在第三個例子中,使用者能夠在乘坐飛機時使用雙離線支付功能。可以將使用者乘坐的航班及日期作為支付場景資訊,該使用者的生物特徵範本將被下發到該次航班所有的收款設備上,使使用者可以在該次列車上基於生物特徵來付款。 本發明的各個實施例中,使用者的生物特徵是可以用來識別個人身份的一種到多種人體的實體或行為特徵,例如可以是人臉、指紋、掌紋、虹膜中的一到多種。使用者的生物特徵資訊是現場採集的使用者的生物特徵資料,或者是以現場採集的使用者的生物特徵資料為基礎,經過提取、轉換或其他處理後得到的資訊,例如可以是現場採集的使用者的指紋圖像,可以是從現場採集的使用者的臉部圖像中提取的若干個特定的變數值(如衡量雙眼與鼻子的相對位置的變數值等),還可以是現場採集的將臉部圖像進行壓縮處理後得到的資料。使用者的生物特徵範本是經過認證屬於使用者本人的生物特徵資料,或者經過認證屬於使用者本人的生物特徵資料為基礎,經過提取、轉換或其他處理後得到的資料,用來與生物特徵資訊進行比對。 在雙離線支付環境中,收款方的收款設備通過使用者的生物特徵對使用者進行認證,在通過認證後才會認可使用者的付款。由於雙離線環境中收款設備不能進行遠端通訊,用來進行認證的使用者的生物特徵範本需要預先儲存在收款設備上。出於保護使用者隱私的考慮,本申請的實施例中在使用者開通基於生物特徵的雙離線支付功能、即經過使用者的授權後,才會將使用者的生物特徵範本下發到收款設備。 本發明的實施例一提出一種新的雙離線支付的開通方法,根據使用者指定的開通雙離線支付的支付場景,使用者終端將支付場景資訊發送給支付伺服器,支付伺服器產生並保存支付場景資訊、使用者的生物特徵範本、使用者的帳戶的對應關係後,將對應關係發送給收款方系統保存,這樣收款方系統的收款設備能夠在匹配於支付場景資訊的雙離線支付場景中,基於生物特徵範本對使用者進行認證後認可該使用者帳戶的付款,從而使得使用者能夠在雙離線支付場景中直接使用其生物特徵資訊完成付款,減少了使用者的支付時間,而基於生物特徵的認證具有更高的安全程度,在提高支付效率的同時達到了更好的安全性。 在開通雙離線支付功能時,使用者終端與支付伺服器之間、支付伺服器與收款方系統的收款伺服器之間、收款伺服器與收款設備之間都能夠進行通訊。其網路結構可以如圖1所示。 實施例一中,雙離線支付的開通方法應用在支付伺服器上的流程如圖2所示,應用在收款方系統的收款伺服器的流程如圖3所示,應用在使用者終端上的流程如圖4所示。 在使用者終端上,步驟410,獲取使用者指定的支付場景資訊。 當使用者希望在某個特定的雙離線支付場景中採用某個支付系統進行支付時,可以通過其終端來開通該支付場景下的生物特徵支付功能。使用者可以通過各種方式來啟動開通流程,例如,可以通過在使用者終端上該支付系統的客戶端軟體提供的開通入口,可以通過使用者終端上的流覽器訪問該支付系統時啟動開通流程,還可以是由該使用者終端上其他的應用程式訪問該支付系統或調用該支付系統的客戶端軟體來啟動開通流程。 在使用者啟動開通流程後,使用者終端獲取使用者指定的支付場景資訊。獲取支付場景資訊的具體方式本發明的實施例不做限定,例如,可以由使用者終端根據使用者在該支付系統的客戶端軟體的開通介面的選擇操作來確定,可以由使用者終端接收使用者在訪問該支付系統的流覽頁面時的手動輸入,可以由使用者終端上調用該支付系統客戶端軟體的其他應用程式在調用命令中攜帶。 