Description

一種可拆卸的存儲裝置
本發明屬於存儲裝置技術領域，具體涉及一種可拆卸的存儲裝置。
現有的存儲裝置結構多種多樣，功能也各不相同。其大多存在以下一種或以上的不足。
結構設計複雜，使用不方便。
功能單一，不能滿足使用需求。
製作成本高，難以推廣應用。
安全性能差；
本發明之目的是提出一種可拆卸的存儲裝置，克服了現有技術的上述不足，其結構設計簡單、科學，使用方便、成本低；具有加密功能，使用更安全，SD卡可拆卸，可適用不同使用人群，利於產品的推廣。
為了達到上述設計目的，本發明採用的技術方案如下。
一種可拆卸的存儲裝置，包括上蓋、USB介面、SD卡接頭、主電 路板、SD卡、下蓋、SD卡蓋，所述上蓋與下蓋固定，上蓋與下蓋扣合處一端設有USB介面；所述設有USB介面一端的下蓋上軸接SD卡蓋，所述SD卡蓋內側設有固定在下蓋內的SD卡，所述SD卡卡接在SD卡固定座上，SD卡固定座固定在下蓋內的主電路板下側；所述上蓋與下蓋扣合處另一端設有SD卡接頭。
優選地，所述SD卡接頭固定在滑塊上側，滑塊滑動連接在SD卡接頭滑動座上，所述SD卡接頭滑動座固定在下蓋內；所述滑塊下側從下蓋表面設有的滑槽穿出。
優選地，所述滑塊與下蓋設有SD卡接頭的一端之間設有SD卡接頭彈簧，所述滑塊上設有扣條，下蓋內與扣條相對設有扣槽。
更優選地，所述USB介面固定在滑塊座下側，滑塊座滑動連接在USB介面固定座上，所述USB介面固定座扣接或鎖接在上蓋上，所述鎖扣蓋體上側固定USB介面滑塊，USB介面滑塊穿過USB介面固定座並從上蓋表面設有的滑槽穿出。
更優選地，所述USB介面固定座與上蓋之間設有鎖固座，鎖固座上設有用於鎖扣USB介面滑塊的槽。
更優選地，所述USB介面固定座與上蓋內側遠離USB介面的一端之間設有USB介面彈簧。
本發明所述的可拆卸的存儲裝置的有益效果是：其結構設計簡單、科學，使用方便、成本低；具有加密功能，使用更安全，SD卡可拆卸，可適用不同使用人群，利於產品的推廣。

圖1是本發明之一種可拆卸的存儲裝置的立體圖；圖2是本發明之一種可拆卸的存儲裝置的分解圖。
下面對本發明的最佳實施方案作進一步的詳細的描述。
請參考第一圖至第二圖所示，所述可拆卸的存儲裝置，包括上蓋1、USB介面6、SD卡接頭7、主電路板8、SD卡11、下蓋15、SD卡蓋16，所述上蓋1與下蓋15扣接在一起，或者通過螺絲鎖接固定，上蓋1與下蓋15扣合處一端設有USB介面6，USB介面6可從該端自由伸縮；所述設有USB介面6一端的下蓋15上軸接SD卡蓋16，SD卡蓋16可在下蓋15上翻開扣合，所述SD卡蓋16內側設有固定在下蓋15內的SD卡11，所述SD卡11通過SD卡彈簧扣13卡接在SD卡固定座12上，SD卡固定座12固定在下蓋15內的主電路板8下側，使用時，翻開SD卡蓋16，打開SD卡彈簧扣13後可取出並更換SD卡11，其結構設計簡單，使用方便；所述上蓋1與下蓋15扣合處另一端設有SD卡接頭7，SD卡接頭7可從該端自由伸縮。
所述SD卡接頭7固定在滑塊14上側，滑塊14滑動連接在SD卡接頭滑動座9上，滑塊14可在SD卡接頭SD卡接頭滑動座9上自由移動，所述SD卡接頭滑動座9固定在下蓋15內；所述滑塊14下側從下蓋15表面設有的滑槽穿出，滑塊14可在下蓋15表面的滑槽內滑動，並帶動SD卡接頭7伸出下蓋15側端或縮回下蓋15側端。
所述滑塊14與下蓋15設有SD卡接頭7的一端之間設有SD卡接頭彈簧10，所述滑塊14上設有扣條，下蓋15內與扣條相對設有扣槽， 使用時，推動滑塊14使其扣條卡固在扣槽內時，SD卡接頭7伸出下蓋15側端，此時滑塊14壓縮SD卡接頭彈簧10，壓下滑塊14後，扣條脫離扣槽，在SD卡接頭彈簧10的推動下，滑塊14移動，並帶動SD卡接頭7縮回下蓋15側端。
所述USB介面6固定在滑塊座5下側，滑塊座5滑動連接在USB介面固定座3上，所述USB介面固定座3扣接或鎖接在上蓋1上，所述鎖扣蓋體5上側固定USB介面滑塊4，USB介面滑塊4穿過USB介面固定座3並從上蓋1表面設有的滑槽穿出，USB介面滑塊4可在上蓋1表面的滑槽內滑動，並帶動滑塊座5沿USB介面固定座3滑動，從而帶動滑塊座5下側固定的USB介面6伸出上蓋1側端或縮回上蓋1側端。
所述USB介面固定座3與上蓋1之間設有鎖固座2，鎖固座2上設有用於鎖扣USB介面滑塊4的槽。當USB介面6伸出上蓋1側端時，USB介面滑塊4鎖扣在鎖固座2一端設有的槽內；壓下USB介面滑塊4，USB介面滑塊4從鎖固座2上的槽內脫離。
所述USB介面固定座3與上蓋1內側遠離USB介面6的一端之間設有USB介面彈簧17，當USB介面6縮回上蓋1側端時，在USB介面彈簧17的拉力下自動縮回上蓋1側端內。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種可拆卸的存儲裝置，包含：上蓋、USB介面、SD卡接頭、主電路板、SD卡、下蓋、SD卡蓋；其中，上蓋與下蓋固定，上蓋與下蓋扣合處一端設有USB介面；設有USB介面一端的下蓋上軸接SD卡蓋，SD卡蓋內側設有固定在下蓋內的SD卡，SD卡卡接在SD卡固定座上，SD卡固定座固定在下蓋內的主電路板下側；上蓋與下蓋扣合處另一端設有SD卡接頭，該SD卡接頭固定在滑塊上側，滑塊滑動連接在SD卡接頭滑動座上，SD卡接頭滑動座固定在下蓋內；滑塊下側從下蓋表面設有的滑槽穿出；USB介面固定在滑塊座下側，滑塊座滑動連接在USB介面固定座上，USB介面固定座扣接或鎖接在上蓋上，鎖扣蓋體上側固定USB介面滑塊，USB介面滑塊穿過USB介面固定座並從上蓋表面設有的滑槽穿出。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種可拆卸的存儲裝置，其中該滑塊與下蓋設有SD卡接頭的一端之間設有SD卡接頭彈簧，所述滑塊上設有扣條，下蓋內與扣條相對設有扣槽。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種可拆卸的存儲裝置，其中該USB介面固定座與上蓋之間設有鎖固座，鎖固座上設有用於鎖扣USB介面滑塊的槽。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種可拆卸的存儲裝置，其中該USB介面固定座與上蓋內側遠離USB介面的一端之間設有USB介面彈簧 。
