Description
本發明涉及一種顯示幕,特別涉及一種液晶顯示屏。
傳統的液晶顯示屏包括一保護玻璃。由於傳統的保護玻璃一般採用素玻璃製成,而素玻璃的硬度、楊氏模量、耐化學性及耐候性都相對比較低,因此,具有採用素玻璃製成的保護玻璃的液晶顯示屏並不適宜在相對較惡劣的環境條件下使用。
有鑑於此,有必要提供一種能在相對較惡劣的環境條件下使用的液晶顯示屏。
一種液晶顯示屏,其包括一上偏光板、一保護玻璃、一彩色濾光片、一共用電極層、一液晶層、一像素電極層及一下偏光板。所述液晶層設置在所述共用電極層和所述像素電極層之間。所述上偏光板設置在所述共用電極層的上側,所述下偏光板設置在所述像素電極層的下側。所述彩色濾光片設置在所述上偏光板和所述共用電極層之間。所述保護玻璃設置在所述共用電極層的上方,所述保護玻璃採用藍寶石製成,所述藍寶石的折射率為1.760-1.757;該藍寶石的結晶方向為a軸( 0),c軸(0001),m軸( 0)。
與先前技術相比,本發明提供的液晶顯示屏中的保護玻璃採用藍寶石製成,有效提高了液晶顯示屏的硬度、楊氏模量、耐化學性及耐候性,從而使得液晶顯示屏可在相對較惡劣的環境條件下使用。

下面將結合附圖與實施例對本技術方案作進一步詳細說明。
如圖1所示,為本發明第一實施方式提供的一液晶顯示屏100,其包括一上偏光板10、一保護玻璃20、一彩色濾光片30、一共用電極層40、一液晶層50、一像素電極層60及一下偏光板70。
所述液晶層50設置在所述共用電極層40和所述像素電極層60之間。所述上偏光板10設置在所述共用電極層40的上側,所述下偏光板70設置在所述像素電極層60的下側。所述保護玻璃20和所述彩色濾光片30依次設置在所述上偏光板10和所述共用電極層40之間。
可以理解,為了進一步防止所述液晶顯示屏100損壞,可將所述保護玻璃20設置在所述上偏光板10的上側,從而所述彩色濾光片30位於所述上偏光板10和所述共用電極層40之間。
所述上偏光板10與所述下偏光板70的極性相反。本實施方式中,所述上偏光板10透射P偏振光,所述下偏光板70透射S偏振光。所述保護玻璃20用於提高液晶顯示屏100的高清性能及安全性能,
達到高檔裝飾亮麗的效果,而且易清潔、防腐蝕、防老化。所述保護玻璃20採用藍寶石製成。所述彩色濾光片30包括一濾光基板31及一鍍設在所述濾光基板31上的光阻彩色層32。所述濾光基板31採用藍寶石製成,穿過光阻彩色層32的光線形成彩色顯示畫面。所述共用電極層40為利用磁控濺射的方法鍍設的一層氧化銦錫(俗稱ITO)膜。所述像素電極層60包括一像素基板61及一設置在所述像素基板61上的電路層62,所述像素基板61採用藍寶石製成。所述液晶層50中的液晶分子呈預設方向排列,當在所述共用電極層40和所述像素電極層60之間形成一電勢差後,所述液晶分子發生偏轉。
本實施方式中,製造所述保護玻璃20、所述濾光基板31及所述像素基板61的藍寶石屬於剛玉族礦物,三方晶系,具有六方結構。所述藍寶石的主要化學成分為三氧化二鋁(Al2O3),其折射率為1.760-1.757,該藍寶石的結晶方向為a軸( 0),c軸(0001),m軸( 0)。所述藍寶石的硬度、楊氏模量、耐化學性及耐候性都明顯高於普通素玻璃。
如圖2所示,為本發明第二實施方式提供的一液晶顯示屏100a,其與第一實施方式提供的液晶顯示屏100的區別在於:所述液晶顯示屏100a還包括一觸控面板200。
所述觸控面板200包括一觸控基板201及一設置在所述觸控基板201上的觸控層202。所述觸控基板201採用藍寶石製成。所述觸控層202包括多個X軸感測器和多個Y軸感測器。所述X軸感測器和所述Y軸感測器沿相互垂直的方向設置在所述觸控基板201上。所
述觸控層202通過所述X軸感測器和所述Y軸感測器獲取觸控位置。
所述觸控面板200設置在所述液晶顯示屏100a的所述保護玻璃20和所述彩色濾光片30之間。由於,所述觸控面板200中的觸控基板201採用藍寶石製成,有效的防止了觸控面板200在觸控過程中損壞。
在使用的過程中,位於所述觸控基板201上的觸控層202感測到使用者在所述上偏光板10的觸控後,所述觸控面板200產生一觸控信號至一控制器,所述控制器根據所述觸控面板200產生的觸控信號控制所述液晶層50顯示不同的圖像。由於所述濾光基板201、所述保護玻璃20、所述像素基板61及所述觸控基板201均採用藍寶石製成,有效保證了所述液晶顯示屏100、100a及所述觸控面板200的強度和穩定性,有效防止了所述液晶顯示屏100、100a及所述觸控面板200在使用過程中損壞。
本發明提供的液晶顯示屏中的保護玻璃採用藍寶石製成,有效提高了液晶顯示屏的硬度、楊氏模量、耐化學性及耐候性,從而使得液晶顯示屏可在相對較惡劣的環境條件下使用。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士援依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (7)
- 一種液晶顯示屏,其包括一上偏光板、一保護玻璃、一彩色濾光片、一共用電極層、一液晶層、一像素電極層及一下偏光板;所述液晶層設置在所述共用電極層和所述像素電極層之間;所述上偏光板設置在所述共用電極層的上側,所述下偏光板設置在所述像素電極層的下側;所述彩色濾光片設置在所述上偏光板和所述共用電極層之間;所述保護玻璃設置在所述共用電極層的上方,所述保護玻璃採用藍寶石製成,所述藍寶石的折射率為1.760-1.757;該藍寶石的結晶方向為a軸( 0),c軸(0001),m軸( 0)。
- 如請求項1所述的液晶顯示屏,其中:所述彩色濾光片包括一濾光基板及一鍍設在所述濾光基板上的光阻彩色層,所述濾光基板採用藍寶石製成。
- 如請求項1所述的液晶顯示屏,其中:所述像素電極層包括一像素基板及一設置在所述像素基板上的電路層,所述像素基板採用藍寶石製成。
- 如請求項1所述的液晶顯示屏,其中:所述液晶顯示屏還包括一觸控面板,所述觸控面板設置在所述保護玻璃和所述彩色濾光片之間。
- 如請求項4所述的液晶顯示屏,其中:所述觸控面板包括一觸控基板及一設置在所述觸控基板上的觸控層,所述觸控基板採用藍寶石製成。
- 如權利要求1所述的液晶顯示屏,其中:所述上偏光板與所述下偏光板的極性相反。
- 如請求項1所述的液晶顯示屏,其中:所述共用電極層和所述像素電極層之間形成一電勢差以控制所述液晶層中的液晶分子發生偏轉。
