Abstract

The cosmetic goods of the invention includes a main body having an accommodation space formed therein and an insertion body inserted into the accommodation space. The cosmetic composition carrier has a discharging surface for discharging the cosmetic product, and the discharging surface has a main body surface formed by exposing the main body and an insertion body surface formed by exposing the insertion body.

The mounting portion 60 mounts the applicator 50 with the lower case 20 and the upper case 30 closed, and also functions to seal the cosmetic composition carrier case 40 in order to reduce exposure of the cosmetic to the air. The mounting portion 60 may be made of plastic.

In the above-mentioned cosmetic product 1, the structures such as hinges for opening and closing and connecting the respective components are omitted.

In the cosmetic product 1 as described above, the user opens the lower case 20 and the upper case 30 , holds the applicator 50 , and opens the mounting portion 60 to expose the cosmetic composition carrier 10 . After that, the user contacts the applicator 50 with the discharge surface 100 of the cosmetic composition carrier 10 to absorb the cosmetic into the applicator 50, and then applies the cosmetic to the skin to apply makeup. After the makeup is finished, the user mounts the applicator 50 to the mounting portion 60 again, and then closes the lower casing 20 and the upper casing 30 .

In the case of using the cosmetic product 1 as described above, the cosmetic composition carrier 10 has various discharge characteristics so as to satisfy the needs of the user.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to experimental examples.

The cosmetic composition carrier used in the experiment was in the shape of a circular plate, with a diameter of 48 mm and a height of 10 mm.

In Example 1 and Example 2, a polyester mesh was used for the main body, and a polyurethane foam was used as an insert. The insert was located at the center of the cosmetic composition carrier, and had a cylindrical shape with a diameter of 28 mm and a height of 10 mm. That is, in Example 1 and Example 2, the height of the main body and the insertion body are the same.

In the comparative example, the polyurethane foam was used, and the insert was not used separately.

Fig. 24(a) and Fig. 24(b) are respectively the arrangement diagrams of polyester fibers of the mesh structure of Example 1 and Example 2 of the present invention. In Example 1, as shown in Fig. 24(a), most of the polyester fibers constituting the network structure are perpendicular to the height direction of the cosmetic composition carrier. A part of the straight direction is arranged in a direction parallel to the height direction of the cosmetic composition carrier. In Example 2, as shown in FIG. 24( b ), most of the polyester fibers constituting the mesh structure are parallel to the height direction of the cosmetic composition carrier (that is, extended and arranged in parallel with the discharge direction of the cosmetic). After filling 8 g of cosmetics in each cosmetic composition carrier, a cosmetic discharge experiment was carried out, and the discharge amount was measured by discharging with a puff. Table 1 shows the results obtained by measuring the first discharge amount, the 21st discharge amount, and the 62nd discharge amount of Comparative Example, Example 1, and Example 2.

Compared with the conventional cosmetic composition carrier of Comparative Example 1, the discharge amount corresponding to the number of discharges of the cosmetic composition carriers of Examples 1 and 2 did not change significantly. Moreover, compared with the conventional cosmetic composition carrier of Comparative Example 1, the absolute value of the discharge amount of the cosmetic composition carrier of Example 1 and Example 2 also differed.

From the results of such experiments, it was confirmed that the discharge characteristics of the cosmetic composition carrier can be changed by introducing the insert into the cosmetic composition carrier.
