Description

Consumer demand matching method and system

The invention relates to a matchmaking method, in particular to a matchmaking method and matchmaking system for online consumer demand in the tourism industry.

In the early years, the matchmaking services of the tourism industry (such as the services provided by travel agencies) were to help consumers find suppliers that meet their needs through manual methods. Among them, the types of matchmaking products for the matchmaking services in the tourism industry can be like: guided tours of sightseeing spots, hotel rooms, aircraft, ships, cars, tour buses and other vehicles, rental services/commodities, etc.

When the aforementioned matchmaking services/commodities matchmaking activities are in progress, since many of the matchmaking product information is only the internal records of the supplier (which may be paper or intranet data), it is not publicly known to the public. Therefore, in order to find a suitable supplier, the co-operator must ask the supplier's status one by one. Further, if multiple consumers need to be served at the same time, a large amount of manpower is required to meet the needs of consumers.

Due to the fact that the aforementioned information about the matching products is not disclosed, in addition to causing a lot of manpower consumption, it is also more likely that the matching products will be oversold and replaced by secondary products. For example, for the rental service of tour buses, it is possible that even if the existing vehicles of the supplier (such as a car dealership) have been booked and there is no goods to provide the delivery service, the delivery service may still be accepted. Consumers, and when carrying out delivery services (ie, commodities), replace old and non-same vehicles of different models and different years with different orders, and they will be replaced by mixed fish. Therefore, when the situation is stronger than that of people, consumers often have to pay for and accept mismatched merchandise.

In view of this, the present invention proposes a consumer demand matching method and system. In addition, the matchmaking system does not accept the relevant reaction behavior of the bid information. It can be directly deleted from the bid information, or it can be a separate or combined way to send a notification to notify the qualified supplier of the bid information. Has been rejected. The foregoing part of the invention is not limited.

S235。 Next, in step S230, the matchmaking system determines whether there is new bid information. If yes, proceed to step S210 to determine the next bid information; if not, proceed to step S235.

Finally, in step S235, the matchmaking system displays the contents of the display list on the user interface for subsequent matchmaking. In one embodiment, the matchmaking system may display the content of the display list on the user interface of the consumer's mobile device, so as to perform further matchmaking between consumers and suppliers (eg matchmaking confirmation).

The present invention does not limit the order in which the steps of the foregoing matching method occur.

Next, please refer to Figures 2 and 3 at the same time. 3 is a flowchart of an exemplary method for judging whether bidding information can participate in a matchmaking method in the matchmaking method of the present invention. This disclosure accordingly proposes a method for determining whether bid information can participate in matchmaking (that is, whether the product in the bid information is acceptable) as steps S300-S315, as a specific embodiment.

As mentioned above, the computer can read the database of the storage medium and store the product identification code of each supplier and the corresponding product status. The commodity status is used to mark the current usage status of the commodity, and the commodity status includes a locked status and an unlocked status.

In step S300, the matchmaking system reads the commodity status associated with each commodity identification code in the bid information in the database.

Next, in step S305, the matchmaking system checks the product status associated with the aforementioned product identification code to confirm whether there is at least one product status associated with the product identification code as the locked state.

If yes, step S310 is executed, and the matchmaking system does not accept the bid information. That is to say, at this time, the matchmaking system determines that at least one of the products in the bid information is in a locked state. In this embodiment, the process returns to step S215 in FIG. 2 to continue the judgment.

If not, step S315 is executed, and the matchmaking system accepts the bid information and changes the state of the product in the database associated with each product identification code in the bid information to the locked state. In this embodiment, the process returns to step S215 in FIG. 2 to continue the judgment.

Further, the acceptance/non-acceptance of the matchmaking system may be formally accepted/recorded or may further send feedback signals. This part of the invention is not limited in any way.

It is worth mentioning that the method of changing the product status also includes: after the product status is changed to the locked state, if the preset unlock time has not been changed back to the unlocked state, the product status is changed back to the non-locked state Locked state; or, after the product state is changed to the locked state, according to a product used confirmation message, the product state is changed to the unlocked state; or, after the product state is changed to the locked state, according to a Replace the message or an unselected message, and then change the product status to the unlocked state. The method for changing the product status of the present invention may be one of the aforementioned methods or a combination thereof.

