又前述已經說明該鞋材10係以發泡成型的發泡熱塑性聚氨酯所製成,並添加有複數抗油材料20、複數抗靜電劑30,為此本發明在第一止滑部401至第四止滑部502的設置係與該鞋材10為一體成形設置,故該第一止滑部401至該第四止滑部502的設置亦同於該鞋材10,是以發泡成型的發泡熱塑性聚氨酯所製成,並也添加有複數抗油材料20、複數抗靜電劑30,藉此讓整個鞋材10含第一止滑部401至第四止滑部502皆可達到抗油、抗靜電之功效;其中該抗靜電劑30可為陰離子型抗靜電劑、陽離子型抗靜電劑、非離子型抗靜電劑或兩性抗靜電劑任一種或是任多種混合,而陰離子型抗靜電劑包括有烷基磺酸鈉、磷酸酯、磷酸鹽;陽離子型抗靜電劑包括有銨鹽、季銨鹽、烷基咪唑啉及烷基咪唑啉鹽;非離子型抗靜電劑包括有聚乙二醇酯或醚類、多元醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪酸-環氧乙烷加成物、脂肪醇-環氧乙烷加成物、烷基酚-環氧乙烷加成物;兩性抗靜電劑則包括有烷基二羥乙基銨乙內鹽、N-烷基胺基酸鹽;又本發明抗油材料20可為CR氯丁二烯橡膠,NBR丁腈橡膠,HNBR,氫化丁腈橡膠,ENR環氧天然橡膠,ACM聚丙烯酸脂橡膠,AEM乙烯丙烯酸脂橡膠,CSM氯磺化聚乙烯橡膠,FKM氟橡膠,FMVQ氟矽橡膠,CO環氧氯丙烷橡膠,PUR聚氨酯橡膠、TPU熱塑性聚氨酯、PVC聚氯乙烯、CPE氯化聚乙烯、EMA丙烯酸甲酯彈性體、EBA丙烯酸乙酯彈性體、EEA丙烯酸丁酯彈性體、EVM高VA含量的EVA任一種或是任意多種的混合。It has also been described above that the
