In another embodiment, the input/output device 130 may be a combination of an input device (eg, a mouse or a keyboard) and an output device (eg, a screen).

FIG. 2 is a flowchart of a display method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 2 , in step S210 , the processor 110 identifies the target position of the last triggered target point on the screen. For example, if the input/output device 130 is a touch screen, the processor 110 can continuously identify the touched point on the screen displayed on the touch screen 130 as the triggered target point through the touch screen 130 . It should be noted that the currently identified target points are all the last triggered target points.

3A-3B are schematic diagrams of identifying a triggered target point according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 3A , for example, it is assumed that the electronic device 10 is currently executing a file reading program (application). The input/output device 130 displays an interface of the executed document reading program (eg, a screen IMG), and in the screen IMG, multiple lines of text are displayed.

TP。Referring to FIG. 3B , continuing the example of FIG. 3A , it is further assumed that the user's hand 20 applies an input operation (eg, a touch operation) to a point TP (also called a touch point) on the screen IMG. The touch point TP will be recognized by the processor 110 as the triggered target point TP.

3C is a schematic diagram of identifying non-target areas and adjusting the readability of non-target areas according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 3C , in more detail, the processor 110 can identify the position TL (also called the target position) of the target point TP in the picture IMG through the feedback of the input/output device 130 .

Returning to FIG. 2 again, in step S220, the processor 110 sets a target separation line on the screen based on the target position according to the identified preset separation pattern. Specifically, the preset separation form includes one of the following forms: (1) a first separation form, (2) a second separation form, and (3) a third separation form. That is, the preset separation aspect may be preset as one of the three separation aspects.

In this embodiment, in response to recognizing that the preset separation pattern is the first separation pattern, the step of setting the target separation line on the screen based on the target position includes setting the target separation line on the screen according to the target position Identifying a target content area corresponding to the target position among a plurality of content areas in the screen, and setting the target separation line corresponding to the target content area as a separation line between the target content area and adjacent content areas. The relevant details will be described with reference to FIGS. 9A to 9C .

In addition, in response to recognizing the predetermined separation pattern as the second separation pattern, the step of setting the target separation line on the screen based on the target position includes setting a virtual horizontal line at the target position above to become the target divider.

In addition, in response to identifying the predetermined separation pattern as the third separation pattern, the step of setting the target separation line on the screen based on the target position includes setting a virtual vertical line on the target position to become the target divider. It is worth mentioning that, in the second separation mode and the third separation mode, the horizontal line/vertical line is directly set at the target position as the target separation line. However, the difference between the first separation mode and the second/third separation mode is that the first separation mode does not directly set the horizontal line/vertical line on the target position, but is based on the target content area to which the target position belongs. Sets the target divider according to the boundaries of the target content area. In addition, it should be noted that if the first separation mode is used, none of the generated target separation lines will cover the text content, so that the user's reading experience can be better.

請參照圖9A,假設於畫面IMG3中顯示了三行文字內容,如,第一行的“jerk of his”;第二行的“up against”;第三行的“line burning”。 911~913。9A-9C are schematic diagrams of setting a target dividing line and correspondingly identifying a target area and a non-target area according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 9A , it is assumed that three lines of text are displayed in the screen IMG3, for example, "jerk of his" in the first line; "up against" in the second line; and "line burning" in the third line. In this example, as shown in FIG. 9A , the processor 110 may group the three lines of text content into content areas 911 - 913 . In this embodiment, the processor 110 sets a plurality of virtual separation lines (eg, separation lines SL2 - SL4 ) between the plurality of content areas to separate the plurality of content areas 911 - 913 .

Referring to FIG. 9B , continuing the example of FIG. 9A , if a triggered target point TP9(1) or target point TP9(2) appears in the content area 911, the processor 110 will assign the target point TP9(1) or target point The content area 911 to which TP9(2) belongs is identified as the target content area, and the separation line SL2 used to separate the target content area 911 and the lower adjacent content area 912 is set as the target separation line TSL9.1 (the lower adjacent content area 912). The text content in the content area 912 is determined as the text content to be read).

