Description

動態控制多個視頻下載之系統及方法
本發明涉及通信技術領域,尤其涉及一種動態控制多個視頻下載之系統及方法。
伴隨著網路條件之不斷發展,同一螢幕顯示不同之畫面亦成為未來消費者日益增強之需求。通常,客戶端於選擇待播放之視頻時,會優先選擇較高位元速率之視頻進行播放。當客戶端有多個視頻需要播放時,客戶端會根據位元元速率之高低來播放視屏,越到後面之就只能挑選較差位元元速率之視屏進行播放,而使得播放之視屏畫面品質很低。
鑒於以上內容,有必要提供一種可保證畫面品質之動態控制多個視頻下載之系統及方法。
一種動態控制多個視頻下載之系統,包括有至少一電子裝置、一顯示裝置及一連接所述至少一電子裝置與顯示裝置之客戶端,所述至少一電子裝置存有視頻,所述視頻包括有多個視頻分片,所述客戶端包括有一下載模組,所述下載模組用於對所述視頻按照畫面比例及頻寬變化趨勢對每一視頻分片進行下載,並於下載之過程中調整下載之即時頻寬變化趨勢,所述顯示裝置用於播放所述客戶端下載之視頻。
一種動態控制多個視頻下載之方法,包括以下步驟:每一電子裝置之一分割模組將視頻分割為多個視頻分片;一客戶端之下載模組對所述視頻按照畫面比例及頻寬變化趨勢對每一視頻分片進行下載,並於下載之過程中調整下載之即時頻寬變化趨勢;及所述顯示裝置播放所述客戶端下載之視頻。
與習知技術相比,於上述動態控制多個視頻下載之系統及動態控制多個視頻下載之方法中,所述視頻被分割成多個視頻分片,所述下載模組於下載時,按照畫面比例及頻寬變化趨勢對每一視頻分片進行下載,並於下載之過程中調整下載之即時頻寬變化趨勢。即可保證每一視頻之畫面品質。

請參閱圖1,於本發明之一較佳實施方式中,一動態控制多個視頻下載之系統100包括至少一電子裝置10、一連接所述至少一電子裝置10之客戶端30、及一連接所述客戶端30之顯示裝置50。於一實施方式中,所述至少一電子裝置10、所述客戶端30及所述顯示裝置50之間可藉由無線或有線之方式連接。所述客戶端30可接收來自所述至少一電子裝置10之視頻進行處理後發送至所述顯示裝置50,由所述顯示裝置50顯示出來。
請參閱圖2,於一實施方式中,所述至少一電子裝置10可以是伺服器,個人電腦,機櫃式伺服器等,其可以藉由習知之通訊協定將視屏檔傳送至所述客戶端30。所述通訊協定可以是超文字傳輸協定(Hyper Text Transport Protocol,HTTP)、傳輸控制協議(Transmission Control Protocol,TCP)或網路 通訊協定。於一實施方式中,所述至少一電子裝置10包括有兩個或兩個以上之電子裝置。於本實施方式中,所述至少一電子裝置10包括四個電子裝置,每一電子裝置記憶體有可於顯示裝置50上播放之視頻。每一視頻被切分為多個視頻分片。於一實施方式中,每一電子裝置包括有一分割模組11及一連接分割單元11之發送模組13。所述分割模組11可用於將視頻分割為多個視頻分片。所述發送模組13可用於將所述多個視頻分片發送至所述客戶端30。於本實施例中,本發明項所述之分割模組11及發送模組13均被存儲於電子裝置10之記憶體15中,並由一個或多個處理器(本實施例中為一個處理器17)所執行,以完成本發明。
本實施例中,本發明項所述之客戶端30亦可以被分割成一個或多個模組,所述一個或者多個模組均被存儲於客戶端30之存儲裝置31中,並由一個或多個處理器(本實施例中為一個處理器32)所執行,以完成本發明。例如,參閱圖2所示,本發明項所述之客戶端30之多個模組可以包括一下載模組33、一記錄模組34、一計算模組35、一搜尋模組36、及一調整模組37。
所述下載模組33用於下載每一電子裝置10中之視屏分片。於具體實施過程中時,所述下載模組33先以最低頻寬下載每一第一電子裝置10之第一個視頻分片並由所述記錄模組34記錄下載速度。所述計算模組35用於計算所述下載模組33下載第一個視頻分片之實際耗時與每個電子裝置10之視頻需要於顯示裝置50上顯示之畫面比例。於一實施方式中,每個電子裝置10之視頻需要於顯示裝置50上顯示之畫面比例按照降冪之順序排列。當所述視頻之畫面比例按照降冪之順利排列完畢時,所述下載模組33用於對每一視頻按照畫面比例從大到小之順序分別下載N個視頻分片,並預測下一個視頻分片之實際耗時。當所有電子裝置10之視頻均下載完成時,所述顯示裝置50即可播放每一電子裝置10之視頻。於一實施方式中,所述下載模組33對每一視頻按照畫面比例從大到小之順序分別下載3個視頻分片後於所述顯示裝置50上播放,即N=3。
