Abstract

一種泡沫式雪花機改良,係在主機之機體內部設有容納空間,以設置風機朝向出風管及出風口往外送出風力,並且泵浦沿著可撓性之泡沫水管朝向泡沫頭輸送泡沫水;在出風管末端套設一朝外伸出之布套件,且泡沫水管之泡沫頭設置於出風管內;在出風口朝外連接一具有內部管道之噴送管,且出風管及布套件伸入於管道內,而噴送管之管道內徑相隔大於出風管外徑,且在噴送管之管道末端徑向朝內延伸有內齒環邊,藉由風機所產生之風力分別通過出風管及出風孔,以對布套件內部及外部吹送風力,使泡沫水經由布套件表面滲出形成泡沫,並且配合風力往外吹送泡沫通過噴送管飛離成人工雪花。

Description

泡沫式雪花機改良
本發明係有關一種泡沫式雪花機,尤指一種利用風力吹送之泡沫式雪花機改良。
按,以戲劇與舞台類場景為例,其在必要時會使用泡沫式雪花機製造出人工雪花紛飛之背景,以增強戲劇與舞台效果。
目前泡沫式雪花機主要在機體內設置有風機及泵浦等構件,藉由泵浦饋送泡沫水,再利用風機以風力吹送泡沫飛離出口成人工雪花,而製造出人工雪花紛飛景象。
惟習知泡沫式雪花機在實際運作中,當風機以風力吹送泡沫飛離出口成人工雪花時,泡沫會從出口以大角度往外擴散,相對降低了泡沫之吹送距離,並且多數泡沫會沿著出口外周表面流動滴落,以致現場地面發生溼滑現象,並且影響泡沫式雪花效果。因此要如何解決上述問題,即為此行業相關業者所亟欲研究之課題所在。
本發明之主要目的在於,泡沫式雪花機利用噴送管之內齒環邊及內尖齒作用之下,可使泡沫集中經由管道中間朝外送出,以增加泡沫之吹送距離與雪花效果,並且避免多數泡沫沿著噴送管外周表面流動滴落,而可防止舞台現場之地面發生溼滑現象。
為達上揭目的,本發明之泡沫式雪花機改良,係在主機之機體內部設有容納空間,以設置一含有馬達及風扇之風機,使風機朝向出風管及其外周環繞出風口往外送出風力,以及設置一連接有泡沫水管之泵浦,且泡沫水管末端連接一泡沫頭,使泵浦沿著可撓性之泡沫水管朝向泡沫頭輸送泡沫水;在出風管末端套設一朝外伸出之布套件,且泡沫水管之泡沫頭設置於出風管內;在出風口朝外連接一具有內部管道之噴送管,且出風管及布套件伸入於管道內,而噴送管之管道內徑相隔大於出風管外徑,且在噴送管之管道末端徑向朝內延伸有內齒環邊。
前述之泡沫式雪花機改良,其中該風機設有一殼體,以容納設置該馬達及風扇,在殼體外側往外連接該出風管與出風口,且殼體於出風管、出風口之間設有複數環列間隔之出風孔,以連通噴送管之管道。
前述之泡沫式雪花機改良,其中該噴送管之內齒環邊具有複數環向排列相連之內尖齒。
前述之泡沫式雪花機改良,其中該泵浦設置於主機之機體內部,該噴送管及出風管外周各相對設有一徑向孔,使泡沫水管末端經由兩徑向孔進入於出風管內,以連接於泡沫頭。

