔保或者抵押,並在所述用戶的授信額度中扣除或者凍結相應的額度部分;可選的,本實施例所述合約資訊中包含所述作物經營合約的合約額度,所述用戶在基於所述授信額度簽訂所述作物經營合約之後,簽訂所述作物經營合約所使用的所述授信額度中所述合約額度對應的已用子額度被凍結;相應的,所述已用子額度在所述用戶履行所述作物經營合約中記錄的履約條款之後被恢復。 例如,種植戶A的授信額度為10000元,如果種植戶A申請6000元以供種植使用,則在簽訂作物經營合約之後10000元授信額度中的6000元被凍結;相應的,如果種植戶A償還了6000元中的部分或者全部,則相應的會在被凍結的授信額度中解凍償還的部分。 進一步,在檢測到授信處理通道的觸發控制項被觸發之後,向目標用戶展示目標應用下授信處理通道的授信申請頁面;其中,所述授信申請頁面配置有資訊登錄介面和授信申請控制項;所述身份資訊和所述地塊資訊基於所述資訊登錄介面進行登錄。相應的,下述步驟S104向目標用戶展示地圖頁面,在獲取到目標用戶針對所述授信申請控制項提交的申請指令的情況下,向目標用戶展示所述地圖頁面。 沿用上例,在檢測到貸款應用的應用頁面設置的提額控制項被種植戶A觸發之後,則在貸款應用中向種植戶A展示進行授信額度提額處理的申請頁面,如圖2所示,該申請頁面配置有資訊輸入視窗201和申請按鈕202,種植戶A可通過資訊輸入視窗201輸入姓名、身份證、手機號和即將登錄的作物地塊的地塊面積。 更進一步,所述授信申請頁面配置有地塊管理控制項,若檢測到所述地塊管理控制項被觸發,則查詢所述目標用戶的作物地塊並基於地塊管理頁面進行展示;在所述地塊管理頁面配置的返回控制項被觸發的情況下,返回所述授信申請頁面。 仍以支付平臺中的貸款應用為例,如圖2所示,申請頁面還配置有地塊添加按鈕203,若該地塊添加按鈕203被種植戶A觸發,則進入圖3所示的地塊管理頁面,該地塊管理頁面顯示有種植戶A已添加的5個作物地塊:地塊1為種植小麥的作物地塊,地塊2為種植馬鈴薯的作物地塊,地塊3為種植玉米的作物地塊,地塊4為種植水稻的作物地塊,地塊5為種植大豆的作物地塊;如果種植戶A想要在該地塊管理頁面繼續添加作物地塊,則點擊添加地塊按鈕301進行添加即可,具體的,添加地塊按鈕301被點擊之後,進入圖4所示的地圖頁面;如果種植戶A完成作物地塊的添加,則可通過點擊返回申請按鈕302返回圖2所示的申請頁面。 實際應用中,目標用戶攜帶的終端設備螢幕尺寸往往有限,並且終端設備上顯示的地圖頁面的地圖精度也存在一定的限制,在這種情況下,如果目標用戶的作物地塊的面積很小,很難在地圖頁面上標注出相應的作物地塊,或者標注出的作物地塊的面積非常小,導致作物地塊的標注準確度較低,本實施例提供的一種可選實施方式中,為了提升目標用戶在地圖頁面的標注體驗,以及提升目標用戶進行作物地塊標注的準確度,通過判斷所述地塊資訊中包含的地塊面積是否大於預設面積閾值,來決定是否採用地圖頁面標注的方式進行作物地塊添加,若所述地塊資訊中包含的地塊面積大於預設面積閾值,則執行下述步驟S104,向目標用戶展示地圖頁面; 另一方面,若所述地塊資訊中包含的地塊面積小於或者等於預設面積閾值,則借助目標用戶的終端設備進行作物地塊添加,具體的,首先獲取目標用戶的終端設備的定位資料,然後基於所述定位資料確定所述作物地塊的第二地塊邊界資訊;其次基於所述第二地塊邊界資訊計算所述作物地塊的第二標注面積;最後根據所述第二標注面積和所述用戶資料,確定所述目標用戶的第三授信額度。所述用戶資料,包括目標用戶在各類維度下的資料,比如,種植戶在信用維度的徵信數據,在資產維度的資產資料,在應用維度的應用使用資料。 例如,種植戶B在圖2所示的申請頁面輸入的作物地塊的地塊面積為4.8畝,小於預先設置的採用地圖頁面標注方式進行作物地塊標注的面積閾值8畝,在這種情況下,以種植戶B攜帶的移動終端的GPS定位資料,作為種植戶B待添加的作物地塊的地塊邊界資訊,按照這一邏輯,如果種植戶B攜帶移動終端繞著待添加的作物地塊移動一周,則通過種植戶B攜帶的移動終端的GPS定位資料,就能確定待添加的作物地塊整體的地塊邊界資訊,據此可以計算出待添加的作物地塊的地塊面積,還進一步根據計算出的地塊面積,結合種植戶B的用戶資料,確定種植戶B的授信額度,此處授信額度的確定過程與下述步驟S110類似,參見步驟S110提供的具體實現過程,在此不再贅述。 