當顯示裝置50需要播放每一電子裝置10之下一視頻時,所述計算模組35用於將所述每一電子裝置10之所有視頻分片按照即時緩衝狀態與即時頻寬變化趨勢進行分類,所述下載模組33即可根據所述計算模組35分類之順序下載下一個視頻分片。於一實施方式中,所述即時緩衝狀態包括即時緩衝充足狀態與即時緩衝不足狀態。通常來說,頻寬變化趨勢包括有一頻寬變化趨勢上 限值與一頻寬變化趨勢下限值。例如,所述頻寬變化趨勢上限值為1.05,所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值為0.95,當所述即時頻寬變化趨勢高於所述頻寬變化趨勢上限值時,所述即時頻寬變化趨勢過快;當所述即時頻寬變化趨勢低於所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值為0.95;所述即時頻寬變化趨勢過慢,當所述即時頻寬變化趨勢介於所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值為0.95與所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值為1.05之間時,所述即時頻寬變化趨勢適中。
具體來說,當已下載之視頻分片總數與已播放之視頻分片個數之間之差距大於N(N=3)時,所述計算模組35將所述視頻分片放入一即時緩衝狀態充足區域,且所述視頻分片按照即時頻寬變化趨勢進行分類。即,第一類即時緩衝狀態充足視頻分片:即時頻寬變化趨勢過慢視頻分片(所述即時頻寬變化趨勢低於所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值0.95);第二類即時緩衝狀態充足視頻分片:即時頻寬變化趨勢適中視頻分片(所述即時頻寬變化趨勢介於所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值為0.95與所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值為1.05之間);第三類即時緩衝狀態充足視頻分片:即時頻寬變化趨勢過快視頻分片(所述即時頻寬變化趨勢高於所述頻寬變化趨勢上限值1.05)。
當已下載之視頻分片總數與已播放之視頻分片個數之間之差距小於N(N=3)時,所述計算模組35將該視頻放入一即時緩衝狀態不足區域。且所述視頻分片按照即時頻寬變化趨勢進行分類。即,第一類即時緩衝狀態不足視頻分片:即時頻寬變化趨勢過慢視頻分片(所述即時頻寬變化趨勢低於所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值0.95);第二類即時緩衝狀態不足視頻分片:即時頻寬變化趨勢適中視頻分片(所述即時頻寬變化趨勢介於所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值為0.95與所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值為1.05之間);第三類即時緩衝狀態不足視頻分片:即時頻寬變化趨勢過快視頻分片(所述即時頻寬變化趨勢高於所述頻寬變化趨勢上限值1.05)。
所述下載模組33於下載時首先下載即時緩衝狀態不足區域之視頻分片。於下載所述即時緩衝狀態不足區域之視頻分片時,所述搜尋模組36用於搜尋所述視頻分片內畫面比例最大之視頻分片。當所述即時緩衝狀態不足區域之視頻分片記憶體於畫面比例最大之視頻分片時,所述下載模組33首先下載畫面比例最大之視頻分片。當所述即時緩衝狀態不足區域之視頻分片內不存在畫面比例最大之視頻分片時,所述搜尋模組36用於搜尋即時頻寬變化趨勢最低之 視頻分片,所述下載模組33即可按照即時頻寬變化趨勢由低到高之順序下載即時頻寬變化趨勢過慢視頻分片、即時頻寬變化趨勢適中視頻分片及即時頻寬變化趨勢過快視頻分片。