有關本發明為達成上述目的,所採用之技術手段及其功效,茲舉出可行實施例,並且配合圖式說明如下:首先,請參閱第一圖至第五圖所示,由圖中可清楚看出,本發明之泡沫式雪花機改良包含有一主機1、一風機2、一泵浦3、一布套件4及一噴送管5,其中:該主機1之機體11設有進風孔13及把手14,在機體11內部則設有一容納空間12(參閱第二圖),以設置該含有殼體21、馬達22、電源線221及風扇23之風機2,風機2在殼體21內容納設置馬達22及風扇33,在殼體21外側之殼壁211設有複數進風孔24,而另一外側之殼壁212往外連接有出風管26與其外周環繞出風口25,且殼壁212於出風管26、出風口25之間設置有複數環列間隔之出風孔27,使風機2朝向出風口25往外送出風力。在機體11內部設置該連接有泡沫水管31之泵浦3,並且在泡沫水管3末端連接含有複數微孔之泡沫頭33,使泵浦3沿著可撓性之泡沫水管31朝向泡沫頭33輸送泡沫水32。
該布套件4套設於風機2之出風管26末端,使布套件4朝外伸出,且配合束帶41定位,而泡沫水管31之泡沫頭33設置於出風管26內。
該噴送管5具有內部管道51及入口52,如第三圖至第六圖所示,將噴送管5之入口52連接於風機2之出風口25,且以螺釘57鎖接相對通孔251、55定位,使出風管26及布套件4伸入於管道51內,而噴送管5之管道51內徑相隔大於出風管26外徑 ,在噴送管5之管道51末端徑向朝內延伸有內齒環邊53,並且內齒環邊53具有複數環向排列相連之內尖齒54。而噴送管5及出風管26外周各相對設有一徑向孔261、56(參閱第四及六圖),使泡沫水管31末端經由兩徑向孔261、56進入於出風管26內,以連接於泡沫頭33。
當泡沫式雪花機實際使用時,如第二、三及六圖所示,泡沫水32經由泡沫水管31進入泵浦3,再藉由泡沫水管31送至泡沫頭33加以極細化,然後進入布套件54中,而風機2內部之馬達22及風扇23受控送出風力,使風機2所產生之風力通過出風管26、出風孔27吹出,以對布套件4之外部及內部吹送風力,其中之內部風力將先逼使泡沫水32滲出布套件4表面,然後位於出風管26外圍之環列出風孔27之風力作用,將使該等已滲出布面之泡沫34往外飛離,而經由噴送管5之管道51朝外送出成為人工雪花。再者,利用噴送管5出口之內齒環邊53及內尖齒54作用之下,可使泡沫34集中經由管道561中間朝外送出,以增加泡沫34之吹送距離與雪花效果,並且避免多數泡沫34沿著噴送管5外周表面流動滴落,而可防止舞台現場之地面發生溼滑現象。
以上所舉實施例僅用為方便說明本發明,而並非加以限制,在不離本發明精神範疇,熟悉此一行業技藝人士所可作之各種簡易變化與修飾,均仍應含括於以下申請專利範圍中。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種泡沫式雪花機改良,係在主機之機體內部設有容納空間,以設置一含有馬達及風扇之風機,使風機朝向出風管及其外周環繞出風口往外送出風力,以及設置一連接有泡沫水管之泵浦,且泡沫水管末端連接一泡沫頭,使泵浦沿著可撓性之泡沫水管朝向泡沫頭輸送泡沫水;在出風管末端套設一朝外伸出之布套件,且泡沫水管之泡沫頭設置於出風管內;在出風口朝外連接一具有內部管道之噴送管,且出風管及布套件伸入於管道內,而噴送管之管道內徑相隔大於出風管外徑,且在噴送管之管道末端徑向朝內延伸有內齒環邊。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之泡沫式雪花機改良,其中該風機設有一殼體,以容納設置該馬達及風扇,在殼體外側往外連接該出風管與出風口,且殼體於出風管、出風口之間設有複數環列間隔之出風孔,以連通噴送管之管道。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之泡沫式雪花機改良,其中該噴送管之內齒環邊具有複數環向排列相連之內尖齒。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之泡沫式雪花機改良,其中該泵浦設置於主機之機體內部,該噴送管及出風管外周各相對設有一徑向孔,使泡沫水管末端經由兩徑向孔進入於出風管內,以連接於泡沫頭。