Referring to FIG. 9C , continuing the example of FIG. 9B , assuming that the currently triggered target point TP9(3) appears in the content area 912, the processor 110 will identify the content area 912 to which the target point TP9(3) belongs as the target content area, And the separation line SL3 used to separate the target content area 912 and the lower adjacent content area 913 is set as the target separation line TSL9.2 (the text content in the lower adjacent content area 913 is determined as the text to be read. content). In addition, after setting another target separation line TSL9.2, the original target separation line TSL9.1 becomes the general separation line SL2. That is, in response to the preset separation mode being the first separation mode and the identified triggered target point is moved from the target content area (eg, content area 911 ) to the an adjacent content area (eg, content area 912 ) that is identified as the new target content area (eg, content area 912 in FIG. 9C ) and that is adjacent to the adjacent content area The separation line SL3 between another adjacent content region of the region is set as the new target separation line TSL9.2 to replace the old said target separation line TSL9.1, wherein the identified new target region TR is identical to the new target separation line TSL9.1. One or more non-target regions NTR are adjusted according to the new target separation line (eg, as shown in FIG. 9C , the masked non-target regions NTR are adjusted according to the target separation line TSL9.2). That is to say, the display method provided by this embodiment can make the non-target area covered and the target area not covered when the target point triggered by the user move line by line in the multi-line text content. It will also change, so that users can have the experience of reading line by line.

It should be noted that the second and third separation patterns can also adjust the non-target areas that are masked and not masked when the target point triggered by the user moves line by line in the multi-line text content. , so that users can also have the experience of reading line by line.

Please go back to FIG. 2 , in step S230 , the processor 110 identifies the target area of the screen and one or more other than the target area based on the target separation line according to the identified preset occlusion pattern. non-target area. Next, in step S240, the processor 110 adjusts the one or more non-target areas of the picture to reduce the readability of the one or more non-target areas.

Specifically, in this embodiment, the preset shielding state includes one of the following states: (1) a first shielding state; (2) a second shielding state; (3) a third shielding state aspect; (4) the fourth shaded aspect.

In more detail, in response to identifying the preset occlusion aspect as the first occlusion aspect, the processor 110 may identify the target area of the screen and the areas other than the target area based on the target separation line The step of the one or more non-target areas includes identifying an area in the frame above the target separation line as the target area and identifying an area in the frame below the target separation line as the non-target area. target area.

In addition, in response to identifying the default shielding state as the second shielding state, the processor 110 may identify the target area of the screen and the one other than the target area based on the target separation line The step of one or more non-target areas includes identifying an area in the frame below the target separation line as the target area and identifying an area in the frame above the target separation line as the non-target area.

In addition, in response to identifying the default shielding state as the third shielding state, the processor 110 may identify the target area of the screen and the one other than the target area based on the target separation line The step of identifying one or more non-target areas includes identifying an area in the frame to the right of the target separation line as the target area and identifying an area in the frame to the left of the target separation line as the non-target area.

In addition, in response to identifying the default shielding state as the fourth shielding state, the processor 110 may identify the target area of the screen and the one other than the target area based on the target separation line The step of identifying one or more non-target areas includes identifying an area in the frame to the left of the target separation line as the target area and identifying an area in the frame to the right of the target separation line as the non-target area.

For example, referring to FIG. 9B, according to the default masking aspect which is the first masking aspect, the area above the target separation line TSL9.1 is identified as the target area TR (eg, the content area 911), and the target separation line TSL9 is identified as the target area TR (eg, the content area 911). The area below .1 is identified as a non-target area NTR (eg, content areas 912, 913), and the processor 110 adjusts (eg, performs a shading operation) on the non-target area NTR to reduce the NTR in the non-target area NTR. Readability of text content.