當所述即時緩衝狀態不足區域之視頻分片下載完畢時,所述下載模組33即可下載即時緩衝狀態充足區域之視頻分片。於下載所述即時緩衝狀態充足區域之視頻分片時,所述下載模組33按照即時頻寬變化趨勢由低到高之順序下載即時頻寬變化趨勢過慢視頻分片、即時頻寬變化趨勢適中視頻分片及即時頻寬變化趨勢過快視頻分片。
當下一視頻之所有視頻分片均下載完成時,所述顯示裝置50即可播放下一視頻。
當然,所述下載模組33於下載分片時,若下載視頻分片之即時頻寬變化趨勢低於所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值0.95或高於頻寬變化趨勢上限值1.05時,所述調整模組37即可用於調整即時頻寬變化趨勢,而使所述即時頻寬變化趨勢介於所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值為0.95與所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值為1.05之間。
所屬領域之技術人員可以清楚地瞭解到,為描述之方便和簡潔,僅以上述各功能單元、模組之劃分進行舉例說明,實際應用中,可以根據需要而將上述功能分配由不同之功能單元或模組完成,即將存儲裝置之內部結構劃分成不同之功能單元或模組,以完成以上描述之全部或者部分功能。實施方式中之各功能單元、模組可以集成於一個處理單元中,亦可以是各個單元單獨物理存在,亦可以兩個或兩個以上單元集成於一個單元中,上述集成之單元既可以採用硬體之形式實現,亦可以採用軟體功能單元之形式實現。另外,各功能單元、模組之具體名稱亦只是為了便於相互區分,並不用於限制本申請之保護範圍。
請參閱圖3,圖3為本發明實施方式中藉由所述動態控制多個視頻下載之系統100實現一種動態控制多個視頻下載之方法300之一流程圖。所述動態控制多個視頻下載之方法300包括以下步驟:
步驟301:所述下載模組33以最低頻寬下載每一第一電子裝置10之第一個視頻分片並由所述記錄模組34記錄下載速度。
步驟302:所述計算模組35計算所述下載模組33下載第一個視頻分片之實際耗時與每個電子裝置10之視頻需要於顯示裝置50上顯示之畫面比例,並按照畫面比例之大小降冪排列。
步驟303:所述下載模組33對每一電子裝置中10之每一視頻按照畫面比例從大到小之順序分別下載3個視頻分片,並預測下一個視頻分片之實際耗時。於一實施方式中,所述下載模組33下載之視頻分片可以不止3個,亦可為少於3個或多於3個。
步驟304:所述客戶端30判斷所述下載模組33是否將每一視頻之3個視頻分片下載完畢,若是,則進行步驟305,若否,返回步驟303。
步驟305:當每一視頻之3個視頻分片均下載完成時,所述客戶端30即可將視頻傳送至所述顯示裝置50播放。
請參閱圖4,圖4為本發明實施方式中動態控制多個視頻下載之方法300之一下載下一視頻之流程圖。所述下載下一視頻之下載方法包括以下步驟:
步驟401:所述計算模組35將所述每一電子裝置10之所有視頻分片按照即時緩衝狀態與即時頻寬變化趨勢進行分類。所述即時緩衝狀態包括即時緩衝不足狀態與即時緩衝充足狀態。於分類時,若已下載之視頻分片總數與已播放之視頻分片個數之間之差距大於N(N=3)時,所述計算模組35將所述視頻分片放入一即時緩衝狀態充足區域;若已下載之視頻分片總數與已播放之視頻分片個數之間之差距小於N(N=3)時,所述計算模組35將該視頻放入一即時緩衝狀態不足區域。若視頻分片屬於即時緩衝不足狀態,則進行步驟402;若視頻分片屬於即時緩衝充足狀態,則進行步驟403。
