Description

直下式背光模組與液晶顯示器
本發明涉及顯示領域,尤其涉及一種直下式背光模組及包括有所述背光模組的液晶顯示器。
直下式背光模組,通常包括背板、LED燈條、光學膜片等。LED燈條設置在背板的底表面,光學膜片設置在背板的開口位置。LED燈條發出的光線在經過光學膜片的擴散作用後照射在液晶面板上,由於光線的出光角度θ有限,且LED燈條上的LED存在一定間距,必須保持有足夠的混光距離才可將光線均勻照射在光學膜片上,其中,所述混光距離為LED光源的出光面到光學膜片的垂直距離。由於同一背光模組需要相容設計不同方案的LED燈,不同方案的LED燈的混光距離不同,在使用不同方案的LED燈時,則需要重新開背板模具來相容不同方案的LED燈不同混光距離需求,但是,重新開發模具的週期長,設計成本增加,增加了產品設計週期和設計成本。
有鑑於此,有必要提供一種能夠解決上述技術問題的直下式背光模組。
一種直下式背光模組,其包括:背板、發光源及光學膜片,所述背板包括一基板及至少兩個背板框架,所述至少兩個背板框架可拆卸地組裝配 合形成高度可調的背板側框,所述基板與所述背板側框的其中一端面固定形成一個容納腔,所述發光源設置在所述容納腔的底部,所述光學膜片設置在所述背板側框的與所述基板相背的另外一個端面。
與現有技術相比,本發明提供的提供的直下式背光模組及包括所述背光模組的液晶顯示器,所述背板包括一基板及至少兩個背板框架,所述基板與所述背板框架分別單獨成型,所述至少兩個背板框架可拆卸地組裝配合形成高度可調的背板側框的結構,實現了混光距離可以通過增加或者減小背板框架的數量來改變,滿了不同產品中對不同混光距離的需求,而且不需要重新開發模具,減少了背光模組的製造成本。

下面結合將結合附圖及實施例,對本發明提供的背光模組及液晶顯示器作進一步的詳細說明。
第一實施例
請參閱圖1-3,為本發明提供的一種直下式背光模組100,其包括:背板10、發光源20、二次光學透鏡30及光學膜片40。
所述背板10包括一基板101及至少兩個背板框架102。所述基板101與所述背板框架102分別單獨成型。所述基板101及所述背板框架102的材質為金屬或者塑膠。每個所述背板框架102包括四個相連的呈板狀的側棱104,相鄰的兩個側棱104相互垂直。所述至少兩個背板框架102可拆卸地組裝配合形成高度可調的背板側框11,所述基板101與所述背板側框11的其中一個端面固定形成一個容納腔110。所述基板101與所述背板側框11的其中一端面通過螺絲鎖附或者膠水固定。
所述至少兩個背板框架102之間通過焊接、卡合、扣合、磁吸、點膠、螺絲鎖附中的任意一種方式相固定。
本實施方式中顯示的直下式背光模組100包括兩個背板框架102,在其他實施方式中,背板框架的數量可以多餘2個。
本實施方式中兩個背板框架102之間是通過螺絲12鎖附固定在一起。具體地,是在所述基板101上開設有第一螺孔103,在所述背板框架102的側棱104上開設有與第一螺孔103位置對應的第二螺孔105,所述螺絲12穿過第一螺孔103及第二螺孔105,從而將所述基板101與所述背板框架102固定在一起。
所述發光源20包括電路板21及設置在所述電路板21上的LED光源22,所述發光源20設置在所述基板101的表面。
所述二次光學透鏡30設置在LED光源22週邊。所述二次光學透鏡30包括用於依次罩設在LED光源22上的第一曲面31和第二曲面32,第一曲面31的底部周緣和第二曲面32的底部周緣在同一水平面上並連接成連接面33,該連接面33上形成若干第一凸條330和若干第二凸條331,第一凸條330相互平行間隔,第二凸條331相互平行間隔,這些第一凸條330和第二凸條331相互交錯排布。每一第一凸條330的形狀與每一第二凸條331的形狀相同,均為半圓柱形。LED光源22發出的光線射向二次光學透鏡30時,一部分光線在二 次光學透鏡30內部射向連接面33時經過第一凸條330和第二凸條331的反射作用後向各個角度出射、增大出射光線的出光角度,並使出射光線更加均勻。
所述二次光學透鏡30的第一曲面31包括自連接面33向二次光學透鏡的實體內部凹陷形成一曲面內壁34和一尖部35,該尖部35位於曲面內壁34的頂部,該曲面內壁34沿透鏡軸向上的截面的斜率由連接面33逐漸減小,而該尖部35沿透鏡軸向上的截面的斜率由曲面內壁34逐漸增大。LED光源22發出的光線射向該第一曲面31時,正向光線經過尖部35的折射作用後向透鏡32側部偏轉,從而將正向出光光線向二次光學透鏡30的側向分散,有利於使出射光線均勻化。