Furthermore, by the method of judging whether the bidding information can participate in the matchmaking (ie judging whether the goods in the bidding information can be accepted) proposed in this disclosure (such as: steps S300~S315), the matchmaking system of the present invention can further confirm The product status of the bid information content is locked or unlocked. Because of this, the present invention further has the technical effect that once the goods/services participate in the matchmaking, no other bids can be made.

Next, please refer to FIG. 4. FIG. 4 is an application example of the matchmaking method of the present invention.

1。 In this case, the consumer 41 wants to rent 5 tourist cars with 30 seats on 2017.01.01. Therefore, the consumer 41 sends out a consumer demand list via a mobile device (such as a smart phone, tablet computer, etc.) (recorded content includes: date of demand: 2017.01.01, demand type: 30-seater tour bus, demand quantity: 5 vehicles) Give matchmaking system 1.

Next, after receiving the consumer demand list of the consumer 41, the matchmaking system 1 based on the content of the consumer demand list (recorded contents include: demand date: 2017.01.01, demand type: 30-seater tour bus, demand quantity: 5 vehicles), from the database, find the supplier account that meets the filtering criteria.

Next, the matchmaking system will send a bid invitation message to the account of the qualified supplier by push broadcast, and further notify the suppliers 42, 43, and 44 to bid.

It can be seen in Figure 4 that the suppliers 42, 43, 44 use different types of devices, respectively. Among them, the supplier 42 uses a general desktop computer, the supplier 43 uses a smart phone, and the supplier 44 uses a tablet computer to communicate with the matchmaking system, and the suppliers 42, 43, 44 send their respective Of the bidding information to the matchmaking system.

It is worth mentioning that in the devices of the consumer 41 and the suppliers 42, 43, 44 are installed the matchmaking application software corresponding to the matchmaking system. Consumers 41 and suppliers 42, 43, and 44 can use this matchmaking application software to create an account and log in to the application software in the matchmaking system to connect, communicate, and send and receive messages. The application of this part of the present invention is not limited.

For example, in this application implementation case, the bidding information content of each supplier 42, 43, 44 includes, for example: the bidding information of supplier 42: supplier account number: TTAB01, supplier name: United Big Car Shop, Tender product name: 30-seater tour bus, bid quantity: 3 vehicles, product identification codes: product001, product002, product003, supplier contact information: xxx@oo.com, and other information.

Bid information of supplier 43: supplier account number: TTAB02, supplier name: Jiuli Automobile Store, bidding product name: 30-seater tour bus, bid quantity: 5 vehicles, product identification codes: product010, product011, product012, product013, product088, supplier contact information: yyy@top.com, and other information.

Bid information of supplier 44: supplier account number: TTAB03, supplier name: city car dealer, bidding commodity name: 30-seater tour bus, bid quantity: 3 vehicles, product identification codes: product021, product022, product025, supplier Contact information: zzz@oe.com, and other information.

At this time, the matchmaking system 1 will temporarily store the bid information of each supplier 42, 43, 44 in the random access memory, and determine the order according to the order of receiving the bid information of each supplier 42, 43, 44 Whether the contents of the bid information of each supplier 42, 43, 44 can participate in this match of consumer demand (that is, determine whether the product status associated with the product identification code in the bid information can be accepted by the match system).

In this application embodiment, when judging whether the content of the bid information can participate in this match of consumer demand, the matchmaking system 1 will first analyze the information in the bidding information (especially the product identification code), and use the If more than one product identification code is found, search for the related product status in a specific database to confirm that all the product statuses associated with the product identification codes in the bid information are unlocked.

In this case, the matchmaking system 1 updates the supplier 42's bid information to the temporary display list after judging the supplier 42's bid information and accepting its bid information.

Then, the matchmaking system 1 continues to judge the bid information of the supplier 43. Because the matchmaking system 1 searches for the related product status in the specific database by using the product identification code in the bid information, and confirms that the product status associated with all the product identification codes in the bid information is unlocked, it is found The commodity identification code in supplier 43 bid information: product088, the status of the commodity in its associated database, is marked as locked. Therefore, the matchmaking system does not accept the bid information of the supplier 43, and deletes the bid information of the supplier 43 temporarily stored in the random access memory.

