The slit 15a of the cushioning member 15 is not necessarily provided, and the slit 15a may not be provided as long as it has elasticity and can withstand the weight of the head 111 itself. For example, it may be configured such that a stretchable material such as a mesh material, a net, or a cloth is hung on the hole portion 12a. Further, when ethyl urethane is used as the cushioning member, it may be configured such that the center is thin. Further, although the cushioning member 15 is attached to the upper surface side of the backing plate 10, it is not limited thereto. For example, the cushioning member 15 may be attached to the lower side or may be mounted such that the cushioning member 15 sandwiches the head support plate 12 around the hole portion 12a.