在使用者終端上,步驟420,根據使用者的指示,向支付伺服器發送包括該支付場景資訊的使用者開通請求,供支付伺服器保存該支付場景資訊、該使用者的生物特徵範本、該使用者的帳戶的對應關係,並將該使用者的生物特徵範本和該使用者帳戶的對應關係發送給收款方系統,用來由收款方系統的收款設備在匹配於該支付場景資訊的雙離線支付場景中,基於該生物特徵範本對使用者進行認證,在認證通過後認可該使用者帳戶的付款。 在支付伺服器上,步驟210,接收使用者終端發送的使用者開通請求。該使用者開通請求中包括使用者指定的支付場景資訊。 使用者終端在獲取使用者指定的支付場景資訊後,將支付場景資訊封裝在使用者開通請求中發送給支付伺服器。 在支付伺服器上,步驟220,獲取該使用者的生物特徵範本。 通常使用者終端在啟動開通流程時,該使用者已經登錄支付系統。支付伺服器可以從該使用者的登錄資訊中得知該使用者的帳戶,並基於使用者帳戶來獲取該使用者的生物特徵範本。 支付伺服器獲取生物特徵範本的方式不做限定,可以由支付伺服器向官方機構(如公安機關)請求該使用者的生物特徵範本;可以由支付伺服器在本支付系統已經儲存的生物特徵範本庫中查詢該使用者的生物特徵範本;可以由支付伺服器在收到使用者開通請求後,在通過其他方式(除所開通的雙離線支付功能所使用的生物特徵認證之外的其他身份認證方式,如密碼、短信、安全問題等)對使用者進行身份認證後,指令該使用者終端獲取並上傳該使用者的生物特徵資訊,並根據上傳的生物特徵資訊產生該使用者的生物特徵範本;還可以是其他方式。 在支付伺服器上,步驟230,保存該支付場景資訊、該使用者的生物特徵範本、該使用者的帳戶的對應關係。 可以在支付伺服器上維護已開通雙離線支付功能的使用者列表,在准許某個使用者開通某個雙離線支付場景的支付功能後,將該使用者指定的支付場景資訊、該使用者的生物特徵範本、該使用者的帳戶的對應關係保存在列表中。當然,支付伺服器也可以採用任何其他方式來保存上述對應關係,不做限定。 支付伺服器可以在保存上述對應關係前,先對使用者進行身份認證。在一個例子中,可以由使用者終端在開通流程中採集使用者的生物特徵資訊,並將所採集的生物特徵資訊上傳給支付伺服器。可以由使用者終端在使用者開通請求中攜帶所採集的生物特徵資訊;也可以是在使用者終端發送使用者開通請求後,再根據支付伺服器的指令,採集並上傳使用者的生物特徵資訊。支付伺服器將使用者終端上傳的使用者的生物特徵資訊、與該使用者的生物特徵範本進行比對,如果該使用者的生物特徵資訊匹配於該使用者的生物特徵範本,該使用者通過身份認證,則保存該支付場景資訊、該使用者的生物特徵範本、該使用者帳戶的對應關係;否則通知使用者終端該使用者未能通過身份認證,開通流程失敗。 在支付伺服器上,步驟240,向收款方系統發送系統開通請求。系統開通請求中包括使用者指定的支付場景資訊、該使用者的生物特徵範本與該使用者的帳戶的對應關係,供收款方系統的收款設備在匹配於該支付場景資訊的雙離線支付場景中,基於該生物特徵範本對使用者進行認證,在認證通過後認可該使用者帳戶的付款。 在收款伺服器,步驟310,接收來自支付伺服器的系統開通請求。 支付伺服器向收款方系統的收款伺服器發送系統開通請求。收款伺服器在收到系統開通請求後,可以將系統開通請求中使用者指定的支付場景資訊、該使用者的生物特徵範本和該使用者帳戶的對應關係保存在能夠訪問的儲存空間。 收款伺服器根據系統開通請求中的支付場景資訊確定收款設備,並向收款設備下發該使用者的生物特徵範本與該使用者帳戶的對應關係;收款設備將使用者的生物特徵範本與使用者帳戶的對應關係保存在本地。