Description
本發明一般係關於檔案修理機制,尤指檔案修理分配模態之要求方法。
本節旨在引導讀者明瞭先前技術之諸層面,與以下所述和/或所請求之本發明諸層面有關。此項討論咸信有助於對讀者提供背景資訊,以便更加瞭解本發明之各項層面。因此,須知此等陳述是就此觀點閱讀,並非納入先前技藝。
IETF RFC 3926界定對單向傳送規約之檔案輸送(FLUTE)。在此標準所界定規約,充分適於答覆客戶數量標度性和客戶所支援帶寬異質性的問題。DVB-H IP資料播送標準《ETSI TS 102 472 V1.2.1(2006-12);數位影像廣播(DVB);IP資料播送越過DVB-H;內容輸送規約(CDP)》,以下稱CDP標準,界定一種檔案修理機制。此機制進一步說明於第二文件,ETSI TS 102 59 1.1.1,數位影像廣播(DVB);IP資料播送越過DVB-H:內容輸送規約(CDP)實施指南。
DVB-H IP資料播送標準內採取的檔案修理策略,是一水準檔案修理策略,採取集中客戶伺服器「檔案修理」模態。使用檔案修理機制,以助FLUTE規約達成可靠檔案輸送越過廣播/多元播送網路。一旦偵知接到不完全檔案,FLUTE接收器即發動檔案修理機制。包含要求失落或崩壞的封包。按照FLUTE術語,此等封包稱為符號。使用點對點連接,把要求送到修理檔案伺服器。要求基本上收集要修理的檔案名稱,以及失落符號之表單。
在此等系統內,可有若干修理伺服器共存,各含一或以上之修理服務。所有可能修理服務之表單刊於「相關輸送程序形態檔案」。此即XML檔案,對各可用之修理服務,含一URL。需要修理伺服器時,客戶即隨機選用此等服務之一,
而越過點對點連路定址修理要求,含有所要求符號的表單。修理服務不是發送部份或全部所要求符號越過點對點連路,就是再指引要求至不同的服務。此項再引導可代替另一修理伺服器,指示說明FLUTE審理,失落或敗壞的所接收符號再經此廣播。
檔案修理程序是由客戶透過點對點連路發動,進一步再使用點對點連路,或廣播頻道,或甚至使用此等連路之混合達成。客戶詢問所有失落符號。符號表單經分析後,修理伺服器選擇分配模態。為有效使用資源,有些符號是分配越過廣播連路,而其他符號則發送越過點對點連路。
組合點對點和廣播連路用途之此等修理例,見下述。客戶提出修理詢問至伺服器。該伺服器以所要求符號之子集,越過點對點連路,答覆修理要求。修理客戶再為全然失落符號,發送第二次要求至修理伺服器(可和上述相同)。此時,修理伺服器再指引至廣播審理,可恢復剩餘符號。
越過廣播頻道的分配,優點是若干客戶終端機要求同樣符號時,使用資源較少。在某些狀況下可能不是最佳解決方案。例如,若終端機只存取點對點網路(在失去存取廣播頻道後),不會接收該廣播頻道內所分配的任何更多內容。在上述混合修理的實例中,不能接收修理詢問中所要求的全部符號,只有部份修理符號即分配越過點對點連路,而其他則越過廣播網路發送。對於只能以特殊方式(只有點對點、混合模態…),或例如終端機是經由二不同點對點連路連接者,越過特殊網路接收內容之裝置,需提供修理方法。
本發明試圖解決先前技術中與修理內容分配連接的至少部份關注,是藉提供一種方法,其中接收器對伺服器指示所需分配模態。
本發明係關於一種在接收器要求失落符號之方法,包括步驟為,從第一伺服器接收第一檔案,包括至少一修理伺服