步驟S104,向所述目標用戶展示地圖頁面。 具體實施時,在向目標用戶展示地圖頁面的過程中,為了便於目標用戶基於展示的地圖頁面進行作物地塊標注,可根據目標用戶登錄的地塊資訊中包含的地塊面積,根據地塊面積與地圖頁面的地圖精度的對應關係,將地圖頁面顯示的地圖精度調整至與地塊面積相適配的精度,以提升目標用戶後續在地圖頁面進行作物地塊標注的效率。 此外,具體實施時,為了便於目標用戶更加直觀的查看作物地塊的添加過程,增強目標用戶對作物地塊添加過程的感知,本實施例提供的一種可選實施方式中,在向目標用戶展示地圖頁面的基礎上,獲取所述目標用戶的終端設備的定位資料,進一步確定所述定位資料在所述地圖頁面所屬地圖座標中映射的座標資訊,並在所述地圖頁面中更新所述座標資訊對應的座標標識,基於所述定位資料計算所述作物地塊的地塊面積,根據所述地塊面積、所述地塊資訊以及所述用戶資料,確定所述目標用戶的第二授信額度。 例如,圖4所示的地圖頁面,若該地圖頁面為向種植戶C展示的地圖頁面,則根據種植戶C攜帶的移動終端的GPS定位資料,確定該GPS定位資料在地圖頁面中對應的座標位置,並在地圖頁面中該座標位置顯示相應的標記,按照這一邏輯,如果種植戶C攜帶移動終端繞著待添加的作物地塊移動一周,則通過種植戶C攜帶的移動終端的GPS定位資料,就能確定待添加的作物地塊整體的地塊邊界資訊,並在地圖頁面顯示閉合的地塊邊界標記,據此,可以計算出待添加的作物地塊的地塊面積,還進一步根據計算出的地塊面積,結合種植戶C登錄的地塊資訊以及種植戶C的用戶資料,確定種植戶C的授信額度,此處授信額度的確定過程與下述步驟S110類似,參見步驟S110提供的具體實現過程,在此不再贅述。 步驟S106,若檢測到在所述地圖頁面輸入的標注動作,確定所述標注動作對應的地塊邊界資訊。 具體在確定所述標注動作對應的地塊邊界資訊的過程中,首先根據目標用戶在所述地圖頁面輸入的標注動作,確定所述標注動作在所述地圖頁面中對應的地圖邊界資訊,即:確定作物地塊在地圖維度的地塊邊界;然後根據地圖維度的地圖位置與實際地理區域緯度的地理位置的映射關係,確定所述地圖邊界資訊對應的地理位置邊界資訊,作為所述標注動作對應的地塊邊界資訊。 比如,根據種植戶A在圖4所示的地圖頁面輸入的標注動作,確定種植戶A輸入的標注動作在地圖頁面對應的地圖邊界資訊,並在地圖頁面顯示該地圖邊界資訊,如圖5所示;以及,根據地圖頁面的地圖邊界資訊與經緯度資訊的映射關係,確定種植戶A輸入的標注動作對應的經緯度資訊。 除此之外,在確定所述標注動作對應的地塊邊界資訊的過程中,還可以將地圖邊界資訊作為所述標注動作對應的地塊邊界資訊,後續步驟S108計算所述作物地塊的標注面積的過程中,將地圖邊界資訊轉化為實際邊界資訊,然後基於實際邊界資訊進行標注面積的計算。 實際應用中,往往會出現目標用戶進行的資訊登錄過程或者作物地塊標注過程被中斷,比如種植戶在添加多個作物地塊時發生中斷,退出圖2所示的申請頁面或者退出圖3所示的地塊管理頁面,在這種情況下,如果目標用戶想要繼續之前被中斷的資訊登錄過程或者作物地塊標注過程,需要重新執行之前已經執行的資訊登錄過程或者作物地塊標注過程,本實施例提供的一種可選實施方式中,為了提升避免目標用戶重複執行資訊登錄過程或者作物地塊標注過程,採用如下方式對被中斷的處理過程進行恢復: 1)儲存目標用戶登錄的所述身份資訊、所述地塊資訊和/或所述地塊邊界信息; 2)在檢測到目標用戶針對所述授信申請控制項提交的二次申請指令的情況下,判斷所述二次申請指令的提交時間與所述申請指令的提交時間之間的時間跨度是否大於預設時間閾值; 若是,讀取儲存的所述身份資訊、所述地塊資訊和/或所述地塊邊界資訊,並將所述身份資訊、所述地塊資訊更新至所述授信申請頁面並展示,和/或,將所述地塊邊界資訊對應的座標標識更新至所述地圖頁面並展示; 若否,表明目標用戶再次進行資訊登錄或者作物地塊標注的時間與之前進行資訊登錄或者作物地塊標注的時間之間的時間跨度較大,向目標用戶發出相應的提醒或者不作處理即可。 