收款伺服器也可以向收款設備下發支付場景資訊、使用者的生物特徵範本、使用者帳戶的對應關係,收款設備收到後保存在本地。 可見,本發明的實施例一中,使用者終端基於使用者指定的支付場景資訊向支付伺服器發出使用者開通請求,支付伺服器產生並保存支付場景資訊、使用者的生物特徵範本、使用者的帳戶的對應關係後,將對應關係發送給收款方系統保存,供收款方系統在匹配於支付場景資訊的雙離線支付場景中,基於生物特徵範本對使用者進行認證後認可該使用者帳戶的付款,使得使用者能夠在雙離線支付場景中直接使用其生物特徵資訊完成付款,減少了使用者的支付時間,而基於生物特徵的認證具有更高的安全程度,在提高支付效率的同時達到了更好的安全性。 本發明的實施例二提出一種新的雙離線支付的收款方法,在收款設備上保存使用者的生物特徵範本、與使用者帳戶的對應關係,收款設備在雙離線只支付場景中採集使用者的生物特徵資訊,將與採集的生物特徵資訊相匹配的生物特徵範本對應的使用者帳戶作為付款方,認可該使用者的付款,從而使得使用者無需進行複雜的操作來產生付款碼,減少了使用者的支付時間,並且採用生物特徵認證能夠達到更高的安全性。 開通雙離線支付功能後,在使用者指定的雙離線支付場景中,使用者可以通過生物特徵來付款。付款過程通常由收款設備獨立完成,在付款過程中收款設備不需要與其他設備進行通訊。 實施例二中,雙離線支付的付款方法應用在收款設備上的流程如圖5所示。收款設備上保存有已經開通了在本收款設備工作的支付場景中進行雙離線支付的所有使用者的生物特徵範本和該使用者的帳戶的對應關係;換言之,使用者在開通雙離線支付功能時指定了支付場景資訊,具有指定支付場景資訊的支付場景中的收款設備上就會保存有該使用者的生物特徵範本和該使用者的帳戶的對應關係。 在收款設備上,步驟510,在雙離線支付場景中,獲取使用者的生物特徵資訊。 收款設備可以在雙離線支付場景中,採用各種方式現場採集使用者的生物特徵資訊,如拍攝使用者的臉部圖像、採集使用者的指紋圖像等,不做限定。 在收款設備上,步驟520,當所獲取的生物特徵資訊匹配於本地保存的對應關係中某個使用者的生物特徵範本時,認可該使用者的帳戶的付款,並保存所獲取的生物特徵資訊和相對應的該使用者帳戶。 在獲取使用者的生物特徵資訊後,收款設備將保存的已開通雙離線支付功能的各個使用者的生物特徵範本、與獲取的生物特徵資訊進行比對,如果某個使用者的生物特徵範本匹配於所獲取的生物特徵資訊,則收款設備認可對應於該生物特徵範本的使用者帳戶的付款,也就是說對應於與所獲取的生物特徵資訊相匹配的生物特徵資料的使用者帳戶將用來向收款方進行款項轉移;收款設備在所獲取的生物特徵資訊和用來付款的該使用者帳戶之間建立對應關係,並保存所獲取的生物特徵資訊和相對應的該使用者帳戶。 收款設備判斷所採集的生物特徵資訊與保存的生物特徵範本是否匹配的具體方式可參照現有技術實現,不再贅述。 根據實際應用場景中收款事務的具體要求,收款設備在保存所獲取的生物特徵資訊和相對應的使用者帳戶時,還可以保存與本次收款相關的款項資訊。款項資訊可以是在該實際應用場景中用來確定收款金額的任何資訊,例如在公共交通乘車費的雙離線支付場景中,可以是該使用者的車費,也可以是該使用者的上車站名和下車站名,還可以是該使用者上下車之間的車站數量;再如在飛機航班的雙離線支付場景中,可以是使用者在飛機上購買的商品或服務的名稱及價格。 