器和至少一修理伺服器各一所用至少一傳輸模態之表單;從第二伺服器接收第二檔案,包括複數符號;核對正確接收符號;以及若已識別失落符號,則要求至少一修理伺服器之一,使用至少一傳輸模態之一,傳輸失落符號。
有利的是,接收器得到修理伺服器連同此等修理伺服器各可用的傳輸模態之表單。因此,接收器指示修理伺服器要用的傳輸模態,以便從修理伺服器使資料接收最佳。
按照本發明具體例,傳輸模態係點對點模態和/或廣播模態。
當所位面積內之廣播接收品質低時,接收器即需要點對點傳輸模態。若廣播品質接收不太低,接收器需要廣播模態,或使用廣播和點對點之混雜模態。
按照本發明一具體例,所要求傳輸模態視傳輸成本和/或廣播接收品質而定。
傳輸成本是接收器預先知悉,若使用點對點模態成本昂貴,接收器會巧為使用此模態。
按照本發明具體例,在要求步驟之前,此方法包括步驟為衡量對廣播接收品質的品質接收。
按照本發明具體例,第一檔案是關聯程序說明之XML檔案。
按照本發明具體例,第二檔案是按照FLUTE規約接收。
本發明另一目的是接收器,包括通訊機構,從廣播網路接收資料,並在双向網路上通訊;接收計算機構,從包括複數符號的廣播網路接收檔案,供核對廣播網路上符號之正確接收;選擇機構,從至少一修理伺服器和至少一修理伺服器所用至少一傳輸模態之表單,選擇修理伺服器和至修理伺服器之傳輸模態;以及檔案接收報告機構,在双向網路上發送要求至修理伺服器,要求修理伺服器使用傳輸模態傳送失落符號。
按照本發明具體例,通訊機構適於接收包括至少一修理
伺服器和至少一修理伺服器所用至少一傳輸模態的表單之檔案。
本發明另一目的為電腦程式產品,包括程式碼指令,在電腦上執行程式時,可供執行本發明之方法步驟。「電腦程式產品」意指電腦程式支援,不但包含儲存含有程式之空間,諸如磁片或卡匣,而且訊號,諸如電氣或光學訊號。
在所揭示具體例範圍內同等之某些要旨列於後述。須知此等要旨的呈現僅提供讀者,發明所採取某些形式之簡要綜述,而此等要旨無意限制本發明範圍。誠然,本發明涵蓋下述未列之各種要旨。
本發明由參照附圖所示非限制性具體例之說明,即可更為清楚。
第1和2圖表示之方塊圖,純粹是功能性實體,不必然相當於物理上分開之實體。亦即可以硬體或軟體形式開發,或以一或以上之積體電路實施。
實施例在IP資料播送越過DVB-H中的檔案修理架構內,但本發明不限於此特殊環境,而是可以應用在其他架構,即接收器會要求伺服器在各種傳輸模態下發送內容。
按照第一具體例,各種修理服務共存。檔案修理服務只用點對點頻道。以URI識別,其終端是串列"/p2p_only"。另一修理服務使用廣播頻道。以終端串列"/bcst_only"識別。又一修理服務使用廣播頻道或點對點頻道。是混雜服務,以串列"/hyprid"識別。若有其他網路供修理,當然會與其他串列有別,例如/wimax_bcast,/wifi_p2p等。
XML結構在OMA_BCAST標準OMA-BCAST,OMA-TS-BCAST_Distribution-V1_0-20080807-C,尤其在OMA-SUP-XSD_bcast_fd_associatedprocedure-V1_0內界定,使可得之修理服務之URL與終端機通訊。XML結構亦在DVB-CBMS內界定。檔案修理程序說明為相關檔案輸送程序(連
接至有關檔案輸送審理),並在檔案輸送審理開始之前,透過該特殊XML結構,把相關資訊提供給接收器。

