1] [Example 1]

Specific embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

This embodiment is a suture needle used in surgery.

Specifically, the needle main body 1 is formed by bending a suitable metal linear rod-shaped member as shown in Fig. 1, and has a sharp portion 1a at its tip end and a suture at the base end. The cross section of the wire T inserted and joined is a circular connecting portion 1b (hole portion).

Further, the entire length of the needle main body 1 (the length of the linear rod-shaped member) is about 13 mm, and is formed by concave bending after forming the convex portions 4 and 5 or the polygonal polygonal portion to be described later.

Further, as shown in Fig. 1, the needle body 1 is formed with a polygonal portion having a cross section.

In the present embodiment, the cross-sectional polygonal portion is formed by juxtaposing the polygonal cross-sectional portions having different shapes in the longitudinal direction of the needle body 1, specifically, on the upper surface of the needle body 1 (after the concave bending is formed) The inner face) is between the predetermined position P3 from the tip end of the needle body 1 to the proximal end side The flat surface formed as a reference is formed with a polygonal portion of each cross section, and is provided in a triangular shape portion between the predetermined position P1 (about 3 mm from the tip end) from the tip end of the needle body 1 to the proximal end side. And a pentagon shape portion (base portion) provided closer to the proximal end side than the triangular shaped portion of the cross section (between the predetermined position P1 from the proximal end side and the predetermined position P2 from the proximal end side (about 4.5 mm from the tip end)) a shape and a quadrangular shape portion which is provided on the proximal end side (between the base end side predetermined position P2 and the proximal end side predetermined position P3 (about 10.5 mm from the tip end)) from the pentagonal shape portion of the cross section, And a cross-sectional circular portion that is closer to the proximal end side than the square-shaped portion of the cross-section (between the base end side predetermined position P3 and the base end).

With this configuration, the upper surface side of the left and right side portions from the tip end of the needle body 1 to the predetermined position P3 on the proximal end side is provided with a sharp corner extending in the longitudinal direction of the needle body 1 and having a predetermined length. 2, 3 (peak).

Further, the surface between the corners of the polygonal portion (the triangular portion of the cross section, the pentagon portion of the cross section, and the rectangular portion of the cross section) is preferably formed into a concave surface, but actually, The left and right side surface portions of the triangular portion of the cross section are provided with a groove portion 8 to be described later, and are formed into a triangular shape having a special shape.

6、7。 Further, the left and right side portions of the tip end portion of the needle body 1 are provided with concavo-convex portions, and the edge portions of the concavo-convex portions are set as the small blade portions 6, 7.

Specifically, the small blade portions 6 and 7 are each of the peak portions 2 formed on the left and right side portions of the tip end portion (triangular shape portion) of the needle body 1 as illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 6 . 3 (corner edge) is provided with a plurality of convex portions 4, 5, the edge portions of the respective convex portions 4, 5 are set to the small blade portions 6, 7, and therefore, the small blade portions 6, 7 are arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction of the needle body 1.

6、7。 In other words, the concave and convex portions are formed on the right and left side portions of the needle body 1, and the edge portions on the tip end side of the needle body 1 of each of the convex portions 4 and 5 are set as the small blade portions 6, 7.

Next, a method of manufacturing the small blade portions 6, 7 provided at the left and right side portions of the tip end portion of the needle body 1 will be described.

12。 First, as shown in Figs. 7 and 8, the portion 10 having a circular cross section of the linear rod member is pressed to form a portion 11 having a quadrangular cross section, and then, as shown in Fig. 9, the broken portion is formed. The portion 11 having a quadrangular shape is cut to form a portion 12 having a pentagonal cross section.

Then, as shown in Fig. 10, the lower molds 13A and 13B press the portion 12 having a pentagonal cross section, and the groove portions 8 are provided at the left and right side portions, and the convex portions 4 are provided at positions above the left and right side portions. 5. The groove portion 8 is formed by an angular convex portion 13b which is formed in the left and right portions of the lower mold 13A by bulging, and the convex portions 4 and 5 are each formed by an arc-shaped concave portion 13a recessed in the lower mold 13A. The arc-shaped recessed portion 13a is provided in a plurality of rows in the longitudinal direction of the lower mold 13A, and is provided on the needle body by an arc-shaped convex portion that is not provided between the arcuate recessed portions 13a. Each of the convex portions 4 and 5 on the right and left side portions of the first portion has a concave portion (including a concave portion constituting the concave groove portion 8).

6、7。 Next, as shown in Fig. 11, when the upper portion of the triangular portion 12 of the cross section is cut, the portion 12 of the triangular cross section is provided with: a linear peak portion 2, 3 (corner edge) having a predetermined length in a longitudinal direction of the portion 12 of the triangular shape of the cross section, and convex portions 4, 5 are provided in the peak portions 2, 3, respectively. The small blade portions 6, 7 are formed by the edge portions of the respective convex portions 4, 5.

Further, the small blade portions 6 and 7 are provided at right and left side portions of the tip end portion of the needle body 1, and are provided at intervals in a plurality of concave portions, and the edge portion of the portion between the concave portions is set as the small blade portion 6 The method of 7 can also be used.

