Description

球桿握套之製造方法
本發明係與球桿的握套有關,特別是一種球桿握套之製造方法。
目前大多數的球桿握套例如高爾夫球桿的握套(1)都是由一彈性套管(2)以及一面料層(3)所構成,如第一圖以及一第二圖所示。以現在市面上的產品來看其做法大至上分成使用双面膠貼合的或是使用強力黏膠貼合的二種。
使用双面膠貼合的做法是先將双面膠的一面貼附於一彈性套管(2)管身的外壁面,然後再將一管狀的面料層(3)套上該彈性套管(2)的管身,之後再將双面膠的離形紙撕離,使双面膠可以與面料層的內面貼合進而使該面料層(3)與該彈性套管(2)可以結合固定。此種做法雖然能結合固定彈性套管與面料層可是撕離離形紙卻是一個很難施做的工序。
另一種是使用強力黏膠塗附在彈性套管(2)管身的外壁面然後再將該面料層(3)套上貼合固定。此種做法的問題在於強力黏膠的黏性會增加面料層(3)在套入時的困難,又,為使面料層的接合線或車縫線或是圖案落在握套上的特定位置所以管狀面料層在套入彈性套管時還會有需要對準特定標線的問題,強力黏膠的黏性也會增加面料層在移動或轉動上對位的困難,另外,強力黏膠本身也有溶劑所以也會有溶劑的污染並且對於人身也是有害的。
有鑒於上述之缺失,本發明之目的在於提供一種球桿握套之製造方法。
為達成上述之目的,本發明所提之球桿握套之製造方法係利用熱熔膠未加熱時不具黏性,加熱後具黏性的特點,將熱熔膠設置在双面膠上形成一複合膠層,再將複合膠層貼附在彈性套管上,之後再將一面料管套設於該彈性套管上加熱加壓以形成所需的球桿握套。
以下將舉一實施例並且配合隨附之圖式,進而詳述本發明球桿握套之製造方法。
請參閱第三圖至第五圖所示,本發明球桿握套之製造方法所提供的方法包含有:
提供一彈性套管(10),該彈性套管具有一長形管體,該管體的一端具有一開口(11),用於穿套於球桿。
提供一面料管(20),該面料管係由一聚氨酯層(21)以及一毛氈層(22)所構成,該面料管(20)的內層為毛氈層(22),外層為聚氨酯層(21)。
提供一複合膠層(30),該複合膠層係由一双面膠層(31)以及一熱熔膠層(32)所疊合構成,該熱熔膠層(32)係設置於該双面膠層(31)的一側。
將該複合膠層(30)黏貼於該彈性套管(10)管體的外壁面,並使該複合膠層的熱熔膠層(32)外露於外。
將該面料管(20)套設於該彈性套管(10),使該複合膠層(30)介於該彈性套管(10)與該面料管(20)之間,而且該熱熔膠層(32)係貼靠於該面料管的內層。
將結合後的球桿握套加熱加壓,使熱熔膠層(32)熔融而與面料管(20)黏合進而使該彈性套管(10)可以與面料管(20)結合固定。
於上述本方法中其中該彈性套管(10)可以是簡單的一管體,一端為封閉端另一端具有一開口(11),用於穿套於球桿。該彈性套管(10)也可以於一端設有一端蓋(12),於該開口端的外緣設有一環形凸緣(13),使該面料管(20)在套設於該彈性套管(10)後位在該端蓋(12)與該環形凸緣(13)之間。
該面料管(20)則可以是一直接製成的管體或是以一片體捲曲後將兩端相黏接或車縫而成,該片體則由一聚氨酯層(21)上設置一毛氈層(22)所構成。
該複合膠層(30)則可以由一双面膠層(31)上塗佈一熱熔膠層(32)所構成,或是將一熱熔膠薄膜(32)貼合在一双面膠層(31)上所構成。熱熔膠層(32)的塗佈可以是全面的塗佈或是局部的塗佈。熱熔膠薄膜的貼合同樣的也可以採用全面性的貼合或是局部性的貼合。
以本發明之方法因為熱熔膠層在未加熱前並不具有黏性,因此在面料管套入的作業上會比傳統的做法快速且容易,面料管在套設時不會因為膠的黏性而有困難,在面料管套設於該彈性套管後的調整移動與對位都可以不受膠的黏性影響。再者,因為本方法中所使用的熱熔膠並不需要溶劑,因此對於人體或是環境不會造成傷害,可以明確的改善以往做法上的缺點,提升產品製成的效率。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種球桿握套之製造方法,包含有:提供一彈性套管,該彈性套管具有一長形管體;提供一面料管,該面料管係由一聚氨酯層以及一毛氈層所構成,該面料管的內層為毛氈層,外層為聚氨酯層;提供一複合膠層,該複合膠層係由一双面膠層以及一熱熔膠層所疊合構成;將該複合膠層黏貼於該彈性套管管體的外壁面;將該面料管套設於該彈性套管,使該複合膠層介於該彈性套管與該面料管之間,而且該熱熔膠層係貼靠於該面料管的內層;以及將結合後的球桿握套加熱加壓,使熱熔膠層熔融而與面料管黏合。
  2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述球桿握套之製造方法,其中該面料管是以一片體捲曲後將兩端接合而成。
  3. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之球桿握套之製造方法,其中該複合膠層是由一双面膠層上塗佈一熱熔膠層所構成。
  4. 依據申請專利範圍第3項所述球桿握套之製造方法,其中該熱熔膠層係全面塗佈在該双面膠層上。
  5. 依據申請專利範圍第3項所述球桿握套之製造方法,其中該熱熔膠層係局部塗佈在該双面膠層上。
  6. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述球桿握套之製造方法,其中該複合膠層係由一熱熔膠薄膜貼合在一双面膠層上所構成。
  7. 依據申請專利範圍第6項所述球桿握套之製造方法,其中該熱熔膠薄膜係全面貼附在該双面膠層上。
  8. 依據申請專利範圍第6項所述球桿握套之製造方法,其中該熱熔膠薄膜係局部貼附在該双面膠層上。
  9. 依據申請專利範圍第3項所述球桿握套之製造方法,其中該面料管是以一片體捲曲後將兩端接合而成。
  10. 依據申請專利範圍第6項所述球桿握套之製造方法,其中該面料管是以一片體捲曲後將兩端接合而成。