終端機如今在特殊條件下,得以跨越傳輸模態或傳輸頻道之子集,只接收修理符號。可利用各種手段偵測此事:低訊號接收位準、高錯誤率,或頻道之一上的低資料率,或高成本。亦可預見此等條件,因為偵測是在涵蓋的邊界。若終端機決定該條件只容許接收越過點對點連路之修理符號,即從表單選擇指示「只有點對點修理」之一修理服務。
在此情況下,修理要求是:GET /ipdc_file_repair_script/p2p_only?fileURI=www.news.i
pdc.com/latest/ipdcFileTest.txt&SBN=0;ESI=12,44,78&SBN=2&SBN=3;ESI=55-98 HTTP/1.1.

按照第二具體例,XML計劃本身經修飾。XML計劃增加修理伺服器擬議之修理模態。此為XML屬性,對於上述各修理伺服器,可自由使用如此XML組態。屬性值如下:只有點對點、混雜點對點和廣播修理,或甚至只有廣播修理。可使用其他屬性指定其他傳輸頻道之可行性,例如Wi-Fi、Wimax。此有益於把變化成XML組態模式減到最小。
接收機已知從缺值修理伺服器行為(只有p2p修理、混雜修理,或只有廣播修理)。預期之從缺值修理伺服器行為,以混雜修理模態為佳。
若未提供選項資訊,則接收器假設修理伺服器可用三種模態(只有P2P、混雜、只有廣播)之任一種。
XML檔案實施例,例如DVB-CBMS情況下之修飾XML計劃:

第二具體例之變化例是XML計劃,容許檔案接收器得到修理伺服器一表單以上之說明,各有詳盡的修理模態能力說明。一表單與只進行點對點修理的修理伺服器有關,另一
表單則與可提供混雜修理(點對點組合廣播)之修理伺服器,或只進行廣播修理之伺服器表單。

按照第三具體例,修理模態指示於HTTP延伸頭標內。HTTP延長頭標在IETF RFC 2616內界定,把HTTP 1.1特定。接收器對修理要求增加特殊頭標,發出修理模態型式(只有P2P、混雜,或只有廣播)之訊號。
若如此之增進修理要求送到遺留HTTP 1.1相容性修理伺服器,只看做延長頭標,被伺服器所忽視。
在OMA BCAST文脈內之如此延長修理詢問例,使用新頭標圖場RepairMode提供三個選項:P2P_ONLY、HYBRID或BCAST_ONLY:

第三具體例之第一變化例是,界定圖場值,做為容許修理模態和頻道3G-P2P、Wifi-P2P和DVB-H-BCAST以逗點分開之表單。

第三具體例之第二變化例,是在修理要求中增加較佳修理模態。於此,遺留HTTP修理詢問是以增加參數(例如RepairMode)增進,參數與可能之三值相關,以指示該詢問之較佳修理模態:P2P_ONLY或HYBRID修理,或只有廣播。
此為OMA BCAST文脈內如此延長修理詢問之例,使用新參數RepairMode,提供三個選項:P2P_ONLY、HYBRID或BCAST_ONLY。

第三具體例之第三變化例,是使用要求內之頭標圖場,連同反應之特殊頭標。若客戶已發訊,準備接收混雜或廣播修理(在此情況下,是為了逆向相容性起見),伺服器可反應指示頭標,供廣播修理之審理資訊。如此即可減少伺服器和客戶間以混雜修理模態之交換數;客戶不需有第二次要求來恢復可能動態之廣播審理資訊。
按照變化例,對第三具體例之要求或第三具體例的第一變化例之要求,其答覆是:HTTP/1.1 200 OK