步驟402:所述即時緩衝狀態不足之視頻分片按照即時頻寬變化趨勢進行分類。即,第一類即時緩衝狀態不足視頻分片:即時頻寬變化趨勢過慢視頻分片(所述即時頻寬變化趨勢低於所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值0.95);第二類即時緩衝狀態不足視頻分片:即時頻寬變化趨勢適中視頻分片(所述即時頻寬變化趨勢介於所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值為0.95與所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值為1.05之間);第三類即時緩衝狀態不足視頻分片:即時頻寬變化趨勢過快視頻分片(所述即時頻寬變化趨勢高於所述頻寬變化趨勢上限值1.05)。
步驟403:所述即時緩衝狀態充足之視頻分片按照即時頻寬變化趨勢進行分類。即,第一類即時緩衝狀態充足視頻分片:即時頻寬變化趨勢過慢視頻分片(所述即時頻寬變化趨勢低於所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值0.95);第二類即時緩衝狀態充足視頻分片:即時頻寬變化趨勢適中視頻分片(所述即時頻寬變化趨勢介於所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值為0.95與所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值為1.05之間);第三類即時緩衝狀態充足視頻分片:即時頻寬變化趨勢過快視頻分片(所述即時頻寬變化趨勢高於所述頻寬變化趨勢上限值1.05)。
步驟404:所述搜尋模組36首先搜尋所述即時緩衝狀態不足之視頻分片內是否存在畫面比例最大之視頻分片,若存在,則進行步驟405,若不存在,則進行步驟406。
步驟405:所述下載模組33首先下載畫面比例最大之視頻分片。
步驟406:所述搜尋模組36搜尋即時頻寬變化趨勢最低之視頻分片。
步驟407:所述下載模組33按照即時頻寬變化趨勢由低到高之順序依次下載即時頻寬變化趨勢過慢視頻分片、即時頻寬變化趨勢適中視頻分片及即時頻寬變化趨勢過快視頻分片。於一實施方式中,當所述即時緩衝狀態不足之視頻分片內不存在畫面比例最大之視頻分片時,所述下載模組33首先於所述即時緩衝狀態不足之視頻分片內,按照即時頻寬變化趨勢由低到高之順序依次下載即時頻寬變化趨勢過慢視頻分片、即時頻寬變化趨勢適中視頻分片及即時頻寬變化趨勢過快視頻分片。當所述即時緩衝狀態不足之視頻分片下載完畢時,所述下載模組33再於所述即時緩衝狀態充足之視頻分片內,按照即時頻寬變化趨勢由低到高之順序依次下載即時頻寬變化趨勢過慢視頻分片、即時頻寬變化趨勢適中視頻分片及即時頻寬變化趨勢過快視頻分片。可以理解,所述下載模組33於下載分片時,若下載視頻分片之即時頻寬變化趨勢低於所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值0.95或高於頻寬變化趨勢上限值1.05時,所述調整模組37即可用於調整即時頻寬變化趨勢,而使所述即時頻寬變化趨勢介於所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值為0.95與所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值為1.05之間。
步驟408:所述客戶端30判斷所述視頻分片是否已全部下載完畢,若是,則整個流程結束,若否,則返回步驟401繼續下載。
本領域技術人員可以理解,圖2中示出之組成結構並不構成對動態控制多個視頻下載之系統100之限定,可以包括比圖示更多或更少之部件,或者組合某些部件,或者不同之部件佈置,而圖3及圖4中之動態控制多個視頻下載之方法亦採用圖2中所示之更多或更少之部件,或者組合某些部件,或者不同之部件佈置來實現。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之請求項。舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下請求項內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種動態控制多個視頻下載之系統,包括有至少一電子裝置、一顯示裝置及一連接所述至少一電子裝置與顯示裝置之客戶端,所述至少一電子裝置存有視頻,所述視頻包括有多個視頻分片,所述客戶端包括有一下載模組,所述下載模組用於對所述視頻按照畫面比例及頻寬變化趨勢對每一視頻分片進行下載,所述客戶端在下載之過程中調整下載之即時頻寬變化趨勢,所述顯示裝置用於播放所述客戶端下載之視頻。