Finally, the matchmaking system 1 continues to judge the supplier 44's bid information. In this case, after judging the supplier 44’s bid information and accepting its bid information, the matchmaking system 1 updates the supplier 44’s bid information to the temporary display list.

After performing the above system behaviors, currently, the bid information of suppliers 42, 44 is accumulated in the display list.

At this time, after the matchmaking system 1 determines that there is no new supplier’s bidding information, the content of the information in the list will be displayed partially or completely on a user interface of the consumer 41’s mobile device to provide consumers 41 Select the appropriate supplier from the displayed list.

In this application example, the consumer 41 can view and select the products of the suppliers 42 and 44 in the display list from a user interface of the mobile device. Since, under the same screening conditions, the supplier 42 can provide 3 vehicles, and the supplier 44 can also provide 3 vehicles. At this time, the consumer 41 can select the five vehicles that he likes more from the six vehicles of the supplier 42 and the supplier 44 based on the information content of the bid information, and perform matchmaking confirmation to complete the demand of the consumer 41 Matchmaking.

Another Example of Matchmaking System (Gold Flow)]

In another embodiment of the matchmaking system, a matchmaking system is further proposed to further define the details of subsequent matchmaking behaviors required by the matchmaker by determining whether the payment is completed.

In this embodiment, the processor of the matchmaking system is also used to calculate numerical values and conditional expressions, and determine whether the conditions are satisfied.

Specifically, the processor of this embodiment will determine the payment time of the demand matching transaction of the issuer (such as the demand side, the consumer, etc.) according to the preset judgment conditions.

Further, the preset judgment condition includes: detecting that a demand match event is completed.

Wherein, the completion of the demand matching event includes: information on the case of the case (such as: the demand side, consumers, etc.), and information on at least one case of the corresponding case (such as the supplier, etc.) , And after the match request information and the case proposal information are matched by the demand match system, at least one effective electronic contract is generated. The aforementioned types of demand matchmaking events may also include: vehicle matchmaking, hotel room matchmaking, transportation load matchmaking, or various types of human matchmaking, etc., which are not limited in the present invention.

It is worth mentioning that the method of determining the payment time of the processor may be to determine the time difference between the completion time of the electronic contract signing and the reservation demand time. If the time difference is greater than the first time threshold, the first time from the completion time of the electronic contract signing The payment is completed within the preset time. If the time difference is less than or equal to the first time threshold, the payment must be completed within the time difference from the time when the electronic contract is signed minus the second preset time.

In this embodiment, the database is also used to store data related to demand matching. The database may be a relational database or other types of databases, and the invention is not limited thereto.

Specifically, the data in this embodiment may include: case-requesting information (such as: demand side, consumer, etc.), case-receiving information (such as: supplier, etc.) case acceptance proposal information, payment bill No., host connection information of the collection agency, user account and related user information, etc., the present invention is not limited.

In this embodiment, the computer can read the storage medium and also provide a data storage mechanism for storing data such as databases, applications, display lists (temporary data), and so on.

Further, the computer-readable storage medium of this embodiment may store the aforementioned electronic contract, wherein the electronic contract may exist in the computer-readable storage medium in the form of physical objects.

More specifically, an effective electronic contract should have the signing authority of the sender and receiver. However, the effective electronic contract authorization method can be provided by providing authorization marks (such as circled, ticked, marked, etc.) or electronic signatures. The present invention does not limit the type and authorization method of the electronic contract.

It is also worth mentioning that when the aforementioned electronic contract becomes effective, an electronic contract signing completion time T1 is generated, and the electronic contract signing completion time T1 is also recorded in the database.

In this embodiment, the investigator operates the host of the issuer to push the demand data (ie, the consumer's demand content) through the matchmaking system, and then pushes it to the supplier (Note: the supplier has not Decide whether to accept the case) host of the receiving party.

Among them, the host of the case or the host of the case is loaded with the corresponding application software of the demand matching system, or uses the web interface to submit the case demand data or case proposal data. The host of the case or the host of the case may be a personal computer, a handheld mobile device (such as a smart phone, a tablet), etc., and the invention is not limited thereto.