For another example, please refer to FIG. 9C , according to the default masking aspect which is the first masking aspect, the area above the target separation line TSL9.2 is identified as the target area TR (eg, the content areas 911 and 912 ), and the target separation line The area under TSL9.2 is identified as the non-target area NTR (eg, the content area 913 ), and the processor 110 adjusts the non-target area NTR (eg, performs a masking operation) to reduce the text in the non-target area NTR readability of content.

In this embodiment, the step of adjusting the one or more non-target areas of the screen to reduce the readability of the one or more non-target areas includes one of the following steps : (1) reduce the brightness of the one or more non-target areas (eg, Figure 3C); (2) cover the one or more non-target areas with a translucent color block (eg, Figure 3C); ( 3) covering the one or more non-target areas with an opaque color patch (eg, FIG. 6A ); and (4) using an information content to cover the one or more non-target areas (eg, FIG. 6B ).

FIG. 6A is a schematic diagram of masking a non-target area according to yet another embodiment of the present invention. For example, referring to FIG. 6A , after identifying the non-target area NTR, the processor 110 may use an opaque dark gray color block to cover the non-target area NTR to reduce the readability of the non-target area NTR. In this example, the user will not be able to see the text content originally displayed in the non-target area NTR.

FIG. 6B is a schematic diagram of masking a non-target area according to yet another embodiment of the present invention. For example, referring to FIG. 6B , after identifying the non-target area NTR, the processor 110 may use the information content block IC to cover the non-target area NTR to reduce the text content originally displayed in the non-target area NTR. Readability, and display other information content in the information content block IC. In this example, the user cannot see the text content originally displayed in the non-target area NTR, but the user can see the information content. The information content includes but is not limited to one of the following content: (1) images; (2) other texts; (3) advertising content; (4) screens of other applications.

Returning to FIG. 3C again, it is assumed that the processor 110 identifies the default separation state as the first separation state and identifies the default shielding state as the first shielding state. First, the processor 110 can identify the target position TL of the target point TP in the picture IMG (step S210 ), correspondingly set the target separation line TSL according to the identified first separation pattern (step S220 ), and set the target separation line TSL according to the identified first separation pattern (step S220 ). The first masking aspect of , identifies the target area TR and the non-target area NTR in the picture IMG based on the target separation line TSL (step S230 ). Next, as indicated by arrow A31, after identifying the non-target area NTR, the processor 110 further adjusts the readability of the non-target area NTR (step S240) (eg, covering the non-target area NTR with a semi-transparent dark color block) ).

3D-3E are schematic diagrams illustrating adjusting the readability of different non-target areas with different target points according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 3D and FIG. 3E, it is assumed that, as indicated by arrow A32, as the user's hand moves from the position of the hand 20 to the position of the hand 21, the triggered target point TP corresponding to the touch screen 130 is also moved to the target point TP1, the target position TL is also changed to the target position TL1. Referring to FIG. 3E, as shown by arrow A33, according to the change of the target position, the set target separation line TSL is changed to the target separation line TSL1, the identified target area TR is changed to the target area TR1, and the masking operation is performed. The non-target region NTR is also changed to the non-target region NTR1. In other words, since the processor 110 will continuously identify the target position of the triggered target point, the non-target area where the shading operation is performed may also be correspondingly changed according to the change of the target position.

NTR2.2。FIG. 3F is a schematic diagram of adjusting the readability of a plurality of non-target regions according to an embodiment of the present invention. Please refer to FIG. 3F, in this embodiment. The width of the target area is limited by the maximum width value W. For example, as indicated by arrow A34, when the target point changes from the target position TL to the target position TL2, the processor 110 determines that the width from the target separation line TSL2.1 up to the upper edge of the picture IMG exceeds the maximum width value W, and The processor 110 sets another target separation line TSL2.2 on the target separation line TSL2.1 according to the maximum width value. Next, the processor 110 identifies the area between the target dividing line TSL2.1 and the target dividing line TSL2.2 as the target area TR2, identifies the area below the target dividing line TSL2.1 as the non-target area NTR2.1, and identifies the target The area above the separation line TSL2.2 is the non-target area NTR2.2.

TP4。4A-4B are schematic diagrams of triggered target points at different positions according to an embodiment of the present invention. It is worth mentioning that, in the above embodiments, the triggered target points are all located on the right side of the picture IMG, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, referring to FIGS. 4A-4B , the triggered target point may appear anywhere in the screen IMG according to the input operation applied to the input/output device 130 . For example, the target point TP3 triggered by the input operation applied by the hand 22 in the middle section of the screen IMG shown in FIG. 4A . Another example is the target point TP4 triggered by the input operation applied by the hand 23 on the left side of the screen IMG shown in FIG. 4B .

FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of identifying a non-target area and adjusting the readability of the non-target area according to yet another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 5 , for example, it is assumed that the processor 110 recognizes the default separation state as the first separation state and recognizes the default shielding state as the second shielding state. First, the processor 110 can identify the target position TL5 of the target point TP5 in the picture IMG (step S210 ), correspondingly set the target separation line TSL5 according to the identified first separation pattern (step S220 ), and set the target separation line TSL5 according to the identified first separation pattern (step S220 ). The second masking aspect of , identifies the target area TR5 and the non-target area NTR5 in the picture IMG based on the target separation line TSL5 (step S230 ) (the area above the target separation line TSL5 is the non-target area). Next, as indicated by arrow A51, after identifying the non-target area NTR5, the processor 110 further adjusts the readability of the non-target area NTR5 (step S240) (eg, covering the non-target area NTR5 with a semi-transparent dark color block) ).

FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram of not masking a special target area according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 7 , for example, it is assumed that the processor 110 identifies the default separation state as the first separation state and identifies the default shielding state as the first shielding state. Furthermore, it is assumed that the picture IMG1 displayed by the input/output device 130 includes the special target area STR. The special target area STR is, for example, a function bar of an application program or a default function interface of the electronic device 10 . In this example, the processor 110 may identify the target position TL7 of the target point TP7 in the picture IMG1 (step S210 ), and correspondingly set the target separation line TSL7 according to the identified first separation pattern (step S220 ), and Identify the target area TR7 and the non-target area NTR7 in the picture IMG1 based on the target separation line TSL7 according to the recognized first masking aspect (step S230 ) (the area of the non-special target area STR below the target separation line TSL7 is the non-target area). That is, in this example, the non-target area NTR7 does not contain the special target area STR. Next, as indicated by arrow A71, after identifying the non-target area NTR7, the processor 110 further adjusts the readability of the non-target area NTR7 (step S240) (eg, covering the non-target area NTR7 with a semi-transparent dark color block) ).

FIG. 8A is a schematic diagram illustrating a picture in an uncovered frame according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 8A , it is assumed that the processor 110 recognizes the default separation state as the first separation state and recognizes the default shielding state as the first shielding state. In addition, it is assumed that the picture IMG2 displayed by the input/output device 130 further includes the picture PIC1 in addition to the text content. In this example, the processor 110 may identify the target position TL8 of the target point TP8 in the picture IMG2 (step S210 ), and correspondingly set the target separation line TSL8 according to the identified first separation pattern (step S220 ), and Identify the target area TR8 and the non-target area NTR8 in the picture IMG2 based on the target separation line TSL8 according to the recognized first masking aspect (step S230 ) (the area below the target separation line TSL8 that does not include the picture PIC1 is the non-target area). Next, as indicated by arrow A81, after identifying the non-target area NTR8, the processor 110 further adjusts the readability of the non-target area NTR8 (step S240) (eg, covering the non-target area NTR8 with a semi-transparent dark color block) ). It should be noted that, in this example, the picture PIC1 is not covered by the translucent dark color block, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, in another embodiment, the picture PIC1 can also be covered.

