接著,將該捲筒40置於一工作台91上(如九圖所示),並將該工作台91上之軟墊92一側稍加撕起,並將該軟墊92撕起之部位伸入於該捲筒40之捲料槽42內(如第十圖所示),再開啟該動力裝置20,使該動力裝置20所輸出之旋轉動力,經由該減速裝置30而傳遞至該捲筒40上,以帶動該捲筒40旋轉,使由該捲筒40逐漸將該軟墊92捲繞於該捲筒40之外周面上(如第十一圖所示),而在該軟墊92逐漸被捲繞於該捲筒40上時,該內轉體62亦會受到作用而開始在預定角度內旋轉(如第十二圖所示),以讓該載座10、動力裝置20、減速裝置30及捲筒40亦能順著該軟墊92被捲收之作用力而順勢以該內轉體62為軸心進行轉動(如第十一圖所示),以增進捲收時之順暢性。
是以,本創作無須人力握持,而可減少體力之消耗,及所花費之時間,進而達到省時當力之功效。
另外,當欲將本創作收納或移動至別處時,可由使用者握持者載座10上之提把121而將本創作稍加傾斜(如第十三圖所示),以使該輪體52接觸於地面上,而將底座51翹起,進而以極省力地拉動或推動本創作。
並且藉由捲筒40可與轉接桿322分離、轉接桿322可與連接桿321分離,使能方便的進行包裝、運輸、及收藏;另方面,利用捲筒40可予以拆下,而能以撕起一角的軟墊92容易的先行插入於捲筒40的捲料槽42中,之後再將捲筒40與轉接桿322結合而進行捲料;且該軟墊92被捲筒40捲收起之後,可將捲筒40及軟墊92同時自轉接桿322上拆下而方便進行軟墊92再自捲筒40上拆下的工作。