收款設備還可以保存認可使用者支付的支付場景的支付場景資訊、所獲取的生物特徵資訊和相對應的使用者帳戶。其中,支付場景資訊可以由收款設備自己產生,也可以由收款設備從保存在本地的已開通雙離線支付的使用者指定的支付場景資訊、使用者的生物特徵範本和使用者帳戶的對應關係中獲取。 如果收款設備獲取的生物特徵資訊,與保存的生物特徵範本和使用者帳戶的對應關係中的任何一個生物特徵範本都不匹配,則收款設備不認可該使用者的付款,該使用者需要採用其他方式來進行支付。 可見,本發明的實施例二中,收款設備在雙離線支付場景中現場採集使用者的生物特徵資訊,與其保存的使用者的生物特徵範本與使用者帳戶的對應關係中的生物特徵範本進行比對,並認可相匹配的生物特徵範本對應的使用者帳戶的付款,使得使用者擺脫了產生付款碼的繁瑣操作,在減少了使用者支付時間的同時達到了更高的支付安全性。 本發明的實施例三提出一種新的雙離線支付的結算方法,收款伺服器將認可使用者付款的支付場景的支付場景資訊、在該支付場景中採集的使用者生物特徵資訊、使用者的帳戶和款項資訊發送給支付伺服器,支付伺服器驗證使用者生物特徵資訊與保存的對應於該雙離線支付場景的支付場景資訊以及該使用者帳戶的使用者生物特徵範本相匹配後,按照款項資訊進行轉帳,從而使得使用者在雙離線只支付環境中無需進行複雜的操作來產生付款碼即可進行支付,減少了使用者的支付時間,並且採用生物特徵認證能夠達到更高的安全性。 當收款方系統的收款設備在雙離線支付環境中認可使用者的付款後,在收款設備離開雙離線環境,恢復遠端網路連通後,收款方系統可以與支付伺服器進行結算,將在雙離線環境中認可的使用者付款所對應的款項從使用者在支付伺服器的帳戶劃轉到收款方的帳戶中。 雙離線支付的結算過程通常不需要使用者和使用者終端的參與。結算過程中收款設備與收款伺服器之間、收款伺服器與支付伺服器之間都能夠進行通訊,其中,收款方系統的組成以及和支付伺服器的通訊方式可以與圖1所示的網路相同。 實施例三中,支付伺服器上保存有開通雙離線支付的使用者指定的支付場景資訊、使用者的生物特徵範本和使用者帳戶的對應關係,收款方系統的收款設備上保存有開通雙離線支付的使用者的生物特徵範本和使用者帳戶的對應關係、以及在認可使用者付款時採集的使用者的生物特徵資訊和相對應的用來付款的使用者帳戶。此外,收款方系統還可以在收款伺服器上保存有開通雙離線支付的使用者指定的支付場景資訊、使用者的生物特徵範本和使用者帳戶的對應關係。 實施例三中,雙離線支付的結算方法應用在收款方系統的收款伺服器的流程如圖6所示,應用在支付伺服器的流程如圖7所示。 在收款伺服器上,步驟610,接收收款設備的扣款請求。扣款請求中包括收款設備在認可使用者付款的支付場景中獲取的使用者的生物特徵資訊和相對應的使用者的帳戶、以及款項資訊。其中,款項資訊可以是實際應用場景中使支付伺服器能夠確定要從使用者帳戶轉帳到收款方帳戶的款項的具體數額的任意資訊,不做限定。 收款方系統在收款設備脫離雙離線支付環境後,可以與支付伺服器就在雙離線場景中認可的使用者付款進行結算。具體的,收款設備在恢復與收款伺服器的網路連接後,將在認可使用者付款的雙離線場景中採集的使用者的生物特徵資訊與相對應的使用者帳戶、以及款項資訊封裝在扣款請求中,發送給收款伺服器。收款設備也可以將認可使用者付款的雙離線支付場景的支付場景資訊一併封裝在扣款請求中。 在收款伺服器上,步驟620,向支付伺服器發送結算請求。