Abstract

本發明係關於一種具可拆式光源之導光線體組之裝置，包括主體以及可拆式光源之導光線體組。其中，可拆式光源之導光線體組係包括光源裝置、可拆式承接裝置以及至少一導光線體，當光源裝置承接於可拆式承接裝置上時，光源裝置之光(Light)透過導光線體可傳遞光(Light)，以達到顯示、指示、警示、照明或裝飾之效果。

Description

具可拆式光源之導光線體組之裝置
本發明係關於一種具可拆式光源之導光線體組之裝置，特別是一種光源裝置可接合或拆解之裝置。
先前技術例如具發光效果之背包裝置，其光源係以電池盒或電源模組之方式提供電力；如中華民國新型專利M290689之「背包發光裝置」、以及中華民國新型專利M412663之「跑馬燈包包」，其背包之發光裝置皆須透過電池盒之方式提供電力。
上述先前技術之缺點在於電源模組本身即具有重量，再者電力耗盡時需充電或更換電池，且必須使用裝置限定之電源模組而無法由手機或通用之行動設備供電，不論在維持電力或使用上皆具有一定使用侷限與操作繁複性。
綜上所述，先前技術尚無具可拆式光源之裝置。因此，有必要一種具可拆式光源之導光線體組之裝置以提供外接式光源裝置，藉由接合或拆解於承接裝置以提供光源。
本發明之主要目的係在提供一種具可拆式光源之導光線體組之裝置藉由可拆式光源之導光線體組以達到電源模組外接，使電力提供方式較為彈性，避免電池更換之繁複性以並且減少重量。此外，於拆解狀態之光源裝置係具獨立照明功能。
本發明之另一主要目的係在於，藉由與可拆式承接裝置連接之導光線體傳遞至終端發光體，光源裝置之光(Light)亦使終端發光體進行發光。
本發明之再一目的在於，當光(Light)傳遞於導光線體之同時，導光線體亦達發光之效果。
為達成上述之目的，本發明揭露一種具可拆式光源之導光線體組之裝置，以提供外接式光源裝置。本發明包括主體與可拆式光源之導光線體組，可拆式光源之導光線體組係與主體相連接，而可拆式光源之導光線體組係包括光源裝置、可拆式承接裝置、以及至少一導光線體。
其中，光源裝置為可發光裝置；可拆式承接裝置連接於光源裝置與至少一導光線體之間，而可拆式承接裝置係使光源裝置快速接合或拆解，光源裝置所產生之光(Light)藉由快速接合於可拆式承接裝置而傳遞於導光線體，以達成指示功能；當光源裝置拆解於可拆式承接裝置係具獨立照明功能。
本發明之一實施例中，主體係為背包，而將手電筒作為光源裝置、至少一導光線體為導光條，藉由結合快拆結構之可拆式承接裝置，將手電筒之光(Light)傳遞於導光條。
在另一實施例中，導光條係再連接於終端發光體，使光(Light)由光源裝置藉導光條傳導至終端發光體而使其發光，以產生顯示、指示、警示、照明或裝飾之效果。
再一實施例中，導光條本身亦具透光性質，光(Light)傳時導光條亦同時發光，以產生顯示、指示、警示、照明或裝飾之效果。
為讓本發明之上述和其他目的、特徵和優點能更具明顯易懂，下文特舉出本發明之具體實施例，並配合所附圖式，作詳細說明如下。
以下請參考圖1，以了解本發明之具可拆式光源之導光線體組之裝置之一實施例。
本發明之一實施例中，具可拆式光源之導光線體組之裝置1包括主體10以及可拆式光源之導光線體組20，而可拆式光源之導光線體組20係與主體10連接；於本發明之具體實施例中，主體係為背包，惟本發明不以此為限。可拆式光源之導光線體組20包括光源裝置21、可拆式承接裝置22、以及至少一導光線體23，而光源裝置21係可接合或拆解於可拆式承接裝置22。光源裝置21係為可發光裝置，可為手電筒、具照明功能之行動裝置、LED燈等，但不以此為限，而光源裝置21係可與可拆式承接裝置22相連接，其中可拆式承接裝置22可為快拆結構，例如：卡扣、旋轉扣、強力磁鐵等，然快拆結構並不以此為限。至少一導光線體23係與可拆式承接裝置22連接，導光線體23可為軟性導光材質，例如：導光條等，但並不以此為限。
