Claims (18)

  1. 一種具動態條碼之防偽裝置，係包括：條碼生成模組，係用於產生可供條碼讀取機讀取之電子條碼；防偽產生模組，係用於產生能動態改變其呈現內容之動態防偽標示；以及結合模組，係用以將該防偽產生模組所產生之動態防偽標示與該電子條碼結合而產生防偽條碼，其中，該動態防偽標示所呈現內容係不影響該條碼讀取機對該電子條碼的讀取。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具動態條碼之防偽裝置，其中，該電子條碼係指一維條碼、二維條碼、或多維條碼。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具動態條碼之防偽裝置，其中，該防偽產生模組係依據該動態防偽標示的產生時間動態地調整該動態防偽標示之呈現內容。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具動態條碼之防偽裝置，其中，該防偽產生模組係依據該防偽裝置的移動或轉動變化而產生相對應之方向性指標，以作為該動態防偽標示之呈現內容。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具動態條碼之防偽裝置，其中，該防偽產生模組係依據使用者對該防偽條碼之不同觸碰位置動態調整該動態防偽標示之顏色變化。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具動態條碼之防偽裝置，其中，該動態防偽標示係採用對該條碼讀取機為低光源吸收率的至少一種色系，使該動態防偽標示所呈現內容不影響該條碼讀取機對該電子條碼的讀取，且該色系及該動態防偽標示之色塊大小區域為隨機挑選或指定搭配。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具動態條碼之防偽裝置，其中，該條碼讀取機為紅外線讀取機或紫外線讀取機。
  8. 一種應用動態條碼之防偽系統，係包含：發證伺服器，係用於產生兌換資訊並依據預定規則產生隨機碼序列；使用者防偽裝置，係接收該發證伺服器所發送之該兌換資訊與該隨機碼序列，以產生具該兌換資訊及隨機碼之電子條碼；以及兌換伺服器，係接收該發證伺服器所發送之該兌換資訊與該隨機碼序列，且於使用者透過該使用者防偽裝置進行交易時，讀取該使用者防偽裝置之該電子條碼以進行比對，藉以判斷該兌換資訊的正確性。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之防偽系統，其中，該電子條碼係指一維條碼、二維條碼、或多維條碼。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之防偽系統，其中，該使用者防偽裝置所產生之電子條碼係結合動態變化之動態防偽標示，以作為防偽判斷之依據。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之防偽系統，其中，該發證伺服器係於每一段預定時間時產生一個隨機碼，藉以產生該隨機碼序列。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之防偽系統，其中，該發證伺服器、該使用者防偽裝置以及該兌換伺服器內之隨機碼序列係隨著時間變化而改變。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之防偽系統，其中，該電子條碼係由該兌換資訊與該隨機碼結合而成之單一電子條碼，或由該兌換資訊與該隨機碼不同位置結合而成之多列電子條碼。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之防偽系統，其中，該發證伺服器係傳送用於產生同一組隨機碼序列之程式參數至該使用者防偽裝置及該兌換伺服器，且由該使用者防偽裝置和該兌換伺服器之應用程式產生該組隨機碼序列。
  15. 一種應用動態條碼之防偽方法，係包含：令使用者防偽裝置對發證端提出兌換請求；令該發證端將對應該兌換請求之兌換資訊與隨機碼序列傳送至該使用者防偽裝置；令該使用者防偽裝置依據該兌換資訊與該隨機碼序列產生電子條碼；令該使用者防偽裝置利用該電子條碼與兌換端進行交易；以及令該兌換端依據預存之該兌換資訊和該隨機碼序 列與該使用者防偽裝置之電子條碼進行比對，以判斷該兌換資訊的正確性。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第15項所述之防偽方法，其中，該電子條碼係結合動態變化之動態防偽標示，以作為防偽判斷之依據，其中，該動態變化包含隨時間改變所產生的觸發變化或自動資訊變化。
  17. 如申請專利範圍第15項所述之防偽方法，其中，於該使用者防偽裝置提出兌換請求之前，復包括令該發證端傳送該兌換資訊和該隨機碼序列至該使用者防偽裝置，以及將該兌換資訊和該隨機碼序列發送至該兌換端之步驟。
  18. 如申請專利範圍第15項所述之防偽方法，復包括於該使用者防偽裝置提出兌換請求之前，令該發證端將該兌換資訊和該隨機碼序列發送至該兌換端，以及於該使用者防偽裝置提出兌換請求之時，傳送該兌換資訊和該隨機碼序列至該使用者防偽裝置之步驟。
