彙編者客戶端發起收購的方式是構建文本版權收購交易(包含目標交易雜湊),然後將之提交給區塊鏈網路進行處理。 S304:所述區塊鏈網路中的各節點透過預先部署的智慧合約,確定所述目標交易雜湊對應的目標創作者,並向所述目標創作者發送文本收購消息,以及將所述文本版權收購交易寫入區塊鏈。 S306:所述目標創作者的創作者客戶端針對所述文本收購消息構建文本版權售出交易,並將所述文本版權售出交易提交給區塊鏈網路。 所述目標創作者如何同意售出其創作的碎片化文本的版權,則可以透過創作者客戶端,以發起針對所述文本收購消息的版權售出交易的方式進行答覆。 具體地,所述目標創作者的創作者客戶端針對所述文本收購消息構建文本版權售出交易,具體可以是: 所述目標創作者的創作者客戶端構建包含所述交易雜湊的文本版權售出交易,或者,所述目標創作者的創作者客戶端構建包含所述文本收購消息的消息標識的文本版權售出交易。 S308:所述區塊鏈網路中各節點透過所述智慧合約,建立所述彙編者與所述目標交易雜湊之間的對應關係,以及將所述文本版權售出交易寫入區塊鏈。 所述區塊鏈網路中的各節點獲得所述文本版權售出交易後,相當於明確了所述目標創作者同意了所述彙編者的收購請求,於是,各節點可以透過智慧合約,對所述目標交易雜湊對應的文本發佈交易所存證的碎片化文本的版權歸屬於所述彙編者進行記錄(即建立所述彙編者與所述目標交易雜湊之間的對應關係)。 需要說明的是,如果所述目標創作者與所述目標交易雜湊之間的對應關係用於表徵所述目標交易雜湊對應的文本發佈交易所存證的碎片化文本是所述目標創作者創作的,則在所述目標創作者同意售出版權之後,智慧合約可以不解除所述目標創作者與所述目標交易雜湊之間的對應關係。 如果所述目標創作者與所述目標交易雜湊之間的對應關係用於表徵所述目標交易雜湊對應的文本發佈交易所存證的碎片化文本的版權歸屬於所述目標創作者,則為了改變版權歸屬,可以在建立所述彙編者與所述目標交易雜湊之間的對應關係的同時,解除所述目標創作者與所述目標交易雜湊之間的對應關係。 此外,在圖3所示的方法中,所述區塊鏈網路中各節點透過所述智慧合約,可以在確定所述彙編者向所述目標創作者付款完成之後,建立所述彙編者與所述目標交易雜湊之間的對應關係。 具體地,各節點在建立所述彙編者與所述交易雜湊之間的對應關係之前,可以透過所述智慧合約,向所述彙編者發送付款通知。接著,所述彙編者在付款完成後,可以透過所述彙編者客戶端構建付款完成交易,並將所述付款完成交易提交到區塊鏈網路。然後,各節點透過智慧合約,可以反應於所述付款完成交易,建立所述彙編者與所述目標交易雜湊之間的對應關係。 透過圖3所示的方法,彙編者可以直接根據主題或系列從多個創作者處收購多個碎片化文本的版權。彙編者基於收購的多個碎片化文本的版權,有權進行彙編,得到彙編作品,並享有彙編作品的版權。 圖4是本說明書實施例提供的一種基於區塊鏈的彙編作品發佈方法的流程示意圖,包括如下步驟: S400:彙編者客戶端獲取彙編者指定的多個文本發佈交易的交易雜湊。 在圖4所示的方法中,所述多個文本發佈交易所存證的碎片化文本是所述彙編者透過圖3所述的方法收購的。也就是說,區塊鏈網路中部署的智慧合約已經記錄了所述彙編者與所述多個文本發佈交易的交易雜湊的對應關係,並且,所述彙編者發起的用於收購所述多個文本發佈交易所存證的碎片化文本的文本版權收購交易以及創作這些碎片化文本的創作者發起的同意售出的文本版權售出交易也皆被寫入區塊鏈進行存證。所述多個文本發佈交易所存證的碎片化文本的版權流轉是清楚的。 此外,彙編者可以不直接從創作者處收購碎片化作品的版權,而是由收集者直接從創作者處收購碎片化作品的版權,得到文本集合,再由彙編者從收集者處收購文本集合。 圖5是本說明書實施例提供的一種基於區塊鏈的碎片化文本版權收購方法的流程示意圖,包括如下步驟: S500:收集者客戶端獲取收集者指定的文本發佈交易的目標交易雜湊。 此外,由於上述版權流轉方法的支持,使得版權流傳的各個環節分工明確,創作者可以專心於碎片化文本的創作,不用擔心版權被侵犯,並可以透過出售版權盈利。收集者可以對碎片化文本的收集整理,將文本集合轉賣給彙編者賺取收益。彙編者可以基於文本集合形成彙編作品,出售給發行商進行出版或發行。 還需要說明的是,在版權流轉過程中,版權的每次流轉可以不是一次買斷的。例如,收集者收購多個碎片化文本的版權時,實際上可以不進行支付,而是承諾待到碎片化文本最終形成彙編作品出版後,根據市場收益向創作者分紅。類似的,同樣可以根據市場收益向收集者、彙編者、發行商進行分紅,版權在從收集者流轉到彙編者,或版權從彙編者流轉到發行商時,都可以不進行一次買斷,而是約定分紅。 另外,在實踐中,倘若出現版權糾紛,司法機關(如法院)可以直接根據區塊鏈中記錄的清晰的版權流轉路徑進行裁判。 圖10是本說明書提供的一種裝置的結構示意圖,該裝置包括獲取模組1001和提交模組1002。圖10所示的裝置可以具體用於實現以下實施例: 一種基於區塊鏈的碎片化文本版權收購裝置,區塊鏈中儲存有基於創作者創作的碎片化文本構建的文本發佈交易,所述裝置包括: Memory,隨機存取記憶體)、靜態儲存設備,動態儲存設備等形式實現。記憶體1420可以儲存操作系統和其他應用程式,在透過軟體或者韌體來實現本說明書實施例所提供的技術方案時,相關的程式碼保存在記憶體1420中,並由處理器1410來調用執行。 輸入/輸出介面1430用於連接輸入/輸出模組,以實現資訊輸入及輸出。輸入輸出/模組可以作為組件配置在設備中(圖中未示出),也可以外接於設備以提供相應功能。其中輸入設備可以包括鍵盤、滑鼠、觸控螢幕、麥克風、各類傳感器等,輸出設備可以包括顯示器、揚聲器、振動器、指示燈等。 通信介面1440用於連接通信模組(圖中未示出),以實現本設備與其他設備的通信交互。其中通信模組可以透過有線方式(例如USB、網線等)實現通信,也可以透過無線方式(例如行動網路、WIFI、藍牙等)實現通信。 匯流排1450包括一通路,在設備的各個組件(例如處理器1410、記憶體1420、輸入/輸出介面1430和通信介面1440)之間傳輸資訊。 需要說明的是,儘管上述設備僅示出了處理器1410、記憶體1420、輸入/輸出介面1430、通信介面1440以及匯流排1450,但是在具體實施過程中,該設備還可以包括實現正常運行所必需的其他組件。此外,本領域的技術人員可以理解的是,上述設備中也可以僅包含實現本說明書實施例方案所必需的組件,而不必包含圖中所示的全部組件。
