一板體24與該第二板體25相對應位置的該傳動裝置2之各單向軸承23間係設有一傳動軸26;其中該傳動裝置2之轉輪22係與該傳動裝置2之傳動軸26樞設結合,致使該支架21擺動時經由該傳動軸26帶動該轉輪22轉動;其中該傳動裝置2之支架21其下端處係與該傳動裝置2之傳動軸26樞設結合,致使該傳動裝置2之支架21轉動時使該傳動裝置2之轉輪22轉動,而該傳動裝置2之支架21或該傳動裝置2之轉輪22與該傳動裝置2之傳動軸26間更可設有各該單向軸承23,致使該傳動裝置2之支架21僅於向一側擺動時可傳導動力,而向另一側擺動時則不傳導動力,進而達到使該傳動裝置2之轉輪22可單向轉動之功效;再者,該傳動裝置2之支架21與該傳動裝置2之轉輪22間可藉由不同齒數之齒輪傳動,其中該轉輪22係以齒輪型態所呈現,該傳動裝置2之傳動軸26其一端處更可設有一傳動件261,該傳動軸26之傳動件261係以齒輪型態所呈現,而該轉輪22的齒數係多於該傳動軸26之傳動件261的齒數,致使該傳動裝置2之支架21與該傳動裝置2之轉輪22間傳動效能提升;特別一提,該傳動裝置2下端處係增設有一架體5,而該傳動裝置2下端處更設有複數個滾輪27,供該傳動裝置2可於該架體5上所設有的至少一軌道51上呈左右移動狀態;前述該集塵裝置3之第二盒體32的容置區320內更可設置濾袋、濾網或濾片之其中任一者所呈現,供濾除由該擦拭裝置1所吸取的粉塵;前述該擦拭裝置1之容置空間10內更可設置至少一管件15及至少一片體16,供該擦拭裝置1之各管件15轉動時與該擦拭裝置1之各片體16摩擦產生靜電,進而提升集塵效果;
其中該擦拭裝置1之擦拭件13更可設有複數個通孔131,供該擦拭裝置1之擦拭件13擦拭黑板時,粉塵可經由該擦拭裝置1之擦拭件13的各通孔131吸入該擦拭裝置1之容置空間10中,藉此增加該擦拭裝置1的集塵效能;其中該擦拭裝置1係設有一動力元件17,供該擦拭裝置1之動力元件17轉動時帶動該擦拭裝置1之管件15轉動,而該擦拭裝置1之動力元件17上端處更可設有一傳動件171,並於該擦拭裝置1其上端處設有至少一樞設孔18,該擦拭裝置1之各樞設孔18內係穿設有一傳動件181,各該樞設孔18的傳動件181係與各樞設孔18呈樞轉連接狀態,而該擦拭裝置1之管件15其上端處係與該擦拭裝置1之各樞設孔18的傳動件181樞設固定,以及該擦拭裝置1之動力元件17的傳動件171係與該擦拭裝置1之樞設孔18的傳動件181係以齒輪傳動、皮帶傳動或鏈條傳動之其中任一者所呈現,供該動力元件17之傳動件171轉動時,帶動該擦拭裝置1之樞設孔18的傳動件181轉動,進而使該擦拭裝置1之管件15轉動,並與該擦拭裝置1之片體16摩擦產生靜電;本發明之「乾濕機械式板擦機」較佳實施例之使用狀態說明,本發明係包含一擦拭裝置1、一傳動裝置2、一集塵裝置3及一管體4,其中該擦拭裝置1、該傳動裝置2、該集塵裝置3與該管體4各個整體結構已於前述敘明,故不再贅述;首先,該擦拭裝置1設置有靜電系統,而靜電系統係包含:該擦拭裝置1之各片體16,係以羊毛為主要製造材料,該擦拭裝置1之各管件15,係選用PVC材質,透過該擦拭裝置1之各管件15轉動與該擦拭裝置1之各片體16摩擦以產生靜電,其中該擦拭裝置1更設置有該動力元件17,而該動力元件17係電性連接一蓄電裝置6,該蓄電裝置6係設有一控制件61,該蓄電裝
置6之控制件61係供控制該擦拭裝置1之動力元件17啟動或關閉,而該擦拭裝置1之動力元件17係供帶動該擦拭裝置1之管件15轉動,其中該擦拭裝置1之樞設區12與該傳動裝置2之支架21樞設結合時更可於傳動裝置2之支架21上移動,進而調整擦拭高度,使擦拭動作更為輕鬆便利,而該擦拭裝置1之擦拭件13更可噴灑清潔液,供以濕式擦拭方式擦拭黑板,為此更可設置一液體輸送裝置7,該液體輸送裝置7係設有一容置空間71,供容納清潔液,及一開口72,供以管狀連接至該擦拭裝置1之擦拭件13,使該液體輸送裝置7可噴灑清潔液於該擦拭裝置1之擦拭件13上,進而達到以濕式擦拭方式擦拭黑板之功能;再者,該傳動裝置2之轉輪22係為飛輪,飛輪係為沿著固定軸旋轉的輪子或圓盤,能量以旋轉動能的方式儲存,旋轉動能公式:E= Iω 2其單位為焦耳(J),其中,E是旋轉動能;ω是角速度,角速度公式為(rad/s)係指物體的旋轉速度;I是轉動慣量,轉動慣量的公式為(kg.m 2),轉動慣量是一個物體對於其旋轉運動的慣性大小的量度。當該傳動裝置2之轉輪22達到一定轉速並儲存能量,此能量用來驅動集塵裝置3中的風扇313,並且能夠讓該集塵裝置3之第一盒體31的風扇313保持旋轉作動,使該集塵裝置3能持續運轉;由於該傳動裝置2之轉輪22的動能較大時,使該集塵裝置3之第一盒體31的風扇313運作時能更加平滑、穩定,進而提高吸塵效率,供利用慣性保持轉動,進而達到儲存旋轉動能之功效,藉由該傳動裝置2之支架21擺動,於擦拭黑板的過程中,該傳動裝置2之支架21擺動速度約為0.75π(rad/s)時,其角速度ω為0.75π(rad/s),而當該傳動裝置2之支架21其作為力臂長度為50公分時,而該傳動裝置2之轉輪22其轉動慣量設為mr 2,當該傳動裝置2之轉輪22的質量m=1kg,該傳動裝置2之轉輪22的半徑r=0.07m,代入轉動慣量mr 2,得出該傳動裝置2之轉輪22的轉動慣量:
