一種防水閘門門板直推夾壓水密裝置,係一防水閘門,如圖1、2,是在一機箱10內併靠收置多個防水門板20,可由一馬達11透過鏈輪12及鏈條13帶動該多個防水門板20,一個接著一個,沿著一對門軌30的軌道31放下相互疊接形成一道防水門牆;如圖2、3、4、5,且該對門軌30上端之該機箱10內,係分別設有一電動伸縮作動器40,該伸縮作動器40的伸縮端41樞設有一推拉桿50,該推拉桿50的一端,係從該機箱10內朝下延伸進入該門軌30內,且該門軌30內部之軌道31一側設有多個夾掣器60及一夾壓桿70;其特徵在於,該夾掣器60,包括有一U形固定座61及一推桿臂62;該U形固定座61,係固定在該門軌30的軌道31一側內緣臂面上,具有一對導臂面板63,該對導臂面板63之間形成有一提供該推拉桿50穿過的容室64,且其板面近後端中間,各設有一相互對置的斜槽孔65,該斜槽孔65的前緣,各設有一相互對應的水平長槽孔66;該推桿臂62,係容置在該U形固定座61的容室64內,其後端及前端分別設有一第一樞
接孔67及一第二樞接孔68,該第一樞接孔67上,係以一樞設桿69樞接該推拉桿50,且該樞設桿69兩端,係分別穿置在該對導臂面板63的斜槽孔65上;該夾壓桿70,其桿體係以一軸梢71樞接在該推桿臂62的前端該第二樞接孔68上,前緣具有一夾壓作用面72,且該軸梢71的兩端並穿置在該對導臂面板63的水平長槽孔66中;如圖6、7,當水患發生時,該多個防水門板20在該馬達11帶動下沿著該門軌30的軌道31放下疊接構成一道防水門牆,如圖7、8、9,僅須通過該機箱10內該伸縮作動器40的伸縮端41對該推拉桿50進行下推作動;透過該門軌30內該每一夾掣器60的推桿臂62後端被該推拉桿50連動,造成該樞設桿69的兩端沿著該導臂面板63的斜槽孔65滑動;藉由該樞設桿69兩端沿著該斜槽孔65位移滑動過程中,該推桿臂62前端軸梢71受制於該水平長槽孔66的導引,使該推桿臂62前端推動該夾壓桿70的夾壓作用面72在該防水門板20的一端表面產生直推夾壓及夾鎖的雙重動作,達成該防水門板20另一端表面在門軌30內能和軌道31一邊形成離開限定的水密緊壓貼靠防水作用;如圖2、3、4、7、8、9,整體結構,針對該伸縮作動器40的伸縮端41作動控制該夾壓桿70在該防水門板20上產生夾壓或離開動作,增進有傳動結構簡化,控制動作順暢及夾鎖牢靠的效益。