所述二次光學透鏡30的第二曲面32設在第一曲面31上方,該第二曲面32包括位於頂部中央的凹面320、凹面320週邊的弧面321和環繞透鏡側部的側面322,該凹面朝向光源的方向凹陷,該弧面321向遠離LED光源22的方向凸出,該側面322的底部邊緣位於連接面33上。
所述光學膜片40設置在所述背板側框11的與所述基板101相背的另外一個端面。所述混光距離即是指LED光源的出光面到光學膜片40的垂直距離H,如图3所示。由於所述背板10包括一基板101及至少兩個背板框架102,所述基板101與所述背板框架102分別單獨成型,所述至少兩個背板框架102可拆卸地組裝配合形成高度可調的背板側框11的結構,實現了混光距離可以通過增加或者減小背板框架102的數量來改變,滿了不同產品中對不同混光距離的需求。
第二實施例
請參閱圖6,本實施例提供的直下式背光模組200與第一實施例的直下式背光模組100的結構基本相同,其不同之處在於:兩個背板框架202之間是通過卡合固定在一起。具體地,是在其中一個背板框架202的所述側棱204上設置凸起206,在另外一個背板框架的所述側棱204上設置與凸起206配合的卡槽208,所述凸起206可以是多個呈分離的柱狀,也可以是環繞所述容納腔110一周是環狀突出部。
第三實施例
本實施例提供的直下式背光模組300與第一實施例的直下式背光模組100結構基本相同,其不同之處在於:圖7顯示的是兩個背板框架302之間是通過磁鐵301固定在一起。具體地,是在兩個背板框架302上分別設置凹槽,並且在所述凹槽中固定磁鐵301,使所述磁鐵301相吸而將兩個背板框架302固定。
總之,一切可以使背板框架固定在一起的實施方式都可以用於本發明,在此不再贅述。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士援依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種直下式背光模組,其包括:背板、發光源及光學膜片,其中:所述背板包括一基板及至少兩個背板框架,所述至少兩個背板框架可拆卸地組裝配合形成高度可調的背板側框,所述基板與所述背板側框的其中一端面固定形成一個容納腔,所述發光源設置在所述容納腔的底部,所述發光源包括電路板及設置在所述電路板上的LED光源,所述LED光源週邊設置有二次光學透鏡所述光學膜片設置在所述背板側框的與所述基板相背的另外一個端面。
  2. 如請求項1所述的直下式背光模組,其中,每個所述背板框架包括四個相連的側棱,相鄰的兩個側棱相互垂直。
  3. 如請求項1所述的直下式背光模組,其中,所述至少兩個背板框架之間通過焊接、卡合、扣合、磁吸、點膠、螺絲鎖附中的任意一種方式相固定。
  4. 如請求項3所述的直下式背光模組,其中,所述光學膜片為棱鏡片、增亮膜或者擴散片。
  5. 如請求項3所述的直下式背光模組,其中,所述基板與所述背板側框的其中一端面通過螺絲鎖附或者膠水固定。
  6. 如請求項1所述的直下式背光模組,其中:所述二次光學透鏡包括用於依次罩設在光源上的第一曲面和第二曲面,第一曲面的底部周緣和第二曲面的底部周緣在同一水平面上並連接成連接面,該連接面上形成若干第一凸條和若干第二凸條,第一凸條相互平行間隔,第二凸條相互平行間隔,這些第一凸條和第二凸條相互交錯排布。
  7. 如請求項6所述的直下式背光模組,其中:所述二次光學透鏡的第一曲面包括自連接面向透鏡的實體內部凹陷形成一曲面內壁和一尖部,該尖部位於曲面內壁的頂部,該曲面內壁沿透鏡軸向上的截面的斜率由連接面逐漸減小,而該尖部沿透鏡軸向上的截面的斜率由曲面內壁逐漸增大。
  8. 如請求項7所述的直下式背光模組,其中:所述透鏡的第二曲面設在第一曲面上方,該第二曲面包括位於頂部中央的凹面、凹面週邊的弧面和環繞 透鏡側部的側面,該凹面朝向光源的方向凹陷,該弧面向遠離光源的方向凸出,該側面的底部邊緣位於連接面上。
  9. 一種液晶顯示器,其中,所述液晶顯示器包括請求項1~8任一所述的直下式背光模組。