藉由上述結構，當光源裝置21係快速結合於可拆式承接裝置22，光源裝置21之光(Light)係透過導光線體23而傳遞；當光源裝置21拆解於可拆式承接裝置22時係具獨立照明功能。此外，可拆式光源之導光線體組20亦可進一步包括終端發光體24，其為非自主發光之發光體，為可透光塑膠、壓克力等，但不以此為限。本實施例之終端發光體24可具指示性，但並不以此效用為限。
接著，請同時參考圖2、圖3及圖4。圖2係關於本發明之具可拆式光源之導光線體組之裝置之一實施例之使用狀態圖；圖3係關於本發明之具可拆式光源之導光線體組之裝置之一實施例之另一使用狀態圖；圖4係關於本發明之具可拆式光源之導光線體組之裝置之一實施例之再一使用狀態圖。
如圖2所示，使用者將主體10背於身上，於本實施例之使用狀態係將光源裝置21裝設於可拆式承接裝置22上，而光源裝置21可設置於近使用者之一側，以方便使用者快速接合或拆解光源裝置21取用，然設置位子並不以此為限；如圖所示，可拆式光源之導光線體組20進一步包括終端發光體24，光源裝置21之光(Light)係藉至少一導光線體23傳遞至終端發光體24而產生指示性，其中至少一導光線體23亦可具透光性而於光源裝置21之光(Light)傳遞時發光，而至少一導光線體23可為軟性導光材質，可圍繞成特殊圖樣而產生指示或裝飾效果；此外，至少一導光線體23亦可具濾色性，使光源裝置21之光(Light)傳遞時顯示為特定色彩，而產生特定視覺效果。如圖3及圖4所示，使用者將光源裝置21拆解下來，此時光源裝置21係具獨立照明功能之手電筒，然不以此為限。
綜上所述，本發明無論就目的、手段及功效，在在均顯示奇迥異於習知技術之特徵，懇請 貴審查委員明察，早日賜准專利俾嘉惠社會。惟須注意，上述諸多實施例僅為例示性說明本發明知原理及其功效，而非用於限制本發明之範圍。任何熟於此項技藝之人士均可在不違背本發明之技術原理及精神下，對實施例作修改與變化。本發明之權利保護範圍應如後述之申請專利範圍所述。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種一種具可拆式光源之導光線體組之裝置，其包括：一主體，該主體是背包；以及一可拆式光源之導光線體組，其係與該主體連接，該可拆式光源之導光線體組包括：一光源裝置以提供一光；一可拆式承接裝置，其係承接該光源裝置；以及至少一導光線體，其係連接於該可拆式承接裝置，該至少一導光線體傳導來自於該光源裝置之該光；其中，當該光源裝置與該可拆式承接裝置結合，由該光源裝置產生之該光藉由快速接合或拆解於該可拆式承接裝置而傳遞於該至少一導光線體。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所示之具可拆式光源之導光線體組之裝置，其中該可拆式光源之導光線體組進一步包括一終端可發光體，該終端可發光體係與該至少一導光線體連結，而該終端可發光體為非自主發光之發光體，藉接收該至少一導光線體傳遞之該光而發光。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所示之具可拆式光源之導光線體組之裝置，其中該可拆式承接裝置係為快拆結構，使該光源裝置可快速結合或拆卸於該可拆式承接裝置。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1、2或3項所示之具可拆式光源之導光線體組之裝置，其中該至少一導光線體係具可發光性，當接收該光源裝置之該光時，該至少一導光線體可發光。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1、2或3項所示之具可拆式光源之導光線體組之裝置，其中該至少一導光線體係為軟性導光材質。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所示之具可拆式光源之導光線體組之裝置，其中該至少一導光線體具濾色性。
