使上蓋體32能套入頂盤體22之嵌槽23,上蓋體32含有一周緣33供手持,且各穿孔槽31朝向套管21有擴大之錐狀槽34,使套管21卡於柱體12藉套塞14定位(利用設於透明之中管件2周邊的一標示線(膠囊選擇)25對齊;並以設於中管件2頂面一槽孔26中水平件24保持水平)與定量(一般有六種標準膠囊就設有至少六條標線),便能將粉末4倒入柱體12頂面與套管21間(第五圖),當藥粉粉末4要被完全均分入套管21後,也就使作為透明體之中管件2於過程中必須產生往上移動以完成粉末4完全均分之動作,以套塞14頂面所對應之標示線25所對應之膠囊5容量號數被選出使用。將膠囊5下件51穿過錐狀槽34定位於穿孔槽31(第五圖、第六圖以一壓桿件50將下件51壓入穿孔槽31),把頂套件3蓋向中管件2(第七圖),然後整體(1、2、3)翻轉一百八十度(第八圖),粉末4經錐狀槽34進入膠囊5下件51(第九圖),取離中管件2與底柱件1,將頂套件3下壓讓各膠囊5下件51往上移(第十圖),最後蓋上各膠囊5上件52(第十一圖),取離各膠囊5。本創作圖中以十四作為套管與柱體、穿孔槽之設置數量是代表七日份、每日兩次,實際使用上可以權變。
