Description

光纖耦合連接器
本發明關於一種光纖耦合連接器。
光纖通訊中，光電轉換模組（OE module）是以一個透鏡來將光訊號聚集至光纖或是將光纖傳輸的光訊號導入光電檢測器，而其中光纖與透鏡的對準則是利用跨接器（jumper）固定光纖後再利用光電轉換模組和跨接器的互卡結構來實現。
為了確保光電轉換模組與跨接器之間的互卡沒有太大傾斜，通常會在光電轉換模組和跨接器外部加上一個金屬卡扣加以固定。由於金屬卡扣為扣壓件，若在組裝固定後發現組裝不良，則金屬卡扣無法再重工。
有鑑於此，有必要提供一種不需要金屬卡扣的光纖耦合連接器。
一種光纖耦合連接器，包括光電轉換模組和跨接器，所述光電轉換模組與所述跨接器相配合實現光訊號之傳輸，所述跨接器一體成型有卡扣部，所述卡扣部包括平面部和卡爪，所述卡爪位於所述平面部遠離所述跨接器的一端，所述卡爪卡合於所述光電轉換模組上以使所述跨接器和所述光電轉換模組卡緊。
相較於先前技術，本實施例的光纖耦合連接器將卡扣部與跨接器一體成型，卡扣部可卡緊光電轉換模組，從而不需要另外設置金屬卡扣即可卡緊跨接器與光電轉換模組。
下面將結合附圖對本發明實施例作進一步詳細說明。
請一併參閱圖1、圖2及圖3所示，本發明實施例提供的光纖耦合連接器10包括電路板11、光電轉換模組12和跨接器13。
電路板11可以為硬板、軟板、軟硬結合板或者陶瓷板。跨接器13一般由彈性材料製成，例如亞克力或PC。
光電轉換模組12設置在電路板11上用來將光訊號藉由跨接器13聚集至光纖內或是將光纖傳輸的光訊號藉由跨接器13耦合進入設置在電路板11上的光電檢測器（圖未示）內。
光電轉換模組12朝向跨接器13的表面上設置有兩個定位柱121和第一透鏡122，定位柱121用來與跨接器13相互定位對準。
本實施方式中，第一透鏡122的個數為四個；於其他實施方式中，第一透鏡122的個數隨光纖的個數而變化並且與光纖的個數相同。
跨接器13上具有收容固定光纖的容置孔130以及對應定位柱121的定位孔131、與第一透鏡122進行光耦合之第二透鏡132。定位柱121伸入定位孔131內以使光電轉換模組12與跨接器13相互對位。容置孔130的中心與第二透鏡132的光軸對準，以使光纖與第二透鏡132對準。
當然，光電轉換模組12上可以設置定位孔，而跨接器13上設置定位柱。
跨接器13朝向光電轉換模組12的一面向光電轉換模組12延伸形成卡扣部133，卡扣部133與跨接器13一體成型。卡扣部133包括平面部1331和卡爪1332，卡爪1332由平面部1331的一端彎折而成。平面部1331的長度等於或略小於光電轉換模組12的長度，平面部1331平行第二透鏡132的光軸或者與光軸之間具有小於等於10度的夾角。
當平面部1331與第二透鏡132的光軸之間具有夾角時，平面部1331與光軸之間的距離向光電轉換模組12的方向逐漸減小直至為0，然後距離逐漸增大。
組裝光纖耦合連接器10時，將光電轉換模組12上的定位柱121伸入跨接器13的定位孔131中，以使跨接器13與光電轉換模組12定位，由於卡扣部133的彈性，卡爪1332卡合於光電轉換模組12上，並且平面部1331緊貼光電轉換模組12的底面，卡扣部133將跨接器13與光電轉換模組12卡緊。
上述光纖耦合連接器10將卡扣部133與跨接器13一體成型，跨接器13組入光電轉換模組12中時，定位柱121和定位孔131作導入，同時利用卡扣部133將光電轉換模組12與跨接器13卡緊，從而防止跨接器13的傾斜，並且不需要另外設置金屬卡扣。
綜上所述，本發明確已符合發明專利之要件，遂依法提出專利申請。惟，以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式，自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士援依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化，皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種光纖耦合連接器，包括光電轉換模組和跨接器，所述光電轉換模組與所述跨接器相配合實現光訊號之傳輸，其改良在於，所述跨接器一體成型有卡扣部，所述卡扣部包括平面部和卡爪，所述卡爪位於所述平面部遠離所述跨接器的一端，所述卡爪卡合於所述光電轉換模組上以使所述跨接器和所述光電轉換模組卡緊。
  2. 如請求項1所述的光纖耦合連接器，其中，所述卡爪由所述平面部彎折而成。
  3. 如請求項1所述的光纖耦合連接器，其中，所述光電轉換模組具有定位柱，所述跨接器具有定位孔，所述定位柱和定位孔相配合使所述光電轉換模組和跨接器對位。
  4. 如請求項1所述的光纖耦合連接器，其中，所述光電轉換模組和跨接器上均具有透鏡，以實現所述光電轉換模組和跨接器之間之光訊號耦合。
  5. 如請求項1所述的光纖耦合連接器，其中，所述光電轉換模組上具有容納固定光纖的容置孔。
  6. 如請求項1所述的光纖耦合連接器，其中，所述光纖耦合連接器進一步包括一電路板，所述光電轉換模組位於所述電路板上。
  7. 如請求項1所述的光纖耦合連接器，其中，所述跨接器由彈性材料製成。