Further, after receiving the case-requesting information from the issuer, the matchmaking system starts to compare the data in its own database, selects the corresponding supplier list based on the case-requesting information, and pushes the case-requesting information. Broadcast to at least one receiving host of the receiving party.

If the supplier intends to accept the case, the supplier has the aforementioned identity of the receiving party. The receiving party sends its receiving proposal information and/or electronic contract signed by the receiving party unilaterally to the matchmaking system for recording through the receiving party host.

Furthermore, the matchmaking system will notify the issuer of the status of the proposed checklist at a specific time.

Finally, the sponsor can select at least one receiver from the list of proposals provided by the matchmaking system, and complete the signing of the sponsor’s electronic contract, where the electronic contract is established and is an effective electronic contract.

The foregoing part simply talks about the demand matching behavior, while the latter part will further describe the follow-up matching portion of the demand matching related transaction behavior of the present invention through another embodiment of the matching method.

Another Example of Matchmaking Method (Gold Flow)]

In another embodiment of the matchmaking method, a method for determining whether the payment is completed is further proposed to further define the details of the subsequent matchmaking behavior of the matchmaking required by consumers.

In this embodiment, it can be performed through the aforementioned matching system. The present invention does not limit the type of the matching system.

First, in step A, the detection of a demand match event is completed.

In this embodiment, it is detected through the matchmaking system that a required matchmaking event has been completed. At this time, the demand matching event that has been completed and detected by the matching system (ie, the required matching event is completed) includes: the matching system determines that the database and/or the computer-readable storage medium , With information on a case request (for example: demand side, consumer, etc.), at least one case response information (for example, supplier, etc.) corresponding to the case side (for example, supplier, etc.) After the case demand information and the case proposal information, corresponding at least one valid electronic contract is generated.

Next, in step B, a payment slip corresponding to the matching event of demand is generated, and the payment slip includes the payment slip number and the payment amount.

Specifically, when the matchmaking system judges that the aforementioned demand matchmaking event is completed, a payment slip corresponding to the demand matchmaking event is generated. Among them, the payment slip includes the payment slip number and payment amount.

In detail, the payment slip in this embodiment refers to an electronic virtual payment slip. The main index data of the payment slip is used as the main index data of the payment slip and the payment amount is associated with each other through the data in the database. Made. However, the present invention does not limit the content, method and expression of the payment slip.

Next, in step C, based on the payment amount, confirm the amount of the account with the host of the collection agency (such as a bank, supermarket, third-party payment, etc.).

In this embodiment, the matchmaking system will confirm the credit amount with the host of the collection agency (such as a bank, super merchant, third-party payment, etc.) based on the payment amount in the payment slip.

Then, in step D, the payment amount and the credit amount are judged.

F。 Specifically, the matchmaking system will further determine whether the payment amount on the payment slip is consistent with the credit amount obtained from the host of the collection agency. If they match, go to step E; if they do not match, go to step F.

In step E, if the payment amount is equal to the credited amount, the demand matchmaking transaction is completed.

In other words, when the result of the matchmaking system judgment is that the payment amount is equal to the credited amount, the matchmaking transaction is required to be completed. Furthermore, the receiving party must supply the corresponding matching products of the issuing party in accordance with the content of the electronic contract that is ultimately valid.

In step F, if the payment amount is not equal to the credited amount, the demand matching (transaction) is cancelled based on the payment slip number.

In other words, when the result of the matchmaking system's judgment is that the payment amount is not equal to the credited amount, the demand matchmaking transaction is cancelled based on the payment slip number. Among them, canceling the demand matchmaking transaction may be deleting the payment notes and other data, or annotating the demand matchmaking (transaction) in other fields of the database. This part of the invention is not limited.

It is worth mentioning that, in step C, the matchmaking system can also determine whether the payment slip is within a specified payment time when confirming the credit amount with the host of the collection agency based on the payment amount in the demand slip. Payment; if it is, continue to confirm whether the payment amount is consistent with the credited amount; if the payment is not made within the time, the demand matching (transaction) will be cancelled based on the payment slip number.