Further, in the present embodiment, as described above, the linear groove portion 8 is provided in the longitudinal direction of the needle body 1 at the left and right side portions of the tip end portion of the needle body 1. Further, the groove portion 8 may be implemented in a plurality of ways.

By providing the groove portion 8, for example, when the needle body 1 that has been inserted into the body tissue is pulled out, since the groove portion 8 can reduce the contact area with the body tissue, it is possible to reduce as much as possible relative to The body tissue's penetration resistance and resistance to extraction.

In the present embodiment, as described above, a plurality of convex portions 4, 5 are provided on the right and left side portions of the tip end portion of the needle body 1, and a plurality of small blade portions 6, 7 are provided, for example, when piercing body tissues. The small blade portions 6, 7 of the convex portions 4, 5 can be sharply and intermittently cut into the body tissue, and as a result, the penetration resistance when piercing the body tissue can be reduced as much as possible. That is, by providing the convex portions 4, 5 in plural and having a plurality of small blade portions 6, 7, the left and right side portions of the tip end portion of the needle body 1 are not continuously continuous when pierced into body tissues. Cut in, but use intermittent cuts to achieve good penetration.

The Applicant confirmed by experimentation that the aforementioned penetration resistance was reduced as much as possible.

In other words, as shown in Fig. 12, the test body 1 of the configuration (the structure in which the convex portions 4 and 5 are provided on the left and right side portions of the tip end portion of the needle body 1) in the present embodiment is prepared, and The left and right side portions of the distal end portion of the needle body 1 shown in Fig. 13 were not provided with the experimental body 2 having the convex portions 4 and 5, and the penetration performance comparison experiments between the two were performed.

(N)。 The penetration performance comparison experiment is a comparative experiment in which the frictional resistance values generated by the test body 1 and the test body 2 are measured when the same piercing member is pierced at the same pressure, and the result is shown in Fig. 14. The graph shown is shown. Further, the horizontal axis of the graph is the length (mm) from the tip end of the test body 1 and the test body 2, and the vertical axis is the friction resistance value (N) generated when the pierced member is pierced.

The black line in the graph shows the experimental body 1, and the white line shows the experimental body 2. From the graph, the experimental body 1 is compared with the experimental body 2 from the tip end of the needle body 1 to the initial convex portion 4, 5 The friction resistance value between the position of about 0.6 mm and the position where the final projections 4, 5 are set to about 2.5 mm is low. It may be that the friction resistance value at the portion located behind is also low because the penetration resistance is low due to the position where the convex portions 4, 5 are provided.

From the above, it has been found from the experiment that it is extremely effective to provide the convex portions 4, 5 (small blade portions 6, 7) on the right and left side portions of the tip end portion of the needle body 1. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, particularly at the start of the piercing of the body tissue, the piercing at the left and right side portions as the tip end portion of the needle body 1 withstanding resistance The resistance can be reduced as much as possible, so that the piercing of the proximal end portion of the needle body 1 at the rear can be smoothly performed, so that it is not easy to cause a load on the body tissue and can be well stitched. operation.

Further, in the present embodiment, since the groove portion 8 is provided in the longitudinal direction of the needle body 1 at the left and right side portions of the tip end portion of the needle body 1, the contact with the body tissue can be reduced by the presence of the groove portion 8. The area is thus able to reduce the penetration resistance to the body tissue as much as possible.

Further, in the present embodiment, the needle main body 1 is formed with a polygonal portion having a cross section, and the corner portion of the polygonal portion of the cross section can be sharply cut into the body tissue, so that the penetration into the body tissue is achieved. Resistance will be reduced as much as possible.

Further, in the cross-sectional polygonal portion of the present embodiment, since the cross-sectional polygonal portions having different shapes are arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction of the needle body 1, the shape can be made by the shape of the needle during the penetration. The change produces a cutting effect, so the penetration resistance when piercing the body tissue can be reduced as much as possible.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, the cross-sectional polygonal portion is provided on the tip end side of the needle main body 1 and the proximal end side of the cross-sectional triangular portion. Since the pentagon shape portion and the four-corner shape portion of the cross-section are formed, the cutting effect can be generated by changing the shape of the number of corners during the penetration, so that the penetration into the body tissue can be reduced as much as possible. The piercing resistance.

2] [Embodiment 2]

Specific embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

15。 In the present embodiment, in addition to the convex portions 4, 5 and the small blade portions 6, 7 provided on the right and left side portions of the needle body 1, the tip end portion of the needle body 1 is on the outer surface portion of the triangular portion of the cross section (lower portion) The uneven portion is also provided, and the edge portion of the uneven portion is set to the small blade portion 15.

Specifically, the small blade portion 15 is at the peak portion 16 (corner edge) formed at the outer surface portion of the tip end portion (triangular shape portion) of the needle body 1 as illustrated in Fig. 15 A plurality of concave portions 14 are provided in the axial direction of the needle body 1, and the edge portion of the concave portion 14 is set to be a convex small blade portion 15, and the small blade portions 15 are provided in parallel in the longitudinal direction of the needle body 1.

Similarly to the convex portions 4 and 5 on the left and right side portions, the concave portion 14 may be formed by pressing or may be formed by cutting. Further, the present invention is not limited to the first and second embodiments, and the specific configuration of each constituent element can be appropriately designed.