結算請求中包括認可使用者付款的支付場景的支付場景資訊、在該支付場景中獲取的使用者的生物特徵資訊和相對應的使用者帳戶、以及款項資訊。 在支付伺服器上,步驟710,從收款方系統接收結算請求。 收款伺服器接收扣款請求後,如果扣款請求中沒有攜帶支付場景資訊,可以根據發送該扣款請求的收款設備確定該請求涉及的認可使用者付款的雙離線支付場景的支付場景資訊;如果扣款請求中攜帶有支付場景資訊,收款伺服器可以直接從扣款請求中提取支付場景資訊。收款伺服器將該扣款請求涉及的支付場景資訊(即認可使用者付款的支付場景的支付場景資訊)、扣款請求中使用者的生物特徵資訊與相對應的使用者帳戶、和款項資訊封裝在結算請求中,發送給支付伺服器。 如果收款伺服器保存了已開通雙離線支付的使用者指定的支付場景資訊、使用者的生物特徵範本、和使用者帳戶的對應關係,則可以在保存的對應關係中,查詢與扣款請求涉及的支付場景資訊和扣款請求中使用者帳戶相對應的生物特徵範本,將查詢到的生物特徵範本與扣款請求中的生物特徵資訊進行比對;如果兩者相匹配,則扣款請求中的生物特徵資訊通過驗證,收款伺服器將該扣款請求涉及的支付場景資訊、扣款請求中使用者的生物特徵資訊與相對應的使用者帳戶、和款項資訊封裝在結算請求中,發送給支付伺服器。如果收款伺服器未查詢到與扣款請求涉及的支付場景資訊和扣款請求中使用者帳戶相對應的生物特徵範本,或者查詢到的生物特徵範本與扣款請求中的生物特徵資訊不匹配,則收款伺服器不會根據該扣款請求產生結算請求。 在支付伺服器上,步驟720,採用保存的對應關係中與結算請求中使用者的帳戶和匹配於認可使用者付款的支付場景的支付場景資訊相對應的使用者的生物特徵範本,對結算請求中的生物特徵資訊進行驗證,在驗證通過後根據款項資訊進行從該使用者的帳戶到收款方帳戶的轉帳。 支付伺服器上保存有已開通雙離線支付的使用者指定的支付場景資訊、使用者的生物特徵範本和使用者的帳戶的對應關係。支付伺服器在所保存的對應關係中,查找與結算請求中的支付場景資訊、使用者帳戶對應的生物特徵範本。 在找到對應的生物特徵範本後,支付伺服器比對查找到的生物特徵範本與結算請求中的生物特徵資訊是否相匹配。如果兩者相匹配,結算請求中的生物特徵資訊通過驗證,支付伺服器執行從結算請求中的使用者帳戶向收款方帳戶的轉帳,轉帳金額由結算請求中的款項資訊來確定。 在支付伺服器上,步驟730,向收款方系統返回結算回應。 在收款伺服器上,步驟630,接收支付伺服器返回的結算回應。結算回應由支付伺服器根據所保存的對應關係中,與認可使用者付款的支付場景的支付場景資訊和所述結算請求中的使用者帳戶對應的使用者的生物特徵範本,是否匹配於結算請求中的生物特徵資訊的驗證結果返回。 在支付伺服器完成從結算請求中的使用者帳戶向收款方帳戶的轉帳後,向收款伺服器返回結算成功的結算回應。如果支付伺服器在所保存的對應關係中沒有找到與結算請求涉及的支付場景資訊、結算請求中使用者帳戶對應的生物特徵範本,則向收款伺服器返回結算失敗的結算回應。如果結算請求中的生物特徵資訊未能通過支付伺服器的驗證,支付伺服器也向收款伺服器返回結算失敗的結算回應。 可見,在本發明實施例三中,收款方系統將在雙離線支付場景的支付場景資訊、在該支付場景中採集的使用者生物特徵資訊、相對應的使用者帳戶和款項資訊發送給支付伺服器,支付伺服器驗證使用者生物特徵資訊與保存的對應於該雙離線支付場景的支付場景資訊以及該使用者帳戶的使用者生物特徵範本相匹配後,進行款項的劃轉,使得使用者在雙離線支付場景中不需要通過繁瑣的操作產生支付碼,直接使用其生物特徵資訊即可完成付款,減少了使用者的支付時間,並且達到了更高的安全性。 