FIG. 8B is a schematic diagram of a picture in a cover screen according to an embodiment of the present invention. Please refer to FIG. 8B , similar to FIG. 8A , in this example, the processor 110 can identify the target position TL8 of the target point TP8 in the picture IMG2 (step S210 ), and set it accordingly according to the identified first separation pattern The target separation line TSL8 (step S220), and the target separation line TSL8 is identified based on the target separation line TSL8 according to the identified first masking aspect (step S230) (the target separation line TSL8 The lower area is the non-target area). Next, as indicated by arrow A82, after identifying the non-target area NTR8, the processor 110 further adjusts the readability of the non-target area NTR8 (step S240) (eg, covering the non-target area NTR8 with a semi-transparent dark color block) ). It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the picture PIC1 is included in the non-target area NTR8 and will be covered by the translucent dark color block. In the above-mentioned embodiment, the default separation mode is the first separation mode. The following uses FIGS. 10A to 10B to describe an example when the default separation mode is the second separation mode.

10A-10B are schematic diagrams of setting a target dividing line and correspondingly identifying a target area and a non-target area according to another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 10A , for example, it is assumed that the processor 110 identifies the default separation state as the second separation state and identifies the default shielding state as the first shielding state. Furthermore, it is assumed that the input operation applied by the user via the hand 26 triggers the target point TP10 in the region R1 of the screen IMG via the input/output device 130 . Referring to FIG. 10B , in this example, the processor 110 can identify the target position TL10 of the target point TP10 in the picture IMG (step S210 ). Then, in response to recognizing that the predetermined separation pattern is the second separation pattern, the processor 110 sets a virtual horizontal line on the target position TL10 based on the target position TL10 to become the target separation line TSL10 ( Step S220).

Next, the processor 110 identifies the target area and the non-target area in the picture IMG based on the target separation line TSL10 according to the recognized first masking aspect (step S230 ) (the area below the target separation line TSL10 is the non-target area). target area). Next, after identifying the non-target area, the processor 110 further adjusts the readability of the non-target area (step S240 ) (eg, using a semi-transparent dark color block to cover the non-target area).

11A-11B are schematic diagrams of setting a mark corresponding to a target point on a screen according to an embodiment of the present invention. Please refer to FIG. 11A , the picture IMG4 of FIG. 11A is similar to the picture IMG3 of FIG. 9A . For example, it is assumed that the processor 110 recognizes the default separation state as the first separation state and recognizes the default shielding state as the first shielding state Sample. In addition, assuming that the target point TP11 has been triggered on the picture IMG4, the processor 110 has identified the target position TL11 corresponding to the target point TP11 and set the target separation line TSL11. Referring to FIG. 11B , continuing the example of FIG. 11A , the processor 110 further sets a mark MK11 on the target separation line TSL11 according to the target position TL11 . In this way, the user can more clearly recognize the position of the target point TP11 pointed/touched by the current user.

In the above example, the text content of multiple lines in the displayed screen is in the form of horizontal arrangement, the processor 110 can use the first separation mode or the second separation mode to set the target separation line, and use the first masking Aspect, the second masking aspect to mask the non-target area above or below the target separation line. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, in other embodiments, the processor 110 may use the first separation mode (the text content of each line can be divided to a content area, and the target separation line is the separation line between the target content area to which the target point belongs and the content area to the left or right of the target content area) or the third separation aspect to set the target separation line , and use the third masking aspect and the fourth masking aspect to mask the non-target area to the left or right of the target dividing line.

TP12。12A-12C are schematic diagrams of identifying non-target areas and adjusting the readability of non-target areas according to yet another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 12A , for example, it is assumed that the picture IMG5 displayed by the input/output device 130 of the electronic device 10 includes a plurality of lines of vertically arranged text content. Furthermore, it is assumed that the user's hand 27 triggers the target point TP12 via an input operation applied to the input/output device 130 .