步驟S108,基於所述地塊邊界資訊計算所述作物地塊的標注面積。 本實施例中,通過經緯度數據來計算目標用戶的作物地塊的標注面積,可選的,在具體計算過程中,首先確定所述地塊邊界資訊映射的經緯度座標資料,然後基於所述經緯度座標資料,採用面積計算公式計算所述作物地塊的標注面積; 為座標轉換常數; 最終,基於該公式計算獲得的地塊面積為1403畝3分。 步驟S110,根據所述標注面積、所述地塊資訊以及基於所述身份資訊獲取的用戶資料,確定所述目標用戶的授信額度。 如上所述,目標用戶的用戶資料包括目標用戶在各類維度下的資料,比如,種植戶在信用維度的徵信數據,在資產維度的資產資料,在應用維度的應用使用資料。需要說明的是,在確定目標用戶的授信額度的過程中,引入目標用戶的用戶資料的目的是,通過結合目標用戶在多維度的資料來綜合評估目標用戶的授信額度,以此來提升授信額度評估的準確性和全面性。 具體實施時,在上述計算出目標用戶的作物地塊的地塊面積的基礎上,為了提升地塊面積的有效性,進而提升基於地塊面積確定的授信額度的準確性,本實施例提供的一種可選實施方式中,將計算獲得的標注面積與所述地塊資訊中包含的地塊面積進行比對;若比對結果為所述標注面積小於或者等於所述地塊面積,根據所述標注面積和所述用戶資料確定專用授信額度,作為所述目標用戶的授信額度;若比對結果為所述標注面積大於所述地塊面積,根據所述地塊面積和所述用戶資料確定專用授信額度,作為所述目標用戶的授信額度。 具體的,本實施例提供的一種可選實施方式中,根據所述標注面積和所述用戶資料確定專用授信額度的過程中,通過將所述標注面積和所述用戶資料作為模型輸入,輸入額度分配模型進行授信額度分配,輸出針對所述作物地塊向目標用戶分配的專用授信額度,作為所述授信額度,以此來提升目標用戶的授信額度確定過程中的處理效率。 與之相類似,根據所述地塊資訊中包含的地塊面積和所述用戶資料確定專用授信額度的過程中,通過將所述地塊資訊中包含的地塊面積和所述用戶資料作為模型輸入,輸入額度分配模型進行授信額度分配,輸出針對所述作物地塊向目標用戶分配的專用授信額度,作為所述授信額度。 此外,在具體實施時,在確定目標用戶的授信額度的過程中,為了進一步提升目標用戶的授信額度的準確性,還可以從目標用戶的作物地塊的作物價值出發確定授信額度,由此確定的授信額度與目標用戶的實際資產狀況更加吻合,也更符合用戶的實際償還能力,本實施例提供的一種可選實施方式中,將所述地塊邊界資訊以及對應的時間資訊輸入作物識別模型進行作物種類識別,獲得所述作物地塊的作物種類;然後基於所述作物種類、所述標注面積和所述作物種類對應的作物屬性,計算所述作物地塊的作物價值;最後根據所述作物價值和所述用戶資料確定所述目標用戶的第四授信額度。 實際應用中,不同的目標用戶可能出於不同的需求申請所述授信額度,或者在申請授信額度時處於不同的授信狀態,比如有的種植戶在申請授信額度時尚未開通授信服務,或者,有的種植戶在申請授信額度時已經開通授信服務並且已經擁有一定的授信額度,再或者,有的種植戶在申請授信額度時已經通過貸款或者抵押使用其授信額度,本實施例提供的一種可選實施方式中,為了提升目標用戶的用戶體驗,從目標用戶的授信狀態出發,對不同授信狀態的目標用戶進行針對性處理,具體的,讀取所述目標用戶的授信狀態;若所述目標用戶的授信狀態為未授信,基於所述授信額度對所述目標用戶進行授信處理;若所述目標用戶的授信狀態為已授信,基於所述授信額度對所述目標用戶的初始授信額度進行調整;若所述目標用戶的授信狀態為授信已用,基於所述目標用戶參與簽訂的作物經營合約中記錄的合約資訊,生成履約提醒並向所述目標用戶發送。 