指示反應本體(點對點連路)中不提供的全部所要求符號,預期可透過指示之廣播審理提供。
此具體例之影像分配系統如第1圖所示。影像廣播網路1.6順應ETSI TR 102 469 V1.1.1(2006-05)"數位影像廣播(DVB);IP資料播送越過DVB-H:建築",以下稱IP資料播送標準。
系統亦順應ETSI TS 102 472 V1.2.1(2006-12)"數位影像廣播(DVB);IP資料播送越過DVB-H:內容輸送規約",以下稱為CDP標準。
檔案伺服器1.1按照CDP標準和FLUTE規約發送資料檔案。資料檔案越過IP網路1.3和DVB-H廣播網路1.6輸送至行動終端機1.7。IP網路可為支援多元播送傳輸之任何IP網路,諸如網際網路。DVB-H傳輸網路特別包括DVB-H IP蒴包機1.4和DVB-H傳送器1.5。當然,具體例不限於DVB-H網路。可應用於任何其他寬帶分配網路,諸如數位訂戶線家族。
系統亦包括通過分格網路1.8或熱點網路1.9之歸返頻道。行動終端機可通過歸返頻道接收和發送資料,尤指互應式資料。當然,歸返頻道可為提供點對點双向連接之任何他種頻道。系統按CDP標準界定,是與DVB-H關聯之簡化檔案修理基礎設施。終端機提出修理要求至修理伺服器1.2,以恢復封包,係偵知失落或崩壞之FLUTE符號。修理伺服器把已下載的檔案複本儲存。修理伺服器如可行,把所要求的封包送回到終端機。
行動終端機特別把以下界定為伺服器的封包損失資訊,傳送通過歸返頻道。
行動終端機1.7如第2圖所示。按照具體例,係順應IP資料播送標準之終端機。包括通訊模組24,從廣播網路接收資料,尤指DVB-H網路,並在歸返頻道上,尤指分格網路,發送和接收資料。包括儲存模組22,把從廣播頻道接收
的資料,特別是其他FDT和ESG資訊儲存。終端機包括處理模組21,和內部流路26,容許在模組之間通訊。終端機包括檔案接收計算模組25,供核對檔案接收,詳前述。終端機亦包括檔案接收報告模組23,向檔案伺服器報告已接收或未接收之檔案。尤其是,檔案接收報告模組把要求發送至修理伺服器,如前述。亦包括選擇模組26,選用已對伺服器要求之傳輸模態,如前述。傳輸模態在送至修理伺服器的修理要求內指示。
說明書揭示之參考資料、申請專利範圍和附圖,均單獨或以任何適當組合方式提供。特點可視適當情況於硬體、軟體,或二者組合內實施。
「具體例」指就具體例所述特點、結構或特徵,可包含於本發明至少一實施方式中。說明書內多處出現「在具體例中」,不一定都指同樣具體例,亦非必然互相排除其他具體例之分開或另類具體例。

Claims (8)
- 一種在接收器要求失落封包之方法,包括步驟為:-從第一伺服器接收一以上修理伺服器,和該一以上修理伺服器各一所用之一以上傳輸模態之表單;-從第二伺服器接收一檔案,檔案包括複數封包;-核對正確接收封包,以驗證封包是否失落;-若失落封包已獲識別,則從該一以上修理伺服器之表單當中選擇一修理伺服器,並從該一以上傳輸模態和該修理伺服器當中選擇傳輸模態,使用該傳輸模態,傳送失落封包者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之方法,其中該傳輸模態係點對點模態和/或廣播模態者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之方法,其中所要求傳輸模態視傳輸成本和/或廣播接收品質而定者。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項之方法,在要求步驟之前,包括測量步驟,以對廣播接收品質測量品質接收者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之方法,其中該表單係包括在associatedProcedureDescription之XML檔案內者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之方法,.其中該表單係按照FLUTE規約接收者。
- 一種接收器,包括:-通訊機構(24),從廣播網路接收資料,並在双向網路上通訊;-接收計算機構(25),從包括複數封包的廣播網路接收檔案時,供在該廣播網路上核對正確接收該封包,以驗證封包是否失落;-選擇機構(26),從一以上修理伺服器和由該一以上修理伺服器各一所用一以上傳輸模態之表單,選用修理伺服器和傳輸模態;以及-檔案接收報告機構(23),對該双向網路上的該選用修理伺服器發送要求,要求該修理伺服器使用從該一以上傳輸 模態選用之該傳輸模態,傳送失落封包者。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項之接收器,其中該通訊機構適於接收檔案,包括至少一修理伺服器,和該至少一修理伺服器所用之至少一傳輸模態者。