  2. 如請求項第1項所述之動態控制多個視頻下載之系統,其中所述下載模組按照畫面比例從大到小及頻寬變化趨勢由低到高之順序下載每一視頻分片。
  3. 如請求項第2項所述之動態控制多個視頻下載之系統,其中所述客戶端包括有一用於計算畫面比例及一即時頻寬變化趨勢之計算模組,所述計算模組還用於將每一電子裝置之待播放之視頻分片按照一即時緩衝狀態與所述即時頻寬變化趨勢進行分類,所述下載模組根據所述計算模組分類之視頻分片優先下載即時緩衝狀態不足且畫面比例最大之視頻分片,再按照即時頻寬變化趨勢由低到高之順序下載即時緩衝狀態不足之視頻分片,當下載所述即時緩衝狀態充足內之視頻分片時,所述下載模組根據即時頻寬變化趨勢由低到高之順序下載所述視頻分片。
  4. 如請求項第1項所述之動態控制多個視頻下載之系統,其中所述頻寬變化趨勢包括有一頻寬變化趨勢下限值及一頻寬變化趨勢上限值,所述客戶端包括有一調整模組,當所述即時頻寬變化趨勢低於所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值或高於所述頻寬變化趨勢上限值時,所述調整模組用於調整即時頻寬變化趨勢,而使所述即時頻寬變化趨勢介於所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值與所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值之間。
  5. 一種動態控制多個視頻下載之方法,包括以下步驟:分割步驟:每一電子裝置之一分割模組將視頻分割為多個視頻分片;下載步驟:一客戶端之下載模組對所述視頻按照畫面比例及頻寬變化趨勢對每一視頻分片進行下載,並於下載之過程中調整下載之即時頻寬變化趨勢;及播放步驟:所述顯示裝置播放所述客戶端下載之視頻。
  6. 如請求項第5項所述之動態控制多個視頻下載之方法,其中所述下載模組按照畫面比例從大到小及頻寬變化趨勢由低到高之順序下載每一視頻分片。
  7. 如請求項第6項所述之動態控制多個視頻下載之方法,所述下載步驟還包括:所述下載模組以最低頻寬下載所述視頻之第一個視頻分片並記錄下載速度,所述客戶端之一計算模組計算所述下載模組下載第一個視頻分片之實際耗時與畫面比例,並按照畫面比例之大小降冪排列,所述下載模組對每一視頻按照畫面比例從大到小之順序分別下載視頻分片傳送至所述顯示裝置。
  8. 如請求項第7項所述之動態控制多個視頻下載之方法,所述下載步驟還包括:所述計算模組將每一電子裝置之待播放之視頻分片按照一即時緩衝狀態與一即時頻寬變化趨勢進行分類,所述下載模組根據所述計算模組分類之視頻分片優先下載即時緩衝狀態不足且畫面比例最大之視頻分片,再按照即時頻寬變化趨勢由低到高之順序下載即時緩衝狀態不足之視頻分片。
  9. 如請求項第8項所述之動態控制多個視頻下載之方法,所述下載步驟還包括:當下載所述即時緩衝狀態充足內之視頻分片時,所述下載模組根據即時頻寬變化趨勢由低到高之順序下載所述視頻分片。
  10. 如請求項第5項所述之動態控制多個視頻下載之方法,其中所述頻寬變化趨勢包括有一頻寬變化趨勢下限值及一頻寬變化趨勢上限值,當所述即時頻寬變化趨勢低於所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值或高於所述頻寬變化趨勢上限值 時,所述客戶端之一調整模組用於調整即時頻寬變化趨勢,而使所述即時頻寬變化趨勢介於所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值與所述頻寬變化趨勢下限值之間。