Following the example of FIG. 12A , please refer to FIG. 12B , for example, it is assumed that the processor 110 identifies the default separation state as the third separation state, and identifies the default shielding state as the third shielding state. In response to identifying the default shielding state as the third shielding state, the processor 110 may identify an area to the right of the target separation line TSL12 in the picture IMG5 as the target based on the target separation line TSL12 The area TR12 and the area to the left of the target separation line TSL12 in the frame are identified as the non-target area NTR12. Next, the processor 110 performs a masking operation on the non-target region NTR12.

On the other hand, following the example of FIG. 12A , please refer to FIG. 12C , for example, it is assumed that the processor 110 identifies the default separation state as the third separation state and identifies the default shielding state as the fourth shielding state. In response to identifying the default shielding state as the fourth shielding state, the processor 110 may identify, based on the target separation line TSL12 , the area to the left of the target separation line TSL12 in the picture IMG5 as the target The area TR12 and the area to the right of the target separation line TSL12 in the picture are identified as the non-target area NTR12. Next, the processor 110 performs a masking operation on the non-target region NTR12.

In the above-mentioned embodiment, the triggered target point is detected by the touch screen 130 (eg, the target point is triggered by the user touching the touch screen 130). However, the present invention is not limited to this. Specifically, in addition to the touched point, the triggered target point can also be a point in the screen corresponding to the position of the mouse cursor (as shown in FIG. The target point triggered by the operation (as shown in Figure 13B).

FIG. 13A is a schematic diagram of identifying a triggered target point according to yet another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 13A , for example, it is assumed that the screen IMG6 displayed on the screen 330 (output device) of the electronic device 30 (eg, a personal computer) has multiple lines of text content and a cursor MC1 . The processor 110 can identify the position where the cursor MC1 is located as the target position, and thereby set the target separation line TSL13.1 (assuming the second separation mode) to identify the target area TR13.1 and the non-target area NTR13.1 (Assumed to be the first masking aspect), and then perform a masking operation on the non-target area NTR13.1 to reduce the readability of the text content in the non-target area NTR13.1. In other words, by using the electronic device 30 provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the user can clearly identify the text content currently read (eg, the text content in the target area) by moving the cursor, and can view As to which area of the screen the unread text content is located behind the currently read text content, the reading experience of the user is improved. In one embodiment, the processor 110 starts to identify the current target position of the cursor MC1 in response to receiving an input operation corresponding to the specific key being pressed.

FIG. 13B is a schematic diagram of identifying a triggered target point according to yet another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 13B , for example, it is assumed that the screen IMG7 displayed on the screen 130 (input/output device) of the electronic device 10 (eg, mobile phone) has multiple lines of text content. The processor 110 detects the point with the highest pressure in the holding operation applied by the user through the detector disposed on the edge of the electronic device 10 body, and recognizes that the position of the target point TP13.2 is pressed. The processor 110 may set the target separation line TSL13.2 (assuming the second separation pattern) according to the position of the target point TP13.2 to identify the target area TR13.2 and the non-target area NTR13.2 (assuming the first masking pattern) aspect), and then perform a masking operation on the non-target area NTR13.2 to reduce the readability of the text content in the non-target area NTR13.2. In one embodiment, the position of the target point TP13.2 can also be detected in response to a sliding operation applied to the edge.

It should be noted that, in an embodiment, the processor 110 can also use multiple special marks (eg, periods, semicolons, predetermined punctuation marks, or virtual characters set in the application program) corresponding to multiple sentences in the text content. mark) to identify the respective content areas of the multiple sentences, and identify the target content area according to the multiple content areas corresponding to the multiple sentences and the currently identified target position of the triggered target point, and then cover the corresponding non-target area. The following description will be made with reference to FIG. 14 .