It is worth mentioning that, in an embodiment of the consumer demand matching method of the present invention, a payment time determination method is further proposed.

In this embodiment, the aforementioned technical content is also considered. On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, a matchmaking system and matchmaking method are used, and in the subsequent matchmaking, a payment time judgment method is further added.

In this embodiment, in step H, the payment time is confirmed.

To be more specific, in the matchmaking system of this embodiment, while considering the demand matchmaking described above, the payment time is also confirmed as the basis for determining the subsequent matchmaking behavior in the demand matchmaking.

Next, in step I, the time difference between the completion time of the electronic contract signing and the reservation demand time is determined.

K。 Specifically, before determining the aforementioned step C, the matchmaking system also determines the time difference Y between the completion time T1 of the electronic contract signing and the reservation demand time T2. Wherein, if the time difference Y is greater than the first time threshold, step J is performed; if the time difference Y is less than or equal to the first time threshold, step K is performed.

In step J, if the time difference is greater than the first time threshold, the payment must be completed within the first preset time from the completion time T1 of the electronic contract signing.

In other words, when the result of the matchmaking system judgment is that the time difference Y is greater than the first time threshold, the payment must be completed within the first preset time from the time when the electronic contract is signed.

In step K, if the time difference Y is less than or equal to the first time threshold, the payment must be completed within the time difference Y minus the second preset time from the completion time T1 of the electronic contract signing.

In other words, when the result of the matchmaking system's judgment is that the time difference Y is less than or equal to the first time threshold, the payment must be completed within the time difference Y minus the second preset time from the completion time T1 of the electronic contract signing.

In detail, the matchmaking system will determine the corresponding payment time calculation method based on a time difference Y between the electronic contract signing completion time T1 and the appointment demand time T2, and different time threshold conditions, and then determine the payment time.

For example, if the time difference Y is greater than the first time threshold (the first time threshold is set to: 27 hours), then the first preset time (the first preset time is set to: 24 The payment is completed within hours); if the time difference Y is less than or equal to the first time threshold (the first time threshold is set to: 27 hours), the time difference Y from the completion time of the electronic contract signing T1 minus the second preset time (second The preset time is set to: 3 hours) to complete the payment.

Through another embodiment of the foregoing matchmaking system and matchmaking method, the present invention can further define the subsequent matchmaking behavior of the matchmaking required by consumers by determining whether the payment is completed. In this way, after the demand matchmaking, before each demanded service is performed, the matchmaker does not need to arrange manpower to check whether the consumer has received the payment.

In addition, in this embodiment, the gold flow data has been consolidated and concatenated, and each system is no longer an island. Therefore, when consumers demand a large volume, through the demand matchmaking system for checking and scheduling of matchmaking commodities, the past troublesome and labor-intensive matchmaking transaction operations are reduced, and the personnel cost is effectively reduced.

In addition, in this embodiment, the payment method of demand matching is payment in advance. Therefore, when confirming the cash flow status (payment status), the cash flow status (for example: whether payment is made within a payment period and/or whether the payment amount is the same as the credit amount) can be used as a judgment condition to determine whether the demand match continues get on.

According to the previous, the consumer demand matching method and system of the present invention regarding the judgment part of payment can further solve the delay of matching products due to reservation reservation or difficulty in checking, so the products are not released immediately. Difficulties in the scheduling of commodities, and collection of accounts and other issues.

Possible efficacy of the embodiment]

It is known from the foregoing that in order to find a suitable supplier earlier, the matchmaker must proceed by asking the suppliers one by one. The matchmaking method and system proposed by the present invention can enable suppliers to actively provide information to matchmaking companies, and help matchmaking companies to locate matchmaking consumers and suppliers.

In summary, in addition to the effect that the matching system can greatly reduce the labor cost, the present invention can also solve the problem of oversold goods/services in the past. Since the commodities in the bidding information have unique commodity identification codes, it can further ensure that the commodities obtained by consumers after matchmaking are less likely to be dropped or replaced by suppliers as substandard goods. And, the matchmaking system in this disclosure book uses the status marking mechanism of the product status, thereby reducing the probability that the supplier will repeatedly provide the goods/services provided, but will not be able to practice at that time.