此外,需要說明的是,上述根據所述標注面積、所述地塊資訊以及基於所述身份資訊獲取的用戶資料,確定所述目標用戶的授信額度這一實現,根據不同應用場景的場景特性,還可以被替換為不同應用場景中的相應處理動作,下述提供在5種不同實現場景的具體實現方式: 第一種實現方式: 將所述標注面積、所述地塊資訊以及所述用戶資料作為模型輸入,輸入額度分配模型進行授信額度分配,輸出針對所述作物地塊向所述目標用戶分配的專用授信額度; 讀取所述目標用戶的授信狀態; 若所述目標用戶的授信狀態為未授信,基於所述專用授信額度對所述目標用戶進行授信處理; 若所述目標用戶的授信狀態為已授信,基於所述專用授信額度對所述目標用戶的初始授信額度進行調整; 若所述目標用戶的授信狀態為授信已用,基於所述目標用戶參與簽訂的作物經營合約中記錄的合約資訊,生成履約提醒並向所述目標用戶發送。 第二種實現方式: 基於所述地塊資訊中包含的地塊面積和所述標注面積,計算所述地塊資訊的置信度; 在所述置信度大於預設置信度閾值的情況下,基於所述置信度和所述用戶資料中包含的信用資料,更新所述目標用戶的信用等級。 第三種實現方式: 確定所述地塊座標資訊在預先獲取的遙感影像中映射的遙感影像作物地塊; 根據預先識別並儲存的所述遙感影像作物地塊包含的影像單元的作物種類,確定所述作物地塊的作物種類; 基於所述標注面積和所述作物種類計算所述作物地塊的作物價值; 根據所述作物價值和所述作物種類對應的資源轉化率,計算所述地塊資訊對應的資源轉化數值; 基於所述資源轉化數值和所述目標用戶的資源偏好和/或資源狀態,生成所述作物地塊的資源管理策略。 第四種實現方式: 確定所述地塊資訊中包含的地塊座標資訊對應的時間資訊; 基於所述時間資訊,確定所述地塊座標資訊在預先獲取的遙感影像中映射的遙感影像作物地塊; 根據預先識別並儲存的所述遙感影像作物地塊包含的影像單元的作物種類,確定所述作物地塊的作物種類; 基於所述作物種類、所述標注面積、所述地塊資訊中包含的地域資訊以及作物種類對應的作物價值波動,確定所述作物地塊的風險等級; 基於所述風險等級生成風險預警提示並向所述目標用戶展示。 第五種實現方式: 將所述地塊邊界資訊以及對應的時間資訊輸入作物識別模型進行作物種類識別,獲得所述作物地塊的作物種類; 基於所述作物種類、所述標注面積和所述作物種類對應的作物屬性,計算所述作物地塊的作物價值; 根據所述作物價值和所述用戶資料確定所述目標用戶的保障額度。 下述以本實施例提供的一種授信額度處理方法在助農貸款專案場景的應用為例,對本實施例提供的授信額度處理方法進行進一步說明,參見圖6,應用於助農貸款項目場景的授信額度處理方法,具體包括步驟S602至步驟S622。 步驟S602,獲取種植戶在助農貸款項目的專案頁面觸發授信處理通道之後登錄的身份資訊,以及作物地塊的地塊資訊。 具體的,在檢測到種植戶針對助農貸款項目的申請請求的情況下,基於助農貸款項目的專案頁面展示授信處理通道的觸發控制項;在檢測到觸發控制項被觸發之後,向種植戶展示助農貸款項目下授信處理通道的授信申請頁面;其中,授信申請頁面配置有資訊登錄介面和授信申請控制項;種植戶的身份資訊和地塊資訊基於資訊登錄介面進行登錄。此外,授信申請頁面還配置有地塊管理控制項。 其中,身份資訊,是指與種植戶的身份相關的資訊,比如種植戶的姓名、身份證號和聯繫方式。作物地塊,是指用於種植農作物、林業作物、水生作物等地表生長作物的土地、水田或者海水種植區域。地塊資訊,包括作物地塊的地塊面積,比如以畝為度量單位的地塊面積數值。 步驟S604,在獲取到種植戶針對授信申請控制項提交的申請指令的情況下,向種植戶展示地圖頁面。 步驟S606,若檢測到在種植戶在地圖頁面輸入的標注動作,確定標注動作對應的地塊邊界資訊。 具體在確定標注動作對應的地塊邊界資訊的過程中,首先根據種植戶在地圖頁面輸入的標注動作,確定標注動作在地圖頁面中對應的地圖邊界資訊,即:確定作物地塊在地圖維度的地塊邊界;然後根據地圖維度的地圖位置與實際地理區域緯度的地理位置的映射關係,確定地圖邊界資訊對應的地理位置邊界資訊,作為標注動作對應的地塊邊界資訊。 步驟S608,基於地塊邊界資訊計算作物地塊的標注面積。 根據確定的種植戶的地塊邊界資訊,確定種植戶的作物地塊的經緯度座標資料為:(