在本發明的一個應用示例中,某個第三方支付機構與公共交通公司聯合向乘客提供刷臉乘車的功能。該第三方支付機構向使用者發行虛擬的公共交通卡,使用者可以使用公共交通卡來乘坐公車輛,公共交通卡的費用通過該使用者在該第三方支付機構的帳戶進行結算,本應用示例中使用者的帳戶包括兩個部分,該使用者在該第三方支付機構的帳戶和公共交通卡號。每個城市分別發行不同類型的公共交通卡,使用者的公共交通卡類型和公共交通卡號由使用者終端上該第三方支付結構的客戶端App保存在終端本地。 本應用示例中,公共交通公司的系統(收款方系統)包括收款伺服器和設置在公車上的機具(一種收款設備)。其中,收款伺服器包括公共交通公司後臺伺服器和機具後臺伺服器,公共交通公司後臺伺服器負責與第三方支付機構的支付伺服器進行通訊,每個機具後臺伺服器分別負責與某個城市的若干條公共交通線路上的機具進行通訊。 使用者在刷臉乘公共交通前,先要開通在其指定線路上的刷臉乘車功能。開通流程中使用者終端、支付伺服器、公共交通公司後臺伺服器、機具後臺伺服器和機具間的交互流程如圖8所示。 使用者在終端上該第三方支付機構的支付App中指定要開通的公共交通線路,並指令開通刷臉乘車功能。支付App接收使用者輸入的公共交通線路,獲取使用者終端上保存的公共交通卡類型和公共交通卡號,將公共交通線路和公共交通卡類型作為支付場景資訊,將支付場景資訊和公共交通卡號封裝在使用者開通請求中,發送給支付伺服器。 支付伺服器根據使用該支付App的使用者帳戶,從公安系統的伺服器獲取該使用者的人臉範本(一種生物特徵範本)。支付伺服器指令該支付App發起人臉校驗,使用者終端上的支付App採集使用者的臉部圖像(一種生物特徵資訊)上傳給支付伺服器。支付伺服器檢驗上傳的臉部圖像是否與該使用者的人臉範本相匹配,如果匹配,支付伺服器將使用者開通請求中使用者指定的公共交通線路、公共交通卡類型、公共交通卡號、該使用者的人臉範本、該使用者在第三方支付機構的帳戶的對應關係保存起來,並且將該對應關係封裝在系統開通請求中,發送給公共交通公司後臺伺服器。 公共交通公司後臺伺服器將系統開通請求中使用者指定的公共交通線路、公共交通卡類型、公共交通卡號、該使用者的人臉範本、該使用者在第三方支付機構的帳戶的對應關係保存起來,根據公共交通卡類型和使用者指定的公共交通線路確定機具後臺伺服器,向所確定的機具後臺伺服器下發公共交通線路、公共交通卡類型、公共交通卡號、該使用者的人臉範本、該使用者在第三方支付機構的帳戶的對應關係。機具後臺伺服器向該公共交通線路上所有的機具下發該使用者的人臉範本、公共交通卡類型、公共交通卡號和該使用者在第三方支付機構的帳戶的對應關係。機具收到後將下發的對應關係保存在本地,並向機具後臺伺服器返回保存成功的回應。 在該公共交通線路上所有的機具都向機具後臺伺服器返回保存成功的回應後,機具後臺伺服器向公共交通公司後臺伺服器返回下發成功的回應,公共交通公司後臺伺服器向支付伺服器返回開通成功的回應。支付伺服器通知該支付App開通成功,該支付App顯示給使用者。如果有使用者指定公共交通線路上的機具向機具後臺伺服器返回保存不成功的回應,則機具後臺伺服器向公共交通公司後臺伺服器返回保存不成功的回應,公共交通公司後臺伺服器向支付伺服器返回開通失敗的回應。支付伺服器通知該支付App開通失敗,該支付App顯示給使用者。
